Drum Factory: what do users think?
Dropbear RC: The drum factory team are always super helpful and go out of their way to track products down, even hard to find items.
Mat Ward: It was the customer service of assistant Stefan Upton that made us buy a drumkit here, rather than elsewhere, where the service was aloof. Stef is very knowledgeable, friendly and basically bends over backwards for customers. Thanks Stef!
Nick Talty: Totally awesome shop. Knowledgeable, friendly staff who are generous with their time.Highly recommendable products, service and professionalism.
Rolf Wam Fjell: Staff always very helpful and upbeat. Good selection of drums, cymbals, percussion, sticks and accessories. My go-to here in Sydney.
Jeffrey Wegener: Fantastic. I know Pete from his decades long service to helping drummers (as of course he is a great one ) but thought Parramatta too far from Inner City. No 35 mins Got exactly what I wanted - a bunch of stuff ( including sticks &&&&& that were a nightmare online to buy ) checked out some other cool stuff 4 the future. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Been also to 2 or 3 other drum shops in last years & didn’t feel welcome . Had a awesome time at the DF.& finally sorted out my stuff .
Adrian Green: The staff took their time with my indecisive teenager to help him decide on which of the 100s of cymbals to choose from and gave him a decent discount too. Thankyou
Leo Wong: Always helpful and alwayd the right advice to select drum kits!
tony riccioni: In a word "Fantastic" the boys in the drum shop know their stuff and bent over backwards to help me out . Big thanks to Steff who went above and beyond to source parts that I needed. With this kind of service and dedication , I'm happy to pay for postage because these guys stand behind their products 100%. This sort of service is a rarity now days. Thanks guys
John Cougar: Love this little drum shoppe. My son and I make a point of visiting this and the sister Guitar Factory (right next door) everytime we come to Sydney. There's a great array of traps available to check out, the staff are awesome and very knowledgeable, and the range of traps is unparalleled. If you're into drums, you won't need to go much further!
Matt Steele: Very patient and helpful. I was very happy that they had more options available than other stores I had tried first.
Andrew Giles: Awesome store and the team know drums!!
Joseph Issa: Great customer service and friendly staff in-store to help you out with all your drumming needs from acoustic to electronic hardware and additional equipment, gear and other accessories.
M Yao: Took my daughter here for the first time as recommended by her drum teacher to buy extra items. The service and products did not disapoint. Would buy again with no hesitation.
jono2145: Staff are super friendly, quality gear, loads to choose from. Stefan in particular went out of his way to find me exactly what I needed, definitely get down here for all your drum needs
Ed Rodrigues: Best place in Sydney to buy drums. The people who work there are very helpful!
Red Cymbals: Awesome drum shop! Lots of stock and a fantastic range - friendly and knowledgable staff. Definitely a credit to the drumming community
Dinuja Gangoda: Ever since 2016, I have been shopping here for both acoustic and electronic instruments including hardware. They never disappoint.
Rob Weston: Great service. Wide selection of stock. If they don't have it - they'll order it in.Thoroughly recommend.
Felix G: By far the best drums and percussion store in NSW. Nick Pansini's a legend. He'd go to great lengths to get the right gear and advice to fulfill your drumming needs! His drum lines' are awesome too!!
Captain Kolbin: I have bought a number of items from the Drum Factory over the years, including Dw 9000 kickers and hardware, cymbals and other accessories.Peter and Nick are such professionals, they are super knowledgeable and they have been consistently giving me top service.I won't buy from anyone else. Many thanks guys,Kristjan
Sisil Samantha: I was searching for Ronald VAD306 and found nowhere has got stocks. Then went to purchase the lower level VAD103 that comes one Tom and one Cymbal lesser than VAD306.Nick on Drum section of Drum Factory Parramatta suggested me to purchase TDKVX that he has setup with all Toms and cymbals on separate stands that gives me flexibility to move around anything to anyside as I want.It uses the same VAD306 module, so output is the same.Thank you Nick,Sisil

Drummers Dream & Dream Music: what do users think?
Sandman: DO NOT BUY FROM HEREThey seem like lovely people, but in January I was sold a 5 piece drum kit from here with kick pedal included. Problem was the kit was priced as 6 piece (from their website) in the same brand (Tama Hyperdrive) and no-one noticed. I was also charged for the pedal.Fast forward to now and I have been waiting a month for some kind of resolution. I call, they tell me they'll call back. I wait a week. I call, they tell me they'll call back. Do not buy, or if you do, make sure you do all of your research or you might be ripped off to the tune of $600.
