Australian Institute of Fitness Sydney CBD: what do users think?
Viona Young: The worst. Do not sign anything with AIF. It is a money hungry, out of date, unorganised farce & the lack of empathy for financial hardship is mind boggling.
Gleb Levin: Embarrassing! This “ institute” costs more than most while offers out if date courses, no studying materials, old and dysfunctional studying rooms and gyms and trainers and coaches who need a personal trainer them-self. Most of the course is just never ending pointless paperwork that us nothing to do with the actual industry. No parking available fir students. Staff feels free to change, move and extend the timetable on their own convince without giving much notice to students who may have other commitments. No hot water in the building for PT students who have to do work outs as part of the course. No power points in the class even though students expected to complete a lot of “echecks” and other checks online. Massage room set up has cheap tables with tears, no clock, no proper towels, no coaches supervision. The worse education you could possibly imagine. Choose any other institute or college to safe you time and money
Amie Hession: Australian Institute of Fitness (I studied at Sydney CBD) really are a cut above the rest. The content is enjoyable and the coaches adapt well to all different learning styles. I have gained a wide variety of business skills, fitness skills and interpersonal skills that will aid me in my fitness career. Their valuable connections, depth of expertise and passion is priceless, and I believe that the unrivalled reputation of the facility really sings volumes. My expectations were truly exceeded with the coaches, career team and content of this course and I highly recommend anyone considering studying with the institute should go for it, and make your dreams come true! During my part time studies the institute had to adapt to online-learning as we all went through strict lockdowns from June-November... nevertheless the coaches were all super enthusiastic and kept our spirits high during a very difficult time.
Katie Metcalfe: I appreciate that many students would take the Online Nutrition course alongside their PT career, as opposed to just "an interest" so I did specifically check with the course advisors before I signed up, whether this course would be suitable for someone like me who just enjoyed learning about nutrition, as it was a significant financial investment.I was so excited to start the course! I am incredibly disappointed to say I was unable to complete the course as it is not what I expected at all.Online courses nowadays can be so engaging and enjoyable with modern tools and technology, it really surprised me how old and basic the format of this course is, especially given the audience is likely to be fairly young. The subject of Nutrition itself is fascinating, but here it is displayed in page after page of text to read, with the occasional basic video. So boring and un-engaging!Some content also seems out of date with references to stats from 2007, and there are a few typing mistakes which isn't a big deal but does make me wonder when anyone last checked the course. I also find it really disappointing that we are given multiple links to websites for further reading, which is fine for complimentary learning, but often they are given instead of actually training on that subject. The echecks also don't seem like a great way to check your knowledge as the questions are worded very strangely and often quite misleading, and if you answer just one question incorrectly, you fail, but cannot check what the correct answer actually was...! So how do we learn from our mistakes?I understand that the course itself is perhaps tailored to a PT and wasn't necessarily the best fit for me personally, but I am so disappointed that I spent $2000 on something I could have just learnt from Google. I hate leaving anything unfinished, but this course was a total waste of time and money.I took the time to send detailed and constructive feedback to AIF but there was no response for a while and then I was asked to complete additional paperwork, with no offer of a refund, even for a small portion of the course.

Konstantin Klyuchko: Maher is an incredible teacher. He is very patient and friendly and for me he is the best in teaching how to get the best score in IELTS exam. I'm 100% recommend him if you wish to achieve a good score in a short period of time or you need some more practice.

I studied English and IELTS in Sydney with many different teachers, but Maher was the most caring one, and he provided personalised teaching, up-to-date study material, additional resources and practice exams. Give him a call and achieve your target score.

Manauara Noda: I highly recommend Maher as an IELTS tutor.I was struggling to achieve the score I needed, so I joined Maher’s writing classes and took a few of his mock tests. Australian Institute of Fitness Parramatta: what do users think?
Amber Yan: I was a student with AIF last year. I registered a blended course - half face to face and half online. Students who’s like me and paid a premium were all in the preference of the face to face component. However half way through the course AIF changed delivery method and everything was online and only refund us $1500 in cash, otherwise could just quit, which I thought was extremely unprofessional and money driven behaviour. The course content wasn’t impressive in my opinion and assessment marking was very strict. You need a lot of time dedicated on being perfect in every answer to meet their standard marking criteria. Good luck for those who are attending online courses. I personally certainly didn’t enjoy the learning experience.
