Elliot Oxley: The selection is good. The positive feedback stops there.After spending North of $600 for a car seat, we were informed there is an additional $50 fee for fitting. With such an expensive Item, you would hope for a complimentary fitting (which takes all of 15 minutes).Additionally, the voucher/rewards are pointless. You have to spend over $50 to redeem one $10 voucher.Greedy, monopoly store to avoid. Plenty of better and more local competitors.

Took time off work to attend today as when we called at 9am we were told by the store to come anytime but 230 was best. How wrong they were.Told to come back yet again as the time had been booked. Told that despite this being offered as a complimentary service we would have to pay to secure a spot.Told to have a nice day as I left by the child employee who clearly hasn't learnt how to negotiate difficult conversations.Already booked in with a far more professional installer and job will be done today.Just one of a long list of bad experiences had at this store. Don't bother.UPDATE:Attention the owner: the review is unique to your store. It does not exist anywhere else, DONT LIE TO YOUR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS. I see that you use this excuse on most of your bad reviews. Don't abdicate your responsibility of training your staff and make people out to look like they are unnecessarily complaining. Perhaps deal with your issues instead of trying to spin your way out of bad reviews. Pathetic.

Hannah the installer did a fantastic job and also threw in some neoprene Mats she had lying around. She also switched the old seat to the other side with nothing more than a smile and a thank you required. I highly recommend this branch and especially Hannah the installer. 🏽

AustraliaBioScienceTechnology Investments: Irresponsible servicePurchased New Beginning Steriliser has grown mould inside, make my child poop badly, went to bunting Camperdown to get advice, a white hair lady advice uses white vinegar to clean the unit, and she unable to supply New Beginning user manual, I went back to clean the surface per her advice for the first time, but unsure surfaces behind ventilators still has mould, baby bunting staff advice to contact the brand, I enquire New Beginning Customer service, rep Jessica Vega replied I should visit baby bunting to inspect the mould and claim replacement, went there today, the white hair lady refer to manager Tima who was ignorant and rude, refuse to replace the unit, said I should not use white vinegar, I said I was told by her staff right next to her, she said their staff don’t have the responsibility to educate, I should follow user manual only, which I thrown away and baby bunting can’t supply it with my last visit.We’ve spent few thousands there because close access dispute their highest mark up with minimum discount like 2%, since they’re don’t hold responsible for wrong advice and very poor customer service, we will not return again, Tima said do whatever you like.Escalated to complaints, whos approach aligned with Tima, said she can’t tell if their staff has provided what advice as she was not there, I guess you have to shop with camera filming while you buy at baby Bunting? And if I was lying I won’t go that far making a complaint here?We spent 1k + right away at baby kingdom, their mark up is less with reasonable service.New Beginning is replacing the unit, although it is not their advice to use chemicals but they take good care of their customer, a thumbs up for the New beginning and Jessica.

Helen Michael: Do not have a baby registry here. The app is faulty and limited. The registry does not count as proof of purchase and I was made to ask a guest for a receipt. Also the whole exchanging at the counter is a long and painful process. Not a fun place plus they play the radio way too loud for my baby brain to think in there! I'd rather shop online or at Target for better value too.
Deloitte Demo: Came in today and George was super welcoming, Betty was SUPER helpful and I was able to make a decision on pram, and car seat and will be back for other small and big purchases until my due date. Thanks Baby Bunting team! :)

