Hanny R.: Rude service. Way overpriced. The person at the door took $30 for my partner’s entry and smiling just said they didn’t have the cash because it was too early. I was so excited about visiting this place but totally unworthy with the lack of professionalism, customer service and so much greediness that they couldn’t fake it. Shame on you guys letting Colombians down with this sort of behaviour so unprofessional. You wouldn’t ever find this in an Aussie place. Good luck with that. Don’t visit it. Waste of time. Also, “the Naughty corner” photo you find in these reviews is from Verandah, the place at the front.

host reserv: Must know :Line up to get in 10 minEntry = 30 dollars 💵Drinks = 12 AU onwardsThis place is located on the second floor of shark hotel.To get in you have to get in to shark bar diet which is free entry and then go up the straits to the next level were kandy is located.My experience:Room 1 = RNB ( pop )In this room the music was average,space wise a bit small but ok for dance.Room 2 ( Latin room)Well I was there for 3 hours and all I heard was just super fast beats.The music can be super loud specially if you hang around the front as their speakers are on the ground ( the big ones) and the floor feels like is going to colapse.I don’t see this bar as a *Latino club* as they mix it up to sound more like electronic.There were moments when they released a few latin songs, however they were made to dance it to fast.If you are Latin@ and wanna dance latin music such as salsa, cumbia merengue and nice regueton this may not be the exactly Latino place.This place is more like an electronic party.I was a bit disappointed as It was not what their advertised in the website.A good latino place doest not sound like that in my experience.I notice that some arabs males were pretending to be latinos saying they were from somewhere in “South America” 😆to get girls attention 👧 don’t know why 😂!!I also notice that lots of people smoke inside this club, I don’t know why security never did anything about it as that is not legal (e-cigarette).I recommend that they should consider correct their advertising and describe exactly what people will be expose too.I regretted paying 30 dollars 💵The Shark bar is free entry and drinks are more affordable👊🏿I personally never look for cheap options as money is not an issue, I look for quality !! and this place doesn’t have it !!

Smita Pokharel: Wasted my money ordering food from this place. Ordered one dessert received different one . Also there was hair strand on food very unhygienic. Ordered salad which was totally different than described really soaky and missing items. Waste of money. I will not recommend anyone to go there or order food from this place.