David Sexton: At WeFlex we're proud to partner with AIF who have the same passion and commitment to making the fitness industry more inclusive for people with disability.
Nicole Favretto: Completed my Cert 3 & 4 at AIF, found the whole process really enjoyable, great interactive content and the coaches were fantastic. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get into the industry!
Samantha Wonnacott: Avoid. Studied here a massage student- was miss sold on signing up to what was actually delivered. The resources and exams provided are either in need of repair and replacement, or when it comes to the studies, are full of grammatical errors or out right don't make sense. Ended up in a too full class which the coach (who would shout and scream at us) ended up leaving part way through resulting in the only remaining coach being over worked and under resourced. I'm now in the industry with sub par skills as a result and having to pay for further education. They are over priced and do not deliver. You would be better off going to evolve or tafe.
Abby Mcgregor: Studied with AIF to become a personal trainer & I could not recommend them enough! Their attention to detail across all classes and studies is incredible. I was never left behind with my studies and i met some incredible people along the way. If you’re looking for. Fitness course to cover EVERYTHING you need to know, AIF is it!
Henry Cardwell: My partner and I experienced a miscarriage during her study and AIF refused to reasonably work with us to get through this difficult time.To defer they require a $900 fee and to leave the course, they require a medical certificate covering 24 months which a doctor couldn’t foresee.
Ирина Малкина: The fitness coaches in this campus looks like they may need a personal trainer them self. What a joke if course for those sort of money! Make sure you do a proper research before you choose your course provider. This place is just an embarrassment.
Svetlana Leto: There are much better education provides on the market with less fees and better facilities. This joke of a business is too busy with sales not with actually doing their job.
Nick Titating: Those are very overpriced courses that offers not more then the TAFE with worse facilities, less experienced coaches, no parking and squashed practical part of the course that doesn’t make you anything close to be industry ready. Only places who want you to pay rent are interested in Australian Institute of Fitness graduates to work for them.
Ben Hall: Absolute joke of a company, sales women full of promises saying how easy it would be to complete while i was working full time 11hrs a day 5 days a week. She rushed me through all the agrements without really giving me a chance to read them saying how the deal was ending today and if i didnt sign up it would cost me more money the day after. After a month i cancelled and cost me $1300 for absolutly nothing. No sympathy just wanted the money from me, also part of the cost was for a course i was meant to start in 2023 but somehow the cooling off period had ran out, Real dodgey.Guess they have some real fine fine print to read.DO NOT GO HERE!!
Sam Struthers: Just renewed my annual membership and a week later you've added on a direct debit for an extra subscription. This was never authorised nor signed for and you have absolutely no right in direct debiting services you choose to add on. You've been contacted three times with zero response so speak to the ACC
Danielle Pinney: The AIF Coaches are awesome.
Martin Brennan: Great coaches and fantastic massage!
prachi malviya: Best place to study fitness ,the coaches are amazing
Molly: The coaches are great which is why it’s 2 star, but the sales side of things is shocking. They failed to let me know l wouldn’t get my cert 3 when l changed to part time (full time get it but part time don’t) as well as the transaction fees after they claimed it to be “interest free with no other charges.” Have been waiting a week for them to get back to me. Sales team are just money hungry.
steph ao: Awesome place to study... great, friendly and knowledgeable coaches!
Christopher Koletti: DO NOT GO HERE! The staff are very rude and only care about your money and very little about your actual education and well-being. I stopped going after about a month due to health reasons and they said I still need to pay the full $7000+ dollars to them.Would never recommend them to anyone
75lainie: Terrible, nasty horrible staff. I ran into office asking to please use their phone as my Dad with brain cancer had wandered off. Admin lady had to ask manager who refused to let me use their phone.
Vincent Farhart: I cancelled my membership over 2 months before my course even started due to extenuating circumstances and I was liable for $2700 for nothing.
Ryan H: Tried to force me to start now so they can hit their quota. Didn't care about my goals at all.