Baby bunting Moore park unfortunately have the rudest staff, we have had bad experiences time and time again but have continued to support them and overlook them such as my in laws made a purchase for us from overseas when we had our baby and they delivered a cheaper version playmat thinking we would never know which we wouldn’t had my sister in law not told me what they were getting us. It was such a fight to get the correct product . Today I booked a car seat change and due to trAffic I was late. I called to let them know but no one answered. They rudely said no they can’t help me even though the lady doing the car seats was sitting in the car park doing nothing. It’s disgraceful service especially having driven so far with a baby is not easy. They have no customer service no nice way of trying to fit you in or make a plan for you just a straight no book another appointment. Will never set foot again into that store. Do not support them they are horrible.
Stephanie Snedden: Horrendous experience I had my car seat install booking for 10:20 and arrived 5 mins early after trying to find a car spot - they had none of the fitting bays free. I was told I was too late and would need to reschedule I then spent the next 45 mins in the rain at the loading dock while they tried to find the car seat which is now out of stock and missing. Double standards on expectations around being on time. Terrible customer experience all staff except for the loading dock guy were extremely rude and said it was my problem there were no spots and I was late. It’s now my problem they don’t have the car seat and I am due in 2 weeks and will not have another opportunity for fitting. I will not be shopping here again and recommend others look elsewhere also
Umber Alam: So unhappy with their service. This was our first and probably the last purchase at this store. We got uppababy vista 2 pram on layby and about 2 weeks ago and were misguided by the staff that if we get change of mind we can cancel the order anytime before making the full payment. Today we got to know that’s not the case and change of mind in case of layy would result in 20% deductions from our initial deposit. Though it was their staff mistake, nothing was done and just given a plain apology. Didn’t like the way they handled the situation at all. I wish we had made this purchase at baby kingdom where they at least value their customer. I was so excited when we shopped as this is our first baby but today they way they handled the situation made me into tears. NEVER WANT TO GO BACK TO THIS STORE.Edit: I am editing the original review based on my recent experience with this store. They’ve improved their customer service and are now nice and pleasant to deal with. They’re the nearest store and Even though I had first bad experience with them I would’ve to visit them for baby stuff. Their improved good customer service and dealing has changed my mind and therefore I am changing my original review.

Dorcas E-L: This shop is conveniently located at the ground floor of Supacentre. Parking is plentiful. The shop is great if you know what you want to get. However, it can be very frustrating when you need help with a more expensive purchase like a pram or car seat. The salespeople don't seem to be knowledgable of the products and get really upset with you when you don't immediately make the decision to purchase even when we don't feel like we have been informed well enough of the product.

Jeremy T: Conveniently located in the parking floor of Supacentre. There's lots of parking but can be difficult to find a space near the entrances. The shop fitting is a bit older but it's neat and well stocked. Basically it'll have everything you'll need for your baby minus a few brand items.
Charmaine S: I’m really disappointed with the click and collect order service this time. It took them more than 20-30 minutes for the staff to have the item ready and passed to me. I would be okay with the wait if I were there alone by myself but I have my 4 months old baby waiting inside the stroller and he looked really tired. But thanks to the store manager who quickly instructed the other staff called Rosy who seem unsure what she should be doing and where to locate the item. Poor communication between staff and the staff is definitely lack of training!
Jing Zhang: I wouldn’t give this store a star!! I ordered a bulgaboo butterfly pram in July which I was told it would arrive by August. It has been kept postponed to Sep, Oct then I was told yesterday it won’t come until next year. I understand it is the supplier issue and I’m very flexible, agreed to change to another colour. I’ve been calling the store everyday for over a week, every time they said they gonna returned the call but they never!!!! I called again just now, repeated the whole story again, they put me on hold then they hang up! Avoid this store avoid baby bunting. After waiting for 3 months+, I got nothing. Now I want my deposit back, I don’t understand how come this is so difficult.

He addressed some issues, and it seems like they take reviews with great importance and use them to improve. Will consider visiting again in the future and reviewing my feedback then.Went in today after many recommendations from other mums and was unfortunately quite disappointed...Starting off with good things, I was happy to see they had maternity section, as it was difficult to find a store with one and that was one of the main reasons we decided to give this store a go, despite it being quite far. Some baby products were also very cute, couldn't resist buying! Good selection of sheets, great patterns.However, everything is very overpriced compared to other stored and we were being rushed by all staff constantly, as they were closing soon (we were aware and made sure to leave before), so felt the pressure to leave and ended up not getting some things we needed. Customer service not the greatest, wasn't offered any help and they didn't take off ANY security tags (again, they just rushed to close ASAP, which doesn't leave good impression). We left the store, noticed one security tag wasn't taken off, came back a minute after they closed and met with quite a rude lady that just straight forward said (not nicely) that they were closed (duh...). She questioned if we bought it from them and when. We explained we just left and THEY forgot to take off the tag, so eventually that got fixed, but when we came home, we found MORE items with security tags! They were very visible and on small items... Hard to miss. We live 30 mins away, so that was an annoying discovery. To finish up, the playmat we got, which wasn't cheap, had stains all over. Now, it was brand new and clearly well packed and unopened, so probably an issue with the manufacturer/warehouse, so can't blame the store itself, but all that just adds up to a really bad experience.I normally like to give some benefit of the doubt, as I work in retail and know some days are just not great, but probably won't be coming back, will stick to other baby stores, closer to home. Quite a shame, a lot of people recommended the store to us, so had high expectations that just weren't met.

