Michelle Galea: We booked an apartment on Darling Harbour, Apartment One Darling 901, the photos were exactly like real life..The apartment has excellent views of the harbour, it is a very spacious, a very clean & quiet apartment, with everything you need.The building also has a large heated indoor swimming pool, separate spa , gym and sauna. Large Roof top terrace with great views.Walking distance to everything, we literally walked to the rocks, the opera house, Australia Museum, Sealife, Shopping districts restaurants etc etc.. You cannot get a better position.Katrina Was lovely to deal with , the booking process and key pick up was very easy.Highly recommend, thank you

What a bonus free unlimited Wi-Fi It was very reassuring being able to speak to the booking consultant Melinda on the phone to tell her of my needs for a 6 week business trip. The whole process was easy and nothing was a problem with the flexibity of my check out date due to the uncertainty of my work completion date .. I highly recommend Apartmentsplus and will be back again next year..

Jonathan Altman: We had an excellent experience staying at ADGE a few weeks ago.The apartment was extremely clean and spacious with a full kitchen and balcony. Location is right in the center of downtown Sydney.The assistant manager personally responded promptly to any concerns, issues, or requests that we had.Strongly recommended, and would definitely stay there again.

The location is ideal.We had a security concern that had nothing to do with the hotel.I am very appreciative and impressed at the thoroughness of your staff. Rostislav Rumenov: Customer care expectations should be adjusted to 1 star.Me and my family wanted to travel to Australia and in order to get visa the expectation is that we book hotels in advance. However our visas were delayed and we knew we can’t make it. One month before our check-in date we called and explained the situation to the hotel. There was zero understanding from their side. They charged us the full amount.When I book the 4-5 star hotels I always expect some common sense and understanding as part of their customer care. Unfortunately we didn’t get that.In reply to the response:I did call the ADGE customer service and the 3rd party agent - booking.com. The ball was passed between the two of you. Booking.com was supportive for our request but the ADGE customer service rejected it.In addition, all other hotels that we booked for our trip (yes some of them were non-refundable as well) were very understanding and made cancellations not charging the full amount.
Elizabeth Clark: Do NOT stay HERE! We arrived super excited for our suite $$$ experience only to be lured into a full on construction site (imagine Jack-hammers and concrete trucks from am-pm). When we contacted the hotel twice for a refund of $$$ they did nothing except ignore our refund requests. Do not stay here!
Dan Hernandez: Generally disappointing experience for a "5 star luxury boutique" hotel. Zero sound isolation from outside- we could shazam the songs being played down the street from our main bedroom, whose door couldn't fully close and lock didn't work anyways. Advice from the hotel? - "Sound complaints after 930 pm should be notified to 000". The main bathroom fan could not be turned off and was so loud that it could be heard throughout the entire 2 bedroom apartment. Found socks and an eye brush from previous tenants in the closet/under the side of the bed within clear view when you walked into the master bedroom. And the final glorious moment was being asked to take our own rubbish out- even in covid times that's hard to justify for a supposed 5 star luxury boutique.Ps. You luxury award in the lobby misspelled Sydney. I'm not even sure where Sidney, Australia is.
Chris N: Pretty reasonable digs, although the photos are definitely brighter than the actual rooms, no where near as bright as advertised. Good location though, with an easy walk to the city and a number of bars and restaurants close by.
Morten Pedersen: Super apartments with all neccesary equipment for cooking, washing etc. We statyed two adults and two children in a two bedroom apartment 4 days in december - and we enjoyed our stay. The location is also fine - walking distance to most places in Sydney. Very friendly and helpfull staff in the reception. One last thing: we forgot som clothes in the apartment. We were contacted promptly about this. And they were very helpfull to send the forgotten clothes to another resort we were visting later. Good service.
Sabrina MH: ADGE is conveniently located to eateries, supermarket, chemist, bus stop, Central Train station. It’s walking distance to Chinatown, Darling Harbour, Hyde Park, Paddington Market. The Adge team are great and the apartment is well stocked and clean. It’s well kept and equipped with washing machine & dryer, kitchenette, coffee machine. We were received by Fiona who took the time and trouble to find us a list of bicycle specialty shop nearby. Thanks Fiona and the ADGE team for making our stay a memorable one!!
Travelbugzy channel: Wow!! We loved our 1 night stay here and only wished we could have stayed longer. Our 2 bed apartment was spacious, spotless and stunning. The beds were comfortable, great shower and loved our wrap around balcony. The service was exceptional especially when we had a knock on our door and they brought in a complimentary cheese platter. There is also parking available underneath the building, so remember to ask at reception. We cannot wait to come back soon. Perfect for a staycation or vacation!

