Tran Anh Hung: This is to define how university/ education should be!
Tra Mi: Our uni visit 2023-06-04
Puryanto: Alhamdulillah...Thank U
Norrish Emb: It is the best University
Gordon.T. Williams: A beautiful day for a bachelor's degree in business "Magical" Autumn's days, let's celebrate
Philipp Cordes: Absolutely loved this place and came here so so often watching the Uni sports, the beautiful architecture or just the amazing sunsets. Like its own small city and a stunning one at that
최승희: 해리포터학교처럼 사진찍으면 그림되는곳
Daphne Star: The grounds and buildings are absolutely gorgeous and free to public, good for wedding photos 😉
Bella Evans: this university is top10 beautiful university in the world after this visit
Linda L: Regrettable that students pursuing the law course has to do double degree and spend 5 yrs instead of 3 years.Much more money has to be paid to the U and for accomodation. As a result, some potential students have to give up the idea of studying in Australia and go UK instead.
JH Park: 다시 공부하고 싶다라는 미친 생각을 잠시 함. 시드니대학 후디 하나 사려다 매장을 못 찾음.
Faizal Erlangga Makawi: Its not a harry potter

goodwell arron: 它是一条链接历史与当下,当下与未来的河流。生机勃勃 源远流长
Alyssa: Syd Uni! Visited this place as it is near the Chau Chak Museum. 😎Great for taking good photos.
Junsheng Li: 庄严,充满历史感。
Sơn Thái Hồng: Không gì có có thể diễn tả được sự hoành tráng của nó. Môi trường đào tạo quá tuyệt vời.
Evonna Hertz-Rodriguez: Beautiful campus and great teach staff
Jadey Limlee: The university's admin for prospective students is a complete disaster. Pre-requisites for the degree I was interested in were neither stated on their website, university conventions nor the student help centre. It was only until rejection that they sent a personal email informing me of that one specific pre-requisite which was omitted on all public resources. They also misplaced my application to the wrong department twice, which in turn delayed my enrolment. The only thing they're capable of doing without fail is to fail at efficient administrative work. And yet the students are to bear the brunt of it. This whole application process is a complete travesty all thanks to their unbothered lack of organisation, accessibility and transparency. Yet another classic money-sucking institution.

eve pet: Fair stop spot if you stay in Sydney for short business trip cause hotel has great shuttle with airport only 5-10min reach. Judy Lynne & Peter Vizzard: Ok place to stay. Rather large and impersonal. Staff were efficient and friendly. Room clean. Shuttle arrived on time.
Brendan Berry: Coming to Sydney for a four-day weekend we opted to stay at this fantastic establishment. Having a love of aviation and a photographer of aircraft, we asked for a high room with airport views on booking the room. Unfortunately, that request was not granted, which was disappointing. "However," that did not take anything away from the amazing place that the Stamford is. The rooms were large, the bed was really comfortable, and the shower was hot. We paid for breakfast upfront with the room, and the choice is vast. They cater for everyone. After a busy day site seeing, it was lovely to come back to our room that was serviced during the day. The atmosphere, the cleanliness, the staff, the location, and the food, it was a lovely place to stay and we will be back soon.Whether it's a night or a week, I strongly recommend staying here.

Ace Hotel Sydney: what do users think?
Vince Phan: I wanted to take a moment to provide feedback on my recent stay at your hotel for my 30th birthday. Overall, I had a fantastic experience, and I wanted to highlight the exceptional service provided by Ash, the receptionist. She truly stood out and made a significant impact on my stay. From the moment I arrived, Ash greeted me warmly and was incredibly helpful. She provided clear and detailed directions about the hotel, ensuring that I had a thorough understanding of the facilities and services available. This level of attentiveness and clarity was something I hadn't experienced in any other hotel before, and it made a remarkable impression on me.Additionally, I appreciated the convenience of being able to order food from the restaurant downstairs for room service. This feature made my stay even more enjoyable, as I could enjoy delicious meals from the comfort of my room. The seamless integration between the restaurant and room service exemplifies the attention to detail and customer satisfaction that sets your hotel apart.Overall, I am amazed by the level of service provided by Ash and the convenience of the in-room dining options. These factors significantly contributed to making my 30th birthday stay memorable and enjoyable. I want to express my gratitude to Ash and your entire team for the exceptional service and for going above and beyond to make my stay truly special.Thank you once again for a wonderful experience, and I look forward to returning to Ace Hotel Sydney in the future.