Boosh (The Boosher): Great place packed full of baby essentials.We ended up purchasing a stroller from here.My only issue with the place is the layout, stuff everywhere.Could be much neater.Other then that you’ll most likely find what you are looking for at baby kingdom. And it’s somewhat cheaper then baby bunting.

Too bad we didn't able to look around the baby car seat section as it's always busy and only 1 staff member working in that area. The place has a variety of baby stuff that you need. Most of the products are on sale as well. Would go back again.

Adam Papadopoulos: Amazing service, very knowledgeable of every brand and detail of each item and honest recommendations, rather than trying to sell you the most expensive thing. With an overwhelming range of brands and models to decide from when shopping for things like prams and car seats, they make buying the right item for your baby a breeze!
Oula Dirbas: I purchased an Uppababy vista pram among other things from Banana baby 8 years ago and Uppababy would not provide a part that had deteriorated without a serial number that is located on a sticker that had been peeled of many children ago. As a last ditch attempt I called banana baby and the lady that answered was so sweet and full of great ideas trying to find a solution and they actually still had the receipt which solved my problem. Highly recommend
Devian Pillay: Becoming new parents is an experience that is scary so the moment you find out you going to have a baby you start to look for things and how expensive they are so you have an idea ,but being asked buy staff when the baby is due even though it’s months away is quiet annoying and after answering the question to be told it’s way to early to be looking for anything I feel is just wrong . India Steinmetz: Such an amazing baby store. Came in as I’m expecting my first baby and once I walked in the door I was amazed at the range of products they have! Everything you need from baths to swaddles to changing accessories to breast feeding they have it all. The staff go out of their way to help you, giving demonstrations and advice on what is best. Recommending this shop to anyone who needs to purchase baby items, as I’ll personally support them forever.
Bel: Bad service from the shop and I confirmed with them that i will pick up the product on 05th Dec. But they cancelled my order on their own. They did not mention the product need to be collected within three days on the email when I placed the order. Even the lady I spoke to, she just confirmed the collection date with me. Now they told me it is out of stock but I really need it soon.

Daniel PL: Great Service, they notice me and my husband trying to work out which pram would work for us, and with a couple of question, they helped us narrow down the selection very quickly. We have been to different baby store, but we are normally over looked, being 2 dads. Also this is the first baby store that we have been in that has a rang of neutral nappy bags, in most stores you are lucky to found 1 nappy bag that is neutral, most are for woman, but in this store, I would say it is half and half.

Ateevas Bhusal: Do not buy any product from this store.. the customer support of this store doesn’t even deserve 1 star.I bought a baby high chair and used after a month as my baby was not old enough to use it. After I started using it I noticed the brakes on that chair was moving even when the brakes were on. Since my baby started crawling she push the chair often and chair tends to fall. I live in one bedroom apartment and when I called the store stating the issue with the chair, she said it’s already more than a month and is used so they can’t do anything. She asked what kind of flooring you have and I said it’s tiled. That lady on the phone gladly told me “with tiled flooring, wheeled high chairs breaks won’t work properly”. I was like seriously 😒 and if you guys already know the issue with the product why are you selling it or not warning the customer about the potential risks. Her answer was oh we don’t ask customers what kind of flooring they have.I think in Australia most property have tiled/smooth flooring. And her great advice was like supervise your child or fold the chair and put it behind the door. Seriously? baby bunting staff are very good in giving advice rather than helping.Staff should be able to give advise on risk associated with the product specially to first time parent rather than useless suggestions.If anything happen to my baby while using the chair who will take responsibility?

