Jennifer Chen: We booked a place in Mudgee for 11 adults over a long weekend and they cancelled our booking two days before we were meant to check in as they had doubled booked our booking between airbnb and stayz. We got no help or support fromThem. Do not recommend.

Grainne Ni Chinneide: 87/230 Elizabeth St - Surrey Hills, Sydney, 2010The key collection was confusing. The key safe is clunky and nobody that works in the pub actually knows anything or maintains the key safe. I was intimidated walking through the bar alone on Friday evening to the key safe. The building feels safer than the street. There’s key fob access, and you require a key fob to access the lift.The apartment smelt like cheap, unclean, sweaty cologne. The blinds in the lounge were broken, did not close all the way over and were missing a vertical strip. The unit is very outdated. The light switches yellowing. There is damage to the interior doors and floor tiles. The sofa has one leg much shorter than the other, it’s more like a rocking chair, with disgusting stains on it.There were pieces of loose dust, dirt and grime on every single floor surface. There was rubbish and dust under and behind bar stools and the rubbish bin. A previous guests Make-Up retail bag was still hanging in the kitchen. There was dirt festering on the ground beside the vacuum. The decor items hadn’t been moved and dusted, so dust gathered behind them.The bathroom felt grotty. A cheap, brown curtain hung poorly over the hot water system, so when you use the toilet your staring at a washing machine, cleaning supplies and the hot water unit. There was dirt behind the toilet. Unacceptable levels of dust on top of the tiles.While out for dinner, I misplaced the keys. Madecomfy couldnt help, had to pay to stay at another hotel. They assure me I will be back in my unit by midday. I’m wearing yesterdays clothes, underwear and have no toiletries as they are locked in the unit.They call shortly after 10:30, they’re asking for money ($50) to send someone out.I call every hour. By 2pm I was calling hourly for an update and requesting someone from operations call with an estimated time they can drop the key back. MC refused to give any further updates other then “we are trying to communicate with the operations team”At 4:30, I call again, the keys have been returned. Returned to Pub. No keys. Barman cant help. After a 15 minute wait, I’m told “the key is in the mailbox at the property” I ask her how we are supposed to get into the fob locked door, and how to get into the locked mailbox. She can’t answer the first question, but tells me “the mailbox is unlocked”We have expensive work items in the unit, laptops, phones and a Nintendo Switch. She doesn’t seem to realise how silly this was, and that our things could have very easily been stolen.Two residents let us into the building. They keys are there. We grab our things and politely, GTFO of that unit. I tried to return the keys to the key safe, but the safe wouldn’t work. so I left them behind the bar with my new mate, the nameless bar manager.Don't bother with this shambles of a company. Yikes it was literally the WORST

Geoffrey Ronaldson: We booked a property through Airbnb managed by MadeComfy in Woolwich recently. We arrived to a garbage dump exterior and found many defects inside the property. Despite a promise of 24/7 support, nothing was rectified and MadeComfy failed to respond to messages. Airbnb were great in trying to resolve matters, but were also unable to establish contact either. Finally a discount was offered and accepted. We will never book another property managed by this company and recommend you treat their promises with a healthy dose of scepticism.
hein lat: Better stay away from these properties manage by this made comfy management. Absolute rubbish. After checked in we discovered the bed frame is broken and leaning to the left and it’s in the state that is not safe to sleep at all. I immediately called and reported about the matter but the guy on the phone says to take the mattress off from the frame and sleep on the mattress. What a joke!! We are not paying to get this kind of service and experience. He also said someone will come and have a look first thing in the morning but a guy came around 1 in the afternoon. I had to cancel all my appointments for the whole morning and wasted half a day of my itinerary just for someone to come and inspect without taken any action after that. He also said he needs to report to the team but I haven’t heard anything back from them until I checked out. I’ve uploaded all the necessary photos and statements but no response at all. I had to call direct to AIR BNB to resolve the issue. Air BNB replied my message around 11pm and told us to find another accommodation because the host(made comfy) is not resolving this issue. Or either partially refund the rent. Clearly no one wants to pay this amount of money to sleep on the broken bed end up with back pain. Stay away from this host and they don’t even deserve 1 star at all.
Sarah Cable: We had a wonderful time at Apple Tree House. The beds were comfy, the house was clean and tidy and we appreciated the wood fire. A USB port/charger would be our only suggestion for those of us who forget their charging pieces.

Fran Bailey: I've only used this booking service once, and there won't be a second time. The accommodation in Mudgee was actually great, but the follow-up customer service has been dreadful. We accidentally left some clothing in the house, and notified MadeComfy the next day. Four days later, having heard nothing back we called and advised that a friend was visiting and could pick it up. Three emails followed, being marked urgent as the deadline approached. They didn't respond until two hours after the friend had left. Now they want $60 to post it back because of their lack of service!Edit: Natalie - I have emailed you the details. I was part of a large group who booked several houses.
Dave Dunn: Unit was very clean, comfortable and very well appointed. Amenities and position was great. The only small drawback was the body wash container was empty and the TV didn't have HD. I don't understand why it only had a 7/10 rating when searching as it is More like 8.5 to 9.

