Lifeblood: what do users think?
Marlon Muriel: Long waiting game!
uzi abbasi: Both times while donating blood ànd plasma was a good experience.rhough I am terrified of needles I did it.
Chris WANG: Give what you can and take what you need. Let’s join and spare your gift. All types are needed. ❤️
K P: Best blood donor centre I’ve been to. They were very kind and caring.
Shannon: Amazing centre. Friendly staff, professional, easy to find and convenient.
Watami Wawa: Close to transportation, friendly staffs and nice facilities. You will definitely get the happiness from donation which money can't buy. 😁
Saeid Valipoor: If you travel to a country which is not in the list of 6 or 7 identified once, you are in trouble to donate. Try to double confirm each information provided over the phone as might not be inline with what you hear in the centreI traveled to Iran one and half month ago , they told me I need to test Malaria . I tested and bring the test result to the center and ‘just’ noticed the test has to be done by them and only 120days after their test I can donate. A simple message which can be done over the phone and not cause me trouble to go thought GP and Pathology cycle .Not sure why I need to test Malaria in fist place though as they didn’t bother to explain.
Matias Campino: Always pleasant and friendly, with excellent service. I recently experienced the prodigious skill of the wonderful Chelsea - self-professed best phlembologist at the centre. Many thanks to all the team there!
Flima: I've had an extreamly unpleasant visit today. It started with an over 30 minute wait even though I had an appointment. I was then taken in by a nurse who had to ask multiple questions. I absolutely understand the importance of this and I was happy to answer all the questions. I have given blood before and thus I also don't question as to why some answers may exclude donors from giving blood. The nurse, however was condescending in the way she spoke to me eventually told me that I might have cancer. May I mention that she knew of my medical history which we went though a minute earlier and I told her I take medication to assist me withhealth anxiety. If you want to be traumatised... this is a place to be.
ella goss: Simply amazing staff
Paul Symonds: Blood donation is essential. There is no substitute to blood donation. Save lives.
Ant0n G: Wonderful donation centre accompanied by beautiful people. Everyone at reception, nurses and volunteers at the Town Hall donor centre are amazing people and they do care. Each individual is friendly, attentive and accommodating to all donors. I feel lucky being looked after whenever I donate. I love it when I hear that my donation has reached the people who need it.
Ebony Poullos: I've donated blood a handful of times around Sydney but today gave me my best experience by far. The staff I dealt with at Lifeblood Town Hall were incredible, Lily, Andre, Sally and with a special mention needed for my main nurse, Dana. Dana was friendly, professional, enthusiastic and above all, made me feel comfortable. I have, in the past, had trouble giving blood as my veins aren't always the best, but Dana managed to insert the needle with almost no pain and on the first go, I couldn't believe it! Even later, when sitting in the snack area and I felt my blood pressure drop, Dana was there ready to help. Donating always gives me that little mood booster but having staff around who genuinely care and want to help makes the whole experience even better.Thank you again!
nabil el malti: Taj, this is the Google review that was promised. Thank you for being such a snowflake, you’ve left me in an obnoxiously good mood **definitely not light-headed or nauseous
Yulia Akerholt: Very impressed by this donor centre. It had been a long time since my previous blood donation and it was my first time donating plasma, and the staff took great care to explain everything to me in detail, including any potential (unlikely) risks. The nurse who administered the needle was great - I’m a bit needle-phobic but I hardly felt it going in and I only had the tiniest mark on my arm afterwards, no bruising at all. The snack room at the end was spacious and well stocked. Highly recommend this donor centre!
Brent Bundy: Hello to all. My name is Brent Bundy and l have been donating my B- blood as l bicycle for breast cancer on the east coast. I will be completing the 2 12. Year Sydney to Cairns and back at the 25th Anniversary of the Mother's Day Classic breast cancer walk May 8th in Sydney 2022. I will be donating again before and after event in Sydney. Truly, Brent Bundy Ridegump on Facebook
Peta muso: Such a positive experience. Everyone was lovely, and had a great chat with Cherry who took my blood. Went by so quickly and will be back for sure! Thanks :)
Gloria Tai: Extremely experienced staff members, this is my favourite donor centre because of that. I have very tiny and hard to find veins, and consistently have other donor centres miss the veins, but not here!
Red Femme: I just gave blood today and it had been a few years since i'd been there. It was an absolutely faultless experience. Everything is automated and easy to fill in, I needed another interview and haemoglobin test because it had been a whilst, and then straight onto the chair. The staff really go above and beyond to make you feel as comfortable as possible. There is wifi, tv and music whilst you kick back and there is a huge range of snacks and drinks in the recovery area. Social distancing and all safety precautions were adhered to and I felt very safe. Thank You Sydney Town Hall Donor Centre staff, you are an asset to the industry. Again, Thank You for taking care of us.
Nadin Oku: Was very confused after my plasma donation today. First of all, it took around 1 hour to wait. And what was really sad for me, when one of stuff didn’t want to let my kids (8 and 5 years old girls) to wait me in snack area. I am new in Sydney and don’t have babysitter. Girls are coming with me everywhere. They are intelligent and quiet kids. I called before to Red Cross hot line and ask, if it’s ok to visit blood center with kids. And even though lockdown time I had a positive answer. That lady come to me again through the donation and start to explain me again and again, that it’s not good to bring kids there. She was really pushing. I felt sad and uncomfortable. Kids heard that, and was very nervous to stay in place, where they shouldn’t be.Sorry for my poor English, I am not Australian. But I was always happy to help and donate plasma and blood for anyone. And I was very happy, that my kids see it and understand, that it’s normal, should be regular and easy. Please, answer me, can I come with kids for donation? If they are quite and don’t disturb anyone and can serve themselves?I don’t want to go through this humiliating again and see kids so sad and confused.
Bianca Small: Greeted by a lovely lady named Nicole who made me feel very welcomed! Then Tara took me for my donation! Very kind people and deserve to be acknowledged which is the reason for my review!

