Dead Ringer: what do users think?
Mike Churchman: Nice
John Soueid: Came here for dinner. Food and cocktails were amazing and so was the service. They were also very accommodating for our coeliac member. Highly recommend the lamb shoulder. Will definitely come here again.
Julian Panetta: This place is very average and overpriced. Arrived for an 11am sitting with a group of 4. Service was very underwhelming. Had the “long lunch”. All dishes were again, average. We requested some additional bread and was charged $20 for 4 small pieces. Will not return and would not recommend.
Jessie Schilling: Dead Ringer provides luxuries for the tastebuds. We came for a Saturday night meal last year and enjoyed sharing plates and a few bottles of white wine. The place provides intimacy with their dim but warm lighting, rustic interiors, heating and various breakout seating arrangements for groups. The menu is seasonal, but for an entrée we ordered the homemade focaccia and oysters, for mains we ordered the house made gnocchi with cauliflower (very smooth) the double baked goats cheese & leek soufflé with walnuts (melt-in-your-mouth-divine!), and the 12-hour slow-roasted lamb shoulder (heavenly). We finished with a night cap and we’re impressed with the service and quality of meals and menu!
Ann Blannin-Ferguson: Wonderful Mother's Day lunch with darling daughter and beautiful granddaughter - set menu plus a cocktail, with a mocktail for the granddaughter - food was delicious and the staff phenomenal, will definitely go there again.Dietary restrictions: Daughter is allergic to strawberries and she won't eat eggplant.
Mason O'Brien: Had the bottomless brunch here on the weekend before the footy. Drinks were brought out quicker than you can say mimosa spritz, and the food was bloody mint. Matt, who was looking after us, was a bloody legend. 5 stars, will be back.
Terry Farrelly: Good value. Nice food.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Kate Guz: One of my favourites! Perfect every time. Food, service, atmosphere ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Vegetarian options: Always absolutely delicious vege options!Dietary restrictions: Super accommodating and understanding about allergies and dietary restrictions.
Kiani: Five of my friends and I visited the Dead Ringer for Sunday brunch and LOVED it. Our waiter Matt was so patient and accommodating for all of our dietary requirements (gluten free & vegetarian). The food was delicious, we enjoyed a set brunch menu .. all of which was GF and Vegetarian. Thank you so much Matt!!!Vegetarian options: We had a set brunch menu catered to our dietary requirements so every course was 100% vegetarian and gluten-free.Dietary restrictions: We had a set brunch menu catered to our dietary requirements so every course was 100% vegetarian and gluten-free. Our waiter Matt organised everything so we didn’t have to worry about changing any dishes to match our dietary restrictions
Miriam Wood: Outstanding experience from booking and prepping for the event to the end of the meal! Highly rate the team, food, wine and bottomless brunch menu at DR. Thanks guys!
EGC: The food was pretty normal. The lamb was fine but the pasta wasn't really good (gnocchi).. the service wasn't the best either and in my opinion it is so overpriced. I wouldn't recommend itFood: 5/2|Service: 5/3|Atmosphere: 5/4 …More
Tiffany Lindsey: 6 out of 5 stars. As folks who appreciate thoughtful, tasty dishes, we could sample MANY items on the menu without feeling too full. Matt was extremely helpful and guided us through the dishes without any rush. The quality of food was outstanding and we’ll be back.Highly recommend!
Frankie Colm: Unbelievable food and service.
Charlotte Lin: Not welcoming at all. Small portion and Overpriced. The waitress make us feel very uncomfortable. Disappointed. Not going back again.
Nathan Frear: Bottomless brunch is always fun here, staff are great & food is delivered. Bottomless drinks are plentiful
Jack Bateman: Lovely find just off Oxford Street. We had a table outside, and opted for the fixed price Menu. Curiously the Menu is found by the QR code on the table, but you order via the staff, who are attentive and friendly. All courses were presented perfectly. The stand out being the Steak that comes cooked medium rare, and the delightful Sticky Date Pudding.Well made cocktails and an impressive wine list makes this place a standout.Bottom line $660 for 4, but well worth the spend.Parking: Street parking if you are lucky
Matthew Fornaciari (Forni): The eggplant and broccolini are both unreal. Highly recommend popping in
Alexi Zographakis: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Dominique Partridge: We randomly booked at Dead Ringer and were so pleasantly surprised. We loved the food and the place. The prices are reasonable. The service is professional. I loved the gluten free dishes because they didn't feel like a second rate 'option', (as often in restaurants) but were simply delicious dishes without gluten. We had the stracciatella with cucumbers and mint. It was fresh and the flavours were well balanced. The half shell scallops with preserved lemon butter and salmon roe were perfectly cooked and well presented. We then had the dry aged kingfish with gordal olive gremolata. Again, it was perfect. Rushed for time, we shared a vanilla pannacotta with white peach and lemon thyme granita. It came really quickly and was a refreshing dish with beautiful clean flavours. So far, it was my favourite meal of the year!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free
No way myself: Lovely service!Food: 5/4|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Wendy: Great food and service with nice ambience at a reasonable price. Although, portions could be slightly small for big eaters. The service was professional and friendly. The wait staff answered our questions and made great recommendations. When we arrived we were seat promptly and food arrived at a good pace. Great for dinner with friends!

