Christopher Sader: Had a late night sweet tooth so we found this amazing place after looking at the mouth watering pictures of all the different desserts. The ambiance was beautiful and the staff were so accommodating. Rita recommended we try the duck pancakes before we jump straight into the dessert and thank God we did. Woooooow. Soft juicy duck and over the top generously sized servings. Now for dessert we ordered 2 types of crepes. And we couldn't go past the peace infused crepe. Flavours and presentation was unbelievable.Would highly recommend this place for food, service and desserts.Won't be disappointed at all

Bay Vista Parramatta: what do users think?
Mario Brex: Challenge for any attendee: ask for table/tap water with your meal. You can base what the experience will be thereafter. Give this place a miss.
guess who: Do yourself a favour and get the tropical pavlovaLoved how sweet and tangy the dessert was, fruits were fresh as well
Syvian Lim: Tried this in Jun23. Well, it wasn’t what I expected . Portion is big but Belgium waffle is too thick & dry texture. Mixed berries is disappointed , not fresh . I would not recommend this.
Umair Ejaz: Good desserts, always love their ice cream bowls & waffles. Good place for someone with sweet tooth.
narayan khadka: Omg the best desert in town
Prathamesh Nakhare: This place offers amazing desserts, cakes, sweet & savoury crepes, pancakes, waffles, ice cream and coffee, hot chocolates, cheesy waffle melts and more, literally, dessert heaven! Being open from 10 am till late.Great options to choose from their extensive menu, friendly and good service. Conveniently located in Altitude Building - Shop 1, 330 Church St, Parramatta NSW 2150, easy to find on Google Maps. This place is must visit if you have cravings for desserts or a sweet tooth! It was an unforgettable dessert experience!
Geraldine Doan: My happy place; there's desserts galore! Always packed but always get a table everytime. Food comes out fairly quick. Staff everywhere to ask for assistance if anything. Price is reasonable.
Make my own destiny Destiny: Amazing
Ricardo Lopis: yummy food
ObadaHalabi: The food wasn't bad, yes it didn't taste fresh but not bad. My problem was with a loud music. I came to eat something and chill not to dance but people don't seem to mind it..
Whetz Pai: Phenomenal place to dine 😍Yummmm
Eca Vracevic: Portions are huge, very tasty, excellent atmosphere
BJ: Great ambience! Menu has a variety of unique desserts. We totally enjoyed the desserts. But the service is not as expected. We were told incorrect names for each of the desserts and realised only after eating and checking with another waitress. Birthday boy ended up eating the one he didn't order.Overall, it was good.
Iggy Pintado: Lovely spot for Mothers Day brekkie or lunch
Arpitha Arunkumar: Bought 5th avenue newyork. It had lots of caramel and peanuts taste.Did not meet our expectation
Omar Saboune: Top destination for sweets
Wynston Smyth: Food okay. Menus are old and sticky 🤢
Jimmy Kadwa: Good dessert, but what a scam!!! To not have free water available is an absolute disgrace and a rort. They make you purchase overpriced water from the counter and then serve it in disposable plastic glasses. Clearly they don't understand their duty of care, they don't care about their customers and they have no environmental policy.
Lachlan Pike: Bay Vista, the esteemed confectionary haven of Parramatta, has earned a well-deserved reputation as a preeminent destination for those with a discerning palate. Naturally, like any astute passerby, I was irresistibly drawn to embark on a gastronomical expedition to sample its delights. In my quest for culinary excellence, I opted for a caramel chocolate fudge milkshake for myself and a chocolate cookie milkshake for my esteemed companion. Regrettably, upon indulging in our beverages, it became patently evident that these so-called "milkshakes" were, in truth, excessively imbued with the saccharine essence of milk. For an accomplished palate accustomed to the highest caliber of libations, this overpriced and utterly insipid milk-based elixir, even in an American-sized serving, failed to elicit even the slightest gustatory exaltation. One can readily discern more elevated and nuanced alternatives elsewhere, such as at culinary establishments of greater refinement, including the illustrious McDonald's.As a person of discernment, I prefer to partake in more refined gustatory experiences that are simultaneously gratifying to the senses, whilst also offering fewer caloric indulgences and superior taste sensations.
Shekhar Ketkar: It was quite pricey compared to Pancake on the rocks. Stack of 4 pancakes at PCR cost $11 and you get two for $21 in Bayvista. PCR serves tap water with proper glasses while at Bayvista you have to buy bottles water, we had to buy a bottle per person which absolutely eco unfriendly and previously Bayvista served tap water but hotel owners have started becoming greedy
Marleigha Gomez: Best dessert place ever . I love their sticky date pudding, apple crumble, and chocolate lava cake . Have came back multiple times and never been disappointed 🏽