Belinda Haan: Despite all the positive reviews, my experience hasn't been positive. I purchased drumsticks on 13/3, and was emailed on 23/3 asking me to pay $10 delivery (it was free delivery on check out), which I did. As of 9/4 I still have not received the drumsticks. I am sure they are amazing in person, but their online store experience has not been good!
bill glogoski: Couldn't rate higher. Fantastic customer service and great communication. My favourite!
YTDK: dropped off my snare drum for a replacement part. Received it the following day but found out they replaced it with some cheap materials which i paid for a high quality parts.
David Lewis: Always great service and prices.
edna manao: salesman very approachable
Winston Newbond: Nathan was very professional and helpful so I bought.
Nathan Duncan: Staff were amazing in helping me pick a new guitar. Will be heading back in the future for sure.
Nick Kerecz: Was looking at a particular guitar for a while online. Wanted to go check it out, drove an hour to get there, and was told that the guitars aren’t for playing only buying. I said how do you know you want to buy it if you haven’t played it. I was told be quick and hurry up we don’t like replacing strings from people playing them. F.U guys. This is not how one buys a guitar, especially when spending decent $$$. Obviously not run by real players anymore. Never going back!!!
Mick Ant: So so bad. Have given them several chances but they never fail to disappoint.
Christophe Chuvan: Nathan and the rest of the guitar team were very helpful, keeping me updated on my order and helping me find what I need.
Malcolm Wheeler: I sent through a request for a guitar I was interested in. The person who rang me. Have excellent service to help me out with my enquiry. I believe from memory his name was Sean (Hopefully).
Tim Tagle: Great selection of goods. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I always recommend my drummer friends come here, whether for sticks or a new kit. Cut me a good deal too and were quick to send me a missing part that I needed. Big ups to these guys.
Davros Rising: Seriously awesome service. Ordered a drum kit on late Wednesday night and was delivered first thing Friday morning in Newcastle. Packaging of the drums was amazing and no way they were getting damaged in transit. Absolutely first class all round, from the customer service to the final product being delivered. Huge thanks to Sav for everything and getting my dream kit sent out in perfect condition. Very happy customer. Highly recommend drummersdream.
Julian E. Micallef: Great selection, quite expensive, the man that served me in the drum section wasn't the friendliest chap.
FJ Sainz: My daughter and I popped into the store this morning and were promptly greeted by Nathan, he then asked if he could help us with anything, i explained that my daughter would like to see some entry level electric guitars, he was more thank helpful explained all the options and at no time ever made us feel pressured and more importantly tried to upsell. Nathan is an absolute pleasure to deal with, we bought a guitar, amp and could not be any happier with the purchase. I highly recommend Dream Music, who from what i could see have the knowledge to suit the novice all the way up to the professional and the staff to cater for all, thank you very much.
David Harvey: I discovered this business on the back of a newspaper and as a customer for ten years, the staff, especially Sav and Curtis, know me well and I have been so fortunate to get discounts and deals from them on certain purchases.Last year, they gave me a free Christmas present of a Dream cymbal REFX to be placed on a snare drum, so that was really generous of them.I just love coming here to buy new drum or percussion equipment whenever I need to do so.
Emily Mears: Good range of products. Unfortunately, the staff are unfriendly and their marketing strategies are just low.
Jess Zappia: Fantastic shopFabulous service 👍
Caitlin O'Neill: Inadequate returns policy & general issues with unhelpful/un-friendly & rude staff.Across my family, we’ve been long-term customers here & it’s incredibly disappointing to see this happen. Will be sure to shop elsewhere for my guitar needs.
Peter O'Neill: I will never shop at this store again and will never recommend it. Following a recent purchase the item didn't work as advertised. I went back in 10 days and they refused too resolve it saying it was my problem.Except for one very good salesperson they are unfriendly, unhelpful and very rude. They do not not want to know you after a sale. It took a discussion on Dept of Fair trade guidelines to get some sort of action. They have a lost a number of long term customers.

Sleishman Drum Company: what do users think?
Dylan Clee: Lessons with Dave were a joy, going through theory exercises that led to or ended with an epic jam always brought a smile to my face. The knowledge and experience he posseses is hard to beat. Having to play on these kits every lesson only made me play and sound better!