Two Good Eggs Cafe: what do users think?
Y T: Comfortable atmosphere, kind staff, and decent meals to start a day.9時ごろ朝ごはんに行きましたがテーブルも座れたしゆっくり出来ました、お店の方もとても親切で居心地めっちゃ良いです!
Nicole Steele: Cosy little cafe with great service, yummy food, affordable prices and amazing hot chocolate!Drink sizes could be a bit bigger but otherwise great placeWheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible. Have to walk up stairs into the cafe
Merlin Coryell: Great little Cafe with ample menu options, but why eat anything other than the Brissy St Special?Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Brissy Street Special, Goats on Toast …More
Alicia Jade: The buttermilk pancakes are amazing, absolutely fluffy and just amazing. The home made whipped ice cream was beautiful and that homemade jam was to die for. The toasted muesli was beautiful, amazing presentation and even better that i was offered milk with it. The two good eggs big breakfast came in with everything you’d make yourself at home, not only was it delicious it was delicious. The service is 10/10, amazing coffees and specials. If you’re ever in Sydney for a night be sure to check this place out.

Kansas City Shuffle: what do users think?
Mhairi Beaton: Delicious bagels and friendly service!
Michelle Warrior: The food was amazing! I had the lemon curd pancakes. I have never had pancakes sooo fluffy! My husband had the Kansas brisket. He enjoyed every bite! Wishing I had the pancake recipe...
Cassie Sanki: The food was good, the service wasn't bad, but they recently changed from the restaurant Kansas City Shuffle to a Dead Man Bagels, which was obviously more built for catering and not really looking to service cafe patrons. Would've been nice if this was reflected in their website before we searched it out for brunch.
Laura Horgan: Shocking customer service! Would not return on that fact alone
Stewart Watkins: Really yummy and a great atmosphere
Gerald L M: Nice bagels. Friendly staff
Sarah White: Great place to go!
Roberto Mattei: The best coffee blend at The Rocks! Enjoy as I did.
Kris Fairweather: Hot dam what a great feed I had to go back twice the chicken and waffles was to die for the first time. They backed it with there chicken burger the second time and it was also to notch. Next time I'm back in Sydney I'll be back for sure
nigel sparrow: Great food, great atmosphere but better service. Well done guys
ZR: Best brunch spot in The Rocks
Tom Case: Absolutely stunning. The staff are super friendly, the coffee is perfect, and the atmosphere is bang on.It feels busy without you being rushed, not overly loud so you can enjoy a conversation, and the food is phenomenal.Highly recommend the beef brisket waffles and the lychee soda. One of Sydney's best little gems.
Sammy Robins: The coffee is good, but, I wish they’d make up their minds about keep cups, one say they take them and the following day they don’t.
Daniel Wilton: This place is brilliant, such an interesting menu and the the whole thing is just delightful. Great coffee too!
Peter Roche: Great breakfast and coffee. Cool atmosphere.
Will J: Great coffee and breakfast menu. Waffles, baked beans and mushrooms!
Matthew Butler: Staff are very friendly and service was great. The only place that I can think of that does brisket and waffle.
Jess O'Toole: Great coffee and the baked eggs are a must try!
Mimi Nieberl: This venue offers great juices and coffee in a cool setting down the Rocks end of the city. The hospitality here is always friendly and fast.
Inez Tatiana: The worst breakfast i’ve ever had. I took my partner here to celebrate his 40th as we saw it had great reviews. Not only was the host smelling of weed (i’m all for smoking but at least try to hide the smell) but he was also on his phone most of the time. We ordered the brisket waffle and i love mushroom dish. The waffle was hard and dry, brisket didn’t taste good at all. i love mushrooms you only get one piece of toast and our coffees were served to us in take away mugs. don’t go here and waste your money.
Mark Blackwell: I had the cubano sandwich and it was epic.

