Little National Hotel Sydney: what do users think?
Calcapone: Affordable luxury.Just checked out 30 minutes ago, everything was awesome, easy coming directly from the airport ✈️ under cover all the way till you get to Clarence st then 4 to 5 steps then you’re done. All the staff were friendly and accommodating.I guess my only negative was the doors to the rooms need to have a cushion seal to stop the neighbors from banging their doors.Otherwise excellent hotel will definitely be coming back.Thank you to all of the staff.I didn’t want to leave the bed.
Jungo: Awesome location, funky little rooms and one of the best cocktails I've had on the rooftop bar.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Hannah Greer: Wonderful gem of a hotel. Very clean and a great location to explore the city by foot. The full Nespresso bar was a pleasant surprise! We booked the "big" room which I would highly recommend if you're traveling as a couple.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value, High-tech …More
James Maclean: Nice placeRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
John Missingham: Nice little hotel in the City, perfectly located on Wynyard station. Rooms are a little small, but everything in the city is in walking distance or accessible by rail, so you won't spend a lot of time in your room.Clean and tidy, staff are very accommodating, certainly worth a stay.Rooms: 5/4|Service: 5/4|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Daniel D.: Mattresses are way too soft and cannot be changed. Few nights of miserable sleep and back pain. Apart from that nice service and nice gym.Rooms: 5/3|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Chris Gainford: Love, love, loved it.Brilliant friendly staff who were always smiling and always thinking to make your stay enjoyable. The room was high tech and very easy to use- even for me!Rooms: Excellent air conditioning and the bathroom was high quality finishes.Nearby activities: Darling Harbor minutes away and the best shopping 8 minutes walk away.Safety: Never felt unsafe walking anywhere near the hotel. There were some homeless people sleeping rough in the train station but were friendly enough and never bothered us. The key card for your room operates the elevator to only your floor or the roof top bar which made you feel safe because no one could get to your level unless they were on it also. Great little idea from them.Walkability: Right on top of Wynyard station and 6 minutes walk to Darling HarborFood & drinks: Excellent roof top bar with two fantastic bar tenders. Excellent selections on drinks and cocktails. No food on site but easy to order and front of house bring it to your room.
Douglas Philpot: I am very picky about where I stay, particularly in regards to bedding and location. I want to be close to everything worth seeing, and, when I’m back in the room, I want to enjoy a good night’s rest (something increasingly hard to find as I age lol). Little National Hotel in Sydney, among the highest rated hotels in the area, exceeded my expectations. The bed, the sheets, and the pillows could not be better, particularly important after arriving with no sleep in almost 2 days. I could not recommend it more, especially with its equally surprising affordable rates. I would’ve paid much more for this room.
G H: Extremely recommended this hotel especially if you travel alone.Great location, the train is just downstair, which is convenient for airport and several main locations.Nice and clean room with hospitality staff.Roof top provides reading area, bar, coffee machine, and spectacular night view. However, the room is not soundproof, the shower sound is quite loud if next door guest taking shower.
Brent Sims: My Wife and I have stayed at Little National Hotel Sydney previously on a number of occasions and it has always been an amazing experience, up until now.. we recently booked another stay with some friends for my wifes upcoming birthday in a few weeks so knowing that vivid is on and we wanted to stay on a weekend we booked some time ago (months) and the room rate was $390.00.Upon checking last night, the cost of a standard room is now for $331.00 for the same night. My wife called them and questioned the amount of the room and asked could we cancel the booking (So we could re-book) or get the cheaper rate, to which the response was "NO your booking is nonrefundable" and that was it. All bookings according to their web site as of 23/05/25 are refundable with notice. This is not great Customer Service, and we are extremely disappointed with how the call was handled, it's not even about the $60.00 it was the fact that they didn't even try to make an effort and the attitude was "Bad Luck"What a great way to ruin a nice little hotel.
alicia R: Hopefully this place (felt more like a dorm than a hotel tbh) will do more training for their staff to be polite (the ones at the rooftop bar somehow practice the basics of hotelier/service industry) and do thorough cleaning of the rooms. It's not particularly cheap this accommodation so you somehow expect the minimum level of skills from all their employees.I won't recommend it as it's not a place where you can breathe, relax and have proper sleep--*if you're claustrophobic, STAY AWAY.👎the tiny space, the encased bed, the thin walls and floors + no privacy in the bathroom/toilet (can literally hear everything, even the sound noone wants to hear), dusty/ uncleaned floors & headboard, forgotten housekeeping request (when we enquired politely, no apologies whatsoever but rather, suggested that we pushed "do not disturb" button ! Seriously now🤯😶 👍 the rooftop common area
Kyri Papapetrou (cfer50): Noteworthy details: Sits above a train station entrance - Wynyard. As convenient as it getsRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/4Hotel highlights Quiet, High-tech …More
jason: love this hotel, staffs are super friendly and nice. Room is stylish with some latest movies available for free. Their gym has all the top tier gears which everyone would be amazed by it. And their bar is cozy and bartenders are nice as well.I stayed in their smaller room, which I find it great as it’s my solo trip. But for everyone going not alone, i won’t recommend you choosing the small room.
Ross Francis: Compact but comfortable; very slick service; great rooftop lounge / bar area; super convenient location
Al: Simple but lovely! The rooms are not big, but they are neat, modern, and comfortable. The rooftop bar is the real hero of this hotel - stunning! The bar food wasn't great, but the cocktails were top notch. A hidden gem - would definitely recommend.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
home simon: Excellent location perfect hôtel for business trip or week-endNice work place and rooftopGood internet
Audrey C.: Really impressed with this hotel! Great value, very modern, and unique design. Definitely stands out from the other hotels in a good way. The rooms are small but so well designed that it doesn’t feel like a small room. The check in process what on a machine, fast and easy and the staff was close if needed. They had a great rooftop where you can hang out, work, get a drink or eat your own food. Very well located, walking distance to the botanical garden, the shopping center or the opera house. And the room connected speakers to your phone is definitely a nice touch. I’ll stay here again in the future.
Dianne Williams: I loved my stay at the little national it’s lovely, the beds are really comfortable the staff are amazing and really helpful . I would love to stay again.

