Alysium Day Spa Sydney - Spa Treatments and Luxury Services: what do users think?
Tania Lopez: The staff are friendly and very professional....I had such a relaxing time and would highly recommend the massage and the facials.
Ashok Kumar: Very good and professional service in a comfortable and cozy environment
Michelle van Rensburg: Was gifted a Massage for my Birthday by my besties. Em, my massage therapists, gave me a much needed deep tissue massage, it was fantastic Thank you Em.
irene hall: My aromatherapy massage was a delightful experience performed by a very competent practitioner.
Rhonda James: I booked a couples package for my husband and I for an early Xmas present. It was an hour full body massage & an hour facial. Alfonso on reception was so friendly & welcoming. The lovely beauty therapists worked there magic. We totally loved our 2 hours of bliss. Well worth the money & the staff were very accommodating. We will definitely go back. I recommend going after a morning of shopping in the city as your feet will thank you. We also had afternoon tea upstairs in the Hilton Hotel after our wonderful spa experience
Chris Asimus: 2nd visit in 6mths. Unreal experience!Alphonse and the team are some of the friendliness people you will ever meet, and very professional.Thankyou for the awesome massages, you are legends!
Sonja Cen: The massage experience itself was great and I would have loved to leave a 5 star review but the experience before and after the massage is severely lacking and not something I expected from a Hilton spa. The spa shares a corridor and unfortunately also shares change rooms with a public gym - think bright fluorescent lights, sweaty gym people next to you in the change rooms while you get ready for your 'relaxing' massage. My partner had the unfortunate experience of changing into his massage robe next to a naked old man who'd just come back from the gym... The reception area at the spa is also tiny and there's nothing relaxing about it. I think a spa experience starts from the moment you walk inside and if Hilton could fix this and have a separate entrance and separate change rooms (with low lights, music etc) it would honestly make a huge difference. So if you're after a relaxing day of pampering I'd go somewhere else.
J T: We had a great experience
Conan Tran: Wow and Amazing!! I booked with Alysium for a personal spa treatment. Oh I must admit, I was approached by one amazing masseuse named Anita. She was gentle and firm upon request. Highly recommended for anyone who wishes to do some personal therapy with her.The overall premesis was very clean and tidy, and definitely I would go again next week!
Angelica C: Alfonso was wonderful and very accommodating with all my last minute requests. Carmen, who did all the services I requested, the exfoliation, the hot stone massage and facial were all done very well. They were all very professional and kind. Great way to start my vacation! Thank you!
Danisha Samarasekera: Had a beautiful pregnancy massage at Alysium spa, from the minute I walked in it was relaxing and calm. The massage itself was wonderful, very relaxing and just what I needed for my sore pregnant body. Thank you!
narghiza ergashova: Great place to relax and has a wide array of areas.
ethan mulholland: Communication was quick since sending an inquiry, was picked up from reception at the Hilton and was greeted by friendly staff. Surprised my partner and we were not disappointed :)
Gloria Chui: Just wow. My parents and I had the most amazing experience with Alysium spa. We felt very relaxed and pampered by the end of our massage/facial. Not to mention, my skin has never felt so amazing and glowy! Would definitely fly back just for this facial. Thank you Alysium Spa!
Amiee Nicole: My friend and I attended this spa on a Sunday afternoon. We got the couple's massage and it was heavenly! We left feeling like we could float on air, just amazing. Thank you to Alfonso and the team for your service, definitely coming back!
norma dakhoul: Professional, friendly and very experienced. Highly recommend these guys, they know what they're doing. I'm already planning my next visit :)
N H: My experience was amazing. Treatment was great and staff were accommodating. High tea from Hilton was slow to come out but that’s not the spa’s fault. Please note: locker and change room is in the fitness first.
Amber Firriolo: The whole experience was very nice and relaxing. All of the staff were very professional and welcoming!
Lauren Pope: I have been going to Alysium for 4 years now and usually opt for the on the go bliss package or whatever offer is on at the time. I've never had a single complaint, I find the prices to be the best in Sydney, staff always really welcoming and treatments always 10 out of 10. I always arrive qn hour before to make use of the pool and steam room. I'll be booking up again soon for sure.
Rae Sweeney: What a way to relax after a few days of shopping
Cassie Buono: Not sure I should say how good it was as I'm afraid we won't be able to book in again as it will be booked out!Wonderful experience. Thoroughly enjoyed the therapeutic massage with just the right amount of pressure and friendly staff. Added bonus was being able to use the spa, sauna and steam room beforehand without having to bring my own towel or robe

Varda Spa Sydney CBD: what do users think?
Michelle H.: I had an amazing Thai Massage at Varda Spa. Beny did an amazing job and the girl at the reception is lovely.
Marta: My husband and I just love this place. One of our favourite massage places in the city. It's clean, quiet and relaxing, with lovely gentle music playing in the background. The staff are all very welcoming, friendly and professional.
Lucinda Headland: I booked a two hour massage and facial experience. Really didn’t enjoy either of the treatments. The room was freezing and when I asked for a blanket the therapist gave me a hand towel. The massage was so uncomfortable and even painful at times. The therapist jumpers from my arms to lower back to head and back again. She was all over the shop. I mentioned on the client card that I wanted her to focus on my head, however she didn’t even do a head massage. I asked her not to massage my arms, but she did them anyway,It was very painful. The facial was terrible, the water was freezing and she didn’t properly wipe away the exfoliation before the massage, so it was very scratchy. I left with a lot of oil on my face, lumpy of paw paw on my lips and really dissatisfied.
