Norman NOLAN: Real Irrigation has just upgraded our system to include a new garden area. The work was performed promptly, professionally and precisely as quoted. The original system, which they installed four years ago, continues to perform exactly as planned. Cannot speak more highly of them! Michael Fahim (owner) is extremely helpful and the guys who did the installation were superb - knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Great work!

Brooks Irrigation was founded in 1970, by Mr Joe Brooks and Mr Bob Merrington, and quickly grew into one of the largest privately owned Irrigation businesses in New South Wales. The company moved from premises in Edgecliff, to its store in Bourke St Woolloomooloo, and existed in this location for many years until May 2004, whereby it moved to its present location at Anderson St Banksmeadow.
Here at Brooks we pride ourselves on the installation of quality irrigation systems for the domestic and commercial market. Our licensed irrigation foremen have between them over 30 years of installing irrigation systems, to plans provided by our in house designers or other reputable companies, which have included a small balcony in Bondi Junction up to football fields for numerous councils in the Sydney region.

Michael Mastroianni: I have had the pleasure of dealing with the team at this branch for over ten years and the staff are always well presented, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The range of products in store are at the forefront of the Irrigation and Pool installation industry and competitively priced and deliveries are always on time. The professionalism displayed by the mangers and staff is second to none in particular Josh and Simon who are always happy to assist with any queries I might have and are at the ready to fulfil any special request. chad kasten: Horrible customer service, I placed an order, and the system had an error. It ended up charging me, but not placing the order. When I contacted the company, they said they did not receive the order. I told them I was charged, and they never replied. I’ve been trying to contact them for 4 days with absolutely no response. Don’t use them, their system is faulty and they don’t care, they will just take your money.My emails were not abusive, yes I did send quite a few. But you never replied to any of them. I simply wanted a response. After 5 days of 0 reply, it’s good to see I finally got a response on google reviews, I’m still waiting for a response in my email reply. And if you felt a scammer took my money, why didn’t you email me that? Or any email at all????Like I said horrible customer service. Thanks for the review reply at least.Also I hear they have an issue with scammers, so I’d be wary of ordering. Who know what site you will get or what. All and all bad business.Too little too late guys. I was as kind as could be in my first emails to you. There is no reason you couldn’t have sent that exact message 5 days ago. Now you call my emails abusive. Don’t worry I’ve already contact my bank.Final update, after calling my Bank , they informed me an Australian account received my payment. Not a US based site. I am open to the fact it might be scammers. But it was not US based, as you claim. A simple search in your changes could have fixed this very quickly, but it sounds like you guys have my money.
