Blue Horizon Counselling and Mediation: what do users think?
Candice Li: Dr Richard is so compassionate and supportive to lift me up during the darkest time in my life. With her help, I realized the root cause of my issue and work towards it. Highly recommended her
Gisella M: Dr. Richard is amazing! Extremely professional and an expert in her field. Highly recommend her to anyone needing an excellent psychologist! I have loved my sessions with her so helpful
Dr. Charles Wang: Incredible first session with Dr. Yulia Richard. So many things covered, such applicable feedback that has been very helpful right away, and with lots of work I can imagine the future will be much happier and fulfilling and I look forward to that. Thank you Dr. Richard
Paula: I’ve been seeing Dr Richards for the past three years her professionalism and depth of knowledge base has been astounding.Yuliya, never comes across condescending and she has given practical advise that has been realistic, as well as setting small goals for me. I have loved the humor as well. I would fully recommend her to anyone!
Ronald Farmer: An excellent psychologist who can be trusted. He helped me and now I can deal with my problems myself.
Charlotte: I couldn't speak highly enough about my experiences with Blue Horizon. Yuliya and Sam are both fantastic. Yuliya has a way of making you look at your life from a different perspective. She provides you with the tools to create actionable plans without pushing or pressuring you. She also shares a lot of great resources for you to pursue between sessions.I am not one who easily opens up but Yuliya creates a very safe and comfortable space and I now genuinely look forward to my session. I am extremely grateful for the impact she has already had on my life.I also want to give a shout out to Sam. Sam has been amazing at organising all the logistics with Blue Horizon. She has supported me through the medicare process giving me very helpful, professional advice. She is always quick to respond and happy to pick up the phone if something needs a little more detail.I have a lot of appreciation for the team here and as mentioned above, would highly recommend.
Martin Bersagol: Best psychologist in town, Dr Richard helped me to better manage my impulsive behaviours.
Oliver Caprile: Yuliya is an expert in her field and is very knowledgable about all topics of psychology.
Gemma: I’ve been seeing Dr Richard for about 6 months now. I came to her an overworked stress head with no balance in life. With her help I’ve taken control back of my journey and feel refreshed and renewed ready to take on the world, while uncovering some root causes to this tendency. Dr Richard is a wonderful listener and prompter who will never tell you what to do but has an amazing talent for helping you get yourself there. She’s also tough and there’s no hiding from yourself when you’re in session, you’ll reflect deeply afterward as well. Without my time with Dr Richard my life right now would be very different and I’m grateful for her guidance and proud of myself for taking these steps.
John Procter: I have tried a few Psychologists in the past with little luck. I have been seeing Yuliya for 8 sessions to date and would highly recommend her to anyone. Her sessions have helped me immensely!
Edward: Dr Yuliya has been absolutely fantastic. When I first visited, I honestly felt quite hopeless and depressed. With Yuliya's guidance, I've been able to make changes faster than I thought possible and I'm now very confident to take on my future challenges. I'm in a much better spot now :)
Kirsty: Yuliya was very helpful in helping me reflect and challenge my thoughts in order to get me on track and rest my mind.
Steve Shortnose: I am so grateful that I found Yuliya. She was recommended to me as someone who could really help me when I was at my lowest. I didn't have any expectations going in, but in just a few short months I feel ready to face and embrace the future, without looking back with shame on the past. Yuliya has provided me with practical, empathetic, evidence based insights that help me make sense of where I have been and where I am going, brighter and more certain of what is right for me and my family. Thank you :)
Hannah Hempenstall: Right from the initial phone call, Blue Horizon Counselling has been a really great experience. I entered broken, overwhelmed and not coping, and was met with warmth and understanding. Dr Yuliya Richard helped me unravel some old patterns that had been blocking my ability to see myself clearly. In a very natural and organic way the sessions enabled me to understand and gently unpack some of my behaviours and create new ones. The results after just 6 sessions is amazing. I'm a far better version of myself and am able to cope with situations that used to trip me up. Such a wonderful experience, I highly recommend Dr Richard.
Steven Lee: It was my first time seeing a psychologist, I had counselling sessions with Dr Yulia Richard. I came to see her at my one of the lowest points in my life when I felt like the world was shattering in front of my eyes. She is very supportive, knowledgeable, professional and made me comfortable as a first time client. After first few sessions I could already feel that I was getting better, and that my life perspectives were changing. Having gone through counselling I am now at one of the highest point in my life, full of energy and so much to look forward to. I hate to imagine how I would have gone through the hard times without the professional help from Dr Richard.
Isabel Larocque: As my first experience of therapy, i am more than grateful to have had Dr Yuliya Richard guide me through my experience. Her knowledge and counselling abilities guide you to reflect and the work feels much easier.
Agata Sowinska (AGS): Dr Yulia is very good. Highly recommended to anyone who needs to see a different perspective on difficult issues or professional advise.