N R: Good massage, get the deals for it from Groupon as full price can be a bit expensive. Lost one star as their building has no toilet, so you either hold it in or go in the carpark next door, next to the rubbish bins. Not a great look!
Xiaoyi Robert: Stay away from that woman called Niki. So bitchy! The owner should fire her.
Evangeline Johnston: I had a massage and facial 1 week ago and I am still in so much pain.. it’s was a male therapist and he kept twisting my arms and massaging way to hard and when I would say it’s to hard please stop he would say sorry don’t understand and continue to the point I got up and said please massage lighter. I am still in so much pain one week later. I don’t mind a male therapist but I do think they should ask when making the booking of a male therapist is ok. Facial was much better than the massage. I won’t book again.
Maryam Freeman: Fantastic service. staff were very friendly.
03132372: The female therapist Niki/Miki is so RUDE. Yelled to the customer in the session. Apparently, she is not afraid of being hired with no fear. The owner should be aware of it.
Calderon Cameron: The female therapist Niki or Miki is SOOOOO rude. So surprised how she was hired by the owner and doubted if she is owner’s relative.I booked 90 minute groupon full body massage. I came on time but she kept me waiting long in the room. Her attitude is so rude to order you to do things rather than a therapist. She even forgot where she just massaged and massaged the same places twice. It seemed she was not well trained. She is so rushed to be off work. When she massaged my eyes, she almost strongly squeezed my contact lens out. When she left the massage room, she even shouted loudly in Siamese in the aisle. If you don’t want to take this job, then leave ur coworker who can do a better job than u.
Brad Hooper: Just had an amazing 90 min massage. Lovely service. Great value. Highly recommended!
Andreas Fehr: Fantastic massage, nice atmosphere, relaxed music and very good and proffesional massage.
Kristina Popova: I had a massage yesterday at this place. The masseuse name was Mikki - absolutely useless. Wasted my time and left me completely disappointed. She did not bother to massage at all. All she did constantly adjusting towels and unpleasantly patting. You could see she has zero interest in what she is doing. As soon as she finished she was on her phone .I would expect a compensation in the way of a complementary session but all I heard back from reception that my experience will be passed on to the manager.
Alex Knysh: I loved my massage! As soon as I lay on the table and tuned in to the nice music, I felt relaxed. Desi's expert hands helped relieve months of knots and tension. I thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated it. Thank you Desi.
Caroline Ramage: Very caring and quality massage therapist. A very pleasant ambience created by bird song and piano. A facial was part of my package, my skin looked the best I have seen it in ages, very clean, plump and refreshed. Thank you Varda Spa for providing this coupon discount. 🙏
Aidan Lam: Not relaxing at all. Basically paid to get oil rubbed on me for an hour. Lady was brisk, rushed and clumsy. She even burped at one point and instead of holding the door open for me tried to go through first and we almost collided. Stay away
Nancy Park: horrible customer service. She was on the phone when I came in, not even welcoming the guest. She can do some gesture like have a sit (for example). she seems like a manager or owner but have a bad multitasking.
Crystal Truong: 5 star service from reception to masseuses.
Vicky T: Amazing service from the ladies at Varda Spa cbd. We were late to our appointment due to syd train delays but they still honoured our time for our massage and went above and beyond expectations even when they didn't need to. Great massage and friendly service.
Keit Viitkin: There are many massage places in CBD, but Varda Spa is definitely my go to place. Good atmosphere, value and service!
K Doan: Not recommend! We were 2 people and they arranged 2 guys to do the massage, to be honest were not comfortable at the time but it was my fault for not requesting at the beginning so we accepted it, no problem! The receptionist girl guaranteed us that dont worry they are really professional! The one did the massage for me , his skill was good even meant to tip him, until they kept giggling with each other, were not sure what they were laughing about but one guy even couldn’t hold his laugh and left the room 3 times! I guess they were body shaming us ( i hope they didnt) for any reason its not nice guys, not professional at all!
Google User: The receptionist lacks good manners; curt and abrupt.

Crown Spa Sydney: what do users think?
Jess K: Amazing experience!! Gorgeous facilities, relaxing experience and great service. Facilities were clean and tidy and staff were friendly and accommodating. Free 4 hour valet parking made the experience even better.A fantastic couples massages performed by Parin and Polly in a very nice couples room. They were professional, super friendly and gave a very good massage.
Natalie Yoon: The massage was great and 4 hours free parking is a well thought bonus. but the jacuzzi temperature could be more warmer. It could feel bit cold.
aida togan: U7uu
One sip of Tee: A solid 4 - 4.5 star. Love the entire experience as you could use their facilities before and after the spa treatment. The facilities are very well maintained and clean with lots of ammenities available (Dyson hair dryer, bottled water, clean towels always getting refilled immediately, shower room always getting cleaned immediately).
Dee E: Great service very relaxing great day out with the girls
J. Wolf K.: Feeling relaxed and calm after such a great wellness experience. Very kind and friendly staff. Beautiful facility and ambiance.
Ruonan Wang: I have to say this was the worst experience ever. To start, they brought me a cup of tea, but the tea cup had someone’s lipstick on it. The room was freezing. The treatment also felt rushed and rough. When we tried to give our feedback to the manager she was very rude and dismissive of our valid concerns. Won’t go back again.