KOI Dessert Kitchen: what do users think?
G T: Amazing deserts, well done. Sadly, most of the cakes have almond nuts in it. My daughter is allergic to almond nuts. 😩 😢😩😢.she can't have any of the cakes that we bought. 😢😢
Kevin Waldron: Yummy desserts
Mark Taylor: Beautifully decorated desserts and the taste was ok.However, it is very expensive for what it is.... and not sure whether it was worth it.
Georgina Martin: Our Mother's Day High Tea was fabulous
Tasty Halal: The tastiest and most appealing cakes we can get . And the best thing is they use halal gelatine plus most items are alcohol free = halal friendly ! :)
E Teo: Little boutique dessert shop plus cafe tucked away on Blaxland Street, Ryde - a local gem and welcomed addition to this neigbourhood. Staff were friendly and coffee was nice. Desserts are definitely pretty and tasty, however a tad pricey.
Heather Li: Order a mango yuzu cake for my friend’s birthday. Great cakes. Beautiful and tasty but really disappointed in the service. I sent an email to amend the message on the chocolate plaque but didn’t receive any response. Then I called the shop at least 4 times but no one answered the phone. The cake ended up with the original message I left when the order is placed. :(
Ava Newall: Quick service and delicious and beautiful desserts!
Megan Rudolph: NEVER a bad visit to KOI...just waiting for their decision to create masterpieces in NZ
E Shin: Good!
Mattie Ho: I had a fantastic experience at Koi Desert Bar! The atmosphere was trendy and sophisticated, with a great selection of desserts and drinks. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and helped me pick out the perfect dessert to satisfy my sweet tooth. I tried the Nutella crepe, and it was absolutely delicious - warm, gooey, and full of flavour. I also loved the variety of specialty drinks they had on the menu, including their signature Koi Milk Tea. The prices were reasonable for the quality and creativity of the desserts and drinks. Overall, I highly recommend Koi Desert Bar for anyone looking for a unique and delicious dessert experience.
Hugo L: very nice cake. good taste and good presentation.
Geoffrey Caterpillar: Don’t think we’ve ever been this uncomfortable inside a store ever. We couldn’t browse the desserts comfortably and take our time to decide without feeling the two staff members just standing there staring at us like creepy robots. Do they think this is some high end jewellery or luxury goods store? LOL. This seriously cannot be their sales tactic to make customers pressured to buy something, it’s only off putting. You need to give customers their space. If this is their typical behaviour it’s no surprise it was empty on a Thursday night when there’s night shoppers from nearby Top Ryde. Such a shame because I wanted to introduce my mate to their products but he was also put off. In the end we only bought 2 mediocre drinks but in hindsight, even that was too generous.
Anton S.: superb deserts!
Kath: I love the matcha cheese cake it was so creamy and sweet! The customer service was friendly. There wasn’t much variety at night. The pineapple dessert was yummy especially the bottom part. The hot chocolate was so good and rich. The matcha latte had a perfume taste which i do not like never again.Surprised with the price has increased.
Hakeem: The service at the counter was horrible. I had ordered and paid for a cake and went in to pick it up. The man asked, “are you buying or just looking?”, no greeting and definitely not welcoming. Mum and I kinda chuckled to ourselves as it was pretty awkward. I really wanted to rate the place higher. The desserts were good but not enough to redeem poor manners from the staff member.
Yess: Personally not a fan of sweets. Decided to drop by cause of the master chef show. Baileys cake was good with choco layer & crumbs. Black sesame late was too sweet, could not taste any coffee.
Hector Wayne: Nice cute deserts
Daryus Mazda: Had high expectations going into KOI given the reputation it’s built over some time for obvious reasons (MasterChef related)From a decor stand point, Koi is a chic cafe which has good layout and friendly staff. You’re greeted by a counter full of extravagant desserts, each one looking slightly more tempting than the previous.Coffee was on-point. But that was pretty much the highlight. Ice tea was a letdown given that it wasn’t even chilled, mildly cold at best. The deserts, though great to look at and admire with all the various layers and colours, were not worth the hype that they’ve come to command in the market. In this critics honest opinion, you’d be better off getting a simple pastry than something extravagant (maybe my pallet isn’t as sophisticated as other’s)All in all, KOI is a one time visit for you to be able to tell your friends, Yes, I visited the famous KOI.
felicia jahja: Extremely tasty and beautifully designed desserts. All staffs are warm and friendly, making the visit wonderful experience! Highly recommended place to enjoy afternoon tea!
C Santi: What an experience! Perfect birthday treat 🍰