Lifeblood Parramatta Donor Centre Rosehill: what do users think?
Q Lo: I have returned here on numerous occasions. The staff are always friendly, supportive, helpful and great with offering information. Environment is always clean and comfy. Milk shake & snacks are always great after donating!
andrew richard Pocock: I encourage everyone who is old enough and healthy enough to donate blood or plasma. It is essential for many and one day it could be you that needs it.The people here a wonderful. It's a great environment and they are so polite and appreciative 😊
Jacob Lipson: Love donating at this place, my last experience was not a pleasant one.
Captain No good: Friendly staff and well prepared centre. Make my blood donation a very pleasant experience. Switched from mobile centre to here a couple of years back. Efficient and smooth operations throughout. Been here for a few times and never go else where again. Parking onsite is sufficient. Targeting 100 donations in my life.
Sathyan Dharmakumar: Have donated blood/plasma here over the last 10+ years and after visiting multiple other donor centres, I can vouch that this is the best donor centre out there. The staff are always attentive and extremely friendly. The refreshments are always warm and fresh. The volunteers are always ready to help too. The donation process itself is very smooth. Even on busy days, the nurses are very focused and attentive to the donors.Parking is a bit of an issue outside the venue during peak hours but there is plenty of roadside parking and parking underneath the woolies itself.
Anna NMA: Lovely staff! Especially the young Asian lady and guy who were super attentive and always smiling. Would definitely come back.
Beryl Drury: Beautiful way to help othersis to donate your own blood. The people that work here may save your life one day.
John Macfie: Caring and professional staff.
Gareth Dyer: Lovely helpful staff
Osman C: Donated for the first time last week. Went in for a plasma donation on Friday night and I was nervous. The team was excellent and every one there is always smiling. They made the experience easy and I'm definelty going back in a couple weeks to donate again. If you're unsure please give it a go and the team will look after you, they were all amazing. Thank you so much.
Ashish Kallurwar: I have been to this Center five times. The staff is very friendly and looks after you. The nurse explained the process every time very well. They make sure you are comfortable on chair before donations starts. Lots of refreshment snacks option. Overall the experience was great every time I have been to this place.
Noleen Yin: To begin with, the centre is great and staff are very nice. However, we had a bad experience with Reema. My husband had a blood test on his right arm before the donation. He asked to donate blood on the left arm, but Reema insisted to use his right arm. Then my husband mentioned the place where he had the blood test and Reema still inserted the needle into the same place! Why?The needle went through his vein and the blood stopped coming out and his arm is getting bruise. Reena said why didn't you tell me you had a blood test. Seriously? Why didn't you pay attention to what your patient says? She left that big needle sticking incorrectly in my husband's arm, and went ask someone else what to do...At the end, she tried to blame the problem to my husband's left hand injuries over 5 years ago. Really? It's not even the same hand!Yes, it's my husband's fault that he didn't mention the blood test in the questionnaire as it was just a regular check up and didn't come to his mind. He did however told Reema before she put the needle. Whether she was paying attention to what he said, we don't know!My husband said he felt like a criminal being questioned by Reema about why he didn't mention the blood test. Do we really want to trick you to take our blood?? We just want to do something good and we are not doctors and nurses. We'll still donate blood in the future (hopefully). However, Reema's skill and attitude should be reviewed before continue to work with other donors.
Nitin Hirani: Nice n lovely place.
Ramsay Shurrab: very well organised, super clean, and lovely staff.
KMT: Great staff, always well taken care of
Francesco Verdiani: Jackson made it painless and quick! The refreshment area is well equipped and rich of options, making for a good relaxing time and "reward" :)
Ashley Brown: Absolutely lovely team here that makes me want to come back every time. Bunch of rockstars. Facilities are nice too.
Julie Barnes: My first donation today, being plasma. I was initially nervous, but the lovely staff put me at ease. Very professional and an easy procedure. Time goes fast and snacks afterwards was very welcome. Thank you to all the staff who do a great job.
Raya: The staff is amazing! They are helpful and make the entire donation process easier. I donate plasma quite frequently at this centre and they make the process seamless considering its takes over an hour and half. They provide vegetarian and other diet friendly snacks for after donation as well.
Bryan Ramakrishnan: Staff are very nice and wide selection of food after donating. Parking can be a pain though
Manpreet Gambhir: Donate blood & save lives