We were going to buy a stroller and some toddler feeding items there but didn't like to attitude and athmosphere the staffs were creating in the store.Really bad customer service and will never go there again.I suggest to not go there and get treated like us.Very disappointed.

The person who “helped” us, was subtly condescending and seemed to judge us based on our appearance or possibly just always has a very judgy, apathetic attitude and didn’t talk to us about the products, couldn’t wait to leave us.Checked the stock of the item we wanted and said bluntly it was “sold out everywhere”. We later saw there was stock at another store. Don’t know why she did that to us.Didn’t smile or acknowledge our baby who was smiling at her. It’s baby bunting!!! Why do you have a job here if you don’t like babies!! Or just our baby you don’t like? Very disturbing behaviour and my only regret is I didn’t get their name.

tahira rupa: Last week we went to the Auburn store to sort out some queries regarding the pram and car sit that we purchased. The lady (who happened to be the manager of that Auburn store) was extremely rude and I was shocked to see how can a person speak to customers like that! We felt like we committed a crime by asking those questions! Anyway, all the other employees of that store were really helpful, humble and kind except for the manager whose attitude took me by surprise! I am very unlikely to go back to the Auburn store again. It's a humble request to the store owner that please educate your manager on how to deal with/ speak to customers first.

By looking at the reviews, it seems like many people have found communicating with this particular manager quite an unpleasant experience. I would highly recommend visiting other Baby Bunting stores. Not this one.

Buy something that you happy with it otherwise you will NOT get a refund even if you haven’t used it at all. They will make up ridiculous excuse to not give you a refund. The dishonesty was absolutely shocking. If you try and ask for a manager to speak to they will humiliate you in front of the entire store of customers as if you are a difficult customer.

I am sure people have a similar experience in this place.When i visited to there for buying a car seat, I treated by the lady in a really good manner and kindness, so these stars for her and BB. Thank you.I backed to BB to exchange the car seat to another one because the harnesses were not enough to long that my expectation to be used until he turns 8 whatever it says it's for 12m to 8yrs but it wasn't suit to himas his physical condition.Unfortunately i had a totally opposite experience that I had 2days ago. The lady was extremely rude from the beginning of the conversations and I was trying to be patient to avoid any argument. Only the good thing, she wasn't that rude all the time, i assumed she was aware her behaviou was getting too much so she tried being normal to the customer.I can understand as the person who did same thing in the customer services indutry but I was very socked about her behaviour especially she was closing her eyes when i was tlking to her and she was listening, how rude she was.......I was hurt by her behaviour but I don't want to hurt her because I could tell she is unhappy with her job and probably her life?. I beg her, please do not take your personal emotion to your work. That bad influence impact to people's feeling and day or week(wouldn't be longer).If she really don't want to work for BB with any reasons, whatever she has long experience and plenty knowledge she has to leave from there for BB and herself.It's not only a blame, also i do worry about the person who i met today.Customer service is not easy, definitely I agree. But if you heard many bad feedbacks and you are unhappy to do this job in most of your time, I think it's time to do something else.

Finally there's a wrap out there that is big enough and stretchy enough. So happy I found out about this product!
Jeffrey Huze: We use quite a few different swaddles and wraps depending on the weather and the mood of our bubs but the burrito baby has by far the most comfortable material of them all and doesnt stretch out of shape like others... easy to use and very flexible.

Deearne wehbe: Went in to buy a cot and mattress, was told they had no stock must lay by it in order to get it within 6 weeks, asked 2 girls working there to look if any other store had it, was told no.Left and called casual store and the lady Mary helped me and had everything ready waiting for me before I got there. Go straight to casula store people, so much easier
Zena Derbas: The team were so patient with the faulty Britax seat, helped me sort out my exchange and gave a loan seat (which they spent time cleaning ) in the meantime then arranged for another car seat installation. Thank you so much to the workers especially Suzie she was so sweet and helpful even in a stressful and time consuming situation.
MOONLIT: Baby Bunting isn’t usually my favorite place to shop as staff is quite neglectful. However, yesterday we were so surprised by Mayura. She explained everything so well and accompanied us for a considerable amount of time to answer our questions regarding car seats. We are first time parents and really don’t have good knowledge about what to buy and expect. We didn’t make any purchases at spot yesterday but we definitely learned a lot from her and have decided which model to buy now.

