Yoga To Go Studio - Yoga & Pilates Classes Sydney: what do users think?
Jack Shalavin: Really good Studio! Provided a great introduction to Yoga.
No way myself: 100% recommend to see Amy here if you need a Chiropractor! 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Vicki Jeffreys: Doing the beginners yoga course at Yoga To Go. Great instructors who are patient and encouraging with us beginners. Definitely feeling the benefits!
Ryan Brookhouse: Magic place, classic yoga, calm teachers, supportive vibe.
Olivia Down: I started attending classes at Yoga to Go in 2019 as a student in their beginner course, which was an excellent introduction to Iyengar yoga and helped build my confidence to practice regularly. I know attend a general class once or twice a week. Yoga to Go is a really lovely environment, and it's teachers are knowledgeable and responsive to the needs of each student.
Rob Wildman: I first started with the Yoga to Go senior's classes and enjoyed both the level of the exercises and the light hearted mood of the classes. While Romina is always urging us to try to develop our poses, she is always very mindful of people's abilities and their particular strengths and weaknesses. She is careful to set the level of the class at just the right point. I then started attending the normal weekday classes and again found the level of work just about right. Romina has an uncanny ability to read people's bodies perfectly when giving them assistance in striking poses. And the mood of the classes is still open and friendly.
Stephen Cassar: great place to do yoga or pilates as well as some retreats as advertised. large studio w excellent teachers who teach in the Iyengar school of yoga.Oh and i’ve been attending since 2014 ;)
Wendi Etherington: Have been going to classes at Yoga to Go for probably 10 years. I really like the Iyengar approach as it allows for you to do poses which suit your body and abilities. The teachers are very friendly, professional and competent. Highly recommend.
Lynn Cohen: It’s always a great experience. Classes are dynamic, professional and (dare I say), fun. Highly recommended
James Boggs: Romana is a great, patient teacher who makes the beginner classes relaxed, fun and still purposeful, so we all keep coming back. I've started my yoga journey in 2023 at Yoga To Go and am looking forward to the journey.
Amanda Judd: Staff are very friendly, understanding and helpful. I always come away from the class feeling so much better than when I arrive. Being able to make up missed classes is a real bonus.
Michael Lees: A wonderful place to begin my yoga journey. I’m glad I found Yoga To Go as the foundations I’ve learned really have set me up to continue my practice safely and confidently into the future.
Deb Michels: I have been attending yoga for seniors with Romina for about a year now. I love the classes and always try to schedule my timetable to attend both sessions each week. Romina is very kind and takes great care in her teaching to enable people of all abilities to participate fully. She takes the initial assessments very seriously and constantly checks in with individuals in the group to find a variation on the pose where necessary to ensure we do not experience unnecessary pain. I am addicted because these regular sessions have made a world of difference to my overall health and movement. I started due to chronic shoulder pain, but since doing the classes regularly, and using many of the stretches I have learned at any twinge of tightness - no need to visit the Physio! Excellent value. The classes are fun too and I always leave feeling great! Thanks, Romina!
Lil Stephens: Yogo To Go is the best. Romena really understands each individuals needs and capabilities whilst teaching in a relaxed atmosphere.
Tracy Smith: I'm a regular at Yoga To Go and I love the school. I go to the Wed and Fri 6:15am classes most weeks. It's hard to get up early, esp in the winter but it's always worth it. Sarah is a great teacher - she always goes the extra mile to make sure everyone gets the most possible out of every class. Come join us!
W C: My 'go to' studio for the last couple of years and still loving it. The teachers are experienced, well trained and very knowledgeable. They were also fantastic at accommodating me in class throughout my pregnancy. I've been a regular yoga practitioner for over a decade and I would say this is one of the more authentic studios out there (not just a place for strutting leggings).
Ann Nguyen: Lovely Studio and knowledgeable team. Highly recommend Yoga or Pilates classes here if you live or work near Petersham, Sydney. Also possible to purchase a 10 Class Pass on their website which is convenient.
Dani Massey: I practice here regularly and highly recommend the studio, the instructors and Iyengar yoga.
Joanne Ting: Went here regularly during my pregnancy. Well trained staff that knew what they were doing. Wish I had more time now to go back.
Lyndsay Sheridan: An excellent place, I have done the casual beginner Yoga class and found the instructor and venue to be great.
Tasha: Highly recommend

Yoganic: Yoga, Yin Yoga, Barre and Pilates Reformer for Beginners, Pregnancy, Mums and Kids, Sydney: what do users think?