Ben Brady: Excellent deep tissue massage
Ahmad Abdel Hafez: Fantastic experience
Anthony L: Crown Spa provides a luxurious spa and massage experience that is well worth the premium price. The aqua retreat is a standout feature, offering separate gender areas with a spa, sauna, and steam room. It's recommended to arrive an hour before your massage to fully enjoy this oasis. We had an amazing massage from Buppha and Ratsamee, who truly deserve recognition for their exceptional skills. Booking with them is highly recommended. Additionally, the complimentary four-hour valet parking is a nice perk. Overall, the experience was incredibly relaxing, with clean and comfortable facilities. Definitely recommend Crown Spa to others.
Susan Smoday: The spa looks beautiful but thats where it ends. Hubby and I went for a treatment and after the treatment we got to chill out in seperate rooms. I was in a room with women standing over me waiting for me to move so they could sit. The facial I had was terrible all the moves on my face where rushed and uncomfortableI have been a beautician for years and I know a bad facial. My husband massage came with nosie of lots of women's talking.not worth the high price at all.
Leticia Estrada Rahme: Beautiful design by BLAINEY North. That’s the best thing. The message was ok not the best I’ve had. The locker area is a bit small. And I heard some hammering at the end of my massage. Overall its okay but for the money you are paying you can do better. The service is okay, they can do better as well. Lockers get stuck and make an annoying noise. I might be being too harsh but I do except top service for the $$.
Tania Martin: They never reply to calls … you can be on the phone hours so good luck if you need a booking or change dates.Too pricy for this service
Terry Li: Had a fantastic experience here with my wife for our anniversary 🥂
Priscilla Cheung: Visited Crown Spa with a few colleagues, had the best Spa experience. The Aqua Retreat facility was amazing and with complimentary valet parking up to 4 hours. Highly recommended. It would have been even better if we can stay longer in the retreat, say 90 mins instead of only 60. Will be back
Sarah O: My second home 🧖🏻‍♀️
J N: Mixed feelings on this review. Absolutely loved all previous experiences. The facilities are new and very luxurious. Today was a very awful experience. They have clearly booked way above the capacity. There was about 4-5 people in the change area which made it very hard for me to change or dry my hair. The sitting area after the treatment was again full and I was relegated to the hard lounges next to the spa which was very uncomfortable to sit on to have a cup of tea. The therapist for my facial was very rough at times particular when cleaning my face with the towels. The treatment also felt rushed. I left in a hurry as there was just no space. Feedback is to really consider customers experience over revenue as I will have to seriously consider whether to return.
DIY Vacation: Was such a great experience but, the pedicure seats don’t have a head rest.
Haruna Fujii: Amazing atmosphere, and professional staff.
Coco Rated: The best therapists and spa experience in Sydney. The price reflects the experience and expertise of the staff. Couples room was bloody beautiful and romantic. Staff made every opportunity to make us feel comfortable and welcome. There is an area where you wait for your therapist and it is so peaceful and relaxing with complimentary tea and snacks. Sunee and Waraporn were professional and knowledgeable, and I seriously appreciate their skills. Considering the experience and facilities available, I’d say go for it!
Amirhosein Valadkhani: We went there for our anniversary and we booked a private couple suit in which you have mesmerizing harbor view. You can feel the luxurious from the beginning. If you booked specific treatments you will have an access to the aquatic center and complementary 4 hours parking. There is no doubt for me that I want to be their loyal customer as long as they keep their quality. I am very happy that we have this place in Sydney.

Orchard Day Spa & Massage: what do users think?
Mandy Clarkson: Had a beautifully relaxing couples massage with Vanessa and Christina. Couldn't recommend them any higher. It was a gorgeous experience and will definitely be back. Thank you girls 😊
Louise Johnson: Outstanding service and massage. Will return. Highly recommend!!!
Chrissie Restall: Was here in December as mother of the groom at my daughter in laws hens weekend and after a day of sightseeing and walking around, this was the perfect end to the weekend before flying home. I didn’t want the massage to end it was so relaxing!
Annie Baker: We floated home to our hotel after an amazing 80 minute massage and facial! Beautiful environment and lovely girls, recommend highly
Drew Tuulakitau: To all the men looking to spoil your wife or someone special, I recommend this place 100%.We flew in from Melbourne this morning and eventhough our flight was delayed, the wonderful lady at reception was kind enough to hold our booking. She was so welcoming and friendly, although we arrived late, flustered and hot (it was a 30'C day) she kindly asked us to take a seat and brought us a glass of chilled water. After we left, my wife was so happy with their service she has already planned to return.
deepender sahu: Nice and good staffs
Arjun P: Ambience and the staff stand out the most. Down to earth and very welcoming. Worth the money you spend down there and they take special care of you to ensure you get the best experience there is. Would recommend this place for sure. My partner and I’ll be returning for sure 😊
Karin Atamian: Bought a groupon as a birthday present. Didn't realise the fine print gives you 2 hours from Monday-Thursday Only. The lady on the phone was so unprofessional and would've rather lose my business than let us come after 12pm. The lady on the phone was rude, laughing down the phone and acting like I didn’t just pay $120 for their services. Will never give them to opportunity to have business from me again. Embarrassing to say the least
Shad Raw: Had poor service from this place, it’s overpriced and I will never visit here ever again, I got better service at Thai massage elsewhere, charged me $5 for surcharge for nothing, it doesn’t mention on their website they charge extra for eftpos, I would have giving them zero star for sure
Vladimir Anokhin: Had a massage there and I liked it. Special thanks to the therapist Ralf, his techniques helped me to get back on track after an injury.
Trent Carroll: My partner and I received this as a gift - given the T&Cs where you can’t use a voucher outside of Mon-Thurs, we paid an extra $100. It was deeply disappointing. Even for “relaxation” there was no pressure, no added mask like suggested. Weve had massages before and this was the worst experience we’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.