Rivareno Gelato Barangaroo: what do users think?
Jordan K: Always good
Kath Liu: Best ice cream
Kaveh Izadi: This is beyond words. This is the most amazing hot chocolate I have ever drunk. Don’t miss it. It makes your day if you are a fan of hot chocolate Abdul bored of those powder-milky mix which tastes like zombies.
김달: 젤라또 진심 맛남.핫초코 이탈리안스타일로 시켰더니 뻑뻑한 초코원액줌. 여기다 우유1리터 부어 5잔 만들어 나눔 될듯.
Fonty Fole: Busy during Vivid. Line leading outside. Friendly staff despite all the demanding customers haha we got the cremino rivareno and stracciatella. The former was thicccc and rich, its like eating whipped nutella. The stracciatella was light. Not too vanilla-y, milky and the chocolate shards were pretty standard.
Belinda Pinskier: Poor customer service. We were advised that they're unable to provide tasters. So we chose the fig flavor which wasn't very good. They weighed the ice cream so took an extra 3 minutes or so moving the ice cream on and off the scales to avoid giving us a smidge extra of ice cream. The ice cream was overly soft and slightly runny. The ice cream store worker also put so much topping that she proceeded to use 3 cups because it was dripping everywhere. Highly unimpressed
榆家Angela: 當地有名的冰淇淋店 時常滿滿的人潮
Ahmad Al-Hassiny: Probably the best gelato I have ever tried.Must try in Sydney.
Matt Patten: Best gelato in Sydney, hands down. The flavour Cremino Rivareno is unlike anything you've tried before and you won't regret it.
Simon Ng: Delicious. Creamy. And someAmazing flavours.
Keiran Bell: Gelato is good, although way too soft . The service ruins the experience though. The servings were smaller than other shops and they weighed each scoop which was time consuming and felt rather cheap. Also odd that they didn't allow samples. Okay shop but I won't come back.
Melva M: 3 scoops of cioccolato👌🏻
R R (Muraborah): Amazing flavours and service
Meetal Gandhi: What kind of gelato or ice cream shop in the entire world doesn't allow a taster, that alone turned me around no matter how good the gelato may be.
Elvin Tan: Great gelato place! Price is reasonable, 1 scope for $6.50 and 2 scope for $8.50, no additional charge for premium favour or whatsoever
Walead Ammar: Pistachio and Hazelnut highly recommended
René A: Best ice-cream I have ever had! I
Danny Fan: I love the ltalian ice cream a lot because it was my first time going there to see how they make it into a 2 scoop of chocolate ice cream
D S: Is it true that we can't taste the flavor first before getting it ?
Gorgeous Nature: Favourite place! Lovely to get a delicious gelato and quick espresso strolling around the Barangaroo reserve, beautiful!
Wayne Newton: Fantastic