Kitty Yu: Great view with full harbor
장춘식: 좋아요 전부다
John L: Everything you'd expect from a genuine 5 Star hotel. From check-in, to the views, breakfast, bar, and the wonderful, welcoming attitudes of every member of the staff. Alice: It was my 4th time there at the Four SeasonsDidn’t want to write a negative review but this time was too muchThe check in was terrible I arrived and the gentleman with the glasses just look at me upside down - telling me here your keys without explaining me nothingI arrived in my room and I found out that they put me in the wrong room .. ( this shouldn’t happen in a 5 stars hotel )I had to ask to be in the right room but of course they said that the hotel is fully booked and that I will have to stay in that room .. after few minutes of negotiation they magically could find me the room that I payed for !My friend and I asked also if we could order some cocktails at the bar and have it in our room - ( what 5 stars hotel always do ) and we were just “No - if you want to order you have to look again and see that there are no cocktails” ..I was pretty shocked and disappointed to have this kind of experienceEveryone has to be treat equally !The good point is location - the location is amazing in the center of the rocks close to the cafes and the opera
Ari Lampela: Absolute pleasure to stay at the Sydney Four Seasons. Living to the expectations with super friendly and helpful staff. Being able to facilitate super early arrival guest. The location is perfect with walking distances.Nearby activities: Location is great to visit the Harbor area with Opera House.
Stacey Ann: The room was perfect and we had a great view of the Opera House. It was a central location and we enjoyed our time there.
The travelling fun family Cyabye: Had a wonderful stay, couldn't praise more. Thank you. Couldn't work out the coffee machine so the front desk sent someone to actually demonstrate! Tim Cook: Great location. You can easily walk to the Rocks, Circular Quay, Victoria Building, Darling Harbour, Botanical Gardens.Walkability: You can easily walk to the Rocks, Circular Quay, Victoria Building, Darling Harbour, Botanical Gardens.