Very good coffee.First time I ordered Shakshuka, which was very delicious.Second time decided to try something new, waffles with date glazed bacon, which unfortunately was not a win this time.I found it dry and waffles small comparing to other ones I tried before.I would still recommend the cafe and plan to go back in the future to try something else or have Shakshuka again.

Three Williams: what do users think?
Sixfoot & Salty: It's been a long time between visits but figured the truffle menu was worth a look in. The croissant which was $36 with truffle shavings was a little underwhelming and not worth the value. Sadly I don't think the truffles were ready so you did not get the oomf and the egg was overcooked. The breaky burger however was really good. Perhaps a couple more weeks and the truffle would be better. Coffee was good.
Cindy Lee: Ambience is quite good, not too busy on the Saturday I wen to.Pricing beyond expectation: lobster roll $32 but tasted dry, cold and tough. Taro truffle milk $17 and not clearly priced in the menu. However, fries are far better than many other restaurants.

Ernie Kim: Three Williams was a great cafe about four years ago. Not sure what happened since, but our lunch today was unfortunately underwhelming. It took 20 minutes to prepare and serve a green tea, and 25 minutes to pour a glass of red wine. All the FOH staff seemed to be in a miserable mood. Food was just okay. Not a place I would recommend anymore sadly.
田圳宇(Zhenyu Tian): 价格合理分量足,这家听说法式吐司是根据季节一直更替的,底下面包现烤出来外皮很脆,照片拍出来小很多其实真的挺大一个
Carlos Sander: Great and creative breakfast menu, the breaklon bun was super tasty and crispy chicken waffles was even better!Great coffee (even though I received a latte in a cup instead of a glass and didn't receive a sauce)Service was lacking a bit but nothing major.Definitely recommend!!

Patrick T: Nice enough venue with lots of space, but (not to sound old and cynical) it’s not as good as it used to be. Service was fine, but the food wasn’t great - especially for the price. Our poached eggs were more like hard boiled eggs, and the rest of the food was generally a little bit cold. I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to go back.Food: 5/2|Service: 5/3|Atmosphere: 5/3 …More
Mrs Holtsy: While the food was nice, the service was generally disappointing. Drinks were very slow, had to order one item 3 times before it was served. We booked here for a celebration and ordered mimosas, 20 minutes after ordering them we had to ask where they were only to finally be told they didn't have the ingredients to make them. Overall very disappointing experience.
vva: hot water charged $1 is not reasonable and nobody told me when I asked for hot water
Peppermint: I love the presentation how they garnish the food. We ordered mushroom toast it was okay not really spacial 7.5/10 , french toast yummy 9/10 :) and drinks 8/10
Brent Maxwell: Reeeeally good food and coffee, and cool vibes. Table service can be a bit lax.

Shyama de Silva: Location: 5* Easy to find and ample parking.Atmosphere: 5* They have a theme every few months and you can tell how much thought they put into it. We went for the Disney theme and a couple of years back for the Moroccan theme. Both times it was breathtaking. There’re so many photo opportunities. Weekends can be quite crowded but still the venue is big enough to accommodate a large crowd.Food: 3.5* Kinda mediocre which was a bit of disappointment. But nothing bad to say about it. It just wasn’t living up to the rest of the experience.Service: 3.5* Good enough service.I’d give 4* overall. We had a lovely time.

Alex Gladney-Lemon: I had the mushroom crumpets with the morning margarita. Crumpets were burned on one side. Eggs were slightly over and margarita was nothing extraordinary. At over 45 AU dollars you would think it could be better. Service though was great we were able to be seated straight away, even though it was packed. Atmosphere was amazing but the seating was a bit cramped.