Sales Sales: I started doing Pilates Reformer at Yoganic after being recommended by my chiro due to lower back pain. Libby and her team have been amazing, supportive and encouraging. I love Yoganic as it's has 6 ppl maximum and the teacher can come and help you if you are not sure of any moves, or if you are doing something incorrectly. They have Pilates Tower as well which I found challenging but still enjoyable. Winnie
Carol Dell: Now in my mid 70’s I decided to commit to 2 classes of beginner reformer a week. After three months my posture has improved and I’m feeling stronger all round. The team at Yoganic have been so welcoming and friendly always checking that the movements are comfortably within my range. So for us more mature girls it’s not too late to improve fitness and general wellbeing….I’m glad I did!
Prudence Perram: Great range of classes. Friendly staff. Very welcoming to a first timer. Also focused on holistic care, working with nominated physio to ensure workout can be tailored to specific needs. Highly recommend.
Sally Marian: I love this Pilates and Yoga studio! All of the instructors are very knowledgeable and friendly, and the studio space and equipment are lovely, fresh and well maintained. Lots of classes to choose from which really helps with interests and time constraints. Highly recommend!
Wu Huisi: Yoganic was introduced to me by a colleague and I never looked back ever since! They hold a wide range of classes but I particularly love the pregnancy reformer and tower classes. The instructors are professional and ensure that they check on your pregnancy situation to cater exercises for each individual. I always feel safe and in good hands. Time always fly by during classes and I am thankful to be able to keep fit and well stretched during my pregnancy!
Claudia Hutcherson: Such a great studio, really enjoying barre class on Saturday’s with Steph.
Miley Mao: Cozy yoga/pilates studio that has many options of pre and post natal classes - perfect for new mums and mums to be!
Sinclaire Prowse: Libby and her team of qualified instructors are all incredible! They are professional, and fun, and make a first-time pregnant mum feel supported and comforted. Highly recommend these classes for anyone (pregnant or not) - they are highly tailored for any unique circumstances!
Dominique Fox: I’ve been to Yoganic during both of my pregnancies for their prenatal yoga and pilates classes. I love the small and intimate class size, it makes you feel instantly comfortable. The instructors are all so knowledgeable and friendly - such a warm and inviting space to practice especially during the pre and post natal periods.
Hannah Sutherland: Absolutely love Yoganic. Yin Yoga is just amazing and the highlight of my week. I also attended pregnancy classes and Mums&Bubs classes with my son and they were great. Really motivating teachers who really care about their clients.
Elise Lewis: Beautiful facility, great instructors that welcome and cater to all ability and experience levels. I have loved my experiences with both pregnancy and mums and bubs yoga. Highly recommend!
Kay Shrimpton: Absolutely love this boutique, family friendly yoga studio. The variety of classes offered is perfect for everyone from beginner to experienced. Thank you to the team at Yoganic for saving my busy working mum mind with Yin Yoga!
Alix Simpson: I have been going to Yoganic for over 4 years now and joined yoga and reformer pilates classes through pregnancy and postpartum also. All the teachers are great, and the class sizes are small enough that you can get 1:1 support during the classes when needed. Regularly recommend to friends, and my mum loves joining me at the studio when she is visiting.
Ashley T: Libby and the team are amazing! Small class and instructors cater to your abilities / injuries (if any). Such a gem in the neighbourhood - having been to a few pilates studio this is definitely the one to go to if you live near by!
Vicki Marangou: Love Yoganic! Great range of classes, lovely studio and knowledgeable teachers.
Elissa T: I recently joined the Yoganic mums & bubs classes and can honestly say that I look forward to going to these classes! Libby & her team create such a supportive & welcoming environment, I felt immediately comfortable in the studio. It’s been wonderful to be able to return to exercise plus take my baby along with me... even my baby seems to enjoy going :) The classes are small which means that you get more attention and the instructors tailor the activities to be specific to your needs. Although I am new to pilates, I have found the reformer classes really helpful in my postnatal recovery. I also really like the barre classes with Helene as she makes them lots of fun for the mums & the babies. I highly recommend Yoganic.
Dasuni Kannangara: Great studio for pregnancy pilates! All the instructors are knowledgeable and really care about making sure that you’re doing the exercises safely and correctly to get the most out of the experience. I’ve been going here for 6 months now and would highly recommend it during your pregnancy journey.
Fiona Shepheard: Libby and the team are absolute professionals and run amazing pregnancy classes. They are pitched at the perfect level being challenging but also restorative and targeting the areas of my body that need most attention. Would highly recommend the classes not only for the exercise but also for getting to know other women going through the same experience.