They asked me to pay $520 for a photoshoped drawing chair. I DECLINED AND they said they will send the solution to airrbnb. They think I'm 😱. But I report to police what I needed to do.Scammer should not survive in Australia. I will send you to Acurrent affair and police once I know this one scam me and some customers who meet similarly same scenario like me. 👍We need to be safe and protected as we arre legal customers who paid you what you asked for. Not to pay what you want for your greed.
Quemara Erin Kidd: We stayed at a KozyGuru property at Fortitude Valley in Brisbane. We arrived and there were 5 bags of rubbish at the door. We got inside and it smelt of old food and foot odour. The description on airbnb said it was a luxury apartment, but it was unclean, had ripped lounge, dirty cutlery, old food on the shelves. We were charged $150 for a sink that blocked when we were only there to sleep and they pulled out mouldy sludge from the poor upkeep of the apartment.NEVER trust this organisation. They are deceitful.

Evelyn H: WARNING Don’t book with any of these properties managed by this company Kozyguru unless you want to pay for their renovations. make sure you take photos of everything including areas where you think you wouldn’t need to such as the slats of every bed in each bedroom! You would think slats wouldn’t break after one night but apparently not!! I initially took responsibility as a good guest despite having large doubts but then saw another review by Karen Drummond below where she had the same issue with this company!! You should also take photos of the walls behind each door and each door stopper, because you could also be accused of making a dent in the wall and breaking a door stopper, which of course was already there before you got in. They also want a gold door stopper or why else would they want $100 to replace it?? Zoom in on the photos, it’s such an unhygienic place to stay, see the other EVIDENCE provided by the reviews below

The well-placed mirrors only added to the feeling of openness and breadth, which was truly delightful.One of the things I appreciated most about this Airbnb was the fully equipped kitchen. As someone who likes to cook and eat healthy, having access to a full set of kitchen utensils, pots, and pans was a plus. I could easily prepare my own meals with the fresh ingredients I found nearby.Another fantastic perk was having the option to check out later. My flight wasn't until the evening, so not having to rush was invaluable. Additionally, the location of the apartment was incredibly convenient, with a range of restaurants and food options right on our doorstep.Overall, I can't recommend this Airbnb enough. The host was friendly and helpful, the apartment beautiful and fully equipped, and the Bondi Beach location unbeatable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Ebrahim Kader: Pity that I couldn't give you 0 stars for your putrid, disgusting, unhygienic, rude, non responsive, humiliating and worst experience I have had by any host and AirBnb by far.I arrived to an unsanitary, unhygienic apartment with dirty, dusty floors. Stains on the couch, stains on the bedding. Floors that we’re black and brown due to absent cleaning. White substances in the vacuum that left my eyes and chest bloodshot and tight. The laundry dryer has mild and green fungi growing on it when the filter was removed and cleaned.I have photographed every occurrence of dirt, dust and just filth in this apartment and will be displaying them on social media as a health warning with a very honest review. I will also be filing a formal complaint with Airbnb attaching the photos of the apartment and my experience.It will also include the lack of responses received from Megan clearly detailing the filth mentioned above, including the unwillingness to help in my current situation where I am locked out of the apartment with my valuables still inside. I have been waiting for 2 hours without any assistance when the cleaner has another set of keys.After getting locked out of the apartmentWhen we raised the issue that she had been locked out, the host (Megan) refused to helpYour cleaner arrived at 2pm when indicated they would arrived at 1pm.The cleaner nearly trampled over me while getting to the door. The cleaner arrived with what I presume to be her mother and child. I’d indicated to the cleaner that I’d been locked out for 3 hours, my valuables (laptop, watches, music production equipment and a suitcase) were still in the apartment and due to her mother and child being there, requested that they wait outside for 5-10 minutes allowing me to gather my valuables and head out to which the cleaner responded that no one had told her to arrive at 201 B1 Wentworthville at 1pm, indicated that she wouldn’t let her mother and child wait outside, invited them in and out her child in the bed, in the room where my valuables were - I expressed how uncomfortable I am with the situation to which she indicated she no longer wanted to talk to me.Your cleaner became rude and treated me with prejudice and underlying racism. I then expressed how I’m not happy with the situation and that I would raise the issue to a superior to which your cleaner laughed, said she doesn’t have a boss and switched the tv on while taking a seat.I then gathered as many belongings as I could, leaving the balance in to apartment. When I returned, the cleaner had tried to lock me out not knowing I still have a key.This behavior is unprofessional, unbecoming rude and unacceptable. The experience with KozyGuru has been awful, infuriating as well as humiliating.This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had staying at a place. The treatment by Megan and your cleaner has been disgusting.
Raisah Fakier: Disappointed as extra was paid for a clean before we arrived.- Filthy floors (black floors, dust balls, hair and food under couch, bed and bathroom)-Filthy carpet-Bathrooms we’re dirty. The drains stank to the point the extractors had to be on at all times.-Towels, sheets and bedding dirty : had to be cleaned twice before suitable for use)-Balcony is filthy : seems like it’s never been cleaned.- No broom or mop to clean- No cleaning cloths- Dirty broken sponges to clean dishes : very unhygienic.- white stains on the couch- Filter in the tumbler had mould and green fungi growing in it.Dust and dirt severely affected chest, nose and eyes.HOST did not care about the dirt. Host was unhelpful. Was locked out of the apartment for 3+ hours with no assistance when a second key was available at the request of the host, instead the host indicated they won’t help and locksmith needed to be called. After a very serious complaint, the second key arrived to unlock the door)This appears to be a health hazard. Everything is very basic. Kitchen is not fully equipped- missing spoons, chipped crockery. I do not recommend anyone stay in this apartment due to the risks involved with the aforementioned dirt.

