headspace Parramatta: what do users think?
Jo G: My daughter was referred by Westmead children's hospitalas they have a Psychosis team. The Receptionist have always been nice & Respectful . Before our appointments I have always gotten a phone call to remind me of the appointment or just to make sure my daughter can make it. The too Gentleman who we have been seeing are Quite nice & know what they are taking about. My daughter isn't very comfortable with anybody .At the moment she likes he's too as her counsellor's.The only thing they have forgotten is to send a email to me & her School stating what days she goes to see them. The school has told me they what a letter from them. Other than that ,it's all good.
Paris Gomez: I came in wanting to see a psychiatrist as I’ve seen multiple counsellor’s and psychologist and they haven’t been able to help me. They’re reception we’re very rude as I felt like they were just trying to waist my time. I said I wanted to receive an intake to see a psychiatrist basically it took an hour just to book an intake in. Then I had to rebook an intake phone call appointment 3 times because each time they said they were gonna call me at a specific time they didn’t they ended up calling me 10-15 min later and once I saw their missed call I called back a minute later and they told me they had to rebook my intake call for 2 weeks later. So basically I’ve been trying to receive a intake call for over a month and 2 weeks now. And when I tried to call headspace Parramatta the receptionist(Buddha), put me on hold and then hung up on me.Very incompetent and rude. For a free mental health service to help the community the receptions behaviour is disgusting.
zhu amy: The aesthetics here was very inviting staff was nice and counselling was optimal.
J Family: Not a positive experience. I never felt supported by staff and it took over a year to suspend their services - they didn’t believe I had moved to Taree and kept forcing appointments on me for over a year. The gaslighting was just too much.
Crazy Comet: Twelve months of constant bureaucratic wrangling in which time my child only had one session. They don't take the initiative to call anyone. The only reason I didn't give less is that I know they are trying to help and offer a service to the people of Parramatta
Sandra Mehrdawi: Slow service
cam m: The experience and professionalism of practitioners is questionable.I attended headspace for approximately 6 months and found no real improvement in my mental health, found that they took measures of my mental health but practitioners didnt really refer to this. They also terminated our sessions when I was going through a major crisis. Really horrible experience, definitely would not recommend sadly.
carcars springer22q11: They did not help me out with my emoitione they just walked away an for more information though my family instead of me I'll never forget it
Carcars Springer: They didn't support me just because I hadn't have mental health issues so now they have ended a 2 yr relationships
Tutti Escobar: Love the help great people and great advice

Fo O: Slow wait time, receptionist went off at me.
Gabriella De La Cruz: Been emailing them since last year wanting an appointment and waiting for a phone consultation. They said to standby and wait for someone to call but soon but it’s been almost two months and nothing. They’ve also stopped responding to my emails to help me….0 stars if it were possible
Hana Huynh: Cant praise highly enough of staff Mariah and Jolene today at Headspace Bankstown. They are so professional and friendly and restored my faith in humanity, as navigating the mental health sector for my daughter can often feel lonely and daunting. Staff at Bankstown Headspace go out of their way to show kindness, compassion and care. Well done to the team.
Kristofferson Hill: Headspace Bankstown, a wonderful support service for youth mental health. Free. Reliable. And they have your back. The staff are absolutely friendly and are there to support you.
Daniel: Good

Sydney Counselling Centre: what do users think?
kilroy: Dr Gary Banks is the worst “psychologist” I’ve ever met. He is extremely aggressive. Manipulates, ignores facts, extremely biased. What ever you do, do not use him for any service specially for family consultant reports. You will pay thousand of dollars for rubbish that is completely made up and probably written by his students.
James Harkin: Dr. Gary Banks provided flawed "expert" testimony to the Australian Family Court in relation to a custody dispute, recommending that sole custody be given to the mother. His evidence was found to unreliable and hence ignored by the court. His flawed testimony had to be refuted, in court costing many, many thousands of dollars in legal fees. Meeting this man, and having him express his unfounded "opinions", that were ultimately tested in a court of law, resulted the darkest period of my life.
Torential: Oh Gary oh Gary, think you are all high and mighty speaking to us in a condescending manner. Alright then.Oh yeah if you point out any flaws in his logic or another lets just say it doesn't go well for you.
AliceChange: I have been here 4 times with Jennifer in the beginning of last year and am planning to go back. I even recommended my friends to go and they were very happy with their experience. Medicare will cover 10 sessions for you for free in a year and after that you will have to pay out of pocket either partially or fully. I forgot. Generally my experiences at the centre have been amazing.