Qing Wang: The worst hotel ever. They kept deducting money from my account even after my checking out. They made me seriously worry about the safety of my account
Anastasia Markos: Great location. Lovely rooms. Friendly service.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Maz Burnell-Jones: Never experienced anything like the mess at the Shangri la hotel 2 hrs to book in. Loads of people around us were in the same boat and extremely unhappy we were told they were on the way to open the safe in our room what joke it doesnt take 1 hr to do that. Others were being told different things as well and had been waiting 2 hrs alsoRooms: 5/4|Service: 5/1|Location: 5/4 …More
Jemma Morris: I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Shangri-La Sydney hotel and had a wonderful experience! The views are absolutely breathtaking from the horizon room..What really made my stay special was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Sunny and Kabir. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were briefed that it was my birthday, and I really appreciated their attention to detail and friendly professionalism.I would highly recommend the Shangri-La Sydney hotel for anyone celebrating a special occasion, and I would like to give a special shout-out to Sunny and Kabir for making my stay truly memorable.
Paul Murphy: Not 5 star service I was expecting.
Blake Pulman: This is a poor quality hotel that rests too heavily on its location and view, and lets everything else slide. We stayed for four nights, and found the service to be poor throughout our stay.Staff were slow to respond, and never with any compassion (except for the staff member delivering room service). Small things took far too long, and there was an unexplained charge to our room upon check out that was cleared up on querying - I have zero trust in this institution to do what you ask of them, or to have any integrity. If you want a five star hotel, stay elsewhere, as this will only be a disappointment. If you want a good location, stay elsewhere, as I have no doubt you can find better value for money at other locations in the Rocks.Rooms: The rooms were distinctly average - while the size was generous, the amenities were lacking, as the hotel is doing the bare minimum for their class. It's the detail things lacking, like the size of the TV and the ease of connecting to it - two of our three devices found this a challenge.Walkability: While this hotel is centrally located, it is at the top of a hill, which requires using steps to get between it and Circular Quay - this may cause an issue for some.Food & drinks: The food was poor - we ate room service and the daily breakfast, and I am incredibly grateful to have not booked any dinners here. If you dine in the restaurant, you're doing it for the view. If you want good food, go for a walk around the Rocks, and you will find a great deal of higher quality choices.
Tom Orchard: Stay here regularly for work and really enjoy it. Facilities are great, staff friendly and the views from 20 and up are stunning. Must visit
Donovan Taulepa: Stayed at dozens of Shangri-La hotels worldwide and most if not all are great, with amazing staff, rooms etc… Sydney certainly has the worst staff by a mile! We have stayed here a few times over the years…. Tha service and the hotel itself seem to be on a steep decline in every way! Sadly not what we would expect from a Shangri-La!!Rooms: 5/3|Service: 5/1|Location: 5/2 …More
Alex Nicholls: Our stay at this location was exceptional in every way. From the moment we entered the foyer, the atmosphere and scent were invigorating. Our Executive Sydney Harbour King room was spacious and comfortable, with panoramic views of the iconic Harbour Bridge and Opera House. We were treated to stunning sunrise views and even enjoyed the Vivid Sydney drone show. The amenities and facilities were extensive and impressive. The fully equipped gym and serene heated indoor pool with attached spa were perfect for relaxation. The his and her sauna rooms were also a nice touch. We even found a shared outdoor tanning area near the exclusive day spa.The all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast at the Altitude Restaurant was delectable, with a fine range of food and beverages to satisfy even the most sophisticated palates. The customer service was excellent, making every bite a heavenly experience. We will definitely be returning to this location, and will remember to bring a Google Chrome for our subscriptions. Brunch and dinner are sure to be amazing, and we can't wait to experience it all again.
William Towler: Very lovely building filled with activityLocation: 5/5 …More
Tia Watson: One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at, I'm sure of it. Nothing was too much difficulty, and the personnel was really friendly. From our accommodation, we had stunning views. On the 36th floor, the breakfast/bar offers a fantastic view, particularly at night. This was my first time visiting Sydney, and the hotel was a wonderful addition to my once-in-a-lifetime trip. I'm grateful, Shangri-La. I will always be incredibly appreciative of this wonderful experience.
John van Rassel: Room was nice, staff were very professionalMy favourite thing about this hotel was the breakfast in the Altitude restaurant. Food was good but the views were better
Ashley Huang: The room key card very special and the service very good!