Daroy Cortwright: My recent stay at your pet-friendly hotel in Sydney during the Vivid festival was quite enjoyable. The hotel's dedication to creating a welcoming environment for furry friends was impressive, with special touches like a dedicated dog bed, water and food bowls, and treats. However, these amenities were not readily available upon check-in at 8PM and had to be brought in later, which could be improved for smoother guest experiences. Although our dog wasn't a fan of the treats provided, it's a thoughtful touch that other pets might appreciate. The provision of dog waste bags would be a useful addition to the current offering. The staff, notably the concierge, were exceptional in their friendliness towards our pet and provided valuable recommendations on other pet-friendly locations in the city. However, an unfortunate incident with a member of housekeeping who seemed to be afraid of dogs made it clear that communication about pet-staying rooms could be better amongst the staff. The overall facilities and amenities were quite good, though the supply of toiletries left something to be desired. Beyond body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, there weren't any additional consumables provided. Whether this was a simple oversight or a policy, it would be great to see an enhancement in this area. The hotel exuded a trendy vibe, and the staff were highly accommodating. The facilities were up-to-date and well-maintained, but a note of concern was the hotel gym - it was quite small, barely enough for two people at a time, which can be inconvenient during peak hours. In conclusion, your hotel offers a fantastic pet-friendly option in Sydney with an upbeat atmosphere and a diligent team. There are some areas where improvements could be made to perfect the guest experience, but I would still recommend your establishment to other pet-owning travellers.
Jesper Lowgren: Down-graded from a suite to a budget room without being told. Then we were refused a refund for the difference. And to top it up, the restaurant decided to tip themselves $24. Overall an awful experience.Rooms: 5/1|Service: 5/1|Location: 5/4 …More
Bryan Roberts: Young hip hotel with merch to burn.Walkability: Easy access to all the CBD and public transport.Hotel highlights Romantic, Quiet …More
Jaime Walker: Not up to the Ace Hotel Standards in the U.S. at all. A water line broke and we had ice cold showers all day of our last day, and we were offered nothing to make up for it. Just not the hospitality you expect in a boutique hotel. Staff was apologetic but not helpful, we needed solutions not apologies.Rooms: 5/2|Service: 5/1|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Cam: My partner, my dog and I were evacuated from our building for an indeterminate amount of time due to a large fire (very close to the hotel). Ace Hotel Surry Hills was the closest dog friendly hotel I could find. I rang them, told them our story and they offered me a room for $550. When I doubled down on my situation (obviously distressed by my situation) and explained that the accommodation would be covered by insurance but I wasn’t sure if that the exorbitant rate would be acceptable, they only offer to email me a list of other dog friendly hotels.I’ve given a rating of 3 stars. I’ve been there for drinks and dinner and really enjoyed myself. But please, don’t think they see you as anything other than business.
Robby Stillwagon: Bathroom door handle fell off and the door moves due to the vacuum of air in the hallway every time someone opens and closes the door. That said, it was still a 5 star stay due to the staff. , They were incredibly helpful, they upgraded my room before I even complained about the bathroom handle, and Lachlan was great with recommendations on restaurants in the area.
David Henry: Just had a drink in the lounge.Pretty expensive place to have a drink, nice vibe but too dear for me.
Shawna Rodgers: I could not be more happy with my stay at the Ace Hotel in Sydney. The rooms were beyond luxurious. Small in size, yes, but they have everything you need. Do yourself a favor and get the king-sized bed.The bathrobes were the best I've ever worn. The organic & natural shampoo and conditioner left my hair feeling so soft and clean. I wish I could live in this place.Easy walk to Darling Harbor from here, not as close to the ferries but the neighborhood is clean and cute. A welcome change from downtown area/CBD of Sydney. Also, the STAFF were fantastic. I had some hiccups with traveling from the States and they were very accommodating.Lastly, the restaurant upstairs has amazing food, but it is quite loud/a bit of a party scene so I recommend eating there before 9:00 pm.Nearby activities: Darling Harbor , Chinese Garden of Friendship, Maritime MuseumWalkability: Very walkableFood & drinks: Cute cafes and shops within walking distance
James Masters: Great rooms, great location, great staffRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
dean sunshine: The ACE hotel is just unreal and my new favourite hotel in Sydney - the position is perfect, the interior design throughout the venues is exquisite, our room was not large but everything was so well thought of, it was awesome. Staff were extremely helpful to our family and the breakfast was delicious. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly.