Nereshnie Pather: I am very grateful to Yulia and her helpful advice and strategies.Yulia is extremely Kind, understanding and considerate to my circumstances.I am very grateful to have Yulia assist meA true professional .Thank you for helping find a better me.Ever gratefulNP
Alexandra C: Blue Horizon Counselling’s Yuliya Richard has already been worth every dollar and I’ve only so far attended six sessions.Having begrudgingly seen other psychologists in the past I had received little to no help, which left me skeptical about seeing another.Yuliya completely shifted my perspective on psychologists. She is the first person to actually help me feel like I can take control of my life and have the initiative to do things. She has helped me alleviate years of accumulated anxieties and work towards my life goals at a pace that suits me.She offers practical solutions to scenarios that previously seemed impossible – solutions that actually work and satisfy. She is also wealth of knowledge in all aspects.I would definitely recommend Yuliya Richards and Blue Horizon Counselling to anyone seeking external guidance to life’s internal stressors.
Steph J: I have been a client of Blue Horizon Counseling since November 2014.In this time I have really benefited from the vast experience of Yuliya Richard. She has been a constant source of support and understanding, has given me constructive advice and guidance and I have really benefited a lot from our weekly catchup's and chats.Yuliya is knowledgeable, patient, objective, experienced and most of all kind and caring. I look forward to our sessions as I know that she is on my side and is always supportive of my journey for the pursuit of happiness and balance. She has been a key person urging me on to find the best me I can be, and I thank her most for that.I would HIGHLY recommend her services, she is wonderful.Stephanie J
Jocelyn Bell: I can highly recommend Yuliya Richard. Most psychologists I've dealt with just mirror back at me what I've already told them, and give me nothing new to think about. Yuliya is different.Yuliya has a very positive, strengths-based, solutions-focused approach. She listens carefully and respectfully, and affirms the good things you are already doing. Yuliya has lots of good ideas, and is very willing to hear why you don't think a particular strategy would work. If you don't like a particular suggestion, or you tried it already and it didn't work, she just moves straight on to the next idea. She gave me excellent advice in relation to child behaviour challenges I was facing. Her extensive experience working with children with disabilities and their parents has given her a wide range of evidence-based strategies to suggest. Yuliya also gave invaluable advice to a friend I referred to her. My friend was struggling to deal with the significant behavioural issues of her daughter, who has global developmental delay, and she found Yuliya's advice and encouragement very helpful.I also commend Yuliya's commitment to professional development. She has studied extensively, and if she ever encounters a new challenge she dives straight into researching it so she can give you the best possible guidance. I rate her 5 out of 5 (and she's the only psychologist I've dealt with who I'd rate that highly!)

Wellbe Bulk Billing Counselling & Psychology: what do users think?
Shainen Tejada: Not only they don’t care about you but they’ll make you feel more miserable as well. Never go to this place the service is terrible and only cares about money!!!
Leena Denny: I am very disappointed with this practice, Wellbe at Parramatta, NSW. I booked an appointment to see a psychologist, more than a month in advance. When it was a couple of week before the scheduled date, I received a message to say the appointment is cancelled. I rang the phone number on the text message given to me. I was given a response that the psychologist with whom I intend to see, didn't have the capacity to take my appointment on the scheduled date and time.I did ask the question, to their office, they should have known the intake and the capacity of the psychologist at the time of booking and didn't have to wait for more than a month to finally tell me the appointment is cancelled.I preferred a face to face conversation for the anxiety and depression rather than phone consult. But a sudden cancellation after all this time waiting to see a psychologist, adds more emotional stress in addition to my depression.Perhaps it is bulk billed, they simply not interested, but this company should remove such information from their website if they are not interested in bulk billing their services.I was offered a rescheduled date to February 2021. But I was immediately advised, I would experience the similar situation. I finally told the receptionist, if they continue to keep postponing their appointments, I would not achieve the benefits for my depression, as my mental health gets worse.Hence I cancelled their appointment.I have read other reviews, who has encountered similar bad experience as I did.I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WANTING TO USE THEIR SERVICE FOR FIRST TIME. REALLY DISAPPOINTED. Waste of time.
Mary: Really disappointed with the services that I am receiving in terms of counselling from Wellbe. I had two sessions with Glessia by far and in both of the sessions she wasn't going to turn up until she was been reminded via email or through text messages. The first session she came half and hour late and the second one she attended 1 hour late. She gets very unprofessional and starts saying things like she was waiting outside of her office assuming that it was a face to face consultation whereas it has always been a telephone consultation which has been booked 2-3weeks prior. Then she blames her administration staff for overloading her with extra clients which doesn't belong to her and she is supposed to work back to back for it. Then just yesterday she turned up 1hour late and started giving excuses saying it was due to an unexpected happening within the work environment where she had to move out of her office so that it could be given to another psychologist. The matter of fact is that if I wouldn't have emailed or messaged her then she probably wouldn't have turned up at all for the session. On top of that the advices and the questions that she provides are so inappropriate. She doesn't seem to listen to what the client is saying and most of the session she goes on talking. She doesn't understand what the actual situation is and she starts applying a general shcema, theory and behaviour pattern on the situation. I feel really upset with her counselling sessions and it is not doing much good. I have already emailed management regarding the first instance and I was hoping that they would look into it and address it accordingly but it seems like nothing has happened about it! Very Unprofessional!