Dr B.: Coming back from a dinner to hotel my children were hungry again. We ordered something from kids menu and some drinks for us. A young waiter who was also a manager in this restaurant (name starts with J) was extremely impolite. He was showing us all the time that we were not welcomed as we didn’t order food for us but only for children. He embarrassed me on several occasions with sneaky tricks and comments. This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour for such a restaurant in such a Hotel. I will never come back here again. The Marriott Hotel management should be aware of this waiter/manager. Very bad reputation.
Sanak Ahmed: very nice place.i was skeptical due to the mixed reviews initially but was pleasantly surprisednice 3 courses. nice ambience. great service, very professional.really good steak - must try and the fish was amazing too and i dont normally order fish.shout out to the chefs for providing some nice small on the house items!
Christo Hattingh: Just amazing, Best buffet breakfast ever! Great variety and and staff very well trained
Jack D: Honestly wasn’t great. Nothing memorable or stood out and service and ambience was poorWe had the Valentine’s Day menu. Entree scallop with bacon seemed like it was missing something, like a garnish.I actually liked the the confit salmon trout the most. The main which was a slither of steak was missing the crème fraiche, didn’t realise until after so couldn’t ask for it. Maybe it was in there but we didn’t notice?Dessert felt lacking as well, felt like something I could pull together at home (some meringues, sorbet and berries chucked on a plate)Service was not great. Took them about 25 mins to bring out a plate with 4 pre-made chocolate things on it (petite four). I had to ask when it was coming for them to bring it out. Not only that, was never offered any ground pepper at the table but I did note some other tables did.Ambience wise they only realised the fluorescent lighting was impacting the ambience and decided to change it..at like 8pm. Felt much nicer but was too late. Not too mention that the restaurant is in the middle of a hotel lobby so people were chucking or dropping their stuff from high up and hitting the restaurant (someone’s pill/drug fell from a higher level and nearly landed on our table).Probably won’t be back, sorry.
Mohammad Rajib Uddin: Loved the place. Food was good. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was excellent. We loved the steak the jambo prawns,Macha tart, the duck and the fish. They also gave us all halal options. Most of their produces are halal. And the stuff also helped me to make sure the sauces were halal also for example they did not use alchohol. Thanks guys for making our day special. The prawn and the matcha tart is a must try. The duck and the fish were very good also, and the steak was awesome. However wasn't a big fan of the housemade cheese with baby beets and the mushroom tartar was alright. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
KK: Food was good, lovely comfy seats, good atmosphere. Made a lot of mess eating the bread- no side plates for bread, just a share plate that the bread came on, between two ppl.
Betty: I experienced outright discrimination towards my disabled aunt booking this restaurant in which they would not accommodate her.I made a booking for Silvester's for 3 people for the 3-course menu, and they called me to confirm. My disabled aunt is deaf, has no teeth and also has a health condition where if she overeats, she vomits. She can only eat soft foods and cannot bite or chew down hard foods. I asked for an option where if, on the night, she could not have the three course set menu to have a la carte option of smaller portions. I did not outright rule out that she could not participate in a three course meal, but we would have liked some flexibility depending on how she was feeling. If she were ok with a three course meal we would have gladly ordered that, but if, due to her disability and health condition could not stomach that much food, we would have appreciated the flexibility in offering her say, just a main course. This was rejected by the host and the manager, and they told me she must participate in a set menu, no exceptions. The excuse given was that they were recovering from covid and needed to make as much money as possible. If it were a case of meeting a minimum spend, I would have gladly made that shortfall through the purchase of beverages; however, they outright said no.My aunt's requirements are not dietary preferences. They are health and disability concerns. And my aunt wouldn't be the only one to have such issues.I do wonder, when parents bring their kids along, do they force the kids to order a 3-course adult menu knowing they can't finish it? Or an elderly couple who don't eat as much as they used to, are they too force to either have the set menu or not go at all?
R. Michael Meyers Jr.: I enjoyed myself so much I forgot to take pictures! The food was serendipitous. The wait staff was professional, courteous, and more than helpful. The Head Chef deserves to be venerated! If this is how he treats food on any regular night, he indeed deserves praise!!! I've never tasted anything so amazingly balanced. Every bite of every new course told a story, and I was on the edge of my seat until the very last morsel. Bravo, Chef!
Nella Luan: Absolutely impressed by the taste and presentation of the food at a reasonable price! I really admire the creativity of the chef and how he create this perfectly balanced French and Asian fusion cuisine. We will be back in a month time!
Eddy Wong: we went there in a groupon, and we took 4 course menu at $102. Services were excellent and the food was excellent. Very nice environment and it was an excellent dinning experience
Dr. Erdal OZKAYA: Good service and food
Pmela Meilak: The food was amazing- the octopus and beef cheeks were so tender - the bread was superb. Staff were very attentive and were able to answer all of our difficult food related queries
Bruce Turner: Great food 😋 when it got here alot of staff doing nothing
Anthony: The duck and the beef cheek are out of control. Legit next level.
Buppett: Amazing food! Impeccable service! Can't thank you enough for the personal touches from the gorgeous wait staff. A special thanks to the Head Chef, we really appreciated the extra effort you went to for us. Hugh, you really touched our hearts and made our special celebration that much more precious, something we will always treasure. Thank you all so much.
Laura Allen: Beautiful meal & excellent service. We did the 7 course chefs selections with the wine pairing & it was just perfect.
Geoff Richards: Unbelievable! We were amazed with the food and the service was top shelf, it is definitely on our list of placescto go back to. Thank you Chef for the complimentary starter of carrott and sorbet, it blew our minds

Bowery Lane: what do users think?
Cassandra Cheok: Filling fare, and had some interesting breakfast menu options. Service was quick despite its busy-ness. Food was presented well. My dish of tempura corn fritters was over-cooked resulting in some corn charred to dried crisps. Food and beverages were over-priced for the quantity and value, though I understand convenience and locality have to be factored in.
Lilin Tan: I suggest skipping this if you are looking for a hearty breakfast in the morning. But to be fair, we ordered a crab omelette and wasn’t expecting it to be a cold Thai/Viet style breakfast option - definitely an acquired taste. Had the carrot cake and it was so-so too.