Jarv Woolley: I have no idea how the drums sound...I wish I did!I’ve tried over the course of 5 weeks to get hold of anyone at Sleishmann, by phone, email, fakebook messenger. Zero response, which is really disappointing if they’re still in business, as I want to buy local and Aussie, and I live and play in Sydney. Are they still in business?
Crowie316: Great drum kits, does lessons and reasonably well priced.
Brett Freer: The best drums money can buy direct from the source.

Optimum Percussion: what do users think?
Chiron Meller: Shopped at Optimum over the years. Do their best to look after customers whether schools, orchestras / bands, students, hobbyists or professionals. They are an integral part of Australia's percussion community.
Oliver Buckley: Amazing helpful staff, allowed me to play test their only clarinet without hesitation.Highly recommend for any percussion purchases (as their band instrument department is almost non existent; this is not a criticism, they've just chosen to focus on percussion)
Tim Carey: Always very friendly and helpful
Anya Dela Cerna: As a person trying to get into the glockenspiel, this place had wonderful service with the two gentlemen at the counter, answering a barrage of questions I had and recommending me mallets and a beginner’s book for a good hour. It was a great experience.
Ian Dent: Terrible customer experience. Rude phone operator
Raffy: I visited the store today with my wife to check out some drum thrones and man I was amazed on the quality of service these guys provide! The attention to customer service and there deep knowledge is definitely A++.Keep up the good work!
Leonardo Guimaraes: Excellent customer service and percussion instruments and learning material knowledge. I recommend 👍
Paige Walker: There were a few hicups with shipping which wasn't their fault and the owner went above and beyond to find me my Ocean Drum. Really thankful for how they went out of their way for me. Thank You.
Euan MacLeay: Friendly, knowledgeable staff who helped me stick to my budget...
Patrizia Lupi: Absolutely nice staff, friendly and very helpful.
Debbie: What an incredible range of percussion instruments. No wonder they are reputed to be the best. Customer service and attention to detail is exceptional.
Roy D: Very helpful staff. Called to check stock availability. Both staff members that I dealt with over the phone and in store were helpful and courteous.
Marian Lentfer: Great staff who were very helpful
Zach Lamont: Great store for music supplies. Johnny was super helpful.
Paul Rohde: Good prices. 5 star if if they made sure their stock space was ready with stock.
Carey Rudd: I am impressed by a Customer Service Agent who goes the extra mile. Jonathan at Optimum Percussion went the extra mile and I was very impressed with his service. Great Job well done!
Santy: I did call them up to enquire about the availability of a specific Harmonica in stock at their store. Staff was very courteous and willing to check the stock and provide me with alternatives/suggestions.
Viet-Anh Nguyen (Van Leucia): Excellent prices, staff, and range of products
Pitz Bull: Bit pricey for my liking
Adam Ahmad Farid: Awesome range, good prices, and really really helpful / nice staff! Thank you very much!
Luke J-H: Lovely service

Big Music Australia: what do users think?
Justen Beashel: The team here recently did some work on one of my 7 string guitars, restrung, buffed frets, cleaned and oiled the fretboard and installed a new bridge pickup (Seymour Duncan Nazgul - Highly recommend picking one up if you're into heavier styles of music). The guys here were so accommodating, friendly and the workmanship was second to none, this guitar cost me less than $300 (project instrument) and the thing now sounds and plays like it costs quadruple that! Will definitely be coming back to the business after the work and care taken with my guitar. Rock on!!!
donovan lane: If you’re a drummer don’t bother. Little to no stock, seems like they don’t care about drummers at all.
David Hedlund: Friendly staff and decent price for a guitar setup. However when I picked up my guitar the humidifier was bone dry and my nice strap was wadded up in a ball inside the case. Definitely not how I left it. When taking care of instruments worth thousands of dollars, I expect better service than that.
Katrina Yarran Kylie: Wow!
Paul: Ordered PA speakers, was going half with another band member. I live in a remote location but the address was accepted, paying $350 in shipping. Based on this I decided to buy a mixer from another company. Was called the following day that they would not be able to deliver unless an additional $700+ plus was paid. Decided to cancel the order instead but explain to the sales adviser just to make sure I could change the payment method, the original amount had been paid on a credit card so returning the fund to the other person would not be possible or I would incur high interest fees. Was called back and told this would not be possible. I asked if they could check again and was assured that they would try and get back in contact with me before they actioned any refund. Received no further contact or updates and the money was refunded back without any correspondence from the sales representative. While the sales assistant was incredibly helpful in the beginning, I will incur a cost because of an error on their end. I would not recommend using this service or at least not their online store.
