Williams Mesh Black" seat covers for the front 2 seats.This option wasn't available for my car on the MCC website, so I took a chance and ordered for the Suzuki Swift instead, assuming the seats would be pretty much the same.Well - they are!Turns out the cover I ordered fits perfectly for my 2016 Suzuki Celerio 4-door hatchback.After using the covers for a few weeks am very happy with the fit and how firmly they stay on the seat. Other generic 1-piece covers I tried previously all sagged after a while. Not these ones!

When the front seat covers arrived there was a white gooey substance on the storage area. It wiped off with a wet wipe but very odd. They certainly are not worth the $220 price tag.The instructions are not unique to the custom made covers you order, they are universal instructions, which don’t make a whole not of sense. The YouTube videos are rushed and are not helpful.The seat covers I ordered did not fit properly, at all. They looked “cheap and nasty” and poorly made, with poor stitch work.They looked like universal seat covers, with a few holes randomly cut in for my seat height adjusting handle, etc.They certainly do not fit comfortably, they are full of air and do not sit correctly and will move around. And they don’t cover the whole seat area. They aren’t a tight fit to the seat, hence, they clearly don’t appear to be custom made.I emailed the company and they suggested I didn’t have them on correctly, however I did. It wasn’t humanly possible to do what they were telling me to do and I had tried for hours to get them to work, but they wouldn’t, because they weren’t right.They admitted fault, when they offered to redo the back part and headrest part, however at this stage I was really not comfortable with the situation, so I requested I refund.They were happy to refund me, but only once I sent them photographs of the seat covers cut up… what?!If I was to do this prior to receiving my refund, what protection do I have?How do I know they won’t just stop replying to my emails?So no, I did not feel comfortable doing this and it seems strange and unprofessional to request a customer to do this. Plus, I don’t want to have to discard of a ton of cut up pieces of seat cover. That’s not how it works. I’m not made whole, am I?They then told me I could send them back, but at my cost, which again, I’m not going to do, because the seat covers are defective/not as described and they have admitted fault. It’s on them to pay for return shipping, not me.The whole time it has felt like it’s been a hassle for them to “deal with me”, like they are blaming me for their bad products and service.They don’t have good customer service and they don’t have good products, it’s as simple as that.I’m now forced to recover the funds with my bank (which they are happy to get the money back for me, thank goodness), I do not want to deal with this company and I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody, ever.

David Hughes: A week ago I took in my 1987 Mercedes 300SEL with very bad sheepskin seat covers that I mistakenly got Dry cleaned a few years back and they were ruined not a good idea to have sheepskin dry cleaned. Paul gives incredible customer service with a 10 star product and exceedingly good value given the Quality of the best thickness. Free Fitting was completed in 30 minutes and Paul even gave new floor mats as my front ones were Black and Paul matcjhed the new seat covers with the gifted floor mats. In fact I thought it was such a good product and value for Money and customer service that I went back today with my 2004 Lexus LX470 and got Beige seat covers for that and re experienced the friendly ciustomer service, excellent Quality and value for money. I cannot recommend Pauls Business highly enough. Top Class with great old fashioned service and friendly people.

Due to our circumstances being time poor due to work commitments did not contact them thinking they will help us out in future.Now that we have had a bit of time on our hands decided to reach out to wet seat to see what we can do as these seat covers cost $ 800 upwards .Explained to wet seat they had been failing since new and now they have literally fallen apart never done any off road driving as it is a work car got a little dog in back.there response was it's the dogs fault can't help you post them back and we can charge you to fix them.The seat covers are now in the bin a little over 2 years old went to supercheap and purchased very similar seat covers for $200 if they last half as long we will be happy.Tried to support local business but no support back our mistake never again.Take our advice they are over priced rubbish very disappointed Nick

Mitch 089: Only thing I am happy with is the material used and that's where it ends. How does someone pay nearly $800 dollars for custom made seat covers and not get detailed instuctions on how to fit them? I have excess velcro that just overhangs past the seat and cant go anywhere, stitching is poor in some places and fits tight in one spot but loose in others and cant be pulled any tighter. If I knew of this would of gone to super cheap and bought generic ones for $250.Called them every day for 3 days and was told I would get a call back but never did. After 5 days I finally got in touch as I kept calling and when spoke to Nick was told that they tried to call but couldn't get through saying my number didn't accept interstate calls........ that's funny when I receive them on a daily basis. As I was trying to explain my issues with fitting the covers I said I would text Nick photos of where I am going wrong so he could get a better understanding, and to my suprise I was told that he wouldn't give me his number as he has had a bad experience in the past and could only email. What kind of business are you running? Definitely wont be using there poor product and even poorer service. 👎

Laurens: I ordered a windscreen sunshade.It took weeks before I received a request for more information. It turned out that they had stuffed my order up.The windscreen sunshade arrived and I am very unimpressed..Its a large solid bulky roll with reflective paper on one side..I am hesitant to use it because it is bulky, not easy to unroll and awkward...I have had much better sun shades when I had a motorhome.. The winodow screen was also reflective, multiple layers and easy to roll up.This is a nightmare.Money wasted..

Andrew Castle: Excellent quality & service.From start to finish was a pretty good experience, even with a mix up in between. After the order is placed you even get contacted to let you know when they're working on your order and given an ETA, this surprised me cause I never expect that from any retailer and I even work in retail so that was a nice surprise.Had a bit of a hiccup where they sent me the wrong cut/size for a boot liner, but Laylah was on it almost instantly and a new boot liner was being custom made for me and sent out. Only down side was that I had to wait an additional week or so but luckily this isn't the kind of item or order I needed in any rush. But it was sorted out and when I finally got the proper liner, it fit pretty much perfectly.It's really nice quality too, better than I expected, I was expecting a bit of a cheaper quality to be honest but it's a very nice rubber, not too soft that it feels like you could tear it but not too hard that it feels like you can snap it or make it turn brittle if that makes sense. It's also good really good grip on both sides. The bottom has blunt spikes to help reduce it sliding around and it really doesn't slide around until you force it. The top is really good, I no longer have to worry about the storage crates I have, sliding around when I corner.Will definitely be looking to here for any other car accessories I might need.