Elaine Hamley: A month ago I asked my GP for a referral to help me cope with my long term anxiety and depression. She referred me to this practice as they saw clients on the weekend, and I couldn’t take work off during the week. She disclosed she had no idea if they were any good, but requested I report back to her about my experience. I made my booking for the next available - which happened to be roughly a month long wait.Today I had my appointment. After standing outside of the practice and buzzing for entry, I got a FaceTime call from one of the doctors. This was a surprise to me I had requested a male psychologist, and it was a woman on the other line. I explained that I was outside only to be told she isn’t seeing patients face to face.I suffer from anxiety. When there are sudden or unforeseen changes, I can find it difficult to adjust. I was already feeling incredibly emotional and anxious... I explained to her that I was disappointed about not having been notified that the appointment wasn’t face to face. She told me to find somewhere private.I went back to my car, which was parked at Westfields (which was completely packed... took me 30 minutes to find a park that day, causing me even more anxiety). So there I was, sitting in my car trying to de-escalate my anxiety, crying... while people were beeping at me as I was sitting in my car taking up a spot.I explained that I had requested a male, but then said, at the end of the day, I really didn’t care. She told me to take some deep breaths as I was obviously distraught. We didn’t delve into any of the actual reasons I needed an appointment and she ended up telling me she would email the practices admin about not notifying me, and then ended the phone conversation.I was perplexed. I was still crying, and at no point did she ask if I wanted to continue with the session despite both mix ups. By this point, I was feeling livid. I had been skeptical about seeking help, and now after pursuing it, it felt like a slap in the face. There was no attempt to follow up after I said I was not okay, and I am livid that when I made the booking, there was no mention that the appointment would be by phone.Seeking help, a referral, then waiting for a month was difficult. It is a hard thing to admit you need help, and when I did, this happens. If I was in the same state I was two or three weeks ago, this would have completely broken me.Put simply, this isn’t good enough. Fire whoever is neglecting to pass along key information. This experience has marred my motivation to seek professional help... that there is any point or value. It shouldn’t be this hard to get help. It really shouldn’t.Edit: I have emailed you and did speak to someone last Monday about my experience. In my email I have included the date I made the booking and time, as well as the number of the practitioner I spoke to on the day of my appointment. Hopefully this helps you get to the bottom of what happened. I appreciate you taking this review seriously and making the effort to remedy these issues.
Damian Vella: I had a psychology appointment booked here. When I rang I made it clear to the lady that I wanted a face to face appointment, she told me that is fine.I had to wait 2 months for this appointment, I heard nothing from them until the day of the appointment.I get a phone all but I couldn’t answer the phone cause I was working. The lady didn’t leave a message and it come up as a private number so I couldn’t call back .I left work early and went to the appointment, then I get a phone call from the psychologist saying she is only doing phone appointments. Then she spent the next 10-15 mins trying to convince me to do this even though I said I wasnt comfortable doing it.Very unhappy and not good enough.
Prajakta Pawar: Amanda has a very good methodology to pin down the causes of anxiety. She helped me identify the triggers and guided me very well to manage it. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs help with their anxiety issues
bernadette f: Amanda allowed.me to say what I needed to say..is non judgemental and I left sessions with a feeling that someone was on my side..both through her non judgemental approach and rehashing of life goals and future plans in session..recommended
Kylie Ashley-Jones: Amanda is professional, caring and empathetic. I have dealt with significant trauma and Amanda has given me helpful techniques to deal with it. If money is an issue, you can get a mental health plan and get your sessions bulked billed.
Joseph Saab: Amanda helped me a lot , shes one of the best psychologist in Australia.
Cindy Tsung: It’s been really helpful getting the right treatment here.
zen kahlert: Great organisation, have seen a few different psychologist at Wellbe. All have been good.
M H: I suffer from depression and anxiety and when I finally had the courage to see a psychologist for the first time, after weeks of searching, I booked with Amanda (seeing how the reviews were great). On the day, I received a missed call and a voicemail from her an hour and a half before the session, stating she cancelled my appointment because it was "a public holiday", without an apology and that she'd contact me back. But I received a confirmation text the day before?? I waited a month for this session and it literally broke me down. I would have understood if something happened or if an emergeny came. But to contact a patient last minute and cancelling on them because they didn't remember I was booked in on a public holiday for a whole month is simply unprofessional. And without a reason and an apology ..I've spoken to reception after not receiving a call from Amanda and they apologised and offered to book the next available time with her and that she was available a month away. The person I've spoken to was lovely and tried to help which I am grateful for but there wasn't a solution since I was desperate to see someone ASAP. The experience I had was very disappointing and upsetting and totally put me off in seeing anyone.
