Thinklum STEM Online Coding Classes for Kids, Robotics Classes for Kids, Creative Thinking: what do users think?
Tonya Boiko: My daughter loves Roblox classes. She attends them for the second year, it is the great way to study through her favourite game, I don't need to push her, she reminds me that she has lessons. Highly recommend
The Harris-Smith: Although a great idea, this particular class did not suit our ASD, ADHD daughter as she was unable to sit for long periods of time to concentrate. The videos that were sent through were a help though for her to catch up on what she missed. The teacher was very nice and encouraging.
cherry wu: Positive:Professionalism,ValueMy kids joined this class from level 1 and now he is in level 4. The class is interesting and he enjoyed it.
Teresa O'Mara: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueMy 9 year old did the intro to Roblox Studios course during school holidays and absolutely loved it! He learned so much and the teacher was very knowledgable and patient. He was so excited to attend each zoom lesson and was completely engaged throughout. Highly recommend.
Anna Hobson: Positive:Professionalism,QualityThere were few enough students for the kids to be able to ask questions. And time was given to go through their games to dissect issues. Our daughter wants to continue to the next level which I think says more than anything else I can say.
Olena Mylovanova: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,Value
John Shin: I found Thinklum online during COVID. We have used CodeCamp and other options in the past...We engaged in 1:1 lessons for Roblox coding and Shopify shop setup for two boys - 8 and 10 years old. We have found the instructors to be great teachers (very good with kids) + very knowledgable. Most importantly the boys have actually asked for more lessons without any parent prompting.A great way to get the kids interested in coding!John
Patricia Dolan: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueMy son attended the online Roblox Level 1 Coding class and loved it! The instructor was (amazingly) patient and made sure each attendee was able to ask questions and complete their tasks. I highly recommend 😊
谢瑞(Sui): Positive:Communication
Yanevskaya Elena: Positive:Communication,Professionalism
Trish Donovan: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueMy son has now completed Level 1 and 2 of Roblox Coding, thoroughly enjoyed it. Both of the teachers on the courses were very patient with the students and friendly. Great courses for the children
Sparklz: The Roblox online coding course was perfect for 9 year old boy. He learnt a lot about creating a game and Ray was really patient with all the children. This is an activity that is perfect to do via Zoom.
Albert Aguilar: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueRobotics is a great extra curricular activity for your child and THINKLUM is the best class to do it with. Mila is a very knowledgeable and patient instructor. My daughter has been in it for 3 years and she is having fun and learning a lot at the same time.
Lily Qassem: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueMy son had been a student with Thinklum for a couple of years now and we couldn’t be happier, he’s always challenged and having fun. Thank you team Thinklum!
Sarah Milligan: I signed my Roblox mad son Zach up for the Level 1 online Roblox course last term. Zach loved the classes and Mila has the most incredible patience with the children. By the end of the course Zach had created his own little game and Roblox even sent him some Robucks! We have signed Zach up to the Level 2 Roblox class next term and he can’t wait. Highly recommend.💜
Ahmed Galal: Positive:Communication,Value
Denys Drahonchuk: Great Roblox courses! Our daughter was happy to participate. Thank you!
Anna Leontjeva: great robotics course! highly recommend!

Coder Academy: what do users think?
Mona Cameron: I’m really excited to commence this course. The course advisor Lee Harrison was very friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make sure any questions I might have were answered. I’m very impressed by the support they’ve demonstrated so far.
Sonny Peterson: Coder Academy was one of the best decisions I have ever made. It was very intense, especially for a tradie with little knowledge of tech beforehand and no knowledge of coding, but the team is there to support your journey as much as is possible when you put in the work. Their internship program at the end of the course placed me in an awesome company with whom I received full time employment at the end of my internship. I highly recommend Coder if you are interested in a career in tech.
Jeanette Soo: the course organization is unreasonable, some subjects is not very useful, also unlike tutor working attitude
Jeremy Bell: It's definitely a challenge but it's 100% the best learning environment I've been in. Working with other motivated learners was great.