Savi Nagpal: Looking for accommodation for my daughter seemed a tough task for me in Sydney until I met Robert and Daphne. Their professionalism and prompt service was commendable.The room was clean, very-well organized and was made available to us right away. All requests from our side were attended to immediately and we are so glad that she has settled in comfortably.The accommodation is very strategically located, with shopping centers, restaurants, bus & train access and other amenities very close to the accommodation.Thankyou so much Robert and Daphne for taking care of her and making her feel at home.

Terry Xue: I am an owner in the 185 Broadway building, and I had an excellent experience when leasing my unit with Noble. Finding a suitable tenant can be an overwhelming process there, still Daphne was always available to clarify any concerns. The whole process was such a breeze! Really happy withher services and the Noble team. Would def recommend it!

Marjory: If I could rate them zero I would. I am one of the committee member of the building they looked after recently. It was clearly a majority decision that we wouldn’t be needing any building management services, hence we terminated them on our AGM. Sam was very furious and bitter. She left quickly, threw the keys LITERALLY to one of the owners. When asked which keys are which, she yelled “figure it out yourself”. She did not handover formally and until now, everything is hanging in midair. She was pleasant initially but when she couldn’t take defeat, she became unprofessional and angry. It was shocking to see she acted that way. Well, you can never really buy class.

ken graham: Wonderful surprise, this is a really beautiful place we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is near some great shopping and restaurants. If your ok with a small hill it is all walkable in about 20 minutes. The metro and bus system was so easy to walk to as well this is a great location and a very nice place. The Kitchens and baths were very clean and it was well stocked for any length stay. I think its good for a long weekend like us or a whole month if that’s what you are looking for the view is amazing.
Montana Greaves: A great location close to the fairy and train station, beautiful view over the harbour. Place was clean. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend.
Andrew Potter: Fabulous location overlooking Coogee beach. Enjoyed sun on verandah all morning. Everything required within walking distance. Couldn’t have been better.

Vanessa Duncan: This is a beautiful and comfy older apartment, fully modernised with easy access to the Harbour, exclusive Eastern suburbs and city. It’s very good value for four people. Parking is a little difficult, but can be found at the end of the street. We had a great time, celebrating a birthday and just hanging out in this beautiful space.

RMK Management Pty Ltd: what do users think?
Joe Murrell: Appreciating I seem to be the odd person out here, however. We paid to have an audiobook voice over completed and post production as well to the ACX standard. The 52 chapters were duly done and two samples provided which I approved and requested the remainder be drip fed to me. In short, I don't believe any post production was carried out on the other 50 chapters at all. We paid $2400 just for post production services and RMK have declined any refund. I had taken their work on stated value and uploaded it for 44 audiobook websites to sell however, upon listening to the book found it was read too quickly, there were 7 double ups of sentences, major mispronunciations, click and pops, background noise etc.In horror, the audiobook as supplied by RMK was withdrawn and all 50 chapters had to have post production carried out, which took nearly a monthI thought I had landed on my feet finding RMK but I'm extremely disappointed and with their response.Stay safe.

Matthew Galea: An outstanding selection of talent, brilliantly co-ordinated by the RMK tram. From my first email right through to recording, the team took exceptional care of myself and Strata Plan. We used Robbie McGregor to record some on-hokd messaging for our new phone system and the results were great. Dialling in from Melbourne to listen in and give directions during recording was a seamless process and the production team's turnover of the files was extremely quick. Would highly recommend.

We remembered how painful it was last time, what with formats and size limits (we had to send the voice and music through to another supplier to compile). So you can imagine our delight (and relief) when RMK said they could now do the whole thing in house! End to end.