Wellbe Bulk Billing Counselling & Psychology: what do users think?
Shainen Tejada: Not only they don’t care about you but they’ll make you feel more miserable as well. Never go to this place the service is terrible and only cares about money!!!
Leena Denny: I am very disappointed with this practice, Wellbe at Parramatta, NSW. I booked an appointment to see a psychologist, more than a month in advance. When it was a couple of week before the scheduled date, I received a message to say the appointment is cancelled. I rang the phone number on the text message given to me. I was given a response that the psychologist with whom I intend to see, didn't have the capacity to take my appointment on the scheduled date and time.I did ask the question, to their office, they should have known the intake and the capacity of the psychologist at the time of booking and didn't have to wait for more than a month to finally tell me the appointment is cancelled.I preferred a face to face conversation for the anxiety and depression rather than phone consult. But a sudden cancellation after all this time waiting to see a psychologist, adds more emotional stress in addition to my depression.Perhaps it is bulk billed, they simply not interested, but this company should remove such information from their website if they are not interested in bulk billing their services.I was offered a rescheduled date to February 2021. But I was immediately advised, I would experience the similar situation. I finally told the receptionist, if they continue to keep postponing their appointments, I would not achieve the benefits for my depression, as my mental health gets worse.Hence I cancelled their appointment.I have read other reviews, who has encountered similar bad experience as I did.I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WANTING TO USE THEIR SERVICE FOR FIRST TIME. REALLY DISAPPOINTED. Waste of time.
Mary: Really disappointed with the services that I am receiving in terms of counselling from Wellbe. I had two sessions with Glessia by far and in both of the sessions she wasn't going to turn up until she was been reminded via email or through text messages. The first session she came half and hour late and the second one she attended 1 hour late. She gets very unprofessional and starts saying things like she was waiting outside of her office assuming that it was a face to face consultation whereas it has always been a telephone consultation which has been booked 2-3weeks prior. Then she blames her administration staff for overloading her with extra clients which doesn't belong to her and she is supposed to work back to back for it. Then just yesterday she turned up 1hour late and started giving excuses saying it was due to an unexpected happening within the work environment where she had to move out of her office so that it could be given to another psychologist. The matter of fact is that if I wouldn't have emailed or messaged her then she probably wouldn't have turned up at all for the session. On top of that the advices and the questions that she provides are so inappropriate. She doesn't seem to listen to what the client is saying and most of the session she goes on talking. She doesn't understand what the actual situation is and she starts applying a general shcema, theory and behaviour pattern on the situation. I feel really upset with her counselling sessions and it is not doing much good. I have already emailed management regarding the first instance and I was hoping that they would look into it and address it accordingly but it seems like nothing has happened about it! Very Unprofessional!
Elaine Hamley: A month ago I asked my GP for a referral to help me cope with my long term anxiety and depression. She referred me to this practice as they saw clients on the weekend, and I couldn’t take work off during the week. She disclosed she had no idea if they were any good, but requested I report back to her about my experience. I made my booking for the next available - which happened to be roughly a month long wait.Today I had my appointment. After standing outside of the practice and buzzing for entry, I got a FaceTime call from one of the doctors. This was a surprise to me I had requested a male psychologist, and it was a woman on the other line. I explained that I was outside only to be told she isn’t seeing patients face to face.I suffer from anxiety. When there are sudden or unforeseen changes, I can find it difficult to adjust. I was already feeling incredibly emotional and anxious... I explained to her that I was disappointed about not having been notified that the appointment wasn’t face to face. She told me to find somewhere private.I went back to my car, which was parked at Westfields (which was completely packed... took me 30 minutes to find a park that day, causing me even more anxiety). So there I was, sitting in my car trying to de-escalate my anxiety, crying... while people were beeping at me as I was sitting in my car taking up a spot.I explained that I had requested a male, but then said, at the end of the day, I really didn’t care. She told me to take some deep breaths as I was obviously distraught. We didn’t delve into any of the actual reasons I needed an appointment and she ended up telling me she would email the practices admin about not notifying me, and then ended the phone conversation.I was perplexed. I was still crying, and at no point did she ask if I wanted to continue with the session despite both mix ups. By this point, I was feeling livid. I had been skeptical about seeking help, and now after pursuing it, it felt like a slap in the face. There was no attempt to follow up after I said I was not okay, and I am livid that when I made the booking, there was no mention that the appointment would be by phone.Seeking help, a referral, then waiting for a month was difficult. It is a hard thing to admit you need help, and when I did, this happens. If I was in the same state I was two or three weeks ago, this would have completely broken me.Put simply, this isn’t good enough. Fire whoever is neglecting to pass along key information. This experience has marred my motivation to seek professional help... that there is any point or value. It shouldn’t be this hard to get help. It really shouldn’t.Edit: I have emailed you and did speak to someone last Monday about my experience. In my email I have included the date I made the booking and time, as well as the number of the practitioner I spoke to on the day of my appointment. Hopefully this helps you get to the bottom of what happened. I appreciate you taking this review seriously and making the effort to remedy these issues.
