I have seen Lisa putting a lot of efforts in keeping the gym tidy and organised.. worth giving it a try if you are looking for a gym in the neighbourhood

Nicole Clancy: So disappointed, it smelt so awful in there. Along with the staff were uninterested and did not even acknowledge us walking in and out. I lasted about 15 minutes before I had to leave. Equipment was all outdated and not enough variety. I will never be going back to Wentworthville Riley’s Gym. Rather i will be going to Mardsen Park and Seven Hills which are fantastic gyms. Riley’s Gym Wentworthville is an awful representation of what a Riley’s Gym is.

Bianca Colantonio: I specifically signed up to Riley’s in Wentworthville to train with personal trainer Danya Kanafani and couldn’t be happier!Not only does she help in the gym but also educates and provides me with all the essentials to help me on my fitness journey.I have trained with other PT’s at various gyms and honestly nobody can compare. The amount of dedication that goes into her work and clients, I have never seen anywhere else. In the short amount of time with her I’ve achieved more than I ever have before with other personal trainers.I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere of the gym and atmosphere it provides. The only thing it’s missing is a hip thrust machine … so fingers crossed we see can that in the near future 🤞🏼

Emilio Feghali: top quality gym, equipment is all new and maintained regularly. Great people in the gym, the atmosphere is always there. I can’t recommend the PT’s enough. Staff are quite friendly, professional and helpful. Lisa is very welcoming and approachable. Amen is very knowledgeable, he’s one of the best personal trainers there is.

Sophie J: Awesome place to train at. Clean, well set up power lifting gym with the best culture and people I have experienced. Great for beginners and women who usually shy away from weights. Coaches and people are supportive and motivate you to achieve your goals. If you want to get fit and strong in a supportive culture, this is the best place to train.
Andrew Steele: An amazing gym. By lifters and for lifters. There are no mirrors, no egos and most of all, no pressures. You train in a very supportive, community-like environment. Those lifting 40 kilos are cheered on by those who lift 400, it doesn't matter. Chris has created a wonderful, accepting and friendly environment that is lacking at a lot of gyms. The 24 hour access, parking and extremely close proximity to the new railway station and bus services make this an excellent choice. The gym is equipped to IPF standards, so even the more advanced and serious of competitors will find themselves right at home.

Ravi Sammy: I trained at many commercial gyms for a few years thinking there was no better alternative.Until I did a week trial at Black Flag and instantly fell in love with the place. The equipment, fellow members and coaching is top notch. The owner Chris is extremely passionate about keeping members happy along with fellow coach Vince who has helped me tremendously to improve my form, technique and assist with naggging hip and back pain. These guys are at the gym everyday and are not just investors with a clueless 'gym manager' running the joint. If something needs attention, they notice it before anyone even raises it.The experience and expertise you get with Black Flag you won't get with a commercial gym following cookie cutter programs without understanding everyone is built differently. They also are highly skilled and educated at the university level. Not just PT's with a certificate preaching "eat lots of protein".If you're serious about your lifting and sick of the bs and egos associated with commercial gyms. Give blackflag a try. Don't know anyone yet who hasn't signed up after the 1 week trial just like myself.
Thomas Khoury: Training for many years and had yet to come across a gym which didnt give me anxiety every time I'd want to train. This strength gym is one of the first I've ever been to where all members are friendly and super supportive. Chris coach/owner is always willing to help his lifters reach their goals and actually wants to see them do well. No mirrors which is nice so you can actually focus on training and not a single ego out of the bunch.
Zachary Torrevillas - zt.barbell: Black Flag Barbell Club is one of the best strength training facilities in the Hills area. The coaches and other members are very friendly and easy to get along with. Would recommend to anyone who is interested in strength training

Jack Chegwidden: I have been training at Blackflag for nearly 18 months and this gym is nothing short of outstanding.The community of lifters is like no other as you feel like a valued member rather than just a number that’s experienced at commercial gyms. The level of coaching is easily the best I’ve experienced and is undoubtedly the best in the Hills district due to the engagement, experience and passion that both Chris and Vince have.You’d be silly not to give the gym a try especially as it offers a 7 day trial for you to experience it.

Luke Woolnough: Black flag is the best strength gym I have trained at. The gym is clean, the atmosphere is friendly and supportive and the equipment in some of the best in Sydney (particularly if you are a competitive powerlifter.) Most importantly the coaching is A grade.

Erick Manalo: I have been training at Black Flag Barbell Club for nearly a year, like my Jiu Jitsu Academy it is a place where I can go to and train without thinking of anything else other than my training and how I can improve myself physically and mentally.It is by far the best powerlifting and strongman gym in the Hills area with equipment and fitting.The community in the gym is that of a family, everybody makes everyone feel welcome, there is no judgement, and you will always get the best support whether a spot at the end of your set, or talks of improving on a particular lift.It is a bonus that the owners Chris and Deb are Physiotherapists, despite the gym's external 'badass' appearance, you feel supported, and an outset of care in your training is evident whenever you converse with them, I for one enjoy my talks with Chris not just about training but about other facets of life and how improving oneself physically translates into dealing with challenges in what we do everyday.If you seek to get stronger in every variable of your life, learn to lift safe, and learn patience through hard repetition then this is the gym for you!If you seek validation and need mirrors and take photos post it on your social media so everyone can like your 'dweeby' aesthetic selfie pose, then don't bother coming in, go to whatever cheap gym with fake smiles, words they offer you!This gym is a haven for people that are sincere, genuine, and know the value of hard work to get results.