Jose Antonio Diaz: I believe I had Kokori, she was initially on very light pressure but accommodated when I asked for harder pressure. Even then it wasn’t as hard as I needed it to be. However her technique was good, if she paired it with more strength it would’ve been a better experience. The oil they use is nice and is good for sensitive skin so far. I wouldn’t give the place a full 5 stars based on the price. There are better alternatives around for cheaper prices.
Robert Varley: Good massage good service
Sim Bryce: Very ordinary massage, uninspiring facial that included no consultation about my skin and left it dry and slightly irritated
Hannah Lee: My boyfriend and I came to Orchard Spa tonight and we really enjoyed our experience!! The only regret is we booked 30 mins and not 1 hour… next time we will book the full hour 😊😊 Thank you!
Лариса Холостенко: the best massage here, were very satisfied!!!
Adela Mena: Masseurs were very friendly and nice. Relaxing massage session. great experience overall. Will definitely be back!
Idella Watts: Was visiting from the USA & was looking for a nice massage. We booked a 110 minute strawberry couples massage that included a foot bath, facial, back scrub, and eye steam. Upon arrival they were only available for a massage, back scrub & foot bath. The masseuse seemed uneducated on massages & literally rubbed us for the full 110 minutes. The foot bath consisted of them wiping our feet, no tub, no rose petals, nothing. I was HIGHLY disappointed in this massage as we had been traveling internationally for over a week & wanted to do something nice & relaxing. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!
Camille Goldring: I had a mini 80 minute mini spa session with Joseph and it was the BEST massage I have ever had. I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and all the tension I usually hold in my shoulders was gone. Highly recommend seeing Joseph, he was absolutely wonderful.
Scott Paulsen: Went there with my partner for a 2 and a half hour couples massage. Best we have ever had, would highly recommend to anyone thinking about going there. Fantastic friendly customer service and exceptional massage.
Lex K: Got a massage done here the other day and it was such a wonderful experience! Staff is friendly and very accommodating. The place also seems to be clean and hygienic.

The Spa at Park Hyatt Sydney: what do users think?
Rima M: Loved this experience... rooms were brilliant and service A1
Camelia Quek: I was a fan of The Spa at Park Hyatt. It used to be fantastic. However, the standard has gone down. The therapist was in a rush and I was scheduled for a earlier appointment upon reaching there 20 mins early as I thought I can wind down and relax. I went with the flow and had my massage early. The therapist did not thoroughly went through my written request and I thought she knew what I wanted. It turned out that she didn’t know what I want, and I have to skip my arm area so that I can get my gluteal muscles done. The massage room also did not offer any Le Labo amenities anymore.
Lizzy Bourke: I found this spa experience to be extremely basic for the price point. Treatment rooms that are old/tired and pick up outside traffic noise and no spa facilities to use like a steam room, sauna or pool. I wished I'd booked the Crown Spa or Sofitel instead.
Alexandro Lopez: Booked the couples spa to celebrate our wedding anniversary and what an experience it was!!! From the treatment to the customer service this place never disappoints.
Matthew Soliman: Was booking for my family and a worker named Gigi made the experience extremely easy to follow and helped organise special requests
narghiza ergashova: Amazing experience! It's a great value for money and I'll certainly be back again soon.
Miss Bront: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityI had 2 hours of bliss here with the Australian white flannel flower package. Service was excellent, room very clean and ambience was relaxing. I highly recommend and would definitely come back to try their other spa packages.
JEF 1961: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityOur massage package was amazing and very relaxing. The staff were courteous, there was good communication about what was involved in the package and they were very good at their trade. Would highly recommend.
Lynne Power: Beautiful venue and amazing service. My girlfriend and I decided to treat ourselves for our birthdays. We had a two hour treatment - facial and then massage. We were walking on air afterward. We had to save up a bit because these kinds of treatments are not cheap but worth every cent. We are going again this year.
Shue Yin Lo: We had the couple's spa package. 90 minutes full body, plus champagne and fruit plate. Great masseuse. One star missing because the couple's package says it includes a bath gift but we never received this despite having called up for it, following our massage (we called because we thought the spa forgot to give us the gift on the day).
Naddya Montoya: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityGreat service and friendly staff!I can highly recommend this place.Myself and my friend went for a two hour Flannel treatment on the 18/02/21.We both walked out happy and pampered.
Lan Nguyen: Positive:Professionalism,QualityMy favourite spa in Sydney for body treatments. Recommend the detox and firming treatment and the native clay and hot oil.
Classy Flavours & Opinions Bling: Having experienced similar treatments overseas I was expecting probably a little bit more from a five star hotel. Having said that, the people and the ambiance was very nice.
Ginger Monroe: Beautiful spa. My husband and I had the couples massage and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Highly recommend it!
Constance: I had the Spa Awakening package (massage & facial), and Tanatcha was fantastic, highly recommend and will definitely go back again!
Gracelyn Torres: Very relaxing spa experience and facial. Great pampering, enjoyed it with my mum and we could share the same space
Daniel Chapin: I think I had one of the best and most relaxing back massages I've ever had
Tin H: One of best spa in Sydney. Clean and great services.
Mike Reynolds: Despite what the brochure shows, you can’t access the rooftop pool if you buy a spa treatment. So there is not much difference between the spa here and other hotel spas.
Bronwyn Ellis: Location location location nothing better than being right on the harbour
Philip Hsiao: Relax

Amora Spa: what do users think?
