It was a beautiful Sunday afternoon, and I apologise for bothering them.Went inside and circled our targeted car for a few times hoping someone will approach us. After 10-15 we decide to approach one of the sales consultants, (the person in the below post, posing next to the black BMW M3). Without providing any details we were asked if we want to place a deposit. It seems that we bothered the gentlemen.Then we asked for some details, packages and prices for the car, where he advised that everything can be found online. Now we realised that we really bothered him. As a result we left and secured our purchase with another BMW dealer.Update 20/05/2023: Thanks for your reply. My name won’t appear in your CRM system because your colleague didn’t bother to open his PC and run us through the configurator and prices. No point in contacting as we did business with a different dealer.

James Prentice: If Google provided a six star rating for BMW Sydney they would get six stars from us. We only usual give two stars which to us is very good if we elect to participate in this sort of feedback. I do not normal get involved in this sort of praise, referral and recommendation medium but, there are exceptions and this one time occasion, it is an exception especially for us the buyers. Its difficult to put into words just how good this dealership is, including its leaders and just importantly it staff starting with Thai. Yes there are more staff members than we experienced during our buying period as well but the staff involved with the purchase of our new BMW are Ambassadors for the rest of BMW Sydney Staff. It is a very relaxing and professional culture that exists there. It is not just totally about the vehicle we bought its about BMW Sydney, it employees and their professionalism. They are very special indeed, very understanding, extraordinarily supportive and honest staff, even the coffee is world class. Yes, profound words but, it is true. Of course, time will tell but the starting point here has just been extraordinary and we believe we bought the right vehicle for our needs. They know people, they just do and I am not the most easiest person to know or to deal with. Believe me they are just outstanding and so is the vehicle. You cannot go wrong in any format giving them the chance to satisfy your motoring needs. You'll probably gain a friend forever as well. Regards JP
Ashley Blacker: My 2021 X3 m40i is turning out to be a LEMON and the service department here is completely incompetent.1) My front breaks make a loud 'fog horn' noise like a clown car when breaking. Service team say noise "within acceptable range". I literally have people sternly looking at me when I pull up at pedestrian crossings as they think I am beeping them!2) The seal at the drivers-side mirror has separated in one corner spot. I bring it in as still under warranty and the service team have the brass neck to present a $725 quote! I asked what the hell they were on about as car under warranty and they simply tell me this issue is not under warranty and looks man-made. This is ILLEGAL trade practice.3) Wait times for a BMW car service are longer than 3 months. How can anyone rely on a BMW when you can't get in?God helps us. I will never be buying a BMW again if this is the customer experience and operational dysfunction.I'm going to lodge a complaint with Fair Trading now as I think only way to get them to pay attention.

Ged Calo: My vehicle was serviced on the 28th Feb. With no known issues with the vehicle at drop off. While waiting for the service I am advised that my rear brakes need to be replaced and I accept but I am at odds on why my rear brakes would need to be replaced over the front. Front brake generally need to be replaced before the rear.Come April, the vehicle starts to make a very odd noise coming below the centre console every time I accelerate. I contact BMW rushcutters bay and they say I cannot get an appointment for a service & that I may need a diagnostic service completed on the vehicle which would take approx. 8 to 10 days but wouldnt be available until the end of August ???Come May, the alarms go off for brakes - which I think is very odd because they were just changed and surely they would have known in Feb when the rear brakes were done, that the front were also required (the vehicle is only 4 years only and I am only driving to and from work daily - max 20 ks)I phone Rushcutters Bay and they cant assist with an appointment as they are busy but explained to me that I can continue to drive the vehicle for another 2k. So I am fine to drive????So I contact Artarmon BMW service centre and I am booked in immediately.On arrival they check the vehicle and yes its the front brakes but explain that both the pads and disc brakes need to be changed and that I shouldnt driving the car in this condition as they are well below the minimum standard.Surely BMA rushcutters bay would have notified me on this in Feb?So I contact rushcutters bay to seek an explanation.The advice I received was that in feb the front brakes still had 17K driving on them (I called a day earlier and I advised that I still had 2k remaining until they needed to be changed) - something isnt adding up here. Again, I find this odd that I have only driven approx 3000k - max, this is worse case but yet I needed my front changed in May?No alams went off for the brake change in Feb.The conversation continued where i wanted an explanation on why the rear brakes were changed instead of the front but the gentlemen wasnt able to articulate why. His name was HirakI asked to speak to Service Manager but unfortunately, he was in a meeting - Trent Moore.I asked for a call to be returned, which I am still waiting.Very disappointed

Andrew Robinson: I’ve dealt with Levon and Brad on a few occasions and both of them have consistently over performed. They have always gone above and beyond to deliver on expectations, they explain everything in great detail and haven’t ever let me down. I bought an X5 off them 4 years ago and just traded it into an iX which was absolutely seamless. About a year ago I recommended my mother to them and she bought an X1. I cannot recommend Levon enough. Trustworthy, friendly, knowledgeable and very fair.