Haseeb Zulfiqar: I checked up one of the psychiatrist, she didn’t even know what question to ask and she doesn’t give me tax invoice, cash money! I asked 100 times for invoiceNo reaponse
Anggreni Budiarti: I got recommendations from my GP to get psychologist because of my postpartum depression and I went to wellbe and met Amanda.. she is really helpful and gave me really good suggestion for all of my problem.. really recommend for Amanda ..
Lenga Tong: Amanda Nassif is a very good counselor and psychologist. She has helped me with communicating better with my daughter and she has given me and my daughter good advice .As a result of Amanda our relationship is getting better if it wasn't for Amanda I think I would not talk to my daughter again .I would highly recommend people coming to see Amanda for any problem.
Maraea Bradley (M): I am so grateful to have finally met Amanda I suffer from anxiety and namely postnatal anxiety and depression. I have had so many previous psychologists who I ended up never going back to or otherwise left the sessions with them feeling like I gained absolutely nothing . I highly would recommend Amanda to anyone. I have also ptsd from more than 13 years of complex trauma stemming from my childhood and it is so nice to have someone to talk to that is actually helping me improve emotionally and mentally . Every session I have with her I always leave feeling ten times better than when I entered and every session is a big improvement from the last. Highly recommended she also gives u that vibe she wants to listen and help and actually cares. Thank u so much Amanda
David Mark: I have been seeing Amanda for nearly 3 months, I’m happy to have seen her. I’m feeling much better from when I first met. She has made me realise what my problems have been and was very comfortable to talk to. She has helped me to move forward to a better place even if you have those old days thoughts keep coming, to learn to deal and see the big picture and fight those demons. I would recommend anyone with any problems to see her as she is a good listener and give you the right advise.
Jane Nguyen: Excellent service!!! I have gotten my treatment with Amanda Nassif for a few months now, she gave me lots of advices and help me find joy in life. Highly recommend to everyone!
Loz: seemed not interested and didn't finish the session.
Ray Jay: Amanda was a great councilor for me, she was able to help me with controlling my temper along with some meditation method to relax my mind.
LONK: It is the first time i had attended this practice today, Dr Nassif was very unprofessional. She was not attentive, seemed to be judgemental and seemed disinterested considering i was in my most vulnerable state. My sister was in a session after me and was made to write a positive review within the session, my sister is younger and too shy to voice her disappointment. Not to mention the questionable noises coming from the "massage parlor" upstairs. We will not be returning.

Dr Lissa Johnson & Associates: psychologist Sydney: what do users think?
R Kel: Dr Nasreen Yasin was my psychologist after an extremely difficult and traumatic time, for just over 2 years. She was helpful, kind, understanding, patient and caring to me - would definitely recommend seeing her. She is also open to client's suggestions and I felt like she really listened to the truth of what I would tell her.She helped me with: relationship stress/breakdown/trauma, familial deaths and trauma, friendship breakdowns and break ups, being isolated from community, LGBTIQA+ issues, chronic anxiety, depression, panic attacks; she provided helpful dbt and cbt related tools as well as mindfulness exercises that were easy to get the hang of. Lovely person, highly recommend!
Cial Turner: I had 2 sessions with Dr Emma Welch last May; they were life changing. Thank you for helping me find perspective, how to deal with trauma and understand how my mind works. Thank you.
Anthony Cox: I found very minimal help in resolving conflicts in my life and relationship, and garnered more stress given the ridiculous price they charge even with government subsidies.I gained more insight in resolving my mental health and feelings about my relationship failing from reading books on personal growth and psychological development.
Stuart Hablethwaite: Everything you want and desire to help you through a problem. Dr Paul Pusey has helped me achieve so much in my personal growth. If you need or want somewhere that cares, you will find it hard to find better.

Evolve Counselling Manly: what do users think?
Shell: I really enjoy all my sessions with Felicity. Now she takes appointments online it makes it so much easier for me to see her as my kids are at home with me. Felicity is calm, level headed and gives me the clarity I need.
Megan Capriccio: Would highly recommend Felicity for anyone looking for counseling. I really enjoyed our sessions together and believe I made great progress.
Tate Harris: Felicity has been so great. I've tried counselling with a few other counsellors and never really felt like it was suited to me, or the counsellor didn't feel right. Felicity's approach is really relaxed which I liked from the get go, but also she brings in really great examples or helpful theories to assist my understanding with what might be happening for me, which shows her depth of knowledge and experience. Ive been working with her for the last 6 months and with her help have achieved some pretty great things, would highly recommend
Alyssa Frances: Felicity has a warm presence and she is an attentive listener. She picked up on and described patterns that were right on and helpful for me to see more clearly. I really appreciated your support, Felicity!