Damian Vella: I had a psychology appointment booked here. When I rang I made it clear to the lady that I wanted a face to face appointment, she told me that is fine.I had to wait 2 months for this appointment, I heard nothing from them until the day of the appointment.I get a phone all but I couldn’t answer the phone cause I was working. The lady didn’t leave a message and it come up as a private number so I couldn’t call back .I left work early and went to the appointment, then I get a phone call from the psychologist saying she is only doing phone appointments. Then she spent the next 10-15 mins trying to convince me to do this even though I said I wasnt comfortable doing it.Very unhappy and not good enough.
Prajakta Pawar: Amanda has a very good methodology to pin down the causes of anxiety. She helped me identify the triggers and guided me very well to manage it. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs help with their anxiety issues
bernadette f: Amanda allowed.me to say what I needed to say..is non judgemental and I left sessions with a feeling that someone was on my side..both through her non judgemental approach and rehashing of life goals and future plans in session..recommended
Kylie Ashley-Jones: Amanda is professional, caring and empathetic. I have dealt with significant trauma and Amanda has given me helpful techniques to deal with it. If money is an issue, you can get a mental health plan and get your sessions bulked billed.
Joseph Saab: Amanda helped me a lot , shes one of the best psychologist in Australia.
Cindy Tsung: It’s been really helpful getting the right treatment here.
zen kahlert: Great organisation, have seen a few different psychologist at Wellbe. All have been good.
M H: I suffer from depression and anxiety and when I finally had the courage to see a psychologist for the first time, after weeks of searching, I booked with Amanda (seeing how the reviews were great). On the day, I received a missed call and a voicemail from her an hour and a half before the session, stating she cancelled my appointment because it was "a public holiday", without an apology and that she'd contact me back. But I received a confirmation text the day before?? I waited a month for this session and it literally broke me down. I would have understood if something happened or if an emergeny came. But to contact a patient last minute and cancelling on them because they didn't remember I was booked in on a public holiday for a whole month is simply unprofessional. And without a reason and an apology ..I've spoken to reception after not receiving a call from Amanda and they apologised and offered to book the next available time with her and that she was available a month away. The person I've spoken to was lovely and tried to help which I am grateful for but there wasn't a solution since I was desperate to see someone ASAP. The experience I had was very disappointing and upsetting and totally put me off in seeing anyone.
Haseeb Zulfiqar: I checked up one of the psychiatrist, she didn’t even know what question to ask and she doesn’t give me tax invoice, cash money! I asked 100 times for invoiceNo reaponse
Anggreni Budiarti: I got recommendations from my GP to get psychologist because of my postpartum depression and I went to wellbe and met Amanda.. she is really helpful and gave me really good suggestion for all of my problem.. really recommend for Amanda ..
Lenga Tong: Amanda Nassif is a very good counselor and psychologist. She has helped me with communicating better with my daughter and she has given me and my daughter good advice .As a result of Amanda our relationship is getting better if it wasn't for Amanda I think I would not talk to my daughter again .I would highly recommend people coming to see Amanda for any problem.
Maraea Bradley (M): I am so grateful to have finally met Amanda I suffer from anxiety and namely postnatal anxiety and depression. I have had so many previous psychologists who I ended up never going back to or otherwise left the sessions with them feeling like I gained absolutely nothing . I highly would recommend Amanda to anyone. I have also ptsd from more than 13 years of complex trauma stemming from my childhood and it is so nice to have someone to talk to that is actually helping me improve emotionally and mentally . Every session I have with her I always leave feeling ten times better than when I entered and every session is a big improvement from the last. Highly recommended she also gives u that vibe she wants to listen and help and actually cares. Thank u so much Amanda
David Mark: I have been seeing Amanda for nearly 3 months, I’m happy to have seen her. I’m feeling much better from when I first met. She has made me realise what my problems have been and was very comfortable to talk to. She has helped me to move forward to a better place even if you have those old days thoughts keep coming, to learn to deal and see the big picture and fight those demons. I would recommend anyone with any problems to see her as she is a good listener and give you the right advise.