Hugh Berry: asked how much a Personal trainer course would cost. the receptionist went away to discuss with the manager. She came back and said 'you have to fill out a form online, someone will call you and give you a quote'what in the hell kind of service is that?what reptile running this place changes the price based on how much they can get out of you?

Goethe-Institut Sydney: what do users think?
Corey Zadravec: Great people and friendly atmosphere. Makes learning a new language fun and would highly recommend.
Harry: Lovely place with nice staff and examiners.
Ramtin Sohrabian: Love the staff, teachers and professional courses delivered by this centre.
Nina: Goethe-Sydney provide EXCELLENT blended learning courses - it works so well. And Stefanie N. is the best teacher ever!!!🤩 she made the course so fun, plus she is brilliant at teaching 👌👌👌
Jake Van Der Bergh: Great place with very very helpful staff!
Zoltan Matolcsy: Positive:ProfessionalismAll the teachers are well qualified and extremely kind. They cheerfully explain again and again the same issues related to German grammar.
emma: I completed a whole year of online german courses at the GoetheInstitute and I plan to continue. The lessons are very engaging and theonline course work is very helpful and interesting :)
Margie Powell: I have enjoyed many classes over several years and successfully completed my intermediate proficiency exam - if you are looking to live or work in Germany, oder nur zum Spaß, I would suggest you try a course at Goethe!
Junran Cao: Wonderful place to learn German! Great teachers and lovely classmates. The learning materials are top notch.
Christine Newman: I've very much enjoyed my German course at the Goethe Institute. The teacher is great and there is lots of materials online for further study.
RD Giemza: I have undetaken a series of courses with Goethe-Institut Sydney from A1.3 back in 2018 through to C1.4 in late 2021 and I have found the courses to be of the highest quality. and effective in making me an (almost) fluent speaker. My teachers have all been been very dedicated and approachable throughout this time and I have found both the face to face elements and the online phases to be very effective in imparting a through grounding in the language and grammar. The online platform seems at first a bit clunky but once you get used to it the system works very well and the online exercises are a mix of fun, easy and then more challenging pieces that mix it up for those stuck with remote learning. I have always found my feedback to be quick and I always felt that the staff really care about your progress. Most of my courses were taken when working full time and the workload is easy to manage but it does get noticeably harder when you get to the C level courses (but by that time you will definitely know if German is for you!).
Nick Cervetto: I have been attending the Goethe institute for 2 years now and I have gone from speaking absolutely no German to being able to converse (at a basic level) on my own with native German speakers while I was in Germany recently. The teachers are fantastic and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to learn German.
Aiden Gilbert: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueGoethe-Institut Sydney is an excellent, supportive and structured place to learn German. They employ a range of resources and activities that ensures learning is an engaging and enjoyable experience.
Jan L: I have taken four courses at Goethe in Sydney and enjoyed all of them - face to face as well as online. The tutors are committed and support your progress, and also the online exercises are excellent.
Rebecca: I recommend the Gothe-Institut Sydney for those wanting to learn German at a good pace.I have been attending 10 week online courses which is helpful due to my busy schedule and a nice way to meet people in different cities in Australia. Online can be a bit hard to concentrate at times but the teachers structure the classes so there is plenty of engagement and small group work in breakout rooms, where the teacher pops in and provides help. However, some of the online material could be better presented with more information at times, as I often have to google for more information. For example, the minute differences in words or concepts that have no explanation. Just something be to mindful when doing the self learning. All in all a good institute and look forward to learning more German this year.
David Saffir: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueI came back to learning German after a sizeable gap and I found the course well structured and the teacher very supportive.
Ben Squires: Amazing course. Have been learning here from A 1.1 to B 1.1 online and in person. The teachers are great and the course material is really good. Staff have also always been super helpful. They'll have you speaking Deutsch in no time at all!
Ray: For anyone serious about learning German, there's no substitute to the Goethe Institut. Their approach to teaching is centered on learning by practicing, and having fun while at it. Their classes are fast paced, practical and fun. The German language is by no means the easiest, but at the Goethe you will be going through a tried and tested approach that allows you to learn the fundamentals properly and build your confidence as you go along. I highly enjoy the small group environment, the interactive nature of the classes as well as learning about German culture in general.