Mindi Li: I recently purchased a used mini from here to Victoria. However, its been frustarting and difficult to deal with the warranty department regarding RWC and warrnty.Here was the email to explain to them that RWC results from Melbourne BMW was valid, as it was done by Melbourne BMW BMW certified technicians from BMW service department.A RWC is a safety-related item necessary for the registration of the vehicle and should be provided by the seller, either in the form of a Certificate or reimbursement of the cost to obtain it depending on the situation. As you were aware the vehicle will be driven interstate and were only able to provide a NSW RWC, it would have been a good practice of you to agree to cover the cost of a Victorian RWC, which Dennis did . However, you were apparently dishonouring such agreement as in your previous email.As for the engine mount and wheel alignment, the vehicle is inspected by Melbourne BMW and the report is provided by a BMW certified technician. The discrepancies in results between North Shore and Melbourne BMW suggested that BMW did not provide adequate training to each technician, leading to unprofessional service. Additionally, this should not be a 'courtesy of goodwill' as this should be covered by WARRANTY.The only evidence provided by you is 'our workshop'. How about Melbourne BMW workshop? A report from Melbourne BMW was forwarded to you. Is 'your workshop' disproving the work done by Melbourne BMW technicians? Is it not a BMW dealership where BMW certified technicians carry out inspections?I do not accept the arguments provided by the manager and 'our workshop'. Again, it is reasonable and fair that the cost should be covered by North Shore BMW.

Lord, I'm Trying (Todd Beiswenger): I'm the guy who dreads having to have my car serviced at the dealer. Usually even small problems get to be expensive quickly. However, yesterday I stopped in because I was getting a warning that the key fob battery was dying... I wouldn't normally have stopped urgently, but I was headed out for a long drive, and knew I'd be in some very rural areas and didn't want to get stranded. So, I stopped in, explained the situation to their service guys and amazingly they had it fixed in about 2 minutes. Didn't even charge me! WOW!! They're out of the way for me to normally get to, but looks like it might be worth the trip. Hats off to you guys!

It was extremely frustrating to have wasted my time and effort traveling to the dealership for nothing, especially after confirming the car's availability beforehand. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car.

Chipmunk Giraffe: Bad service, sent my car for service at 8.15am, they said it will be ready by 2pm as I need my car at 4pm. Called them at 2.45pm they say will call me back which didn’t happen. I called again at 3.15pm they said my car is still in service and will only be ready by 4.30pm. So I asked them to pause the service as I need it now and will reschedule the service. When I got there 10 mins later they told me the service is done. I am confused and asked why they told me the service will only be completed by 4.30pm the guy just said “maybe the receptionist is confused”. BTW, when I bought my car in 2018, they said they will loan me a car while my car is in service, that NEVER happen in the last 5 years.

Monica Carr: If I could leave a 0/5 review I would.DO NOT BUY FROM CASTLE HILL BMW!!!!They sold me an “unroadworthy” vehicle late last year and not only put my life at risk but my newborn baby as it suffered terminal engine failure on a busy motorway.I immediately contacted castle hill BMW service department and I organised for my vehicle to be towed back to Castle Hill BMW. I was advised by the service manager that they would immediately commence work on the vehicle and fix the issues at no cost.Months went by and I waited patiently to receive a phone call from service manager Scott who told me the car is still getting repaired and the next time I’d hear from my vehicle would be ready.The following day I received a phone call from the dealer principal, Mahdi MAJZOUB, who was RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL stating they wouldn’t be paying to fix my car. He further stated my car is “unroadworthy”, which was news to me. He did not care that his dealership was selling “unroadworthy” vehicles and putting peoples (most importantly BABIES) lives at RISK! He did not care that I had been out of pocket the last few months due to paying for hire cars. He has been getting his staff from Castle hill BMW and staff from Land Rover Parramatta to lie on his behalf to cover up the mistakes they have made.Theres no words to describe how disgusted I am.The level of service is appalling by a so called “dealer principal” whose priority should be customer service and satisfaction.

When they called for help and advice, BMW were not helpful at all and said it ‘wasn’t their problem’. This particular car requires certain tires that were not available and once being checked by an outsider company - we discovered that BMW had failed to even put the correct tires on in the first place. Well done BMW for failing on all levels of customer service, from the moment they purchased the car to the moment they were left stranded - you should be ashamed of yourself.

Got really aggressive when I suggested that it was very irresponsible marketing, said it wasn’t their fault they were blowing out to sea and blamed the kids parents. Total disregard for sea turtles and creatures who will injest the 4 balloons I just saw within 5 minutes being blown out to sea

ellen marangos: I would like the general Manager of BMW Sylvania contact me as I experienced the worst service ever from your service department. Back in April I raised concern that my car was making a strange sound. It was booked in for a technician to test drive the car and after that it was recommended it go in for its general service. I got my car back in June from service with the sound to be worst and black smoke coming from the vehicle. Bradley said the car has been serviced and take it on a long drive. After ignoring my calls and I even have text messages from Bradley I had no choice but to have my car serviced at Macather BMW. they rang to advise me the car showed 19 faults and some were showing from April. $1500 later and BMW Sylvania show no responsibility for there stuff. I will be taking this to BMW head office and fair trading. It takes 6 weeks for your staff to get back to a customer.
Mario Alfonso: Unfortunately after our step in the door the first time service and attention to get our business was immaculate.To our dismay a medley of delays not listening to customers initial needs by the BM left us with a distasteful experience here not what was expected from a BMW DealerIn the end we felt our time was wasted and I don't think we could avail the opportunity again to look at Sylvania BMWThey have advised a refund of our holding deposit this was quickly taken but from there on it wasn't a pleasant experience at all for usWe have purchased 4 BMWS in 2 years elsewhere this was not our cup of tea