Jane Nguyen: Excellent service!!! I have gotten my treatment with Amanda Nassif for a few months now, she gave me lots of advices and help me find joy in life. Highly recommend to everyone!
Loz: seemed not interested and didn't finish the session.
Ray Jay: Amanda was a great councilor for me, she was able to help me with controlling my temper along with some meditation method to relax my mind.
LONK: It is the first time i had attended this practice today, Dr Nassif was very unprofessional. She was not attentive, seemed to be judgemental and seemed disinterested considering i was in my most vulnerable state. My sister was in a session after me and was made to write a positive review within the session, my sister is younger and too shy to voice her disappointment. Not to mention the questionable noises coming from the "massage parlor" upstairs. We will not be returning.

headspace Camperdown: what do users think?
Tilda Clarke: Life changing support I had with Dr Catherine Choi and the social workers.Highly recommend. First doctor out of 15 doctors I’ve seen in Sydney to actually help and validate my experience. Can’t thank them enough.
Gabriel Allen: (2019) After being with the service for a matter of years, I was discharged without being told after missing an appointment. Upon talking to my psychiatrist (Dr Lee) on the phone, they advised I was unable to use the service for a number of reasons - but ultimately because I wasn't in their catchment area. My address had not changed since my last engagement with them. An official complaint then caused them to tell me my time as a client had expired. On obtained records, it's listed that missing an appointment was the actual reason.I've been served by a number of community mental health services, but none have shown the level of client disregard as the doctors here. I would strongly advise against attending Headspace Camperdown, having been left feeling hopeless and with no support during an already frightening time - without referral or even an honest explanation. If your engagement is not 100% every day, maybe avoid Headspace and explore other options where doctors are more accountable or outcome-focused.My real thanks to the amazingly strong-willed nurses, psychologists and admin staff here who are always on the front line of mistreated patients' grievances - and still treat people with patience, humility and mutual respect.Involved staff:Vicki Lee (consultant psychiatrist)Charles Passmore (trainee reg. psychiatrist)Management Team
Wren Mann: i’ve been going to headspace for coming up on a year now, and it’s been really helpful. Most of that time i was seeing a psychologist [Shriya] who was so lovely and gave me very valuable guidance while i was doing pretty badly. It takes a long time to find good therapists so i’m really glad i was placed with her. Headspace is a great place to start if you’re looking to get some mental health support. Good luck out there 3
cecilia Choi: i wish i could say my experience was good, every one seemed nice, but upon later appointments i seemed to just get mentally worse and it feels like they arent helping you when they should be and i felt quite terrible
Tom Hanssens: The staff I was paired with have been helpful so far. Not sure if I was lucky or if this is reflective of the entire service. I would recommend headspace to others based on my experience with them.
Leanne Lee: I’m lucky enough to have met some very helpful staff and great support from the system. There were some unfriendly staff that I experienced but they have left. I’ve been attending headspace camperdown for at least a year and they have helped me a lot
Claire Houghton: I wish public mental health services were better in this country but they are not they really are not. In October/November of last year I was denied access to a psychologist because I was already seeing a councillor which I knew was super unhelpful, she didn't change my problem thinking patterns which upon reflection is what I needed- I needed a therapist trained in CBT. The woman who did my assessment was honestly just rude she got mad when I said no to her offer of joining the study club! I could barely leave my house LOL a study club would have been so much heLp!!!! Oh and yes a study club would have been super helpful for my PTSD which was diagnosed in one of the wards I stayed in :))This lead to two serious suicide attempts which I am very lucky to be alive from today. I'm glad when I moved back to Brisbane my parents could afford to pay for a well trained clinical psychologist who did what I needed. Not everyone can afford that though, I am in a place of privilege and I can't even begin to imagine the quantities of young people who are being let down by this system. I have a dear friend up in here in Brisbane who lost someone very close to her. She too was rejected by headspace and passed away.I know there are probably some amazing psychologist here but I'm going to let it be known headspace has some major systemic issues which needs to be sorted. If this is a young person's ONLY option you'd hope it be a good one!
Lisa L: I went to them seeking help for fairly involved childhood trauma issues that I didn’t understand and the psychologist gave me rudimentary ACT. They also recommended I give my data to a project they were working on with no follow-up about how it would be useful to me. That suggests to me that Headspace isn’t a place where mental health professionals invest their energy long-term but an is rather interim while they’re working on other projects.I think the more informed thing for the intake worker to have done would be to recommend me a trauma-informed therapist, even if it meant going elsewhere. Not to undermine their expertise, but they did admit that they they didn’t really know what action to recommend I take. The receptionists were friendly and easy to work with, though.