Ashley Farrelli: I highly recommend stopping her for breakfast. We stopped here just to try vegemite as neither of us had ever had it. When our server, Clarice found out, she spoke with the chef and they made us a little sample to go with our eggs Benedict with salmon. It was so good! The presentation and taste were perfect. While we might not get to come here again (we live in the US), you definitely should in our place.Tell Clarice hi!
Andrew Phan: Went here for lunch service after an appointment at Japanese embassy.Came after peak around 11.Service staff were very friendly and approachable. We were a family with 2 children. Even before we decided to dine in. A waitress came to us to ask if we were looking for parents room.Food and drink was delicious. We ordered starters only. The truffle chips and Korean fried chicken.Chips were the highlight for us.The coffee was really delicious too. Not sure what bean they used, but it really hit the spot.Though pricey altogether. The quality and service does do it justice. I would definitely come again to try something different. We didn't see high chairs and know the area is a business district. So would be curious to see how families would feel coming here during peak time.
Azadeh Jafariani: Amazing food, Amazing staff
Aparna Goyal: The food was great and the staff was very helpful. There were very few vegetarian options to choose from for vegetarians but over the quantity and flavours were amazing. They also have specials of the day so worth checking with them. They also have lovely cake slices if you are wanting to end your meal with a sweet at the end.Vegetarian options: Less options for vegetarian dishes but the few were really good
Jenny M: You know when they advertise a delicious looking burger on the shop window and think, it’s not gonna be like that in real life? This was better in real life. It was a damn good burger, so fresh and so perfect!
Sarah m: Excellent food and in my top 5 for coffee. Great service.
Simon Templeton: Good coffee, good ricotta pancakeGreat spot for business meeting
Ramon Sá: Nice steak
Gernot Fussan: Awesome meals, quite place.
Jiwoo Seo: The food was so delicious though it was too busy. So it takes long time to get food after order. We didn't even get one food because there was a mistake of order, but the manager gave us some free bread as a sign of apology.
Tony Hosni: Located on 1 O'connell Street Sydney, is this wonderful establishment that offers great food at very reasonable prices. Highly recommend this place for lunch. They are open for breakfast & lunch only. Make sure you book a table.
C S: Food was good (quality and taste wise). Bit disappointing from a quantity point of view.Took a photo of the steak for you so you are aware.. It's just a stake nothing much comes on the plate.

Nia Mh: Extremely fast service (11am Saturday), I ordered the Pesto scrambled eggs with bacon and gf bread. Great coffee with oat milk and yummy matcha latte.I asked if I could get my toast a teeny bit more toasted and they remade the whole meal (I felt terrible). Waiters were attentive and very friendly. Would definitely come back!Right next to Zara hotel and 202 ElizabethEdit: came back the next morning for breakfast again! Ordered the brisket with gluten free bread and they let me swap out the coleslaw and rocket with another poached egg! Beef was so flavourful and eggs cooked perfectly. Once again a beautiful coffee and fantastic service/speed.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free toast available (the type that you get from Woolworths/Coles)

itsBee: First of all the cafe was not as we have expected. My partner and I ordered the big breakfast and slow cooked brisket. The food was subpar and nothing too special. The drinks were okay too.Service was good and attentive.
Emma Pottinger: Menu is not the same online as to of what is in the cafe.Food looks totally different as to of what they post on social media. Our pancakes came out burnt. Would not recommend or go back.
Stacey Martin: The Big Brekkie. What can I say. Get the Big Brekkie! Quite busy on the weekends but weekday AMs are quieter. Perfect to get a coffee and sit back watching Sydney go by.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes English Breakfast …More
Laura James: Customer service is horrible. The owner is passive aggressive not fit for hospitality and he’s also very rude he probs needs therapy
Sehr empfehlenswert! Kaffee ebenfalls lecker und die Säfte auch!
Jan A.: Great place for breakfast! Fair pricing, good choices!