Mazen Hajjar: Exceeded. Amazing place with great service.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Akah F: Average place with a high price.Stayed for 2 nights and switched to a better place with a similar price.Rooms: The Medium room is quite small
Andrew O: No complimentary water in the hotel room. First time I heard that from a premium hotel.
jing liang: Overall the hotel is very clean and sound insulation is very good. It is very enjoyable for me to sleep. The staff is very nice. It's within walking distance of the train station and Chinatown. This is the hotel the only hotel I've ever stayed in where you can check out at 12 and nicely give us late check out. Highly recommend!👍
Amy B: A must stay in Sydney! So different to any other hotels I’ve stayed at, the atmosphere is very lively and fun here. Lachlan at the front desk was very helpful and kind and went the extra mile, making sure everything was taken care of for our stay here.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Sydney Head Office - Simonds Homes: what do users think?
bib yoh: Review update October 2022 - so far very disappointed with Simonds , if you building in central coast NSW I suggest you do-not build with Simonds , I assume they are good in VIC , once contract signed there is no regard, all staff are extremely busy with other customers. , My construction is riddled with issues and no one will give you accurate updates , they will hide/ downplay the issue . For existing customer if you building with Simonds be very careful. Get an independent inspector to monitor the work. So far the site supervisor I have, are unprofessional and rude individuals , there is limited assistance you could expect from the Simonds staff. Be very vigilant they will try to do sub standard work to cut corners . I will keep this review updated as my build progresses.Review update May 2023 -The house is sitting with numerous defects and unfinished work . It seems you get no answer from anyone .. customer success will forward your issues to your SS who will blame everything on the world for the delays . Except the answer of work completion. The as said previously, NSW Simonds is not suitable as builder . Do not be fooled .Services:Electrical work,Plumbing fixture installation,Luxury home building,Foundation pouring,Design,Home building
Andy Cheung: unfortunately, I am one of the unlucky few who had a terrible experience with Simonds Home. I am writing this to express my immense disappointment and frustration with Simonds Home, which has caused us to endure the worst building journey imaginable. The lack of time management, communication, and professionalism has turned our dream home into a living nightmare. Our contract specified a 38-week building period with an estimated completion date in February 2023. However, we are now facing a three-month delay with no reasonable handover date in sight. The fixing stage was finished in December 2022, and the completion stage began five months into the nine-month contract. Despite this, Simonds Home has failed to provide a clear PCI date or deadline.Adding to our frustration, the external front scaffolding, scheduled for removal twice in February, remains untouched. This lack of progress is utterly unacceptable and demonstrates Simonds Home's disregard for their clients' needs.Simonds Home inefficiency has caused us extreme hardship. We had ordered furniture for delivery in March, which we postponed until May, but we still have no certainty about when our house will be ready. We now face the additional burden of finding storage for our belongings. Despite contacting Simonds Home, explaining our situation, and requesting the house be completed by May, we have received no appropriate response to our complaint letter. We feel utterly hopeless and helpless as Simonds Home continues to ignore our concerns and offers no clarity on when our house will be completed. I cannot emphasize enough how poorly we have been treated and would strongly advise potential clients to avoid Simonds Home for their building projects. This experience has been nothing short of a disaster, and we deserve better.