Juliano Moschetti: Took my granddaughter their and very long wait
Andre Brokman: Referred to Headspace after a second or third hospital visit due to a breakdown. Got assessed by a very nice lady, got told I was going to be taken care of, then about a week later I was told I couldn’t be helped, due to an administrative error, or I had used up my 10 sessions for the year already. Not nice to be told (yet again) that you’re going to be helped, and then it doesn’t happen. A waste of time, and unprofessional. This was in 2016.

Gen: Never had an admin problem with booking appointments. Always get an answer when I ring and never any wait time. I was prepared to go through several psychologists to find the right fit, but got really lucky when I started seeing Laura six months ago. She’s just fantastic and has definitely made a positive impact on my mental health, been a source of support and taught me relationship skills that have given me a new perspective moving forward . I was scared before looking for help, but I’ve always gotten a good vibe from this practice from the start, no bad eggs.

Wellbe Bulk Billing Counselling & Psychology: what do users think?
Bradley Arthur: This review was only about an issue I had with staff and management regarding an appointment booking. This issue has since been resolved by the owner.
Cath: I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.I will never go back for counselling at this place. The counsellor I saw was one of the most rude, condescending and unprofessional so called professional I have ever seen. Half the session was her assuming things about me, not listening to me to name a few things. I left the session feeling worse than when I walked in.
Vanessa: The person my mum saw refused to properly understand her situation and continually guilt tripped my mum saying that she was a bad parent solely based on my personal decisions relating to my career choices. She continually ingrained and pushed the idea that because I chose not to work that she was a bad parent who didn't let me work. When my mum told her that it was my choice not to work so I could focus on my studies she still insulted my mum saying that because of my mum my family was a waste and didn't contribute to society.
Timothy Barbarino: A disclaimer, this is a review of clinic, not the mental health professionals working out of Wellbe. With that aside, shocking first impression... almost felt scammed for a second. I'm giving 2 stars bc covid but otherwise definitely 1 star.Short story- Staff on phone at Blacktown confirmed appointment would be in person at Rosebery clinic. When I arrived on the day, I was called by the social worker at the alloted time and was told she was working from home.Long story- I was referred to Wellbe Roseberry by my GP. I called to arrange an appointment. I was required to give credit card info over the phone in case of cancellation. First red flag but fair enough... The receptionist confirmed that my appointment was at the Rosebery clinic.I sent off my mental health care plan to the clinic and all seemed fine.I was then contacted directly by a social worker and was asked to email her my mental health care plan to an email address at a different domain to Wellbe. No problems but a bit weird that the clinic wasn't sending that through and it seems the clinic has an arrangement with freelance social workers? Didn't realise that was a thing and seems off.The day of the appointment I made sure I was at the clinic with 10mins to spare. I was excited to recommence counselling and it had taken a lot to get to this stage. The clinic was closed and looked dilapidated. At 9am the social worker rings me and informs me that she is working from home and is not at the clinic. We agree that I'll ride home and start the telehealth session in about 10 minutes. I get home and the social worker is now sending texts asking me to reschedule later in the day... which is fair enough but frustrating. At this point, I decided I wanted to put things on pause and that I wanted to speak to the clinic, so I cancel my appointment altogether. I ring the clinic and I speak to a receptionist. She informs me that I may be charged for cancelling the appointment and that waiving the fee is up to the social worker's discretion. I ask to speak to a senior staff member and I'm told that this is not going to happen. There was no apology given over this phone call. I understand that I was sounding upset/confrontational but, it's basic customer service is to express understanding to a upset customer.I then text the social worker to ask for the cancellation fee to be waived - a bit demeaning but for $77, you gotta do what you gotta do. Only after texting, the social worker confirms that she will waive the fee and apologises for the situation.Later on I get a text from Wellbe informing that the fee is waived and that I can call to reschedule... no apology was given over text. You can see the attached image.I haven't enjoyed writing this review and I hope my experience is an outlier to the general experience of dealing with Wellbe. Wellbe is a front-line organisation dealing with people with mental health issues. I think they have a duty to be better. Also, given the receptionist wasn't forthcoming with any alternative options, this is the only option left to give feedback.