Rydges Sydney Harbour: what do users think?
jim keogh: a great place if you are going on a cruise 5min walk to ship. lots to do nearbuy pubs resterantsRooms: 5/4|Service: 5/4|Location: 5/5 …More
Riley Pearson: The rooms were 3 star at best. Neat and clean. I would expect a few usb ports but there were none. The shower had no pressure at all and I couldn't rinse the shampoo out of my hair properly. It feels like an Ibis Hotel with toiletries. The TV is pretty small and I had to put glasses on to see the TV properly (but I don't need glasses to drive). For the money we paid, even if it was half price, I probably wouldn't stay here again. Location is great.
Aaron Reid: DO NOT STAY HERE.Old, tired, dirty, noisey, dusty, smelly, stained carpets, dead flies, hair and mould, broken and unmaintained fittings, overpriced and oversold. There are views from some rooms, mostly of in progress building construction and cruise ships.Single glazed rooms accompanied by 1950s style tiny ensuite with a shower over the bath and a flapping shower curtain. The door clears the toilet by 50mm.Noisey A/C and the ensuite fan cannot be turned off. This is a 1 star experience. They apologized a lot , moved us twice and allowed us to refund the remainder of our stay when we moved to a proper hotel.
Peter Williams: Excellent hotel clean room good access to the harbor and the light show
Hayley Whyatt: Over priced, but comfortable beds, clean and fabulous location
Glenn Smith: For the price of the room, location, cleanliness, comfort, and service it was everything we expected, the staff exceeded expectations, the view we had from our room was lovely (could see the water) for a “basic/cheaper” option I would definitely recommend Rydges, The Rocks Sydney, and I would not hesitate to stay there again.Hence the 5 starsRooms: It’s a clean, comfortable room, nothing to fancy but did the job.Nearby activities: The markets are at the door step, and great to go for wander.Food & drinks: Has some of my favourite restaurants and bars close by for when I visit the city.
Julie Wilson: Friendly staff, room clean and tidy, adequate facilities, good bed and pillows. Location fantastic!!Rooms: 5/3|Service: 5/4|Location: 5/5 …More
Lim Heng: Nice city view
Shirley Hills: Lovely place great staff breakfast the bestSafety: Felt safeWalkability: Was able to walk the streets and wharf
Alex & Kelsey Good: The location was perfect for our family (2a 2c) as we were boarding a cruise the next day! We took advantage of the rooftop pool and spa before embarkment day. The staff greeting us at check-in were fantastic and explained the dining and bar options to us, and kindly held our luggage once we checked out. We will book this hotel again when we're in Sydney and want to stay at The Rocks.Walkability: We could easily walk to Circular Quay.
Idyvino Saha Mohd Sanusi: I recently had an unfortunate experience at Rydges Hotel Sydney, where I was denied access to their washroom facilities due to not being a customer. I was deeply disappointed with this policy as it disregards the basic human rights and needs of individuals who may find themselves in a situation where access to a washroom is necessary. As a place of hospitality, I expected more understanding and compassion from the hotel staff. It is crucial that businesses consider the broader impact of their policies and how they may affect those who are in need. This experience has left me questioning the hotel's commitment to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment. I hope that Rydges Hotel Sydney will reconsider their stance on this issue and strive to be more accommodating and considerate of the diverse needs of the community.
Adrian Mercer: We stayed here before going on a cruise as I’m sure many have, and we paid a premium for the location (can not get closer to the cruise terminal) next time I will look to stay a bit further as the entire experience was underwhelming, rooms are old and tired staff refused to help with luggage, I am happy to walk a bit further for better value.
David Bennett: Good location, dreary hotel, mediocre restaurant. Public areas are reminiscent of a prison!
Irina P: This hotel is old and outdated, not properly cleaned, and feels like a motel. We booked it for an entire week and thought it was a great place to stay due to the reviews, but as soon as we arrived, we realized we made a huge mistake. The carpets throughout the hotel were dirty, old, and smelly, and the hallways had a motel vibe to them. The hotel room bathroom was very outdated and not cleaned properly (dusty counter corners, random hairs/dried up toothpaste throughout the bathroom). I did not feel comfortable showering with my bare feet or walking on the carpet, so I had to throw a towel on the bathtub floor, and put socks on immediately after showering. There was also poor sound insulation, so we were up until 3 AM listening to people partying on the harbor. The only good thing about the hotel was the staff - they were very nice and allowed us to cancel the remainder of our stay.
Timothy Carr: Enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is very conveniently located. The view of the harbour, opera house and bridge from the top floor observation deck is stunning.
dane miller: Good location. Very ordinary rooms. Does have a happy hour.Rooms: Found throw up remains on floor room 612 between beds and on first beds skirt.Nearby activities: In a hot spot of Sydney next to main train, port, bus stops, restaurants etc.Walkability: Come walking distance train.Food & drinks: Happy hour and a decent bar food list
Andrew Lebeter: Our stay was for one night 5th April and we were in the room for all of 7 hours as we were attending a wedding however our credit card was charged $200 after we checked out. Our room was absolutely spotless when we left however the staff member I spoke to claimed it was a cleaning fee.Not happy and wont stay again.
laurence lasfargues: Avoid this hotel !Room are small, old, and not super clean.Carpet on the floors, bed have bugs.Bathroom super small : when the door is open you need to climb above the toilet to reach the bathtub. We tried to have a bath the water was yellow and it doesn’t smell good in the room.Breakfast is below average and despite staff being helpful, this hotel needs a complete refurbishment.
Georgia: Fabulous views from the pool. Older hotel, but well presented, beautiful views, & wonderful staff and facilities. Kudos to housekeeping, they’re like fairies that come in and out and have the room ready each time you arrive back before your next adventure. Easter Bunny also visited and left special treats for the children!