I was a returning customer of Baby Bunting but this is too bad I can’t ignore.I’ve never left a bad review in my life but this has to be the first. Most importantly, I think it’s crucial to share my experience so other parents / customers, and upper management can be aware of and take action.I bought a cot and a mattress cover for my baby. When we set up the cot, one part was broken therefore we were not able to use it at anytime. The mattress cover were never opened since we were not able to use the cot anyways. I came to the store to return the both items and I was treated rudely by the store manager who said to my face with her voice raised “Oh this doesn’t make sense to me. Honey, I’ve seen this everyday”. What do you as a customer think she meant in this case?!She insisted 3 times that she had the right to give me the exchange or fix the cot within warranty as asked me sarcastically “do you know what warranty mean?”…I don’t trust the product or service anymore therefore no one can force me to use the product / service especially when it’s already had faults. What if I listened to her and exchange for another and it’s broken again that deem unsafe for my baby. Who will be responsible?!I finally got a refund but the return manager had made me feel very uncomfortable and even humiliated by such responses. Who would want to return to this store if being treated like this?!Writing this review costs me time & effort even a lot more than the value of the items. My time is money since I’m a busy working professional. But I want to keep this record straight so upper management can take action. Reading from other reviews, this manager has been consistent with providing worst customer services.Baby Bunting lose me, my family and other families as their customers.

I asked for a specific mattress they said they had 1 in stock and they would take it to the front cashier they kept it for me at the front while I went to search for something else to to purchase, I went to the front to pay for both items, but they sold the mattress to another customer. I then went and bought the other item but I had a question about it they didn't dare to open the door to speak to me, I stood outside for another 20 minutes waiting for some reply but they just ignored me and left. I then went into the car and saw them checking if I had left or not. I DONT RECOMEND SHOPPING FROM THERE.

Layla JJ: Honestly had the best experience at Baby Bunting in Bankstown. The atmosphere was amazing. You ladies go above and beyond to help us mothers and fathers to be. We went shopping on a busy day- Boxing Day and we were approached by many staff and we approached staff and they were all happy to help us and educate us on the products. No matter how many questions we had, you all helped us and were so patient and friendly toward us. We started off buying a car seat and a breast pump and had zero idea how anything works and we had lovely ladies educate us and help us make our decision. Even the ladies at the front desk when purchasing were amazing. Thank you so much for your help, it means so much to us especially being first time parents with zero clue and it can be overwhelming to walk in a big store and know nothing. But you all gave us confidence walking around and having ideas of baby products. We can not wait to go back there and purchase more baby items. You ladies deserve a lot more then just good feedback 💖

Tajinder Kaur: I had a horrific experience as a customer today.I bought a swing and one of the part was not attaching properly so I went back to replace but she said oh they need to attach the whole swing and see if that part really attach and then another girl came and said why this part is bent. I told her that it’s was like that when I took it out of the pack and she made faces and said okey we will replace this part and then both went to get it. I felt so horrible thinking that I came to a second hand shop or I have done something wrong on purpose. Few minutes later one of the lady came back and said oh we tried this on our display and it work perfect and left it on the counter and went away. I was so shocked with the behaviour. I asked the lady on the other counter that I am not making lies it doesn’t fit that’s why I came back and her response was oh you can attach the swing and see. we can’t do anything. literally I don’t want to create the seen so pack the swing and came home. I felt so embarrassed literally. I wish could post the photo of the swing, it still doesn’t attach properly and specially on the receipt its written that I can change or exchange product doesn’t matter whether its good or faulty still I need to go Through this experience. NOT SHOPPING FROM THEIR AGAIN.