SURINDER SINGH: I have completed 'Data Analysis with Python' short course. The course was amazing and very well delivered.Above all, the instructor was great with a solid command over the subject. Highly recommend this course to learn the power of Python for data analytics.
Monch Mercader: Great courses and great teacher
teddy: If you are looking for a career change into web development, Coder Academy's Fast Track program is the place to be. Perfect environment to learn the technical and other relevant skills to prepare you to immediately add value in industry.
Olisa Mak: bad management
Sam D: experienced a disruptive learning schedule and unprofessional organisation to the course. it really hurt the course delivery in the end. consider alternatives.
Chi Bui: Not just coding, teaching you how to learn and reskill yourself with a strong focus on getting you ready for the industry.Great teachers with a fantastic support network with awesome mentors helping to build a professional network. With a strong network they even provide opportunities to intern at some great tech firms.
Noemi Alvarez Soares: My return to programming has been made much easier with the help of the Coder Factory. I had been previously a developer for over 6 years but I ended up changing careers for a while. However, recently fell in love with programming again. I needed to right motivation and spark to get back into the industry, and decided to enrol in the Web App Development course at the Coder Factory. It's been 9 weeks and I'm loving it. The course in the first two months I was comfortable with but in this final part, we are focusing on the needs of the projects of each student, which helps to acquire knowledge about solutions in a diversity of subjects. I recommend for programmers who want to upgrade their skills and for those starting out who don't understand anything about programming, as the content has been taught in a simple, clear and effective way
Simon Angell: The guys at Coder Factory Academy are fantastic. After taking one of their courses I was able to build up the skills, confidence and inspiration to make a career change to a full stack web developer. I would recommend them to anyone looking to up skill or switch careers!
Mark Pereira: Exactly the environment you need to gain the skill that everyone should acquire!
Katherina Fatiguso: I studied coding with Coder Factory in 2015 for 3 months full time and it was a very steep learning curve for me and sometimes it pushed me to my edge, but I persisted. I really wanted to change my career and I finally accomplished the course. There was a bit of a situation at the end of my course but then I managed to finish my final project of the course with the help of my previous mentor and Pete. I tried to maintain positive outlook and patience during this trying time and I tried maintain friendly outlook, not just with Pete but with everyone in the course. Pete offered me to work in my first project to create a website. This gave me an opportunity to apply what I have learned. Now I am on my second project and I am getting more confident than before, although I still have so many hurdles and it feels like forever learning. Yes, if you want to do coding, you have to have this set of mind that you will never stop learning, you need to be patient and be persistent. Pete has been a great help for me to open the door to this career path that I have been wanting to do and I'm still enjoying it.
Matt Werth: A must for those wanting to learn coding. Great for startup businesses especially tech startups.

QwertyKids: what do users think?
Angela Yip: My son who’s currently in Yr 4 absolutely loves coming to coding class at Qwerty. He looks forward to it every week and I also get to take a look at what he’s been working on at pick up time. Thanks for running such a fun class DC!
Nick Panopoulos: Absolutely amazing. Sent my kids there and they came back more excited than I have ever seen them. Highly recommend sending your children not only for the code camps but also for the term classes which they especially seem to enjoy. They love coming home every week telling us about the awesome projects they did!5/5 for sure!
imala alwis: Our two girls aged 7 and 11 have throughly enjoyed the experience offered by QwertyKids and look forward to it every week. They've gained experience in lots of programming platforms such as Scratch, Bits box, JavasScript, CoffeeScript, and Python. They also have coded electronics using raspberry pi and microbit, used VR technology and have made numerous apps and games using the skills they've learnt. QwertyKids have a refreshing one-on-one approach and lessons are geared towards the kid's abilities and interests. As a parent, I been very impressed watching the kid's progress and especially their enjoyment related to their coding accomplishments.