Lisa Tomnay: Processes definitely need improving, room wasn’t ready when they said it would be. Had to wait in queue again after checking in earlier that day and the line was extremely long. Rang for bags but they were never delivered and had to go back down to go get them myself. Will never stay here again.Rooms: 5/2|Service: 5/1|Location: 5/4 …More
Downey Liu: Very old hotel with very old facilities. For example, the fan in the bathroom doesn’t work at all and the AC always has problems. It is at most 4-star hotel but the price is very expensive. This hotel try the best to let you pay for the drinks. The fridge is full of drinks, so you cannot use the fridge. Also, there is even no welcome water in this 5-star hotel! In addition, the bed is too soft and not comfortable!Do not live in this hotel! Do not waste your money!
Turlough Guerin: Great for a quiet location
Jason Lee: Quite oldRooms: 5/4|Service: 5/4|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Kyle Thompson: Really nice hotel in a great location. We arrived off a red eye at 730am and the hotel were able to let us check in and access the room by 930am. Rooms really well furnished, big, comfortable bathrooms and we even got upgraded to a corner room. Definitely found our Sydney hotel for future visits.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Katia Regina Gabriel: The staff are very kind and the location is wonderful. I was dissatisfied with the cleanliness, as there was a lot of dust in the room and the mattress is horrible, it was the worst nights sleep of my life.Rooms: 5/1|Service: 5/4|Location: 5/5 …More
Sencha D: Service at Silo Bar needs to be improved. Made an online booking which staff said had not come through. So we were provided a table in a dark corner. The waiter had difficulty understanding our requests, and order took a long time to be served. Finally I receive a call 3hours later asking whether I had paid the bill. If they did not receive my booking then how did they know my phone number? And yes I had paid the bill - even quoted the check number!!Food & drinks: Service was slow
Ernest Maglanque: Bed was very soft... not firm. View was great. Service is very professionalRooms: 5/3|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Евгения: Выставили счет на мини бар, хотя им не пользовались. Рум сервис оставляет желать лучшего, доставляли больше часа и качество еды ниже среднего
Philipp V.: Good 5 star hotel, which, however, would be even better if some of the rooms would be renovated and the restaurant would be designed a bit more charming. The stuff is very, very friendly. Sometimes more friendly than competent. But they always try their very best to help you.The indoor pool is cool, so is the jacuzzi and the sauna. The showers there need an upgrade. The breakfast is good. Fresh omelette and poached eggs are made (Monday till Friday). Some hot drinks, however, are only offered at extra cost.To make a long story short: After a renovation (the last was before 2010) the hotel would be one of the best in Sydney.
Dany Khoury: We had lunch at the Croft restaurant. They currently have a deal for all their menu.Great value for money, and the food was really good.Highly recommend it
George Zarkalis: The hotel is overall very good. However its gym is extremely small and non-operational
Abaigail Rose Artagame: I will surely come back :) Our stay was great. Clean rooms. Located in CBD so almost close to everything. I just gave 4 stars because they charged me the wrong amount and refunded after 2 days.

Zen Day Spa: what do users think?
Patricia Calleja: Had a fantastic facial today. This is my fav place. Sue was fantastic. Thank you
Vanessa Berry: So relaxing, lovely experience
Rosie Byrne: I order my O cosmetics through Zen Day Spa online. Their customer service is really friendly and helpful! Highly recommend
Cok Wibhi: Treatment from Erick was amazing, hes the best!
Julia Messner: Highly recommended
Jennifer Hillary: Excellent.Kayo attended to me at short notice..Gratitude.🙏🏼Walking distance 👣Highly recommended..🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
M F: For the first time, I received a treatment called "REIKI". performed by Kayo.More than 10 years ago, I was in a car accident that left me with whiplash, which made it difficult for me to turn my head up.When I explained to kayo, the therapist, I heard that there was a treatment called reiki, so I actually had it done.Just by touching it, the area becomes warm, and after just a few minutes,It was so easy.REIKI is different from ordinary massage. It is not something that makes you feel good when you press hard on the affected area.It was said that she was using the power of humans.Due to the neck, my stiff shoulders were also terrible, but thanks to you, I'm completely better.
Kimberly “Kim” Hetherington: I went here with my partner and I don't recommend it. We were to told to fill in a form with what we wanted and they didn't read it. I don't know why we wasted time filling it in. The massage was so light that it felt more like a slight touch on my back. We asked for more pressure but it didn't seem to register. Overall, I think the staff are kind and its a nice spot if you want to lay down and fall asleep but if you want a proper massage I'd suggest elsewhere unfortunately.
Pauline Manley: Kayo is fabulous
B C: Can't even open the door to take money, even though staffed.Bad luck money, maybe somewhere else might want you.Must be nice to be able to refuse business like that.