Julie H: First session good. Next session was double booked and therapist had to ask me what my name was. Did not have my session and she could only see me 4 weeks later. Will not be back
Ryan Goulburn: My partner saw Dr Joseph D'Silva at Wellbe Rosebery a couple of times and she is already getting over her anxiety issues. Thank you Wellbe.
Sarah Jones: Dodgy location - feels like a pop up shop. They have no information about their psychologists on the website so you can't pick one dedicated to your needs or check credentials. One of the Psychologists Dr Joseph D'Silva also practises at the same location under the name 'Uplift Psychology' Be weary!

Wellbe Bulk Billing Counselling & Psychology: what do users think?
Sarah Carroll: Showed up at my booked time, got told it was the wrong time and was charged a $20 cancellation fee once I left with no warning. Waste of time
Benjamin Richards: Have been with Wellbe for a few years and the service and team have always been great. They offer solutions for mental health plans so I encourage anyone to try them out
Tiffany Pang: This was my first time getting counselling and help after suppressing my emotions for many years and my experience here just made it worse. I booked an appointment in November 2022 and had my first appointment today in February 2023. The closest availability to see a professional psychologist took 4 months and it was the most awful experience i have ever been through. The session was over zoom call and from the very first opening remark being 'welcome to wellbe psychology and so forth', I already could tell he was not interested in me in the slightest and was seemingly just going through the motions of a standard job.Throughout the whole interaction it felt like an interrogation and I wanted to leave 10 minutes in. There was no smiling or empathy or even any sense of a welcoming environment. I kept getting weird blank stares and silence for minutes without any indication of why (perhaps he was writing things down or reading notes from his screen, I do not know) and it was just very awkward. The way he framed the questions seemed like I was being invalidated for how I was feeling, like asking 'do you think it's worth feeling these negative emotions' or 'what benefit do you get from being negative, isn't it better to live life not worrying'. It just made me feel small and even more insecure than I already was.Halfway through, the zoom meeting ended and I thought he had just completely cut me off the call and I couldn't hold back my tears any longer. After being able to get back on the call, I assumed it was a connection issue and he responds quite dismissively 'mhm mhm' and goes straight back to his script of questions without a care. At this point I just wanted to leave but I held on to the very end. Not once did I feel a sense of security or comfort. For my very first experience meeting with someone who is meant to help me I felt anything but. I was extremely stressed and did not feel safe at all. It left me fully bursting into tears after the call ended and I am left feeling worse than I was before.
David: Worst customer service ever. How many times they have changed my booking dates and on last booking day when I went there, they told me that they moved my booking to next week. For them, being sick is child play.
Rochelle Hunt: Ive just spent 6 mths at this clinic, I am in the field myself and I have been flawed at the low level of duty of care. I wont mention the name of my psychologist, but the experience was dissapointing & left me in the lurch. I would strongly recommend if you are seeking a professional Practice to help you in whatever you are going through to look elsewhere.
M Jake: No pocket Expense for NIB Member, Good Medical Service
Vita Bella: Within 3 months I have booked twice, first with Jessica for 14 December, then I received a text message saying it was cancelled. So I called and booked in again with Emma for 6 Feb, and received another text message saying it was cancelled. I called the office and the lady said I should go back to my GP to refer me to another psychology practice. Just Wow. I understand you are busy but why keep taking bookings and cancelling them. It's a waste of time.
Rod Demicoli: Good practice
Blake Westside: Great place
P: Didn't really have a good experience. Felt like I wasted my time after and came out feeling worse than I did coming in. Wouldn't recommend.
Jackson Le: lmao.. looks like some fake posts... after some complains about browyn ... there are all a sudden good ones for her all in the same month
Adelaide Hamilton: I have seen many psychologists over the years and had some terrible experiences but I've been seeing Bronwyn Anley on and off for over a year (as much as medicare will cover) and found her to be incredibly insightful, helpful, and yes - to the point!
Rob: I have been seeing Bronwyn for six months and found her to be in incredibly helpful, kind and supportive. In one of the most difficult and challenging times of my life, Bronwyn gave me the tools to cope, and make important changes for the better.I can’t speak too highly of Bronwyn. I would recommend her to anyone.
Tonille Walsh: My first session with Amanda and I already felt lighter. Highly recommended
Fae Sarshoghi: I found Amanda Nassif very helpful. I am very happy with the service and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is in need of a professional counsellor.
Neetah Nmx retail: I would not recommend going here the psychologist I saw amanda was extremely unhelpful judgemental and seemed as though she really didn't care at all not comforting no feelings of trust or comfort or compassion. Go else where I suggest