Lifeblood Chatswood Donor Centre: what do users think?
Simon Townsend: Friendly staff, good facilities. And you get to help people so, that's a huge win.
Danny Merrey: I attended Lifeblood Chatswood just before Christmas to respond to calls for donations during the holiday period. I went in 1 hour early because I haven't donated in NSW, and not for a long time. I was expecting to come back at my booked time, but Jocelyn at reception processed my booking and said I might get in early if I waited. The facility is very welcoming and stocked with a range of complimentary snacks and drinks for customers comfort and wellbeing. Even the man emptying the bin asked if there was anything I needed. When I was called, Cate was extremely professional and attentive. The system has changed since my last donations, and because of an illness in my early teens, I was only able to provide a blood sample for testing. Every part of the process was focused on providing excellent customer support and comfort. I can't recommend the service highly enough. I hope my test results allow me to resume making full blood donations as soon as possible.
James C: I am here basically every 2 weeks for a plasma donation and its always a blast. I definitely overindulge in the freebies but I feel like I deserve it haha. Staff are great and very friendly, always warm and welcoming!
Jason Lau: This is my go to place to donate plasma. Staff are always super helpful. Place is also very clean.
Sarah Gibbons: Super friendly, helpful staff, lovely environment. These people do an awesome job. Please give blood if you can!
Tom K: Kind of weird giving them a rating. They should give me a rating! Jokes aside, I love the staff here.
Sarah Naylor: Great place to donate, super friendly staff and comfortable clean building.Today I made my second plasma donation (I’m from the UK so only recently been able to donate here.)Jess, a lovely lady in training set upmy donation (under supervision) and inserted the needle. Big shout out and well done to the lovely Jess, it was the most painless needle insertion ever, and not even a mark at the insertion point today. “Bloody” well done girl! 😊
Iris Lau: I have my first plasma donated yesterday. Thanks for Sarah, Cate and Alec provided excellent service as I felt very friendly welcome from them.
Adrian Gallegos: No business sucks as much as this one. They suck the blood right out of you and provide it to people who desperately need it to survive. When you think of giving blood, come on down to this lovely bunch of angels. They are conveniently located at Chatswood train station, so you don't even have to drive.Your donation can help save a life. Be a hero today.
Oscar Gonzalez Diaz: Shanti had the touch of an angel. When giving blood ask for her. The needle is larger than plasma and when she does it you don't feel a thing.
Mark Blackwell: It's so well run. It's almost 'fun' to go and donate. All the staff are mega friendly and there are pies in the refreshment area.
Thatsaniwan Chanphuk: It’s my first time for blood donation in Australia. This morning l went there with happy and useful feeling. When I arrived there everything was good. Receptionist was very friendly but something weird happened when staff ,who took me in a room to check everything. She wasn’t nice and-friendly. People went there, they expected staff are good behaved and make them feel good to come but in fact, I didn’t get that things. I kept telling myself maybe she was very tried or she feel unwell (but if you feel unwell pls do not come to work). After she put a needle into my arm she said gentle!! I thought gentle of what she didn’t tell me to roll thing in my hand and blame me you didn’t roll it enough so i tried to roll harder but my blood didn’t come out till she moved the needle. After finishing my donation other staff came and helped to refreshment zone , I walked pass the previous staff who was rude with me. She didn’t say anything until I said thank you to her first. While i was waiting at refreshments area. She came to say thank you to another guy who was next to me. It made me think about because i am a foreigner or asian here that why she didn’t treat me like that guy or it was racism ( i hope it wasn’t)
MaL: Booked my appointment through the app for 4pm, showed up on the dot and the center was closed. No one was working the front desk so had to call the helpline, and got told that it was quarter past so I was late. Had to explained that that was the time it took to get through. Someone inside later told me that I had to show up 15 minutes before my appointment. I was not provided with any information as a first time donor apart from my appointment time and the center could not be more inflexible.
Jane Limas: Definitely recommend this donor centre. The staffs working here are special breed! Super friendly and kind. Special shout out to Shruti who went above and beyond. She took her time in explaining every steps and what to expect with plasma donation. This is my first time donating plasma again since 2010 when I had fainting spells on 2 occasions. I definitely feel safe and simply estatic that I have no adverse events this time. Thank you for all of your hard work, making a difference in people's life.
Clo: Everyone there is so lovely! A nice set-up and layout. Can't wait to be back
Renee Johnston: Came here today for my first blood donation and had an amazing experience! All of the staff were lovely and walked me though the whole process, constantly explaining things and checking in on me. Afterwards i grabbed a tasty snack and was on my way. It was a great experience to donate and help others in need. Will definitely come back again and hope to donate soon!
Sandra Ford: I intended to become a donor ,staff not efficient enough no proper information was given … wasted my time there made me sit for 45 minutes even after having an Appointment. It was very disappointing….
Saowapapan M.: Lifeblood Chatswood Donor Centre is an excellent service. The staff here are very kind, friendly and professional, especially Hannah.Thank you for all lovely staff, I really appreciate the service.
Sarah Walker: Staff are always friendly, refreshment area clean and tidy
Happy Mich: The staff is very unhelpful and it seems to be a very bureaucratic organisation. There was a lot of unnecessary back and forth and the whole process was extremely convoluted just because I had a high iron level. It definitely does not make me want to donate blood again
Alice Edwards: Fantastic experience, and the best drinks and snacks. The staff are extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Nothing is a dumb question or observation. I definitely want to come back!

