The entire process was handled by this one woman - preliminary interview, work trial, contract, payroll, etc. If you are a nanny or want to start, I highly recommend that you contact Peggy so you can begin (or continue) your nanny career.

Nhien Nguyen: Wasted time and money. I spent $90 to sign up for a month membership, looking for someone to help. Flexible with the time, pay up to $900 a week but still can't get any help. Very disappointed! Struggling for a month and waited for help. I should look for help elsewhere 🙁

B N: This is on my experience alone as I know a lot of people have had a good experience. Great customer service from Juggle Street themselves but I have been looking for a babysitter/nanny for my son for about 6 weeks - I get a few people “apply” out of more than 10 I choose and I’ve opened up all options - even though I don’t want 15-17 year olds and want people with first aid and own transport and licence etc. There are hardly any suitable carers nearby and the ones further away don’t want to travel or want more money to do so - I’ve had maybe 4 applicants in 6 weeks - one was lovely was going to meet for coffee then forgot to read where I lived - too far away - one girl took a week to respond to each message and still couldn’t arrange to meet up - another girl is selling her own babysitting business through juggle street and I was directed to her website with stupid rates. Another one just doesn’t write back at all.I would ask for a refund but it explicitly states they will never give you one in their terms and conditions and the app has got me nowhere.The concept is great - just not enough matches in my area.

I’ve only had positive experiences using this app and would highly recommend using for nannys/babysitters!
YOSHE CHRISTINE: We've been using Juggle Street website to look for a nanny to look after our 9 mo and 4 yo sons. Those wo applied to our job ads were not experienced babysitters and/or nannies. We awarded the job to a few who didn't show up and/or notify us. A few applicants who accepted the job award, then cancelled. Some applied for the job, but no experience at all with babysitting or nannying. Most of them avoid the following: babysitting babies or kids under 18 months old, changing nappies, doing cleaning or tidying up after themselves. We had three (3) nannies with not much experience with kids or babies. We only found one who was reliable and nice to stay over 3 months.

I asked on facebook group and was recommended here. It cost me $60 to sign up and someone accepted the job the same night! I have been using the same babysitter after day care started. Really easy platform to use. If you are stuck, this is a great platform. They also offer tutoring and other related services that i haven't accessed yet, but can if i choose.

Linda Fitzgerald: I signed up as a child carer for Juggle Street earlier this year. I already work in childcare as a relief worker but wanted another option if there wasn't much work. I wouldn't recommend this company at all. I have had a few families connect with me about nanny jobs. None of them have suited me, even though I have stated in my profile what I prefer in a job, such as the hourly pay. I stated that I wanted $30 an hour, due to my qualifications and 20+ years working in childcare. None of the jobs offered anywhere near that amount, some only $20 an hour. I've had an issue with a family who connected with me yesterday, sent me 3 messages in 2 days about a job. I declined twice and the 3rd mesaage only gave me the option to accept. So I had to hide the family profile in the hopes they won't contact me yet again. To me, this feels like stalking and when I contacted the company, all they could tell me is that I had no job invites in my profile. This was because I declined them! This company seems a bit dodgy to me, not many checks on workers, like working with children's card or police clearances. To add another matter, your website is difficult to navigate.Updated: I was contacted by someone from Juggle Street a few months ago, demanding to know why I wrote a bad review. This person rang me while I was at work so I couldn't talk on the phone for long. They told me to delete my review because it would hurt their business. I want to know how this person knew I wrote a review and how were they able to respond so quickly? To me, it felt like stalking and I have every right to write a review, good, bad or otherwise. And there is no way for me to remove the review either.

I had shown interest in a Nanny share arrangement for a baby boy and girl.Within Days I was shortlisted and both families were happy to employee me. Fifteen months later I am still with both families. I am getting on great and love my job. If I needed any assistance or support from lullaby staff it was only a call away. I also got rewarded twice for Nanny of the month. A little appreciation goes a long way. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for employment.

Last time I was invited for interview, my bank details and everything was taken like its serious. On the interview I couldnt finish a sentence - in my opinion its rude to interupt someone´s answer if you ask a question. Anyway, the lady said the family would love me, as I have great experience, education..bla bla. Than nobody bothered to inform me if theres any progress. In the end they didnt provide any job position. Thank you for wasting my time Lullaby.