Beau Wilson: Great massage - lovely customer service
grace: Very unhygienic do not recommend
kim Luca: Myself and my partner got the lovers retreat, Felt really relaxed and skin was feeling great great customer service.Highly recommended
Annie Nguyen: EDIT: Zen Day Spa has since replied to this review claiming that I’ve made false accusations. Since I can’t leave a response to their comment, I’ll simply update my review here to clarify a few things.Firstly, I gain absolutely nothing from making false accusations. I was simply unhappy with the Hens Group Package that I experienced. The Hens day is an important occasion for many so I shared my review so that others would know what to expect when booking the same package. In my original review, I stated that:The Hens Package includes bubbly and cupcakes. The photos on their website and on social media showcase hens groups celebrating inside their spa lounge area with the food, drinks and decorations.I felt mislead because I was told that we were not allowed to have any decorations...but this is not the main issue. When I was told this via email, I accepted this and moved on.What made it disappointing was that on the day, the food and drinks were set up on a table outside of the spa in the walkway area (not inside the comfortable lounge as the photos had indicated). On top of this, for our group of 7, there were only 3 seats set-up and 3 glasses of drinks. This means that only half of the group had the bubbly and cupcakes while the other half were left unattended. After some time of 3 of us awkwardly standing around outside, we all decided to just leave…As for the timeline of events: 27 Jan was when I made the enquiry, 2 Feb I was asked to make a deposit, I made this on the 7 Feb, on the 10 Mar I was told there was a staff shortage so 2 guests had to be paired with the male therapist.I didn’t say in my original review that my guests did not want to be paired with a male therapist. What I said was that I had already supplied the names of the 2 guests that volunteered to be paired with the male therapist, but this wasn’t taken into consideration on the day. What actually happened on the day was that the guests that arrived first were suddenly asked if they were happy to be paired with the male therapist (not the guests I had named) which felt disorganised and it also put these guests on the spot.Luckily, most of my group was happy to be paired with the male therapist but my feedback was that the timeline of events weren't ideal because we kind of had no choice.Like I said, I made the deposit on 9 Feb and on the 10 Mar was when I was told 2 guests must be paired with a male therapist. Perhaps there are hens party groups that aren't comfortable with a male therapist that would like to know that there's a possibility of this happening prior to making their deposit. This is just an FYI for those groups. But at the forefront of all of this. The overall experience didn’t feel luxurious because:- There were inconsistencies in the massage. 6 of us received the full body massage (as expected as part of our package) while I only received a back massage... which was strange.- Prior to the day I had organised who would be in groups 1 and 2 and named the bride-to-be so she could be prioritised. On the day, the bride was not given first priority and the group names were not organised as planned. It was just whoever filled out their form first was whisked away first.
No staff members even ever acknowledged the bride-to-be, I think even a little hello or congratulations would've been a nice touch.- The massage table was lined with towels that felt old, rough, brittle (as pictured).- We didn’t get any explanation of what products would be used for facial treatments despite some of us indicating we had sensitive skin. And lastly, looking over our email thread again, perhaps there were miscommunications leading up to the day. However, this does not take away from the fact that the overall experience was a far cry from the "luxury" that is advertised and I’m even further mortified now that the spa manager has decided to focus on the semantics of email communication dates while blatantly overlooking the bigger issues.
shizuka saijo: Such a welcome vibe!! All staffs are lovely and humble, I was very very stressed from work and Zen made my day❤️ Thank you so much!
Kyleigh Christiansen: Everything was perfect at Zen Day Spa. The vibe there is relaxing, clean and everything you want in a massage venue. I got a massage and it was fabulous!
Eleanor Mullins: Really great full body massage! They give you the opportunity to note problem areas prior to the massage and really focus on where you ask. Will definitely visit again
Agnieszka Romanowicz: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityWonderful spa, with a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Great, helpful & skilled staff. I had an amazing massage & I will be back!
Trigon Consultant: Positive:Professionalism,QualityA beautiful relaxing massage and facial package. Experienced therapist and nice environment. Highly recommended!
Joelle Violet: Most amazing experience at zen day spa. Got a gift voucher and decided to get the 30 minute express facial. Staff were extremely welcoming and tailored the whole experience personally. Very Covid safe with temperatures checked on arrival and check ins. Amazing small touches such as a warm treatment bed on a cold winter day. I had a treatment from naho and couldn’t recommend her more. Staff not pushy to buy any of the products but the products are so good I had to buy! My skin felt extremely soft and hydrated. Left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Will definitely be coming again!
shad hasan: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityThe place from the inside looked really nice, i purchased a 90min pregnancy massage for my wife. Let say she was really happy with it. Will definitly recommend them again.

endota spa Four Seasons Hotel Sydney: what do users think?
Linda Reid: Was an amazing experience and felt totally refreshed and relaxed after treatment
Laura Wilkes: Terrible customer service, not good enough for what should of been a special treat.
Bert Washington: One of the best place for a very relaxing massage
Alison Bausse: Such a relaxing experience with lovely staff. Would definitely book again and feel that it is value for money
Kerry Kay: Very relaxing
Jon Ostroff: I’m an active 62 year old guy w/aches and pains like many my age. I’ve rarely gone more than 2 weeks without a deep muscle massage over the past 20 years. My wife and I are Philadelphians and are completing a 3 week holiday in New Zealand and Australia. Before arriving in Sydney we had 5 massages over this holiday. The spa is top notch. The massage table, room, atmosphere were all great. My massage therapist was Reine. After getting several excellent massages before arriving at the Four Seasons, in no uncertain terms, Reine’s massage was the best…hands down (literally). No pain, all gain. Went deep and hit all my hot spots. In fact, I can’t recall a better one in the past 20 years. My wife also received a hot stone, relaxation massage and was very happy with her therapist. We will return here and line up appointments at Endota ahead of time.
Sandra Cook: Ok so it was about a year ago that I was here but forgot to review it and want to add to their 5* reviews because they were definitely worth it.I was treated to the rejuvenate package for a birthday present. I've done my share of spas in Australia and overseas. The therapist was friendly, attentive chatty at the right times and quiet when needed.I felt comfortable, relaxed and very pampered.I floated out with a beautiful glowing face.I didn't have time to hang around but you can also use the hotel pool before or after as it's part of the Four Seasons.
