T F: I was a loyal Asus customer, I bought the gaming laptop, monitors, core PC parts such as motherboard, graphics from them. And we all know that Asus products are more expensive than other similar products, for a long time, I believe that means high end high quality products. The gaming laptop they made has a very serious heating problem, and they can only fix it by replacing the whole motherboard, their repair services providers don't have the knowledges and the skills to diagnose the fault Asus product. This would means the cost of repairing an Asus product can be higher than the product's current value, or even its original value, and the problem will only disappear for a period of time. At tha point,you might think it's time to buy a new ###, yes, just don't buy from Asus again, out of the troubles , unless your power is rich.

Jodi Brunner: For a computer company, their customer service skills and telephone service are @#$%! They can't even find my details on the system when I call for a replacement battery which stopped working after 3 months.
Knowledge: Do not bother with ASUS service. They have shut the service centre and offloaded the work to a very incapable Samsung repairer in Seven Hills. Botched the repair, misdiagnosed and made alot of untrue testing results.
suzie ellis: I bought a pair of ZenWiFi X8 modems from #Wireless1 in November 2020. One was okay the other has issues with connecting. I sent it for repairs to the @ASUSServiceAU in Silverwater NSW in June 2021. @ASUSServiceAU Silverwater still have my modem! They refuse to fix it and send it back to me. They say they cant find it and don't know where it is, and they don't care. They don't answer email, and don't answer @NSW_FairTrading either.DON'T BUY ASUS if you want after sales service!

Tom Boyd: I contacted ASUS support about my overseas model ASUS ROG 3 phone with a screen that stopped working, they sent me an email acknowledging that it was an overseas model and told me if I sent the phone to this service centre that they could do a paid repair on my device.I sent the phone to this service centre and a week later, without any contact, my phone was delivered back to me STILL BROKEN! They even lied on the job sheet and wrote that I told them to send it back to me because they can't repair overseas models.Because of this I have gone almost 2 weeks without my phone and all they can say is we can't help you. They didn't even try to help.No basic customer service whatsoever. They promise one thing and don't even attempt to deliver, wasted my time and I still don't have a working phone. Pathetic.

Mohamed Elshobokshy: They repaired my blue screen issue few months ago by changing one of the RAMs. However, since the day of the repair, I had no further issues regarding the blue screen. But, I could hear a continuous noise coming from the laptop (assuming its the fan). I ignored it in the first week until I realised that it is not going to stop. The lock-down came to sydney and could not go back to have it re-checked. The 3 stars are to thank you for fixing the laptop, but I was not planning to come back for something small like a fan that could be checked while replacing the RAM, however, it was not there when I handed my Laptop to the service in the first place.
Ivis Yung: they violated my consumer rights by not allowing me to send back a defective mouse, which they told me to go to retailer but the supplier is closed and was told they also have to go through ASUS

I will have to be there to fight with them tmw I guess. No more ASUS again.
BokChoyWithSoy: Called through customer service line and my only gripe is that you cannot call the service centre directly as its listed phone number is for their outsourced customer service. I got my repair number and dropped my gaming notebook off because of a hardware issue and they had it back to me with the issue resolved within a week and half.
Tomas Marsh: Not helpful at all. I was told by support to take my laptop in and they could fix it same day. They then tried to tell me they needed to keep my laptop for up to 10 business days because they don't want people to not show up to get parts.I travelled three hours to do this and would not recommend to anyone.

mutsomania (Kawaii K.O.): The staff are very knowledge and friendly. Well stocked. I think they have two store fronts in the mall. Prices are very competitive. It is my goto Computer shop in the Sydney CBD. The store is on the second floor. It is beside the second floor Starbucks door. It has a few extra steps to walk up to get to this particular store. Its a bit of a maze in this mall.

David Ferguson: The staff are very friendly and exceptionally helpful. The prices are comparable to all the online places and even better on some items. They have a mix of consumer, prosumer and enterprise gear in there as well. For example, I didn't expect to see a whole range of fibre optic cables.This is definitely my go to shop for computer and computer related purchases.