Kate Spears: Service:Luxury home buildingCritical:Professionalism,Punctuality,Quality,Responsiveness,Value
Anna Cottrell: I am not building with Simonds, but my neighbour is. Their ill-experienced, and I assume cheap contractors have excavated beyond the boundary, removing land and rock that supports the slab of our water tank. We have paid for surveyors to prove this negligence. We have failed OC because of safety issues arisen from their negligence. We have a finished house that we cannot move into because Simonds refuses to take responsibility, and instead passes this issue onto their client. We don’t view our neighbour (their client) as the responsible party to fix this damage. We view Simonds/their contractors responsible for the negligent use of a vehicle to cause damage to another property. It is exceptionally unfair for our neighbours or other potential Simonds clients to be taking on this responsibility that could cost excessive amounts of money if not fixed in a timely manner. Encroachment, subsidence, and building defects may continue if nothing is done to fix this issue (it’s already been 2 months since it occurred). Simonds continually say “we have not been contracted by your neighbour to build a retaining wall”, as though we are meant to accept that somehow their contract also gives permission for Simonds to cause damage to neighbouring homes?Simonds has zero regard for the Conveyancing NSW that states “Section 177 imposes a duty of care on any person not to do anything on land, which supports other land, which may cause damage by removing the support provided.”I have not entered a contract with Simonds, yet here I am picking up the pieces, paying for extra survey reports and building inspections - all the while not legally being allowed to live in my house. I have been continually gaslit by their customer success manager; and I just want an outcome! How is it fair to me, to wait an indefinite amount of time to be legally allowed to live in my house because of the actions of Simonds? So I urge you, if you are on the look out to engage a negligent builder who will ensure you have issues to fix for yourself and your neighbours for years to come, please pick Simonds.
Abhishek samant: Worst builder I have delt with, always give you false promises.
jasmine peters: Everything was great until we signed the contact. Only good thing about Simonds was the sales consultant right at the start of our journey. She’s was great (Millie) . After that, they had double ups in the contact, when you questioned things they told lies to justify - when you called out the lie they would come up with another one. I wasn’t going to do a review but we lost $5000 by choosing to build with them and pulling out of our contract because of the broken trust before construction. The managers did nothing to help.Services:Consultation,Design
James Jacob: Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service. I have been chasing after Simonds for few issues concerning my home construction after they attempted to fix the problem but unfortunately failed. the team hardly answer calls or reply back to txt messages. now it's been more than six months and the matter hasn't been resolved yet!!! personally I don't recommend building with Simonds. Thanks
Johan van Aardt: Fantastic staff, great customer service and great range.
Narsi Raj: Good office with wide range of gallery options for build
I X: Not going to give this company a chance to build my next dream home. Serious ethical issue with the owner during the lockdown.
irene wong: Simonds has built a beautiful home. Grant Brett is the most professional site supervisor that I have encountered with - he is attended to every details and make sure high quality workmanship is provided. Jess Sultana (Customer Relationship Co-ordinator) has been excellent and efficient in her follow up works. I highly recommend Simonds' service and quality.
Sophia Ha: Simonds built our perfect home. Exception quality, service, and value. I would recommend without hesitation.
Varunsinh Chavda: We are stuck at the initial stage as the lack of admin staff and poor communication made our journey bitter at SIMONDS HOME NSW. We have signed the contract(unfortunately) in July 2017 and construction has not commence yet (as of DEC-2017). The promises from Sales staff didn't fulfilled at practical level.

Barbralea Smith: A fantastic venue for sports and concerts. The main concourse wraps the inside of the venue, with a great choice of food and beverages. From Rugby, NRL, Football and Concerts, there is always something going on here. I just love being able to work at this venue.
Scott Fitzgerald: Sam’s power trip. His mum obviously upset him as he makes you sit outside and miss 1/4 of the Waratahs game so he feels better? Apparently enjoying yourself is a crime

While it is certainly audible the speakers are placed so high in the stadium that it’s almost impossible to understand what is being said. There is a need for an adjustment to the system so that there is at least some arrange for the speakers lower down in the stadium so that people can hear and understand what is being broadcast.

Elaine Marley: On hold for 30 minutes, provided all the relevant security questions. I now I have to go into my financial institution. all this to change address. I will be moving service provider ASAP
Adrian Jones: Shocking service ,absolutely no support ,i f you like being on hold and listening to elevator music this Company is for you.I lost $2500 in sales while their systems were down for a whole day and they've done nothing Stay way from these guys
C N: Lack of support, be ready to wait for at least an hour to speak with someone.Raised complaint and you will never heard backSystem outages with zero communication, you turn up to your business and the machine just won’t workTHEY ARE NOT PCI COMPLIANT, they asked business to write down customers’ credit card details when the EFTPOS machine is down
0xSK Lama: Good place to work. Employer friendly policies and decent pays alerts.