Richard Brooks: Felicity made me feel relaxed and comfortable, every session was a step in the right direction for me.Thank you
Meg B: I saw Felicity first in 2012 and have attended sessions again more recently. Rather than a 'listen and nod' counsellor, Felicity assists to set goals for your session and future, offers practical explanations and examples and provides additional resources if required. She is warm, friendly and is always well prepared for your session. There is no pressure to commit to a number of sessions. Working with her is an empowering experience. Highly recommend.
Hugh McGilligan: I could not recommend Evolve more highly. My wife and I met with Felicity a few times last year. We wanted help recognising and eliminating some unhelpful loops that we'd fallen into within our relationship. Felicity was great. She offered us an objective perspective on our situation and recommended readings and models to help us deal with each other and our kids!
Michelle: Pleasant experience, great advice and helpful techniques to put into practice
Ben Morris: Going to see felicity was a very easy and enjoyable experience. It gave us the opportunity to discuss some problems we had and gave us the tools we needed to work on our relationship and to ensure we grow together and in the right direction. Thanks felicity
Jen Morris: There are times in life when it is really hard to see what your problems really are and even harder to find solutions. Before I met Felicity, I felt that I fell into a dark hole I couldn’t get out off. My marriage was falling apart, I was at my lowest point. I am so glad I have made the right choice and saw Felicity. She is incredible. She listens very carefully and cuts right to the heart of the issue, providing insight and encouragement. I’m very happy with the changes I started to notice within myself and my husband. I would highly recommend her for couples counselling.
Nerissa Stone: Felicity Llewellyn has been a huge help to me over the last few years in gaining insights into myself and relationships. Would highly recommend her and would trust her with my most loved ones.
Jorden Courouzos: Felicity provides a safe atmosphere where she encourages you to explore the thoughts and feelings you need help with. Felicity has helped me along my journey and I'd thoroughly recommend Evolve Counseling. Thank you Felicity
Sherry Midgley: I recently had a number of sessions with Felicity to help me negotiate an area of conflict that had come up between myself and my partner. Felicity provided the skills and tools that enabled us to work through our issues to provide a good outcome for the both of us. I would happily recommend Felicity, she is a remarkable counsellor.
Greg: Felicity has the unique ability to synthesise and crystallise seemingly complex issues. Bringing about clarity and greater self awareness in a compassionate manner. Highly recommended.
Clare Beumont: Felicity has a real talent as a counselor who is able to ask great questions and help people see issues from a variety of perspectives. She is genuine, interested & kind, but does not avoid the hard topics. I have been particularly impressed with her ability to engage on kids issues & have, and will continue to, recommend her to anyone who wants assistance in working through issues - big or small.
Chelsea Marchione: Felicity is truly great at what she does and i am so thankful for her patience and kindness.
Georgia Jackson: I am forever greatful to have been connected with Felicity.I cannot recommend her enough, she has a beautiful authentic way and made my first counselling experience a positive one, which is huge!In my opinion, there is nothing but good that can come from a session with Evolve Counselling.Thank you!
Dinah Zuckerman: Felicity is very understanding and non-judgemental and gives support and enlightenment in a very objective way. Highly recommend her!

Equilibrium Psychology: what do users think?
Teanna dulanovic: Paired with a psychologist, who's first impression I was not fond of. And let me tell you, first impressions last! The company is slightly a lie, and has been using my knowledge to gain clients, and much more. Beware!! Psychologist should not manipulate their clients or take advantage of their intelligence. Just because you have a four year degree, does not mean you are smarter, or make more money than the rest of us!!! TRAIN UR PSYCHOLOGISTS BETTER!!!! And stop using my ideas :)I told my psychologist how I felt about her ill manners, and bothersome behaviour. And it did nothing! Not totally im[pressed or pleased with this company's "progress". The truth will prevail!
macy white: Such a pleasant & amazing experience! I had the pleasure of seeing Kate Davies. She was thorough, kind, professional, and everything you would hope for in a therapist and more. Would give Kate and the Equilibrium Psychology team 6-stars if possible!
Amy O'Donnell: Been seeing Gem for a while now. She is so supportive and insightful. Cannot recommend their service highly enough. I’m very grateful 🙏
Arif Can Günal: Dishonest and almost 'dodgy' business. Not commenting on the psychologists; however, the business itself needs improvements. After being quoted $225 per session several times, they are now trying to sting me with a $15 surcharge per session because 8:30 am start counts as after hours . After sending me two invoices at $225. They also did not even mention the surcharge while booking me to three 8:30 am sessions on the phone. It is not about additional $15 per session. It is about how I am treated and how they use 8:30 am as part of after hours which they failed to advise and charge before.
Leah McQueen: Highly recommended! From the first email enquiry to the matching process to find the right psychologist and their availability that same week! I’ve been seeing Mary Nelson (by Zoom) during the lockdown and she is professional and really helping me through my complex issues. Also happy to have the GP referral for the Medicare 20x sessions, otherwise I wouldn’t be able to afford so many sessions. Thank you everyone at Equilibrium!