The staff genuinely care about each other and our donors and try our best to make each donation a positive experience. If we defer you , it is for your own health and safety or because it is not safe for the sick patient who would receive your blood. Please come and visit us we would love to see you.
Sussan Desi: Lovely staff, but a total waste of time. I donated once when I was 17 and because I have gotten married, a decade later, I couldn't donate. I have an updated licence and Medicare card with my new surname, but neither were enough. I asked if I could get a scan of my marriage certificate would that suffice? They said yes. I called my husband to send through a scan. The scan was accepted, I had my veins looked at and then suddenly the scan wasn't accepted. In total two hours of my work day was wasted and I doubt I'll ever be booking in for another appointment at this branch or any other.
Indiana Blair: From walking in to getting stabbed, you always feel welcome here.
Phoebe: Definitely the best treasure hunt place for you to shop, friendly staff, good quality clothing, I even got a George Armani skirt for $20 only!!
Luke Hopkins: Super friendly and informative. Will be back!

Walt N: This is my go to donation centre! The facility is sparkling clean and well equipped. Staffs are generally nice and efficient, only got one who was a bit cold and rough on the needle (left a couple of bruises).Gladly got my 10th, and 11th and so on from there! Not a must - Would be great to have Milkshake like the good old days! :P

Luke Moore: I reckon that staff members are good to me & I don't mind donating blood to help saves lives I'm very confident to go to the blood bank & again & again & again all of you are special to me all of you are my gem.
Gregory Rossi: The staff members will look after you at your donation and help you to make your experience comforting and pleasant. 💉
Fuzzy Essop: Disappointed that some donors have the privilege to utilise the staff entrance whilst others can’t - won’t be visiting this centre again - will revert to going to Parramatta or to another centre
Leumeah foodies Tangguh: Best staffs.
Heather Richardson: Wow what amazing staff. They are all so friendly and comforting. Thank you Annika 😊 you went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Heather ♥️
M T: Staff are lovely, explained every part of the process brilliantly
Patrick: Professional and courteous staff
Andy Poon: Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience for my first donation. Staff are friendly, accommodating and attentive. Facility is clean and well maintained.Throughout the whole donation, I never felt as if I was left to my own device. There was always someone who would ask if I was feeling ok or if I needed anything. Staff are there to guide you every step of the way and you get to learn about how it all works.Would definitely recommend coming in to donate and thanks to the staff at the centre!
Heidi Fait: Always feel comfortable and welcome here. Everyone is so nice. I don’t see a reason to find anywhere else to go to donate!
Berbero Saharan: Lovely girls at that centre. Clean and friendly place. Go to donate blood every time you get a chance. Good for your health too.