Luke Russell: My 5 year old loves after school music here.
SR Raff: Extremely fast and reliable service processing and delivery for online order. Very happy with your turnaround. Thanks all!
Ben Hackett: I took my Yamaha Revstar (RSS20) to the workshop to get some parts replaced due to nickel allergy.Considering parts availability & related lag times due to COVID, it took a little longer than it would have otherwise, but that's not Big Music or the workshop's fault.I collected my Revstar yesterday & the price was very reasonable, the quality of work & service was beyond professional.I dropped off a nice new guitar that needed some tweaks, but collected a guitar that looked almost exactly the same (the replacement parts looked so similar that it barely changed the look of the guitar), but now plays exceptionally well & is just a joy to play, with parts that will not exacerbate my health condition.Harry, Clyde & the team at Big Music really care about helping your guitar reach its potential & I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing a setup, mod or repair.Great work guys, keep it up.
Ken Abrahams: Excellent to deal with.
Peter Owen: Got the boys in tech centre to do a setup on my guitar..... absolutely awesome result! Thanks Clyde and the team!
Shayan Shabestari: 1/5 stars just because you use TNT/FedEX as your courier delivery service instead of Australia Post. You are using a company that has over a decade history of negative customer reviews and business practices to deliver your merchandise to customers. They are telling me that I can't pick up my package from the depot because "it is not ready yet"; it is physically here, but I can't pick it up.I was hoping to buy more music equipment, but just from this business decision you have made alone I will be looking elsewhere to buy my musical equipment.Your $699 keyboard is suddenly costing me over $1000+ because of the day off from work I will have to take to pick it up from the courier service you are using (with offshore call centers that like to play the game of hot potato and bounce customers from team to team for hours). Opportunity cost loss is a real thing.
Matthew Aeschbacher: Great rehearsal space
Isabella Farrell: Awesome shop, great staff and fantastic techs. They did a great, very affordable and quick repair on my bass. Thank you so much!
Georgia A: They love what they do and it shows. Highly recommend for music camps and anyone wanting to purchase instrument. Know their products and guide you without sales pressure.
L C: Purchased online from QLD,lowest price. Excellent service.Friendly and helpful.Highly recommend.
Dana Roesink: Recently did a Rock Show organised by Big Music and can recommend this to anyone as it was a great experience to join a band and work towards a performance over the period of some months.
Johannes Ostendorf: Great people to deal with. They stay in touch and genuinely care about their customers. Couldn’t think of a better way to establish strong customer relations especially as the trend of today is geared more towards online shopping. It’s important then to know you’re dealing with a reputable seller. Well done people of Big Music, you have impressed me.
lee oliver: good product good service
Korben Dallas: big store (size similar to turramurra and mannys). good staff, happy to help.no higher end amps like EVH/mesa but some Orange, Laney, Boss combos and heads. lots of fender amps. variety of 12" cabs. dedicated amp demo room.ibanez, fender, Gibson guitars.nice store.
Scott Hucker: Beautiful music shop. Well worth the visit
andrea king: Great product prompt delivery my daughter couldnt be happier, your customer service is excellent . I will definatley recommend to anyone. Thanks Big Music Australia

Drum Lessons Sydney: what do users think?
M Ricciardi: I have sent several of my piano students to have drum lessons with Claudio and I can easily confirm he's by far one of the best drum teachers I've encountered in my professional life. He's extremely dedicated and above all deliver results!I couldn't recommend him more highly!Marco Ricciardi
J H: I have been a student of Claudio's for 5 years now. I started as a mature age student and love it so much. My niece saw me playing and she wanted to learn so I sent her to Claudio's school too. She loves learning also. So you will not be disappointed young or old Claudio has a great system of learning. Nice and structured. Claudio is very patient. Highly recommended.
Matt Steel: Learning an instrument is intimidating and challenging, Claudio has every skill to make you meet those challenges but in his friendly and supportive approach. His talent to teach shines through the love he has for playing drums equal to his love for teaching. I've been a student of him for a while now and had to stop due to work commitments, highly recommend him. Don't believe me? Go see him play. He's incendiary. Incendiary.