Jo Broo: I have never been able to understand why, in this digital age, our transactions cannot be processed immediately. The transactions we take on a Friday won't appear until Monday mid-morning. When one considers that instant payments can be made via OSKO etc, it has me wondering why the hold up?On the occasions that I have required some support regarding the terminal, I have had mostly good experiences. I wouldn't bother with online support.
Barry Coldrick: Very slow Support.First support request was because we were acting on their instructions to call them and arrange for them to pick up our old terminal when our new one arrived. They couldn't find our terminal details at first. Eventually they worked it out, but it took about 5 times longer than it should have.Second support request was because they didn't give us enough details for setting up our new terminal. They neglected to tell us that our old password wouldn't transfer to the new terminal. After 24 hours of no reply to my support request I googled and downloaded a manual for the terminal, eventually getting the problem sorted without FiServ. A day later FiServ customer service responded to my online support request with an email saying "please call us". If I had wanted to waste time in a phone queue I would have already called them. Why offer online support if you're not serious about making it work?Third support request was today when we came in and found we now have a choice of merchants on our terminal when we process a transaction. One is our company, the other is a company we don't have anything to do with. Pretty serious when you consider we could be issuing credits under the other company name. 8 hours later they reply to my online support request, and their reply was simply to let me know that an update would be provided as soon as possible. With such service, I hope we never have to contact them about a faulty terminal.UPDATE:Our third support request was placed Monday 22nd Nov at 9:47am. Today is Thursday 25th Nov at 5:16pm. The only communication from this mob was at 5:22pm Monday telling us that "An update will be provided as soon as possible".RESOLVED 29th November by e-mail as requested. It appears this company prefers to handle problems verbally, and prioritises time wasting phone calls over the efficiency of online support. They "suggested" we phone them next time.14th December: They are now attempting to phone us to help us resolve the problem that has already been resolved. This is what happens when people who need supervision are allowed to work from home.
Timothy Akhurst: Worst EFT suppliers I have ever dealt with, had no EFTPOS for an entire Saturday and their call centre did not answer the phone at all. If you are going to be more expensive than the rest of the market, then you should at least provide some kind of support.
Alex Okaro: Quick turn around time and great online gateway
M D: The worst company I have ever had to work with!!!
Vince Robbie: Global Payments Processing Tech Giant, very flexible and accommodating company to work with
Dean Tomich: Easy to work with
Malcolm Blair: Could not understand the fake voice...
Brad Miller: Critical:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueMost awful banking service ever. Terminals are trash, service is rubbish. Do yourself a favour and bank with anybody else

BB Aaa: It’s not my first time I have been this place but first time with bad service! on last Thursday 8 June 2023 aroud 3.50pm till 4.20pm i have seen kind of rude service ever! with the girl looks Chinese girl I’m not sure anyway. she has treat me like she doesn’t like her job🙄 Im not a picky person at all so easy going and friendly when i feel like she not a nice service person (maybe she think I’m not gonna buy it this what i feel) then i just told her i want this kind of bag 2 bags and i quickly counted cash to pay her (i was treated her like I need her know I’m not that happy with her (not smiling like at first) after that she’s a bit changed like she knows that Im not that happy and I know you might have a bad day or something make you feel bad but You shouldn’t treat your clients like that if you still working this job! especially if who nicely and kind of not picky client!
Koentadi Hadinoto: Avoid this store if you can!I’ve shopped at different LV stores in Paris and Sydney. The customer service at this store is very poor.I went to this store with my friends this afternoon. After I proceeded with the payment and my sales associate (who was lovely and helpful) went to the back of the store to finalise the payment and pack my item, another sales associate suddenly approached me and treated us disrespectfully. He was very rude. I’ll never come back to this store anymore!
Ash Flash: Sells bags made from tortured factory farmed crocodiles #dropcroc #wildlifenotfashion #trashy
Irem G: Luxurious experience. Well-trained staff.
Vanessa Banh: I had a really bad experience at LV in Paris but after visiting the LV store in Sydney, it really turned the whole experience around for me as Amit was able to quickly resolve the issue I had. Amit was so helpful in assisting me with my purchase and I would happily shop here again over other LV stores because of the great service.
stray kids (STAAA): Today was my first time going to a Louis Vuitton store and this one worker made my experience so fun! Lisa served us and she was sooo sweet and bubbly! I had so much fun talking to her and she helped us out so much!!! Tysm lisaaaa!!~ 3
L O: The shopping experience is terrible here.
