Maryam Naghsh Nejad: They were overpriced and the electricians were not attentive. Before booking them, I tried to get an itemized price on the phone but the person on the phone was not very helpful and mislead their pricing. In any case, after the electricians arrived and gave us the quote for about 30% more than the others in our area, we decided to go with them since we needed the job to be done then. They made a mistake doing our job and had to come back another day to fix it. (after we realized we cannot turn on the lights at night!) When they came back to fix it, instead of being apologetic for their mistake they acted with an attitude. Lindsay Holliday: I believe the job was completely overserviced. 2 men came - definitely did not need 2 and then quickly discovered there was no problem but did a check of the electricity board anyway that they told me looked good and recently done so not sure they why checked it and then spent time quoting for a bigger job - so feel I really paid for them to give a quote. Don’t want to use as a consequence. Should never have to pay for 2 people if one is enough and if they are training up someone that should be their cost. More I think about it the more annoyed I am. Will say guys pleasant enough and helpful with the quote.

Our electricians were friendly, professional and reliable from start to end. Particularly appreciated that they kept our paintwork clean, patched up holes neatly and cleaned up after themselves. The office staff were great too from handling our initial quote to organising for someone to come out. Highly recommend.

VE 123: I have used Scott Electrics for all necessary electrical work for the past year -- some heavy duty projects including the rewiring of the garage, outdoor light installations and this time for a smoke alarm installation that was hard wired. I also had a problem with an automatic garage door and an exterior lights that were suddenly no longer working. As usual Scott Electrics were punctual and efficient in dealing with the issues. However, with the difficulty of ascertaining the origin of the water leak affecting the electrical circuits Jared and Jack checked the garage motor and lights to ensure they were still in working order and also all the wiring in the garage at no cost to me fulfilling warranty expectations. I was served by a petite Asian lady who asked me to go to Yamaha website to read what the package include and the warranty, and the delivery. I thought since I was in the store, I shall seek confirmation. However she asked me to read the website.

Zara Zee: worst service. It has been a year since reporting that they paypal system is not working and nothing changed. when you chose to pay by paypal it takes us to the paypal website and you go through the process of paying and then it does not recognise the payment and logs you out of the agl website as well. When informed the customer service the response was pay be credit card, for which they charge extra. Looks like the agl strategy is to claim that paypal transaction is free but never works then you end up paying via credit card with the charges.

mark peterson: Would add 0 stars if possible.Told me two people can be added to become account holders.When lodging rebate application it was declined due to having only one person on the account.Called agl and explained I was told both my partner and I were both account holders and they basically said it's unfortunate. Only way to fix is cancel and start a new contract in my name.Unprofessional. No apologies. Lacking good customer service. Will definitely be ending with agl and signing up with a new company.

Jessie O'Connell: Changing carriers. Turned power off with no warning due to non payment. Was barely overdue and told us that it was overdue after power was taken away. Get better at communicating with your customers.
Justin S: We had to sign up with AGL for gas, as our electricity supplier doesn't do gas. Despite clearly instructing the customer service agent on the phone that we only wanted gas, AGL took over our electricity supply in March 2023 as well. No communication was made that this happened, and it was only when AGL tried to charge us more than what our bill stated that we realised this. Customer service has since been helpful, but it is crazy that such a large company can allow this to happen and not provide written communication of changes to someone's account.
CLARE DAVIES: Absolutely dreadful and they make it impossible to to pay your bills on time. They stopped sending emails and texts to alert me when I had a bill due, so I tried to set up an automatic payment which also just doesn't work, and their site never bloody works either so I can't even log into my account and pay my bills. Avoid at all costs!
Ana Hernandez: Stay away from this company for internet. Signed up January and never received a modem, username, password - Nothing. I have been using all my mobile data and today found out I've never logged in . Duh! I've never had access and paid $500 for privilege. I asked for a refund but they keep insisting it's my optus modem and cable. Um no, I've never had an account but I've been billed for 5 months as though I've used the service. Will be reporting to ombudsman for fraud.
WY C: Endless sleepless night and busy days at work trying to chase the $1 or $5 that they overcharge you every once a while. Absolutely hopeless billing system. Admits that they over charge but also wouldn't fix the bills. Both accounting and IT must be outsourced to the worst possible company in a 3rd world country. Just migrate your Power, NBN and phone bill all away from AGL for your mental health.

I left AGL and they sent final bill to me and I have paid it and again after 3-4 weeks they sent another bill to me and claiming that it is a final bill. So , I paid two bills for the same duration! What a big mess in the AGL. I recommend to everyone not to go with this worst company . This guys will not explain you anything . Poor customer service and poor service .