Anita Cheng: No one showed up to my matching call.
Claudia Pillay: This clinic is in the perfect location for those of us in the city. The staff are always friendly and professional, creating a peaceful atmosphere making me feel at ease immediately. There is a wide array of psychologist avaliable to see with experience is a multitude of different areas. Couldn't recommend this practice more highly!
Piotr PP: Very unprofessional service, match to the psychologist is like lottery without any interview just who is free is assigned. So forget about any better psychologist. Customer service try sounds professional but just push to make a decision if you wanna go to someone who you do not like or do not come at all. I am not unhappy I am disappointed that service like that exist.
Elena Abramova: Pikria Meladze is brilliant! Highly recommend Pikria to the Medicare eating disorders mental health plan recipients and anybody else who wish to harmonise their relationship with the food.
Em Anderson: Polished but pointless. Pity. Suggest you seek authenticity over convenience
Mark Berkelmans: I would almost go here for fun. From the initial intake, to the receptionist, to the actual therapy sessions, I felt right at home. I was seeing a different therapist before I started going to Equilibrium, and felt like "a number" there and felt like I wasn't making any progress. However from my first session with Gemma at Equilibrium I noticed I started making progress. I felt genuinely cared for without any judgement. Every session I got new tools and skills that I could use in my day to day life. Even when things were going better and I didn't "need" therapy as much anymore, I received a friendly follow up email to simply check in and see how I was doing. If I needed to see someone ad hoc, I would always hear back from someone within a few hours to confirm availability and was normally able to see my therapist the next day. It only happened once there wasn't availability till another week, and within an hour a phone call was scheduled without any additional costs to offer any immediate assistance. They assisted / advised me exactly how to arrange everything financially, and the payment/rebate process is always easy. For me visiting Equilibrium and my psychologist Gemma has been one of the best decisions of my life, and I cannot recommend this place enough.
Adam Niewand: I cannot recommend Equilibrium Psychology enough. As a small business owner, the service provided by EP for our EAP (Employee Assistance Program) is second to none. Highly professional staff from the front desk to the wonderfully experienced Psychologists. The location, the atmosphere and the splendid service makes the whole experience ideal. Thank you for your service Equilibrium, we will continue to work with you for our EAP for a long time to come.
Dana Comben: Past employee. Equilibrium is a beautiful place to work. All psychologists here deeply care about their clients progress which has been so heartening to see. All processes are very professional and I couldn't recommend this place any higher whether you're a client or future employee
Katherine Yang: Highly do not recommend this place. Very busy clinic. The psychologists don’t even have time to see patients as they themselves have too many. Have to book a few weeks or a month prior to be able to see a psychologist but of what help they can be if it were a crisis or urgent matter. If you are not on medicare, it is very expensive. One session is $220 an hour.According to their clinic policy, the psychologist cannot provide any documentation for insurance, legal matters or academic purposes. Very rigid policy. Please check with their policies before applying to seek help from a psychologist here.Very rigid and old fashioned way of communication. My psychologist only works on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. According to clinic policy, she can only receive and respond to emails when she is in office. So, it is hard to contact them when they are not in office especially if it were a very urgent matter that required their attention.Been seeing this psychologist for the past year at this clinic. The psychologist initially had a treatment plan for me but never really did what she promised over the course. The first 3 consultations were just talk about how this plan will help me without doing much and as you can imagine one session is already very expensive. At the end, she didn’t really stick with the treatment plan as promised. There were just a lot of talk without the action of the plan.
Jeannie J Kim: Comfortable setting in consultation roomAppointments are always on timeReception staff are all friendly and helpful
Luke Thompson: I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. From the front desk to the therapists you are treated wonderfully well and they make what can be a daunting experience as smooth as can possibly be. Thank you to all at Equilibrium.
Janice Ellis: I thoroughly recommend this practice. Convenient online booking system with quick waiting list and helpful reception staff.
Robert Domanko: Friendly supportive environment. Treated me with respect.Made me comfortable. Kept my privacy to the max.Great communicators. Kept me informed. Easily reachable and responsive by phone and email.
Dan Zaarour: I was immediately put at ease by the friendly and professional staff at Equilibrium. Being a first time visitor I was a little apprehensive but they took the time to fully explain the process and were able to offer appointments at times that were convenient for me, which was a huge help. Great location right near Wynyard station and really nice office space too.
Jennifer P: Outstanding clinic with experienced psychologists that cover a range of needs and have truly helped me. Reception staff are lovely and very accommodating with appointments.
lucy cousins: I'm a health journalist and I can always count on the clinicians at Equilibrium Psychology for their expert comments. They have a broad knowledge base and are always happy to help journalists with quality psychological information, based on their expertise.

Wellbe Bulk Billing Counselling & Psychology: what do users think?