Vindu Ramchandani: Tina is a wonderful salesperson. Very helpful and had wonderful suggestions.
George Caceres: Really disappointed in the service at this outlet. I've now come in twice and on both occasions staff have totally failed me. Not only with their attitude and approach but for example I buy a bag and the person goes to the back, after 15mins of waiting I see that staff taking care of another customer and when I enquire they say "oops I forgot to give you the bag". Today I'm talking about a wallet and decide I'm not going to buy and I tell the staff I want to move downstairs to the men's section, the staff leaves me and goes to another customer which when I want to ask about items the people say I need to go back to the front door and ask for another staff. I can't believe this is how staff at LV Sydney are like, completely ridiculous!
Marem Abounader: Dealt with Rosanna throughout my husbands birthday surprise gift and the service was outstanding. From start to end, she made sure the item was exactly what we wanted and arrived safely.
Jimmy “Blender Sushi Guy” Gunawan: After lockdown the long queue is a bit unbearable. Queue is not really luxury.
daphne chan: We purchased a belt and after wearing for a few hours, there were scratches on buckle. Took it back within the same week and was told we need to pay for a replacement buckle. For $1200, we expect the quality to be a lot higher. Very disappointed and will spend my money elsewhere.
Hoàng My My Lê: Amazing customers service , especially Karen Kwang - Client Advisor. She has done a beautiful customer service beyond and above. Very impressed!
L G: extremely rude customer service provided by store manager. And ridiculously that I was told there is no warranty for small accessories purchase for my $800 key chain. This is ugly and makes the luxury branding looks so cheap.
Vilas Madan: LV Mgt, Very poor service received, went to pick up a strap that we had given for repair , it took 30 mins to find it and then Emma (sales rep) comes with no apology whatsoever, then she tried to bill, machine doesn't work , she disappears , comes back after 25 mins with zero concern for the time customer is waiting , no apology whatsoever, rude and impolite hands the card machine and goes - LV choose your staff carefully or train them on customer service - never had such a bad experience before like we had with Emma, please provide her feedback
Jean M Schlumberger: Exceptional service by Mel. Actually, aftersales service I should say. I bought a soft trunk in Melbourne a few days ago and the strap attached was not in its best condition. Mel has been super helpful and found me a solution on the spot to make my day. In luxury retail, instore experience, especially aftersales service really shows how much care a brand has to their client. Thank you Mel and George St team 💯💯💯
Chayut O: Ok service.
Chloe H: Thank you Erik KimReally appreicate your serviceVery friendly and kind
Anders Lee: The friendly staff is already waiting at the door, patiently helping you choose and making suggestions. They bring you something to drink while you think about it. A nice shopping trip.
Agustina Alonso: I recently had a very disappointing experience at this store. The queue to get inside was quite long and I had to wait outside like I was at the butcher on a Sunday market waiting for my number to be called out.I came in with an issue regarding a canvas bag that I had purchased six months ago in Switzerland. Unfortunately, the staff couldn't offer a resolution and instead of being helpful, they simply said, "there is nothing we can do". To make matters worse, the lady who assisted me had an attitude which made the experience even more unpleasant. It was clear to me that the company only cares about profits and doesn't prioritise customer service or aftercare/support. They should consider revisiting their values and learn from other brands, such as Apple, that prioritise customer satisfaction and aftercare.I suggest that they provide more thorough training for their staff on how to be kind and respectful towards customers. If they do not improve their service, I will not be returning to this brand. It's a shame because I have spent a lot of money here but without any values or ongoing support, it's not worth it.
Shaurya Hardiya: The staff's attitude towards customers is just horrible. I was disgusted at how ill-mannered they were. The store manager was just a huge narcissist. His way of talking and behaviour was too discourteous and impolite. He was forgetting that he is just a servant and not the owner of the company. Louis Vuitton should be ashamed and embarrassed to put an uneducated and uncivilised person as manager. I will never come to this awful store again. I rather put Gucci and other brands over Louis Vuitton after this very terrible experience.