Jessica Lai: Yoganic is a lovely, welcoming studio with great range of pilates, yoga and barre classes suitable for all ages and abilities. I have been going for years and continue to do so despite moving further away. Libby, the other wonderful instructors and the friendly environment keep it well worthwhile. Highly recommend it, you will notice the difference!
Rebecca Cocco: Libby and her team are clearly very knowledgeable and skilled in supporting women who are pre- and post-natal complete an awesome workout improving strength and flexibility. The small class sizes ensures attention to appropriate technique. Could not recommend enough.
Marita Powell: Awesome boutique studio. Highly recommended.

Matt Osborne: I'm a regular here, such a good place to practice yoga with very experienced instructors. The space is excellent and costs are also reasonable.
Tom Hyuncheol Jeon: I had only one yoga class at Crunch gym in Sydney CBD years ago, and this is my first proper yoga class.I have attended the Thus evening class since October this year. Illa is the instructor for the class and she is amazingly well teaching even I am the first timer to yoga. She explains and demonstrates the position easily so I can mimic the one accordingly. Love to keep going the class. The venue is tidy and welcoming circumstance as well. I strongly recommend this to everyone looking for yoga class in Sydney city.
Tanya Adamski: I really enjoyed the Hatha class with Illa, it was the perfect wind down for the day. The studio is lovely, warm and welcoming... 🤗 🙏
Lynda Blanchard: Booked a class when I was in sydney for the weekend. Lovely place, great class with Illa - thanks so much
Karen N: This is my first time to try yoga. I was trying to search for a yoga studio and happened to check this out as it had great reviews. So I tried a day pass for $25 just to see if I will like it. I can honestly say that this is the highlight of my weekend. I left the class feeling more calm, relaxed and revitalised. Illa is such a wonderful and genuine teacher. I found Illa's style really worked well with what I want to achieve from the class. Thank you Illa for spending some time to chat after the class. You are amazing. I highly recommend this nice little studio in the CBD. This place has a good vibe. Looking forward to connecting with you again!
Abhijit Hore: Have been going for 5 years. Fantastic studio. Get results while not being made to overdo postures. Excellent teacher. Highly recommended.
Maarit Linsbauer: City Yoga is a great little yoga studio in the heart of Sydney. It's a great place to go to to unwind and recharge. Rebecca is a great instructor and adjusts her sessions according to the people attending (eg: newbies, regulars, specific injuries, etc...) - Rebecca will offer variations for every level, and every level is catered for. I highly recommend City Yoga.
Hamida Parkar: I love City Yoga Studio. Rebecca is excellent. She practices proper yoga with a combination of breathing and poses which are amazing. Her meditations are fabulous. I always feel relaxing and rejuvenated after her class.
Tom Bailey: Highly recommend. Rebecca is a great instructor, very welcoming and kind. Classes are suitable for all standards and ages. Really enjoy unwinding at lunch time with a class. Buy a multi pass and it works out to be only $18 a go. Also has two changing rooms and mats for everyone to use for free.

Balance Yoga Sydney: what do users think?
Shanika Kuruppu: I was really enjoying their online yoga classes during the recent lockdown. But then they suddenly stopped sending me the links to join the classes that I signed up and paid for. There was no communication to say whether they had started classes back in the studio. My emails, phone calls and messages to them have all gone unanswered for over two weeks.Such a shame!
Amy Brown: My favourite studio in Sydney
Graeme Melrose: An excellent yoga studio. Georgia gets us moving while Lyn is funny and chilled.
Divyank Gupta: My wife has joined pre-natal yoga here and she is loving it.Instructors are awesome and friendly. They are patient in hearing the doubts.Nearby parking is also available
Elle C: A beautiful place with supportive staff. Classes are well balanced and fuss free.
Christine Nader: Beautiful place and wonderful teachers.highly recommended
Shen P: I wish I didn’t have to write this review but unfortunately the director and staff of this business have left me no choice. I had purchased an intro pass ($59) to do yoga during my pregnancy and unfortunately only was able to attend 1 class due to medical complications which prohibited me from doing any physical exercise. When I requested a refund, I was advised this was not going to happen and the only option I had was using the remaining $34 towards another class or therapy. They had charged me $25 for ONE class when I’d clearly signed up for an unlimited yoga pass for a month. After I’d sent several emails to the studio, called and left messages on their landline, trying to compromise and even asking whether I could transfer my pass to my Mum, they refused to show understanding or compromise. In the end they ended up still charging me $25 for the one class (because they would’ve been at such a loss if they didn’t) and refunding me $34. I would never go back to this studio or recommend to anyone in case they happen to be in a similar situation or heaven forbid worse. I’m just very disappointed with the service I received, given my circumstances and difficulty with mine & my baby’s health at the time. This was just added stress I didn’t need. Also, if you do happen to fall into a similar situation or even attempt to make contact with the studio, don’t expect a response or call back from anyone for 2-3 weeks.