Hakiki: what do users think?
Jenny: Good ice cream with an interesting texture and unique flavours. Unfortunately you are not allowed to trial any of the flavours, but the guy was patient and described the ones we were interested in and also gave his own recommendation. The store was a nicely decorated and had an authentic feel to it - almost felt like you were in Turkey. Their ice cream is sticky and almost chewy in texture. Very unique and very tasty. I highly recommend trying it - it’s not the smoothest ice cream but it’s still got a good bite!
Moh'd Abu Omar: Very nice Kubafe with milk icecream and the famous turkish coffee!
Anubhav Rayamajhi: Hakiki slice was good, Baklavas weren’t bad either.
Ben Seongwon: They should do ice cream tricks one day when it comes to turkish ice cream vendors
Caitlyn Russell: Amazing ice cream! I tried the burnt caramel and turkish coffee flavours. Highly recommend both! The place was lively and very busy. Staff were extremely friendly! Would definitely return
Bonnie Huang: I recently tried Hakiki Turkish ice cream and it was an absolute delight! The pistachio flavor had a perfect balance, not overpowering but still rich and delicious. The texture was incredibly silky, adding to the overall enjoyment.I highly recommend trying this heavenly treat.💕💕💕💕💕💕
MES: Every ice cream lover should see this place. They serving the best ice cream in town!
esther madrigal: Helados estupendos de textura cremosa. El de chocolate me recordó a un bombón artesanal. Muy recomendable
Vin D: Most delicious, creatively done ice-creams and Baklaavas (they are too sweet and sugary though but, well, they are supposed to be so!! 🤣)
Da P (D P): Had my eyes on this place for quite some time. However, I'm not sure it's worth the hype. The staff was friendly but the items we ordered were mediocre. The turkish coffee with cinnamon didn't taste like cinnamon whatsoever and the cup was served with spillage. The piece of Turkish delight it was served wit was teeny tiny. It's complimentary but really so tiny it's not worth adding. The Hakiki Baklava slice with ice cream was OK. The icecream has a sticky texture and is quite unique in its composition. The cutlery we were served was dirty and the place doesn't really have any sort of ambience. One weird side note, they don't allow you to taste the icecream before ordering a scoop at whooping ~$7+. We won't return. Left unsatisfied and got a scoop at the popular shop with the brown sign down the road instead.
Sophie Berry: Best Turkish icecream. Nice teas. Good baklava.
Ulrike Ross: Hakiki was recommended by a friend. It was my first time trying Turkish ice cream and I love it! Had baklava and traditional scoops.Afterwards I met up with a friend and mentioned Hakiki, and he went and tried it right then and there, and he also loved it.Tip: It you want traditional dondurma, it's in the small silver freezer to the left of the main display freezer.
Pamela: Absolutely appalled at the customer service here. If I could give 0 stars I would. The guy who served us was so rude (not sure of his name but I believe was Turkish, looks to be in his 20's or 30's for identification purposes). Myself and my partner came in last night, as I was thinking what to get looking at the waiter, then the menu and then my partner trying to decide quickly as there was a line of people behind me I said "Hi, can I get 2 scoops in a cup" then smiled but the guy just stared at me almost like a stare off it was weird. He then said "what if I said no". At first I thought he was joking so I laughed it off and had some friendly humorous/sarcastic type banter but then he proceeded to say "how about a please is that too hard". At this point it was so uncomfortable and awkward I looked at him then my partner trying to figure out if he was being serious or joking but then he said "well makes sense your Aussie" I said "I'm not 'Aussie' though" and he says "well you sound like it". I thought how incredibly rude, so what you assume that I'm 'Aussie' because i didn't say please and essentially insinuating Aussies are rude like that? Are you for real wow it was disgusting behaviour, racist and just terrible customer service. Sat down had the ice cream, bland. The Kunefe ok but nothing special, have had way better at many other places. Even if I wanted to I couldn't enjoy it because of how uncomfortable he made me feel. It's the next day now and I wake up still thinking about this. Such distasteful behaviour im honestly shocked and still processing it as I have never experienced anything like this before on this level and now after reading negative reviews specifically about the poor customer service and rude staff it all makes a bit more sense.
Smriti Sekhar: Wonderful experience trying Turkish ice cream. The consistency and flavours were refreshingly different and enjoyable. We highly recommend the watermelon and feta flavour! Service was warm and friendly and portions are generous which is great. We'll be back!
RAD Reviews: Delicious, creamy and moorish! So many unique and tempting flavours to choose from, I was spoilt for choice and will definitely have to come back to try them all. The staff were so friendly and the overall atmosphere was fresh and relaxing. It wasn’t as stretchy as most Turkish ice creams I’ve had in the past but non the less it is one of the best ice creams I’ve had in Sydney and it’ll be on my list to return next time I visit.
J LY: Best dessert
Mark Butler: Excellent Turkish style ice cream, very friendly service and good location not too far from Newtown station. A nice change from the many gelato shops nearby and staff make a proper effort to make it welcoming and fun.
tarek jallad: Best kunfee and ice cream , great service