The Fullerton Hotel Sydney: what do users think?
David Dundas: Stayed at the Fullerton for the first time this week and our whole experience was so good that I should write a review. My wife and I were attending a function in the Grand ball room, we have been to many functions are the top hotels around Sydney and this one was the best, excellent facilities and fantastic service. Our Hotel stay was just as good, from the moment we arrived the friendly service was a pleasant surprise. The room (suite on 27 floor) was outstanding with views down George street and west to the mountains. Our room service was a standout and very friendly, so much better then some others who claim 6 star service. Can't wait for another reason to stay their again, maybe our anniversary next month.
Benno: Superb location with friendly staff greeting you upon arrival, room was clean and tidy with a magical view over Martin Place and parts of the city
Cam: Fabulous hotel in a perfect location with great service. We received the wrong room when first checking-in and they handled the issue so well. Well done to management! Much appreciated your efforts to resolve the issue quickly and effectively.

Ahmad Alfalasi: Outdated 5 star hotel. A/C always blow hot air. Managers hiding in their offices rather than assisting customers.

XY S: This hotel reception is a joke, I called and said a 12.5m long 3.8m high 50+ seaters coach coming to unload passenger and luggage said 3 times to the first girl on the phone and 1 or 2 times to the second guy, they said ok, once arrived they said i said is only 18 seaters bus coming and not such a big vehicle, and refused any thing we talked on the phone, so how about have a bit more experience, have better communication skills, specially in the listening and understanding the customers need rather than having these brainless reception with arrogant and ignorant actitudes
Susan Vanderlei: Fantastic place to stay.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
tan esther: Slow service not friendly staff. Where totally ignored by staff had to ask for service at the restaurant downstairs. Check in service was very poor. Not directed to room it was find your own way. Special night for Mother’s Day.Location was great. Room was dark, small and looked into another building. Couldn’t open the curtains.Walkability: Close to the city centre but not worth the expense or serviceWould not return
Sandra Walcot: Nice clean and spacious rooms. Beds on the firm side but still had a goods night sleep. Check in was efficient and quick. Great location- central to everything. Would recommend staying here.
Duy P: We booked a 2 night stay after our wedding to treat ourselves and relax. Before we even checked in, the hotel charged our card when we were told we could pay on arrival. The charge is still held on our card 4 days after checkout, despite us having paid the full invoice the morning after check-in. This was despite assurances by the manager the charges would be removed asap.Although the location is great, and our room was a lovely corner suite, it was unclean when we checked in. There was a dirty wet cloth in the bathroom sink, and rubbish was still in the living room bin. Cleaning staff then noted this rubbish as us using the minibar snacks (even though the snacks had been untouched in the drawers) and we were charged after we checked out.Would never come back here nor ever recommend to family or friends. There are plenty of other 5 star hotels who deserve your time and patronage.

The Old Clare Hotel: what do users think?
Elaine Kwee: Specifically asked for a quiet wing, because of restaurants below. They booked a wedding in the suite directly across my room. Reception still maintained it was indeed the quietest room in the hotel…except there was a wedding till 11pm….not cool. How any hotel could book a wedding reception smack bang in the middle of guest rooms is beyond me. 6 weddings that day, never again.
Kim Nicholson: A solid pub venue, good array of tap beers, does some nice pub food classics, lounge like area inside with semi circular booths and other comfy seating, outside is set up to watch the passing inner city parade streaming past. Great spot to catch-up before or after spice alley which is right next door.
Rita Angus: A different type of accommodation. High ceilings, timber flooring, and very open plan design. The bath in our room was adjacent to our bed, the handbasin also in the open plan. Toilet and shower was also only separated by frosted doors. Although we were overlooking Spice Alley noise was minimal, and the rooftop bar was lovely. Handy to everything for us this trip.