Sarah Carroll: Showed up at my booked time, got told it was the wrong time and was charged a $20 cancellation fee once I left with no warning. Waste of time
Benjamin Richards: Have been with Wellbe for a few years and the service and team have always been great. They offer solutions for mental health plans so I encourage anyone to try them out
Tiffany Pang: This was my first time getting counselling and help after suppressing my emotions for many years and my experience here just made it worse. I booked an appointment in November 2022 and had my first appointment today in February 2023. The closest availability to see a professional psychologist took 4 months and it was the most awful experience i have ever been through. The session was over zoom call and from the very first opening remark being 'welcome to wellbe psychology and so forth', I already could tell he was not interested in me in the slightest and was seemingly just going through the motions of a standard job.Throughout the whole interaction it felt like an interrogation and I wanted to leave 10 minutes in. There was no smiling or empathy or even any sense of a welcoming environment. I kept getting weird blank stares and silence for minutes without any indication of why (perhaps he was writing things down or reading notes from his screen, I do not know) and it was just very awkward. The way he framed the questions seemed like I was being invalidated for how I was feeling, like asking 'do you think it's worth feeling these negative emotions' or 'what benefit do you get from being negative, isn't it better to live life not worrying'. It just made me feel small and even more insecure than I already was.Halfway through, the zoom meeting ended and I thought he had just completely cut me off the call and I couldn't hold back my tears any longer. After being able to get back on the call, I assumed it was a connection issue and he responds quite dismissively 'mhm mhm' and goes straight back to his script of questions without a care. At this point I just wanted to leave but I held on to the very end. Not once did I feel a sense of security or comfort. For my very first experience meeting with someone who is meant to help me I felt anything but. I was extremely stressed and did not feel safe at all. It left me fully bursting into tears after the call ended and I am left feeling worse than I was before.
David: Worst customer service ever. How many times they have changed my booking dates and on last booking day when I went there, they told me that they moved my booking to next week. For them, being sick is child play.
Rochelle Hunt: Ive just spent 6 mths at this clinic, I am in the field myself and I have been flawed at the low level of duty of care. I wont mention the name of my psychologist, but the experience was dissapointing & left me in the lurch. I would strongly recommend if you are seeking a professional Practice to help you in whatever you are going through to look elsewhere.
M Jake: No pocket Expense for NIB Member, Good Medical Service
Vita Bella: Within 3 months I have booked twice, first with Jessica for 14 December, then I received a text message saying it was cancelled. So I called and booked in again with Emma for 6 Feb, and received another text message saying it was cancelled. I called the office and the lady said I should go back to my GP to refer me to another psychology practice. Just Wow. I understand you are busy but why keep taking bookings and cancelling them. It's a waste of time.
Rod Demicoli: Good practice
Blake Westside: Great place
P: Didn't really have a good experience. Felt like I wasted my time after and came out feeling worse than I did coming in. Wouldn't recommend.
Jackson Le: lmao.. looks like some fake posts... after some complains about browyn ... there are all a sudden good ones for her all in the same month
Adelaide Hamilton: I have seen many psychologists over the years and had some terrible experiences but I've been seeing Bronwyn Anley on and off for over a year (as much as medicare will cover) and found her to be incredibly insightful, helpful, and yes - to the point!
Rob: I have been seeing Bronwyn for six months and found her to be in incredibly helpful, kind and supportive. In one of the most difficult and challenging times of my life, Bronwyn gave me the tools to cope, and make important changes for the better.I can’t speak too highly of Bronwyn. I would recommend her to anyone.
Tonille Walsh: My first session with Amanda and I already felt lighter. Highly recommended
Fae Sarshoghi: I found Amanda Nassif very helpful. I am very happy with the service and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is in need of a professional counsellor.
Neetah Nmx retail: I would not recommend going here the psychologist I saw amanda was extremely unhelpful judgemental and seemed as though she really didn't care at all not comforting no feelings of trust or comfort or compassion. Go else where I suggest

Sydney Counselling Centre: what do users think?
kilroy: Dr Gary Banks is the worst “psychologist” I’ve ever met. He is extremely aggressive. Manipulates, ignores facts, extremely biased. What ever you do, do not use him for any service specially for family consultant reports. You will pay thousand of dollars for rubbish that is completely made up and probably written by his students.
James Harkin: Dr. Gary Banks provided flawed "expert" testimony to the Australian Family Court in relation to a custody dispute, recommending that sole custody be given to the mother. His evidence was found to unreliable and hence ignored by the court. His flawed testimony had to be refuted, in court costing many, many thousands of dollars in legal fees. Meeting this man, and having him express his unfounded "opinions", that were ultimately tested in a court of law, resulted the darkest period of my life.
Torential: Oh Gary oh Gary, think you are all high and mighty speaking to us in a condescending manner. Alright then.Oh yeah if you point out any flaws in his logic or another lets just say it doesn't go well for you.
AliceChange: I have been here 4 times with Jennifer in the beginning of last year and am planning to go back. I even recommended my friends to go and they were very happy with their experience. Medicare will cover 10 sessions for you for free in a year and after that you will have to pay out of pocket either partially or fully. I forgot. Generally my experiences at the centre have been amazing.