Suzanne Turner: Excellent, friendly and very helpful on our visit today
Charlotte Mclean: I booked a girls day out spa day for myself and my sister in law it was a belated birthday present for her and we had the best massage we have ever had. The experience was amazing from head to toe. Tips on treatments for our face for during and after. Beautiful and relaxing rooms. We felt pampered and relaxed the only negative was we had to leave. We were prepared to live there. Highly recommend it may look pricey but it’s worth every cent you can’t get this level of service. Thank you so much endota spa and four seasons!
Chai July: I had a couple muscle relaxation massage. Both therapists were busy doing something in the middle of massage. I asked medium to firm. It wasn’t a proper massage(we go for massage a lot) with poor techniques. Used too much of elbow, rubbing and just rushing. Not even technique(ex. One side three times the other side did only twice) highly disappointing for our anniversary massage. Now I have a muscle soreness due to using too much elbow.
Emily Ma: I absolutely love spa treatments at Endota Four Seasons. The staff are friendly, calm and approachable. I always leave so relaxed. Highly recommend.
Peter O'Brien: Enjoyed the deep tissue massage with Nonthaya very much…concentrated on requested areas…I rebooked for a week later!
Christine Westwood: Lives up to Endota’s excellent high standards! Recommended *****
Maria Ziada: The massage by Sara was very calming and relaxing
Stacey Jones: Went for a couples massage. They charged us an hour and included the waiting around to sign the form, the massage therapists arriving, getting the room ready etc. was no more than 40 mins in the end and was $350 for 2. The massage wasn't good - not firm enough and poor technique. I wouldn't recommend sadly. I did let the hotel know but they weren't able to do anything for us which was disappointing.
Jay King: Reine was so attentive to my every need and went above and beyond to make sure I had a relaxing experience!
Holly May: My partner surprised me an afternoon at the spa for our 1 year anniversary with a couples massage that included a foot scrub, whole body relaxation massage and a facial. We had a quick skin consult prior and the treatments were absolute heaven. It was truly a magical, calming experience and I would gladly return. I feel awful I don’t remember our therapist name but they were incredible (app was at 2:30 10 dec) please pass our kind words to them :)
isabelle woo: awesome experience today with the team at endota spa.super relaxing, attentive & overall great.highly recommend x
Charmaine “ChazQueen” Moldrich: love the whole experience the steam room, spa, towels, slippers, treatment and valet parking. Total immersion in relaxation.
Steph Hulme: Endota spa at the four seasons is amazing! The staff were very friendly and my partner and I got a couples massage which was the best massage I have ever had. Overall fantastic experience, highly recommend!
Jane Reeder: I recently had a massage with Amber and I must say it was wonderful. Not only was she very well versed in physiology, highly skilled in massage therapy she was also very kind. Can’t say enough good things about how I came in in knots and left very relaxed.

Chi, The Spa: what do users think?
Blue Bird: Staff were kind and professional. Couples massage was great, truly relaxing experience.
Ph L: Overall was ok, the massage was great nice and relaxing. But looks like some staffs doesn’t know which customer book what services, had to keep asking where to go what we’re doing next. And I booked 60mins massage, but ended up become 45mins.Hmmmmm the pool looks better on the website n the infrared sauna too small. Not recommend sauna.
Emmy Lee: I just had the most relaxing experience of my life! Gretchen was my massage therapist and she is the most kind, considerate, and strong woman! She gave me the most considerate deep tissue massage that I really needed. I'm also usually really ticklish, but I think she's magic because I didn't feel ticklish once. I cannot recommend her highly enough! I will definitely be coming back 💙
Tiffany Lindsey: Ai is a fantastic provider of services. She customized after really listening. She makes the service transitions seamless as to keep me relaxed. Highly recommend her! Can’t say much for the women’s locker rooms but otherwise the amenities were great.
April Vigurs: What an amazing experience! My husband and I had a 2 1/2 hour couples package with Amy and Charolette and wow what a lovely experience!Highly recommend as the setting was beautiful the experience relaxing and private and the therapist intuitive, caring and professional. The tea in our cosy room was a lovely touch to a great experienceEvery staff member was welcoming, friendly and kind.Thankyou to you all! We will be backDarryn and April
manuella chauvin: The experiences was great but now Foster Mercantile is following me for an outstanding!I paid my massages STOPSo after your massage you can be relax, but be prepare for the next following weeks
Mark kamil: overrated and very expensive - not to mention extremely poor customer service. Had one lady tell me one thing over the phone and 1min later another lady picks up the phone and tells me the exact opposite... They want me to use the groupon voucher and still pay the difference on the day... what kind of scam is this? I'd suggest finding a more genuine spot to get your massages and avoid this place
Jaime Chappell: Excellent spa, extremely relaxing
Fiona SHI: Went for high tea and massage package on company treat. first class customer service starts from the lobby reception. 👍🏼 probably the best view in Sydney for high tea, and the Christmas set is soooooo cute. Forgot to take photos for the swimming pool, spa, nor the massage room, but have to mention Nok, the lady delivery massage service (whole body scrub plus back and neck massage) for me, is so nice and professional. It was so comfortable that I near felt asleep during the treatment 🤣Felt totally relaxed and refreshing afterwards. Very enjoyable experience.
Arman Rajabzadeh: Amazing atmosphere, friendly and professional staff, great location and fair prices
Love Light: It was a really nice experience at Chi Spa. We had half an hour massage and half an hour facial, definitely wasn’t enough. Wish it was 90mins at-least. Very professional lovely staff. Clean beautiful vibe. Definitely recommend.