Jacqui Bouf: QwertyKids is by far the most engaging and nurturing coding class any of my kids have attended, and in fact would be in the top 3 for best afterschool/holiday activity generally. The teacher was very kind and playful, so genuinely excited about the technology and the creativity that can be expressed with coding. Would 100% recommend to any, and the small classes and attractive, cosy rooms are great for shyer kids
Christophe Chuvan: We enrolled my son this term for the first time. He has a pretty narrow set of interests and hadn't really taken to some of the other extra-curricular activities before; however, this turned out differently. He is very enthusiastic about going back every Saturday and has even done extra coding at home for fun! He likes learning new things with Captain Code and Jessica and loves showing off his work at the end of each session Highly recommended.
Emily: DC is great, my kids have loved after school and holiday coding classes.
KNM: Fantastic Coding place, kids love it,
FBKong: Great place for kids to learn to learn their first code with a lovely lady.
Local Reviewer: Wonderful way to introduce children to coding. Danielle is amazing. Offers great school holiday camps and a variety of after school programs. My kids thoroughly enjoyed their classes. They love this place and love the instructor
Elissa Allan: My son loves this place, it's a must for your child to learn and engage is a safe and fun environment

Sydney Community College: what do users think?
Suzanne Potma: Moved through the framing course at an easy, but steady pace provided by the 2 facilitators for 8 of us. Had a great day! Would do this again.
Pierce Rosman: Just finished the Woodworking course for beginner's. Peter was such a 'gentleman'. Very knowledgeable and patient. The work bench we made has pride of place in my garage! Great course!
Terri Fairbairn: I have just completed the Screenwiting course. It was fantastic and our teacher was both personable and highly professional. My only concern was that the course had been reduced in hours from its previous level and I think it would benefit from returning to that level. This, however, will not stop me form seeking out an advanced course in Screenwriting here, or from doing any of the other fascinating courses that are available there, several of which I hsave already done.
Marie: I think it's always hard to say, but CCE doesn't like NDIS participants who need support attending their classes. I have a companion card, but they do not accept it. I feel sad that people who need support such as myself are not able to attend, and are told instead to pay for two people when the fact of the matter is that the support is not the one benefiting from the experience, I am. It's a gross lack of understanding as to what supports are there to do. I hope your policy changes in the future to become disability friendly.
Laura: Absolutely not impressed with the organisation. I have paid a business English class and ended up in an advanced English class and the organisation didn't pay any attention to my request to change classes or at least get a discount for the next ones. I strongly not recommend.
watchM “spsa” Egrow: I wanted to walk out of covid learning something new and chose a language. After much research I found the Sydney Community College website easy to navigate (with so many opportunities) and signed up in a heartbeat. Enjoyed basic Greek and have signed up for next level. Efharisto!
Andrew Drabarek: I attended the WordPress course on 30 Nov and 7 Dec. The tutor, no doubt, very knowledgeable but the subject is so vast that two days can’t satisfy very different levels of interest (I was entirely fresh, but most of the people had exposure of some sort). So, I guess, there should be an introductory course, just to construct something good for going on-line and more specialised one, eg focusing on e-commerce.
Ruth Leckie: Microsoft Office:Word Level 1This course was brilliant. Denise was clear in her explanation and did more than was stated in the course description. I really feel confident using Word to its full extent.
Jack Leighton: Walking into an actual sausage restaurant, being able to step into the kitchen and work on a grinder and choosing spices was just awesome for me. This experience has made me see that cooking with processed meat is not as hard as it seems and working in a team makes it more fun and easy. Being able to eat a sausage fresh off the stove and knowing I had a hand in making some has taught me even further independence and idealism. The smell and taste of fresh self-made food is just a dream come true for me and I hope to experience it again.
Monica O'Connell: Drawing with Elinor Pickard .... wonderful teacher, learnt so much and I am so excited about drawing now!! Thank you Elinor.
Alison Bourke: The Introduction to Copywriting course I completed last week was incredibly informative, interesting and useful. It was fast-paced but allowed time for class responses and questions. The presenter was knowledgeable and generous in the way he shared information. I now have an increased appreciation of the importance of audience to a copywriter. Highly recommend this course.