Kai Nielson: Best German courses money can buy. You get so much support and resources and feels very legit. Definitely helped my German.
Jessica Walter: Positive:Professionalism,ValueI did a course at the Goethe-Institut at the end of last year, and it is a fantastic way to learn German. The teacher was amazing, and the classes really help to embed the knowledge from the online learning.
Hooman Rabet: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueI started learning German from scratch (level A1) in Sydney Goethe institute in 2020. Now I am in level A2.3 and my German knowledge has increased significantly thanks to their helpful teachers and their very good and easy to use online platform.

UNSW Sydney: what do users think?
Ushy Bushy: This place sucks. Disorganised mess, recycled content for numerous subjects. Subpar and unprofessional staff. I have seen daycare centres with more organisation.
yang ye: 不爱也得爱。
Arina: Made me who I am. A lot to discover, to see, to do. Love this place :)
Phly Ball: Beautiful building! Definitely worth it to wander around.
Jim Lea: I obtained my PhD, Masters and Bachelor of Engineering (1995) from UNSW. I have learnt many practical and relevant skills during my studies at UNSW. The skills were immediately applicable when I joined the workforce in Jan 1996.I have many memorable memories at UNSW.I consider UNSW as one of the best universities in the world and highly recommend this university to potential overseas and local students.
HenryIggy Khush: For being in the top 50 Universities of the world it is a very dead university. Boring labs, bad lecturers, shocking multi-factor security, very disappointed.
Sandra Leethwood: The food here is great hey
Coco Pumar Plus: One of the BEST universities in Australia.I got my TESOL qualification here in 2017.❤️♥️♥️
Nourah: Beautiful campus.
Pritpal Singh: Part of the Group of 8 prestige unis of Australia. Yes the entry requirements are harder and higher than other local universities but it’s simply due to higher standards here
Stuart Fischli: This has to be the best uni in Sydney... Incredible campus with big brand new sports facility
Jack Balcombe: A great university with a high global ranking, modern facilities, and the latest technology. Tools and software that are used by real workers and companies are introduced to students from early on so they know how to use them. UNSW is good for its practical courses that prepare students well for joining the workforce when they leave. They seem to be pretty progressive and aren't afraid to change things up to improve the student experience (although whether some of their decisions eg. Trimesters are actually good is controversial among students). UNSW is a bit further from the city centre than other universities in Sydney, so it could take longer for some students to commute there. But I like the relative peace and quiet of the suburbs around UNSW compared to the busy, crowded city centre.
Lan Lin: Love unsw. Beautiful memories here for 5 years.
notis tsimas: Cst service is alright but the assessment team is rly bad! I don't even feel like spending a minute to explain what happened....
Joseph Macrae: soo slay 😻
ERAGA EBOIGBE: UNSW probably the best University in Sydney a lot to choose from and friendly school mate and staff
Yuyun Yuniar: My campus... This is where I will carry out my doctoral program
Exploreyourworld Highgate67: Over priced for the service you receive , untrained staff , subject outline snot updated with current dates , spelling mistakes, unfriendly staff, there are better options than studying at UNSW, lecturers do not reply my emails, please do not study in this university, when you get trapped please dont say wish i went for other university. or why was i not told that the service was really bad
Antonio Sanchez: did you think the days of piracy were over? well... they aren'tINTERNATIONAL STUDENTS, these guys want your money bad and they will give you as little as possible in exchange for it. (I got nothing).I intended to study a graduate certificate. Only when I paid the enrolment fees, 4000 DOLLARS, they disclosed the availability of the modules that comprised the certificate. All the modules that I intended to study were full so I thought I would get a refund... Guess what... they STOLE my 4000 dollars and offer no compensation for it. (I asked them to offer me other courses such as public speaking…)it is important to note that they only disclose the module availability when they get the hand in your wallet, prior to that there is NO INFORMATION/WARNING.As an indication of how BAD this institution is just try to contact them... The student support is horrible, long wait times and unqualified people. Again, if you are an internal student don't waste your money here. This institution gets good ratings just because relative to other institutions in this country it is better:"In the world of the blind, the one-eyed man is king."
George Argy: Best university in Sydney!