Bora An: Good location, next to business district ensures steady flow of corporate bookings, but this practice must be stopped. These guys are hostile to their tenants, and if you care a little about for whom you are booking this - please look elsewhere.Inhumane and greedy people. If you came a bit earlier to check in - be sure you will sit on the bench outside at the street, people walking by, with all your bags up until 2PM check-in time. They will see you sleeping on your bags outside but never approach until it is 2:00 PM sharp. Though, you're in a bit of luck here because physically there is no Astra Apartments so you will be spinning around with your bags for around an hour first, looking for it.I afraid to imagine what would happen if I would quit and left keys in the room and door would self-lock.Almost no servicing, be sure you'll be buying your toilet paper and dishwasher detergent. And it is EXTREMELY noisy there.
Scott M: Be weary when using Astra Apartments - the apartment(s) may not be actually owned by the registered business name. Moreover, they can be leased under a standard NSW Residential Tenancy Agreement from an apartment owner and then 'sub leased' to a third party (i.e. people booking short term stays). This can be in in breach of the original NSW Residential Tenancy Agreement and the By-Laws pertaining to the property. Be aware and ask questions.

Bruce Badger: We were given a flat on the 10th floor in the Trafalgar building at 361 Kent St.First, the limited good news: Good location and good WiFi service is included.Very noisy room; you need earplugs to sleep. Better windows could fix this, or just glaze-in the otherwise useless balcony to provide a sound barrier. Also, the sheets didn't fit the bed so the bed is not comfortable. ... so don't stay here if being able to sleep is important to you.The shower temperature is wild (between cold and painfully hot with no warning); this could be fixed with a thermostatic valve.The basics are missing, e.g. soap and sufficient toilet paper. Also there were insufficient towels; a special request had to be made for a hand towel but even that was taken away at the first cleaning, the request forgotten. There is a bath, but no plug so the bath can't be used.It’s called a “serviced” apartment, but it only gets a brief clean once a week, with the second clean of the two during our stay happening on the day before we left, and so was largely a waste.The flat smelt very musty and damp when we arrived though this improved during our stay. Perhaps the flat we stayed in was the bottom of the barrel, only used when all others are full?

Opp: Fire alarm goes off almost every day extremely loud

Martin Reilly: Apartment has great facilities and is very comfortable, especially for the price. The lady at at reception is exceptionally friendly and helpful.The location is perfect - Unbeatable! It is close to Wynyard station: train lines, light rail & bus stations. Also it's just 5 minute walk to Pitt Street and 10-15 min to Circular Quay.I would highly recommend this place. Rated at 3 stars, it is definitely much nicer than 3 stars!However there is an issue with very sensitive smoke alarms and it goes off too often.Management / owner of the building: please rectify this issue. If the fire department is being called multiple times per week, there is clearly an issue. If management / owner sees this review and rectify the issue, please contact me and I will update the review to remove this feedback.Aside from this, I would highly recommend this place! I will be back when I'm in Sydney next.
Gabriel Richy: Room was facing an alley, which was very noisy. Every morning at 4am, the garbage trucks would come and stay for about 20min, and with it being in an alley, every sound was amplified. A few little things in the rooms were not finished during the “renovation” which made it feel a bit cheap.

Jonathan Theori: Rooms are affordable and budgetly renovated, the windows are not double glazed and the room we were given was on the back of the building and rubbish trucks were constantly working in that laneway from 10.30pm till 3am so sleeping was very difficult as it was extremely noisy, the rooms also was poorly lit and even had missing lightbulbs which I hate as you can not see the cleanliness of the room , there is no onsite parking so expect to be walking a fair distance if you want to find affordable parking, the windows were filth, the bathroom window full of black mould and the balcony looks like it has not been cleaned in years

Spotlessly clean and very well equipped.Reception/management, Dovile, well she's also better than excellent.She is very friendly and helpful, very good communication.Wynyard station, Martin Place, QVB, and supermarkets very close by.I enjoyed my stay here, and this location, so much that I extended my stay until Dovile kicked me out due to unavailability ;-)However, having been invited back, I shall return.....
Russell Carey: Horrible experience. Woke up at 9am on Valentine's Day to concrete drilling in the wall right behind our heads. Extraordinarily loud and did not stop. Check out was supposed to be 11am but we could not stay there. Absolutely no warning, apology or sympathy from desk staff. One worker told us that they were allowed to do it "by law". No wonder this place is cheap.

Layla Turner (Alial Travel Gal): This co working place looks great online and seems to have been designed with great care.Although I never visited, the staff here were extremely rude over the phone, when I was trying to make contact with someone.My multiple calls were ignored - even though I'd been asked to call them back - voicemails were ignored, two times the phone was put down on me and when it was eventually answered, staff were rude and condescending.Very unprofessional.One of their Google reviews on here is from one of their own employees, sad when a company has to do that.Also the name made me look twice, +U is a phrase used in other circles not associated with co working.

Gearoid Towey: We have been tenants here for almost a year and really love it from a number of perspectives. Obviously the location is ideal but the lay out, meeting room options, the sleek interior design etc all make a huge difference to us working there and to our clients who visit for meetings. On top of that, the people who manage the building are super accommodating and have been a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend Plus U to any business looking for a quality base that’s value for money.

Alianto Alianto: Lived here for 1.5 years. Don't think i could ask for more from a place to live. It has everything you need from gym, spa, sauna, pool, theatre (haven't try it though), steam room, lounge, meeting room, etc. Just a very good place to stay with everything you need surround it.