Mike Woods: Service staff provide off the script support that is blatant lying. Will not answer your question whatsoever. The internet service, which performed at a miserable 3mbps, was justified by saying there was an outage - FOR 8 WEEKS! Absolute pit of a company run by incompetent support staff who have probably been taught by their leaders to defer all complaints until the customer gives up. We need to get a class action going against these criminals. Don’t believe they have good customer service due to them replying to contact their complaint line - the irony is so grand as it will literally repeat the process you went through.
DongChiang Dong: Billing system must be programmed by jokers. Overcharged me once for $15, then gave me a credit invoice that was never applied. Every single bill I have to ask them to apply the credit invoice, every single bill they tell me to just pay $15 less because it is applied, but the subsequent bill still shows $15 carried forward. I have wasted 12 hours in total over 3 months with the online chat agent and also through phone and I have yet to get my $15 back. I feel like I deserved to me paid for chasing my debt. And it certainly costed me over $15 to get the $15 credit invoice applied. Disgusting company.
Ash Flash: Took me 50 mins to move my electricity from old place to new place. Three different agents all reading off a script with limited English outside the script, one even hung up on me half way through causing me to have to call back a third time to get things sorted. Only the third agent seemed to know what he was doing. Stop using overseas call centres they are so frustrating to deal with!
sonya crismale: Absolutely useless. AGL were quick to "set up an account" then when I had to call because I couldn't access my account online they told me they cancelled the account without even notifying me. Impossible to get answers or service from AGL. Useless.
Paulina Pfeiffer: I do not recommend cooperation with the sail. There are always problems. Many times, to explain the problem, they move from person to person, giving the same data over and over again. Contact via chat impossible because no one replies. Minimizing the chat window disconnects the conversation. For two weeks I have not been able to send or receive text messages. I called many times, someone was supposed to be in touch, the problem was also supposed to be fixed, but still nobody is doing anything about it. In one conversation, I talked about my problem with 5 people and then asked for a translator from my language and the consultant turned off. I chose a phone plan at a favorable price, but even though I was supposed to pay little, the price is twice as high per month. These are just a few of the situations with agl problems. During Christmas I didn't have internet for almost 2 weeks.
Charles Nord: I closed my electricity account with AGL last December 2022 and have tried ever since to get a final account from AGL, that is not an estimate but actual usage ever since then. I have called them 5 times (once a month) and they keep on telling me it will come. I also keep on get warnings to pay my estimated final account or they will sue me. Why does it take 5 months before they do anything (if they actually will this time). Do they really want to go to court and be shamed into not sending people realistic final accounts? Why do you not allow me to pay you? Why do I have to waste this much time holding on the phone for 40 minutes (5 times) all to no avail? Why do you not have an email where people can email you the issues that YOU are creating? Do you really want an un necessary administrative nightmare when all I want is to pay you? Do I really need to go to the ombudsman for $100? Why can we not trust or believe the staff on your cust service line because everything they say does not eventuate and are just empty promises? Or are they not equipped with the knowledge to fix the situations?Mt AGL I give up!I have had enough and clearly know my next step as AGL doe not want to provide me with a correct final account of services used!

We have products from EVSE for our model 3 and are very happy with them so we have no doubt about the good reviews so far. However in this recent situation, you have told my father in law the charger you sold him has known issues with the model Y and your solution was to tell him to go back to Tesla whilst refusing him a refund for a product that does not work as per described.

Be warned that their warranty terms specifically do NOT cover installation costs for a replacement.In all fairness to the business, their service has otherwise been adequate. Caveat emptor.Addit, in response to below: Ocular have offered partial (50%) compensation for install costs. EVSE explicitly refused any compensation when I asked. The electrician I used is actually the one contracted for one of their competitors, I don't see that his work should be an issue.

Nova Cane: Charger stoped working after 4 days, was like pulling teeth to have them replace it, said they would send tech out to check it out, ended up sending a new charger but had to organise electrician at my expense to reinstall, he installs these for a living and said it unusual for customer to pay after unit failed.Edit.. EVSE have now sent out a tech and are going to upgrade my charger and also install the new one. I do thank them for coming to the party and taking care of their customers.

David Bell: We had McIntosh Electrical do a small job for us. Just installing a couple of outside lights. We were more than satisfied with the work. The electrician was on time and checked with us about a couple of minor issues to do with the installation of the lights. He also tidied up after he had finished. Happy to use them again.