Eric McDonogh: Lovely friendly staff, even by Sydney standards. Nice spot to grab a drink close to central station.
Kelli Howard: The Old Clare used to be one of my favourite places to grab a drink. The bar staff used to be so friendly and welcoming. The last few times I’ve been the guys behind the bar don’t even say hi what can I get you. They just look at you, with almost annoyance that you’re there.Service: 5/1 …More

Annick Delvigne: Literie parfaite, petit déjeuner aussi.Piscine petite mais sur le toit.
Matt E: Fantastic service, comfortable rooms and perfect location. The staff were amazing to deal with and helped us out with the perfect restaurant recommendation.
Samuel Hilton: This place is a dump masquerading as a fancy boutique hotel. The descriptions of their rooms are purposely misleading. Room was advertised as having rainfall shower head and hand held, but my room only had a weak pressure hand held shower. My room smelt of B.O. when I arrived. My towel had a hole in it. Can be pretty noisy and staff are unwelcoming. Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere.

The Tank Stream Hotel: what do users think?
Josh G: Pretty small rooms, yet clean, modern new and nice.Staff are mostly friendly and helpful.Location is great, very close to lots of things to see and do. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, food courts and most of what you need.A bit far to walk to some destinations and a taxi/uber is needed depending on what you want to do or see.Unfortunately, very few amenities in the hotel. No gyms, no spas, saunas, pools etc. There is a restaurant, but limited hours.Mini bar has a few included offerings which is nice and a good perk/bonus, compared to other hotels.Room service available but rooms are not big enough to sit and enjoy a meal or do much in. They are nice however, for the size.Overall good experience.
Pepper Blakemore: Great location on Pitt St, close to centre and Circular Quay an easy walk. The beds were super comfy and really good decor!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Great value …More
Tammy Sinclair: My son and I absolutely love our room. It is fantastic and has everything you need and is on the 14th floor. The amenities are very clean and they have thought of everthing including a shower cap and hair tie.Noteworthy details: The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.
Trà Đặng: Khách sạn gần trung tâm nên đi tham quan nhà hát Opera hoặc mua sắm rất thuận tiện . Tôi đã ở đây 3 đêm , phòng khách sạn sạch sẽ, yên tĩnh, ( ở 3 đêm mà phục vụ buồng phòng không thay khăn tắm ??? )

Nalani Mulcahy: My partner’s family recently invited my partner and myself here for an event and it was lovely. Staff were great and really friendly, Champagne bar is beautiful with a great view of Darling Harbour (especially during Vivid), and it was really nice to see the little touches of French culture here and there, as my partners family is French. Can’t wait to come back
Raymond Lind: This hotel is located in Darling Harbour, with views across the water to the city lights of Sydney. This is no small attraction; of a night time you will spend a lot of time gazing out at the coloured lights of Sydney. The check-in staff and concierge were professional and friendly. But we can’t comment on the food, as we didn’t eat during our stay.

Only a few steps from a large selection of restaurant, around the conner from harbour view cafes and close to iconic landmarks, it provided the perfect base to explore and discover the wonders of the surrounding area. The ease of accessibility to nearby attractions and the seamless transportation, Tram, Ferry, Taxi or even Taxi boat.In summary, this luxury hotel is an oasis of indulgence and sophistication. Every aspect, from the exquisite rooms to the impeccable service, showcases a commitment to excellence. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an unforgettable experience. It truly deserves all five stars!See you next time.Rooms: The view is worth the price.
Sharon H: Stayed here for a recent conference at ICC. So convenient as ICC is just a few metres walk across the road. The room is spacious and clean, and the housekeeping did a really fantastic job - was super attentive - folded my PJs and wrapped up my PowerPoint cords on my chargers thar were just dangling. Reception staff also very lovely and courteous. Customer service was all round lovely. Rooms not as sound proof to noisy neighbours but all round lovely visit. Need to order from the pillow menu next time though!