Leah Richardson: Today on the 21st of January I was refused entry into Liverpool life blood donation centre for not wearing a mask.A selfless act which I dedicate my time to do a good deed as well as travel, I am very sad to have had my donation rejected and to be treated with discrimination.NSW health order and multiple other websites all clearly state that an individual is exempt from wearing a mask should they have a medical condition nor are they legally required to provide the exemption. It is also against the law to refuse entry to a patron who is exempt.Today when I was turned away without any understanding or compassion for my medical reason made me disheartened to ever want to donate again.Incredibly unhappy with Liverpool blood donation centre. You have changed my outlook on donating blood.
Ryan Earley: Friendliest of staff making you feel comfortable and relaxed. Thank you!
Matt Marchetta: Outstanding facility and wonderful staff. It was a pleasant experience donating blood for the first time. You're treated like royalty at this centre. Very friendly, informative and appreciative staff. The centre is very clean and there's a snack bar!

B Khabbaz: Very friendly staff. Walked in today and they managed to get me in for a plasma donation without appointment. Booked the next one in 2 weeks as well.

Michelle ‘Mish’ Sparks: I’ve shopped here twice and both times found a couple of great quality pieces at reasonable prices and the lady serving was friendly & helpful, too. There’s a higher priced designer section, too if that’s your thing. Good to donate here - keep clothing out of landfill and the Red Cross is a great cause.

Leo Petkovich: Truly one of my favourite places to visit and treasure hunt. The staff are so friendly and I always leave with a new gem to add to my wardrobe :)
Joel Connell: $35 for a worn out M&S polo that retails at $36 brand new. I get it's a charity but that doesn't mean you need to rob people. At least have the staff wear a green leotard if that's the business model.
A. H.c: One of the best op shops 💖They have amazing vintage items.Helpful and friendly staff Sundays the shop its open from 10am to 4 pm😉
Zoe brenner: Great clothes and lovely staff!
Tom Vincent: Wonderful place with a lovely lady working at the desk. Beautifully curated with wonderful vibes and music, hopefully everyone can get away with the steals we got!
Mark Nixon: What a find!!this is a proper vintage shop
Daniel Gorski: Aust Red Cross Glebe is one of the best places to find good quality clothing at a cheaper price. Everything is always clean, good quality and easy to find.Excellent customer service is also important and appreciated.

Dames F: I found the very friendly atmosphere, the immaculately kept shop, stylishly arranged as it is, the near new and new stock, and the tUnes all made for a fun bit of ethical retail therapy. Very much impressed, Damez.
Jaqaiar Liufalani: Great variety and friendly staff! Always great to give back!
Roxanne Loughland: Amazing stuff! Beautiful staff!
Kristi Klausen: Good selection of clothes, but very expensive. Also their opening hours on Google must be wrong. Went there the other day 4.40pm and they were closed although it says open until 6pm 🤷

jeevac1: I called REd cross Sydney I reorganized my wardrobe and realized I had plenty of clothes I did not need and they were either unused or in perfect condition so Called Red cross and they did not want any .I am 86 and wanted to give away my clothes so it could be useful to some one in need .It is obvious that the REdCross is no longer interested in helping the poor .So I have put the clothes on Gumtree free.
A K: Always a very long wait to donate. Last time took me 3 hours. But the staff are mostly nice, except a middle aged man at the reception.
Jack Bahng: friendly & well coming staff, good place ^^