San Churro Parramatta: what do users think?
Shaun: Very impressive and cosy little place. I frequent the ryde store and have enjoyed everything about the place. Upon my first visit to parramatta i have felt welcomed just the same and the experience is great all round. The coffee and deserts are very consistent across both locations. The staff on this visit to parramatta were very attentive to customers needs and my order was really fast even though the store was quite busy.san churro has fast become my favourite coffee and desert location, which i visit everyday and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!thank you to the wonderful staff with amazing food and customer service. Always a pleasure and i look forward to my coffee tomorrow morning 😍
Leah Hile: I get San Churro delivered quite regularly.I order churros, and two dips, milk chocolate, and white chocolate- They are the best I’ve had yet! With the hot chocolates, I’m not a big fan of the white chocolate taste, though the milk chocolate one is top tier my favourite ever hot chocolate. So tasty. Great quality. Highly recommend!
Priyanka Tripathi: So Fresh and Yummy Churros 😋
Rahul Bakshi: Love the services and hot chocolate as well.

Benedict Uy: We stopped by for dessert and grabbed a churro platter as well as drinks. They also did have cabinet items. The bottom area was quite busy but there was space upstairs. The platter had a range of dipping sauces including milk chocolate, dark chocolate, white chocolate and salted caramel. I also had the butter cookie shake and that was sweet and tasty.Definately a great place for a sugar rush.
Andree Nenkam: We took the snack pack cookies butter, and it was delicious. I definitely recommend.
Laela BOUAOU: The hostess at the cashier was super sweet ! And Ayman at the top level took care of us like princesses 😍 Thank you guys ! Nice smile all

Nancy Nguyen: Great place with delicious churros and drinks :)
Elvir Sabanovic: Ayman has great customer serviceWell done guys
Hannah Go: The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. We decided to try the San Churro Cake and the Cookies & Cream shake. The shake pleasantly surprised us with its indulgent cookie flavor. However, the cake was a bit too sweet for my personal preference.
MICHELLE GEBULAN: Good experience and Good food
Shafiq Matthews: Amazing service. Friendly staff.
Thomas Benyamin: Thank you Ayman for the amazing service !!

Max Brenner Chocolate Bar: what do users think?
Susan Flider: Empty restaurant. Two staff. Stood at counter for 12 minutes whilst one staff member made a takeaway coffee and the other washed plates out the back. Both failed to acknowledge us. I politely interrupted the girl making the coffee and asked her to call over the girl who was washing up, to serve us. She did. I felt rather invisible. Makes me wonder how they cope when it’s busy. My daughter finished her meal before I had received mine. I eventually went to inquire if they’d forgotten about me and saw my meal sitting on the counter. Upon asking how long it had been sitting there and whether it was cold, the girl promptly stuck her finger in and replied, “It’s still warm” before proceeding to lick her finger 😳
Gabbi: Were workers here even trained in customer service? They were just so unaccommodating. No greetings, no smiles, no thank yous. I understand it gets busy, but you shouldn’t be working in such a busy place then. Ew 👎🏼 presentation of food as well.
Chris King: The staff are among the slowest, most incompetent I’ve ever experienced. They take forever to take your order, then they go do something else while there’s a line of people waiting! Nothing they do makes sense. They also need to be trained properly in how to greet customers and speak to them. They’re all disinterested and rude. I won’t be back here.
Adrienne Dell: Waited 15 minutes to order and they had ‘run out of chocolate’ …