Jess W.: Sydney Community College Online Course - Novel Writing with Shannon Curtis. Having always loved to write but also having approached it in a somewhat directionless fashion, this course was super useful in giving me a structure to work within in future. I look forward to knuckling down and trying to write something new, and I do feel the course has given me some really useful tools to produce something much better than it would have been. Shannon was really knowledgeable, and did a lovely job presenting the info and kindly answered lots of questions as we went. Can’t recommend the course enough for those who love to write but need a bit of structure to get them going.
Fran Baxter: I enjoyed the Indonesian language class. As I complete beginner I found it a bit challenging, but Hani the instructor could not have been more supportive. Just need more practice now and then some more learning.
Maggie: I recently completed the Storytelling course with John Knowles. It was excellent and John is a wonderful teacher. I learned more than I thought I would and would recommend this highly to people who want to perfect the art of storytelling in either a professional sense or just for friends / family. Very enjoyable.
Melissa Barhy: I have attended many courses, such as Italian Beginners, Candle Making, Resin Workshop. It's always good fun!
HAMID YAHYAEI: Fantastic community service.
Chuck Lee: The massage course conducted by Jade was informative and she was very skillful in disseminating the information and sharing her skills. Very enjoyable and the participants were very friendly and sharing materials and experiences. Thumbs up
Ulla GERICH-McGregor: I have attended the Greek language course Level 1 with John S for the past 10 weeks. I enjoyed the course a lot, John is a great and motivating teacher. Particularly I enjoyed learning about modern Greece now and also how the modern Greek language has developed over time. The course was online, my first language course online and it was great. Would have loved to continue with level 2 now but the course is only on offer in October. Thanks John, hope our group and a few more are back with you in October.Ulla ( Byron Bay)
Angela M: This was a fantastic way to spend my Sunday. Isabelle has a wealth of experience and knowledge, and is a lovely human. It was a great location with plenty of parking. It was a great introduction to the world of paper, paper folding techniques and bookbinding skills. I highly recommend Isabelle and The Owl and Lion for bookbinding workshops
Paola Vertechi: I have just completed the third piano course at the Sydney Community College. The teacher, Lucia Ko, was really lovely, very clear in her explanations, patient, and in general fun to learn with. The course gave excellent value for money, considering that most piano lessons are very expensive. Highly recommended!
Gil Raymond: Awesome Ableton Live course with Anton! Thank you

Code Camp: what do users think?
Hari Kim: Teacher does not have much experience, would not notice even kids are not around. The class does not run until the planned time, finishes early without any information. Poor communication with parents.
Bernhard H: Avoid this activity if you don't want your kids to be neglected and left behind. My kids missed the regular after school Code Camp session twice (out of only 3 session) so far, and the instructor didn't even know. Meaning that they didn't even care how many person is in their Code Camp session. Maybe because they already pocket the money anyway...When I write email to suggest improvement on their check in/roll call procedure (or do better coordination with the school), the customer support trying to produce excuses after excuses, and even shift the blame to year 1 kid for not turning up to session. The reply email even type completely different kid name, and repeating the same excuses on subsequent reply. It shows that they didn't read the email properly, and really didn't bother addressing the concern (My guess is again because the participant already pay for the course in full).
A Kee: Took full amount when using creative kids voucher would be fine except that they didn't say anywhere it would take 2 weeks for a refund once they used up our vouchers. Then they delayed classes for a week i am guessing due to numbers, and then cancelled one of the classes 2 days out. Now i have one child enrolled and the other one misses out. poor form.
Zoha Khan: Worst camp ever. Waste of $200 as kids did not learn anything in the two day camp. Played with play dough to make an amateur video. Very disappointed.
Abhi Ma: My son had so much fun here!!!