Jo W: I started my weekly lessons with Claudio a few years ago (in my mid-fifties). I had never played the drums before but found Claudio's website and opted to book an 'introductory lesson' which I really enjoyed. I feel very blessed to have chosen to learn with Claudio as his style of teaching and his methodology have enabled me to see my progression from the Fundamental to the Intermediate level. Claudio keeps each lesson varied and with the right amount of challenge. I find it a great brain and coordination workout and would highly recommend Claudio for drummers of any age or ability!
jensen martin: I have been learning drums from Claudio for roughly 7 years. He has consistently and passionately taught me how to play everything from jazz to metal, teaching not only how to read music, but also how to feel the rhythm and how to improvise. He is also very patient - I started when I was a little kid , and I would more often than not stray off track. Claudio remained patient with me, and with his steady guidance, my drumming developed into something special. I owe all to him, and that’s why I’m giving drum lessons sydney a 5 star review.
Chen Kevin: Fantastic teacher, very nice and helpful with great knowledge and patience,my son had a big progress under his instructions. Strongly recommend for this teacher
Louis Baury: Claudio is a very good teacher, I started drumming with him. His lessons are really good. Learnt a lot. I recommend him if you want to learnt drum.
Yee Wei Yeow: Loved the lessons with Claudio! He's a very good teacher. At first I sent my kids there and ended up taking lessons from him myself because it looked like so much fun :)
Thomas Onus: I started learning the drums with Claudio a few years ago with zero experience. He has a great program that starts with the fundamentals and builds on that to make you a complete player. I love the challenge and the lessons are a great way to become a complete player. I’ve still got a long way to go, but I now jam with friends and learn my favourite songs.Claudio is very patient, knowledgeable, experienced (as a player and teacher) and always positive.
Mike Benkovich: Claudio is a champion! It's been a dream of mine for years to learn how to play drums and with his teaching I am finally getting the hang of it.
Gisele Block: I'm so in love and passionate about drumming, and you are so supportive. I'm lucky to have you as my teacher. Thanks Claudio!!!
Pierre Osteil: I have been learning drum for more than 2 years now and I am still enjoying it. Claudio is a great teacher, always positive and very patient, with a good sense of humor. He also is among the cheaper teacher in Sydney. I go there every week and it's always been a great moment. You will know how to play your favourite song faster than you can expect and for that I highly recommend him.
Travis Joyce: Whilst playing regularly in cover bands for many years I had not committed any time to practicing or improving my skills. Returning to drum tuition with Claudio at Drum Lessons Sydney has given me the ability to eliminate bad habits and rebuild my skills from the ground up.I am now practicing daily and my coordination and technique has improved significantly in only a short period of time. I highly recommend Claudio for tuition of drummers at any level of playing.Travis Joyce

Western Sydney Music Academy/ Parramatta Academy Of Drumming and Percussion: what do users think?
Nicole Lehmann: I first picked up a guitar in lockdown and had been trying to teach myself. I'd practice but I knew I wasn't "playing" the guitar. Western Sydney Music Acadmey was recommended to me and signing up was the best decision I've made in a long time. From the first phone call to follow up emails, Gareth was welcoming and genuine in finding out about you, what you are trying to achieve and then matching it to what the Academy offers. Everyone is really friendly, professional and there to help you. My Teacher Harry is awesome, patient and targets the areas I need to focus on. What I also love is the website. As a Student you can log in and track your practice, upload videos, there's online resources and a whole range of other things. You recieve reminder texts about lessons and they are easy to contact and super quick at returning things like emails. There is so much more you get then just your hour lesson when you join. Can't speak highly enough about the Academy in both learning to play and the way the business is run.
Hanna De Leon: My son has been having drum lessons at Western Sydney Music Academy for almost 2 years. He is always excited for his weekly lessons and more importantly, enjoys them.A warm and inviting learning enviroment with professional and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
Mustafa Cencik: Been a student here for almost 5 years. Very comfortable learning environment with lots of space. All instructors are very helpful, Gareth hosts all sorts of events to have all students engage with different types of music to gain more musical experience. Best music school !
xiangyu du: very professional private music studio , very happy to send our kids to there !

Inner West Drum Lessons: what do users think?
Kevork Sarkis (CHUBBYBUNNY): I am a student of the Nando (The teacher) and he is AMAZING. He is very patient when learning anything. He is very good at teaching drums he teaches you how to count, read and everything drum related. He is overall a great teacher and i would recommend him to anyone.
C A: Nando has been teaching my daughter the drums for the last 2 years. He is an excellent teacher, very patient but he also makes it fun. And good - she was very successful in her first Rock & Pop exam last year. He also is very accommodating with make up lessons where possible, when we can't make a lesson. I would highly recommend Nando.