dakota cooper: Best iced chocolate I've ever had, nice atmosphere and friendly smiling staff
Monica Finnin: We had hot chocolate and choc milkshakes. Although the product is good it's very expensive. There are equally good alternatives elsewhere. It's not an inviting environment either.
Wynston Smyth: Slow service even thigh there are only a handful of customers. Tables aren't clean either.
Evelyn Tandionoputri: the hot chocolate here is so good! one of the best i’ve tried so far. excellent customer service from bill and team. they are super friendly!!
rachel priscilla: very friendly staff n good customer service. One of the staff, Bill, made the best hot chocolate and very friendly too.Must try!!
Ally C: Sooooo delicious….
Yiru Tan: If you are craving for sweets and desserts, Max Brenner is the best, food is great! Staff are super friendly with excellent customer service! Keep it up.
Sydney Trotter: Bad rude service! Yelling at the customers. No customer service! I don’t appreciate the treatment I received!
Hoi yan Chan: 都是亞洲面孔的。有一位女員工帶眼鏡的得友善,但相反另一位收銀員女員工卻對我們很不耐煩。這讓我們很失望
mxlen주스: Used to come to this place all the time but unfortunately the portions have decreased in quantity. The atmosphere is a nice place but very busy at times. The service isn’t too slow and the employees are occasionally a bit on the unwelcoming side. Overall, it was an okay experience.
YDee: Visually pleasant and enticing deserts. However, the food quality is so sub par , over priced and the product used is not made by them but from budget friendly suppliers.Poor customer service and not welcoming. I couldn't blame the staff working here as i know how understaffed every max brenner shop there isMilkshake is so ripped offCoffee is so averageHot chocolate is very foamyFood temperature is not even warm.To summariseFood quality on food stalls are even better than your fancy shop
Chante Li: Very disappointed. The plates they gave us for sharing the big waffles are dirty and they look like the coffee carrying plates not for food. And both of us had very upset stomach right after we left there, we both also ordered their dark hot chocolate.... I seriously doubt about the hygiene of the shop. Max brenner used to be a famous bank with reputation. I haven't visited them for over a year, did not expect they become like this......
Dimitri Zenghelis: One of the only times in my life I've had to throw chocolate away because it was inedible.
Gareth Kruger: Rude and unfriendly staff. Desert/drinks are always great though

San Churro Glebe: what do users think?

Dennis Venter: The staff members were amazing. And churros delicious
Delphine Aggoune: Wonderful sercice
sarah shore: Had fantastic food at the Glebe San Churro this evening. The churros and volcano cake were both perfectly served and cooked. Which is why it was so disappointing to have staff pushing my group out the door. I understand that there are many people on a Saturday evening looking to find a seat. However, there were 6 seperate instances in the 25 minutes we were seated in the cafe where staff were asked by myself and my group to please leave the plates on the table as we were not finished. They made us feel extremely uncomfortable and pushed to pack up and move on. Another couple who were seated at a table across from my group even left prematurely with food still on their plates as they were taken away by staff. Again I understand that staff are under the pump on a Saturday evening but I think it is important that customers are encouraged to enjoy their meals at their own pace. As there were multiple staff doing this I think management needs to ensure they aren’t encouraging staff to move customers on. Financial gain should not supersede customer satisfaction and experience.
Goong Ging (Mikki): So good dessert and drinks. Love you ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hiru Jayampathi: Visited here yesterday and absolutely loved the churros. The interior is so pretty and service is great as well. The hot chocolate is so yum and churros platters are a must if you are going to share with friends or family. Can’t wait to come back here.