Mariam: Lovely staff and great Massage, the swimming pool and spa are just average in terms of facility and size.
胡希: 不建议大家去。按摩手法不痛不痒,一点感觉没有。甚至差点窒息。不好。没有咖啡也没有气泡酒。也没有大家说的马卡龙。
Val Santos: Worth it.No noise or talking while getting your massage. Very professional team members from the receptionist to the masseuse. Very nice facilities. Can use other facilities after the relaxing massage (gym, sauna, swimming pool)Parking issues: Expensive parking.Free tea but coffee option will be better for coffee drinkers like me :)
Kathryn Stolarchuk: Had an amazing experience here. My friend and I both had the Arabian oil package and it was incredible - my therapist was Kim and her technique was faultless. I’m really picky but this was top tier! Will be coming back for sure.
Astrid NORDIN: Feeling so peaceful and relaxed after a good treatment and good scones!
James Edmona: I popped in last week and had one of the best massages I've ever had and I have been getting massages every week for the past 11 years. Cindy was my masseuse, she was very polite and friendly and customised the massage for my problem areas. Often I will get a masseuse who doesn't pay attention and just goes through the time without really doing anything. Cindy knew the right areas and didn't put too much or too little pressure. I would highly recommend Cindy at Chi Spa to everyone.Note: I didn't plan to get a massage, so didn't make a booking, I would recommend you make a booking as they are very busy.. I got lucky!
Jelena: I had an amazing massage! So relaxing I fell asleep 😍
Edyta Przetacznik: Amazing! high standard from the customer service through professional massage and relaxing facial. The SPA facilities great and not crowded. Top day SPA experience in Sydney. Highly recommended .
Maka: Very poor experience. The massage was in a hotel room? The masseuse was very inexperienced. Massage felt like a whole lot of oil without any pressure. She also Didn’t tell me what she was putting on my face for the facial. No ambiance, way overpriced and just felt cheap.Won’t be going back and definitely will not refer any friends or family here.

On The Park Rejuvenation Day Spa: what do users think?
luli aguero: Beautiful spa! Staff is lovely! Daniela was so nice and professional! Definitely looking forward to coming back!
Oliver Roths: Wonderful experience this afternoon at the Sheraton Spa. Friendly and very welcoming service. Excellent facilities. Beautiful pool, hot spa, sauna, gym, steam room and room service direct to the pool. Not to forget the View! All in all excellent day!!!
Lisa Saunders: Positive:QualityI had a painful shoulder injury and couldn't use my arm or hand. After a wonderful massage at On The Park, the pain was gone, I could bend my fingers and use my arm for the first time in weeks. Lovely people, very professional and experienced.
James Pettaras: Absolutely five star in every way. Booked this for a family member’s birthday and we both enjoyed the experience. Facilities were absolutely spotless and the rooms and decor were spacious and relaxing. Lenka is a true standout and went above and beyond in creating a memorable experience for us. Our therapists were also very attentive and polite. Please note the spa is separate to the hotel and is extremely clean and safe. We felt very comfortable and relaxed the whole time.
Iris Aisha: Lovely experience. Very relaxing. Amenities are nice and with very nice views of the city. If you are going as a couple just be aware that sauna, steam room and massage room are completely separated for male and female so you won’t be enjoying the activity together. Overall - recommended!
Nancy Li: Gorgeous treatment rooms overlooking the park, and superb facilities after with sauna, jacuzzi and proper showers. The massage was also best in class 👏🏻
Matt Yam: Superb...when I called to book a day spa and massage package,Duygu has clearly explained to me about every little detail about each package and which package will be suitable for us. All I can say is we had a wonderful time, cleanliness of the all facilities, friendliness of the staff and professionalism were way beyond expectations..thank you very much Duygu and her team for making it an awesome experience for us..we will definitely be back..
Mark Hindle: Am a local resident, and wanted to join as a membership for 1 year after checking the place out with a day pass. The place was ok, change room smelt like a wet dog, but I saw past that as the steam room and pool was what I was looking for. The male staff member was full of pompous attitude when I returned to actually hand over $1,700 for a years membership. VERY unfriendly and unhelpful, and made me feel uncomfortable. Zero customer service skills. Walked out and they lost me as a good, ongoing local customer. Total fail on their behalf. I am left thinking "Wow".....
Adel K: Good amenities, change room is small. Spa itself was superb!!!
Kaylie Hynes: My partner and I loved our treatment package this past weekend 😊 very relaxing, friendly staff and the couple's room view is beautiful. Thank you for a lovely experience!
Melanie Sykes: Relaxing and blissful. Hiromi was amazing.
Rita Wu: not relax at all, no skills at all, nothing obtained after spending $400
Sharon: a big disapointment! for me when it come to selling service, people is the key but what a surprise that the receptionists of both this hotel and the spa are quite rude. first, the receptionist welcome customers without smile, gave me a swap card to go to the spa without looking at customer! then the receptionists of the spa asked me to fill in the form in rush and another girl took me to the change room and with a grumpy face!!! every steps are in a hurry. its just not like a spa where you can relax and enjoy your day off. the only thing good is the therapist but if only so why do i have to pay that much coz so many places around sydney wth quality therapists and much better customer service! definitely not recommend!
Kirstie Samia: Made our day spectacular! Booked the "you, me and high tea” package for my partners birthday and it was amazing. Definitely value for money and would highly recommend this to everybody.
Lee Chan: Excellent service. Totally relaxed after the treatment. Grace was wonderful. The place looks beautiful