Wellbe Bulk Billing Counselling & Psychology: what do users think?
Bradley Arthur: This review was only about an issue I had with staff and management regarding an appointment booking. This issue has since been resolved by the owner.
Cath: I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.I will never go back for counselling at this place. The counsellor I saw was one of the most rude, condescending and unprofessional so called professional I have ever seen. Half the session was her assuming things about me, not listening to me to name a few things. I left the session feeling worse than when I walked in.
Vanessa: The person my mum saw refused to properly understand her situation and continually guilt tripped my mum saying that she was a bad parent solely based on my personal decisions relating to my career choices. She continually ingrained and pushed the idea that because I chose not to work that she was a bad parent who didn't let me work. When my mum told her that it was my choice not to work so I could focus on my studies she still insulted my mum saying that because of my mum my family was a waste and didn't contribute to society.
Timothy Barbarino: A disclaimer, this is a review of clinic, not the mental health professionals working out of Wellbe. With that aside, shocking first impression... almost felt scammed for a second. I'm giving 2 stars bc covid but otherwise definitely 1 star.Short story- Staff on phone at Blacktown confirmed appointment would be in person at Rosebery clinic. When I arrived on the day, I was called by the social worker at the alloted time and was told she was working from home.Long story- I was referred to Wellbe Roseberry by my GP. I called to arrange an appointment. I was required to give credit card info over the phone in case of cancellation. First red flag but fair enough... The receptionist confirmed that my appointment was at the Rosebery clinic.I sent off my mental health care plan to the clinic and all seemed fine.I was then contacted directly by a social worker and was asked to email her my mental health care plan to an email address at a different domain to Wellbe. No problems but a bit weird that the clinic wasn't sending that through and it seems the clinic has an arrangement with freelance social workers? Didn't realise that was a thing and seems off.The day of the appointment I made sure I was at the clinic with 10mins to spare. I was excited to recommence counselling and it had taken a lot to get to this stage. The clinic was closed and looked dilapidated. At 9am the social worker rings me and informs me that she is working from home and is not at the clinic. We agree that I'll ride home and start the telehealth session in about 10 minutes. I get home and the social worker is now sending texts asking me to reschedule later in the day... which is fair enough but frustrating. At this point, I decided I wanted to put things on pause and that I wanted to speak to the clinic, so I cancel my appointment altogether. I ring the clinic and I speak to a receptionist. She informs me that I may be charged for cancelling the appointment and that waiving the fee is up to the social worker's discretion. I ask to speak to a senior staff member and I'm told that this is not going to happen. There was no apology given over this phone call. I understand that I was sounding upset/confrontational but, it's basic customer service is to express understanding to a upset customer.I then text the social worker to ask for the cancellation fee to be waived - a bit demeaning but for $77, you gotta do what you gotta do. Only after texting, the social worker confirms that she will waive the fee and apologises for the situation.Later on I get a text from Wellbe informing that the fee is waived and that I can call to reschedule... no apology was given over text. You can see the attached image.I haven't enjoyed writing this review and I hope my experience is an outlier to the general experience of dealing with Wellbe. Wellbe is a front-line organisation dealing with people with mental health issues. I think they have a duty to be better. Also, given the receptionist wasn't forthcoming with any alternative options, this is the only option left to give feedback.
Julie H: First session good. Next session was double booked and therapist had to ask me what my name was. Did not have my session and she could only see me 4 weeks later. Will not be back
Ryan Goulburn: My partner saw Dr Joseph D'Silva at Wellbe Rosebery a couple of times and she is already getting over her anxiety issues. Thank you Wellbe.
Sarah Jones: Dodgy location - feels like a pop up shop. They have no information about their psychologists on the website so you can't pick one dedicated to your needs or check credentials. One of the Psychologists Dr Joseph D'Silva also practises at the same location under the name 'Uplift Psychology' Be weary!

Bridges Counselling: what do users think?
Paula Wallis: Helpful & caring staff to help mentor you thru life in a non-threatening, safe environment.
Ivan Privalov: They have a great team of professional counsellors and psychologists down there near Sydney and a cozy place too.
Vivien Santoso: I'm so grateful to have come across Bridges Counselling and have met Christina, I don't think I would have if it weren't for the quarantine period as it's pretty far to where I am.Even the process of first enquiring was nice, as David Bridges called not long after to talk through who may be suitable and next steps, and then wished me the best for what I'm going through. It was genuinely empathetic, and so appreciated by me. I find that to be surprisingly rare in my experience of trying to find a counsellorI'm not only in such capable hands, but someone who is walking with me, knows what' I'm talking about and going through, and with a such a beautiful, understanding heart.I'm moving forward with a lot of hope of healing
David A Parr: I highly recommend Bridges Counselling. Their team are highly professional, supportive and go above the call of duty to assist clients!
Luell parr: Excellent