Chris Hunter: Absolutely amazing teacher. My son went from never having picked up sticks to being lead drummer in the school band within 12 months ahead of seasoned campaigners.
elshonno: I have my son learning the Drum Kit with Nando for the last 12 months. I found Nando from various reviews online and that included other music teachers!Nando is a rare teacher you'll find in the industry, he has the skills and knowledge to make me feel comfortable, my son is learning from one of the best. It's very challenging to find a teacher like Nando on the North Shore, I highly recommend becoming one of his students.

Bam Bam Music: what do users think?
MYNAMEISBELUGA UWU: THE BEST STORE, BEST GUITAR TEACHER GREAT SERVICE GREAT GUITAR REPAIRER 1,000,000 OUT OF 10
Justin Hooke: Came in here to buy my first guitar 8 months ago and was served by Jye. He made me feel super comfortable and didn't try to pressure me into buying a more expensive guitar that I didn't need or want. They were super accommodating in ordering the guitar I wanted and even gave me choice of the wood grain. Adam is always super helpful whenever I give them a call or need to purchase anything at all!!! Currently enrolled in the teaching program with Mitch teaching me. Unsurprisingly the high standard set while purchasing my guitar has been carried over to the teaching side of it. An amazing place to buy and learn your first instrument, bounds and leaps ahead of any other store I've been to.Cheers for the great experiences!!!
Joshua Britten: Amazing customer service, great range of equipment and knowledgeable staff to help with guitar services. Greatly recommend getting you guitar serviced at BamBam Music.
ilai Jaz: These guys are the best. Being female going into guitar shops can be a little intimidating but these big scary beautiful men always make me feel comfortable😉 Great shop, great staff, great prices!!
Martin Ring: Great staff and knowledge, music lessons are awesome, excellent teachers
Sarah Maleckas: Excellent music shop. Highly recommend. Any of the guys are generous with their knowledge. They are not pretentious like other music shops. I moved to Bam Bam after a few bad sales people experiences in another guitar shop. But these guys were so kind and welcoming. Small shop vibes like the old school days. Good range. Good prices.Jai is a genius. David is awesome. Maurice is a champ.Go here!
Juzz O: Just picked up a new cort from here. Friendly service as always. Trustworthy staff. Thanks again!
Glenn W Rogers: Attentive service. Great product knowledge.
Gem Aydoner: Awesome experience at bam bam music blacktown.Guy helped me a lot when picking my new guitar made sure I had the help I need to find the right guitar for my self. Customer service compared to other music shops was brilliant. Sat me down and let me play on some of my picks and answered all my questions without hesitations. Spending time with customers becomes hard when you are trying to fix and service instruments but that didn’t stop them serving me and other customers to the full potential. Will be my go to music centre from now onThanks team.

Anthony D'silva: An awesome music school. Highly recommended 😊

Cal.M: Great, friendly and fast service. Will be signing up for some one on one accoustic guitar lessons... I was convinced it's never too late to learn how to play the guitar ... I had a brief demo on how to best hold the guitar ... my hands are not too small for my guitar after all.....lolKeep up the good work guys.
Nika OF: I love going back to BamBam music, their staff are so professional, so kind and welcoming. They always make us feel safe and we never fear that we’ll be judged. I have bought a guitar and when i was looking for a ukulele this place was the first shop I thought of because of the amazing experience I had. A guy name Jay or Jai (excuse me if I misspelled) helped us both times. He is absolutely lovely, he knows his stuff very well and is incredibly helpful.100% recommended ⭐️
Satish Dass: Always a pleasure to get your guitar serviced here or shop around. Staff is genuinely helpful and friendly.
Korben Dallas: friendly staff, highly recommend for gutiar servicing. everything is well explained over the phone and in person.they stock mostly Ibanez (JEMJR!!!!) and Squier guitars. Also Orange amps, combos and a 1x12 cab.
L J: Lovely guy assisting my guitar restring, lovely service, great price. No hesitation to recommend to anyone & will definatley return
Kiar Muri: Not a bad place to shop for musical instruments.I knew this musical shop long time ago, but I stopped coming here due to changes of address.Last week I visited here to buy some percussion to add different sound to my little music studio. What I recognise this time is the costumer service has improved a lot.Although they carry a wider range of musical products, but you can’t see much in the display, you need to order it. The good thing is, you can talk and ask the staff, and they are very experienced people. They also offer musical instrument servicing. You don’t go wrong with Bambam music Blacktown.
Mark Wesolowski: Great shop