Samantha Wimala: Such an amazing place to do yoga! Great teachers, amazing atmosphere! I feel my stress melting away instantly!
Noriko Oshima: Amazing teachers and great atmosphere!!! The google map is wrong though. it's more close to bakehouse garden they have awesome deal for students for the first time!!! Cheers!
Karla Sabella: These guys are just amazing in terms of pregnancy support - apart from the yoga classes that I started from 8weeks into my pregnancy, I had massages and attended the Calm Birth weekend course all of which just made me so prepared for the birth of my son. Although the birth was still really challenging, I had the exact natural birth I wanted and have had an amazing recovery since then. With all the support from these guys, I've been so calm and have a super relaxed baby too so a huge thank you to the whole pregnancy centre team and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!
Lee Simon: I went to Kallista's classes/course before, after attending some other yoga teachers' classes. Hers were outstandingly good. The teaching style stood out. The breadth and depth of knowledge stood out. I had done some university degrees before, so I know how much it means to a learner that a teacher shows people some recommended/right ways of doing things and incorrect ways people can have when doing those things. Some other yoga teachers showed me only correct poses. I had little ideas of how I had been doing yoga. Kallista gave me exactly what had been missing from other yoga classes and I found that very effective. In her beginner's classes, I corrected my yoga poses and came to know some philosophy behind yoga. After her classes, yoga became more than some poses. It is something more meaningful to one's heart and wellbeing. I appreciate her classes very much.
Sharlene Zeederberg: Love it. Beautiful old building, great atmosphere, excellent yoga instructors. Calm and peaceful.
Susan Peterson: Its a divine feeling, a life time experience.
Karen Brien: Concord Yoga Studio is a beautiful space, facilitated by genuinely caring and skilled practitioners. I think about doing Yoga with Kylie and love it so much when i actually get there. The massages with The Olive Tree are truly the best. This is a real urban sanctuary. I Love it.
liblloyd: Really enjoy this studio, great teachers, great timetable, great location.
Balance Yoga Sydney: Excellent class and very cool location. So glad I found these guys.

Marrickville Yoga Centre: what do users think?
Ernie Bird: Really knowledgeable staff who are approachable and generous with thier time.
Hanna Nguyen: A few months ago, i had the first migraine in my life then back, shoulder, neck pain came with it. It was 3 terrible months with many tests, MRIs, physio, massage therapy, and nothing helped. I came to yoga as the last resource. I found Marrickville Yoga center randomly on Google, had no idea what Iyenga Yoga is. After 2 classes, i got better surprisingly. 2 months later, no more pain. They have beginners program but the time doesn't work for me, as i only can train on the weekend. All the instructors are good, but i like Florence's classes the most. She is great and extremely helpful to guide me through everything. The center isn't too close to my home, but am happy to go there.
Lisa D: Cannot speak too highly of the teachers here. So attentive and professional. Life changing.
bitSimple: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityAll the teachers at the studio are dedicated Iyengar practitioners and inspiring teachers. Great studio space.
Kerry Murphy: Marrickville Yoga Centre is a great Yoga centre, the teachers are extremely attentive for each person's ability, I have really benefited from their skill and care.
Stella Fielding: Great teachers with a genuine, welcoming attitude and integrity in the way they teach.
Trevor McBride: The teachers really care about their students. After years of manual labour, my body feels so much better since joining
Jodie Wickens: My husband and I have benefited greatly from attending yoga classes here. Our flexibility and movement has increased enormously. Our teachers are friendly and helpful and it's a wonderful relaxed atmosphere. We also love not feeling 'old' as there's all age groups that attend. I highly recommend!!
Ivan Markovic: My girlfriend went recently as she just moved to the area and was looking for a new place to practice yoga. From the first telephone call, she experienced extremely rude staff and the teacher was not welcoming at all. I wouldn't recommend this business unless they decide to change their attitude.
Anna Flynn: Great place and people
Michael Reville: Couldn't ask for better teachers.