Erika: Incredibly passionate people teaching kids an increasingly important skill set - how to code games. From the basics of coding principles, to full-blown line code, they will guide children every step of the way. Fun, caring and supportive!
Jeanette Gunn: I enrolled my daughter into Code Camp in January 2020, when she was 7 years old. It was a great experience for her. She learned the basics and gained the confidence that comes from trying and succeeding at challenging things. I have since enrolled my son for the January 2021 program, as he is nearly 7. I am particularly impressed with the other streams developed, such as the YouTube camp. The only reason I removed one star was for price. The courses are approximately $130 per day (so $390 for three days) for 8:30 to 3pm with no lunch provided. A computer is additional too. There are no sibling discounts or reward programs. I would have returned and purchased more camps otherwise. However, I can not fault the program and if money is no barrier then I absolutely recommend.
______: i went here once. the games were similar and BORING. there was too much merchandise and it was a bit babyish with high-fives and participation awards. would be okay for kids under 8. 😡😠
I Fly: I enrolled my daughter into code camp because she showed interest in coding and loves technology l. When I saw the website she created I was so happy and proud ! She definitely learnt something at code camp !! Yes they do copy what the teacher does but it does work as when she got home she continued to build her website on her own without the teacher there.she wasn’t over excited to go back after the first day. But I believe this was due to her not having anyone her age in her class at that time. If she did it with her friend I’m sure she would of enjoyed it even more. I loved the hat and the t shirt. Computers and coding is the future weather we like it or not and these camps are a great way to introduce your kids to this type of technology. I also believe your child has to be interested in coding to start with to enjoy this camp to the full as the days are long.
Noah: i hated it! the game that i made was on there app!and it glitched it
Anna Mullins: My son had awesome time!! Great staff and well organised!!
J S: Code camp were very easy to talk to and were very helpful with getting me the information I needed.
Jo Thatcher: My daughter absolutely loved Code Camp. She carried on working on her game every night after camp and was so proud to share with family and friends! She loved how creative game building can be.
Melissa Solomon: My son loves code camp. We've tried other coding schools but he always asks to go back to Code Camp.I highly recommend code camp to any parent that wants a fun and educational coding course for their child.
Daniel Jacobson: This seems to me an example of "fake learning". Slickly marketed to parents who want their kids to be the next Mark Zuckerberg or Steve Jobs, Its all high fives, branded caps and t-shirts. But when it comes to the coding they just copy lines of code from a projector and produce an almost identical game to all the other kids who copied the code off the board.Possibly they learn something along the way, but there are far better coding classes for kids that let them use their imagination and develop problem solving skills, even if the end result is a little less polished.

HBA Learning Centres: what do users think?
Paul WILSON: I did the TAE course. The trainers were great, they were informative and helpful. HBA was a pleasure to do business with being fast with responses and providing assistance when needed.
ashley wilden: Be advised when dealing with Harold Baldry he is a very rude and unprofessional man. For someone who hold a managerial position with HBA learning centre I know this is a poor and unexpected behaviour from RTO manager. HBA should be ashamed with letting Harold Baldry deal with any students in past and future. I will never deal this RTo again because of his unprofessional attitude towards clients. Dealings with HBA was very poor and unprofessional from start to finish. Recommend to stay clear of this RTO much better organisation out there.
Gose Ber: I had very good experience with HBA learning Centre from the start till the time I finish my course. I thank my tutor Sonia Arora for all the support she has given me, she is amazing, kind and very supportive during my course. I feel quite grateful to my tutor Sonia for all the help she has extended. I recommend any one to go with HBA Learning Centre.
pooja jain: Hi, I just finished my diploma in Early childhood care and services from HBA. I am very happy and satisfied with the support and help throughout my learning by Sonia, without her I could not even think of finishing my diploma ahead of time. She is the best assessor anyone could have ask for. This is the first time I am doing studies online but Sonia made this so easy and smooth for me. She was always there to help me whenever I needed. I learned a lot from her feedback and made improvement in my assignments. I would definitely recommend HBA learning to my friends.
