Bec O: I am stunned and appalled at the post purchase service. I have been trying to get an 'appointment' at the Martin place centre and the line Is busy and there is NO WAY to book an appointment on their website. I mean we can book a GP visit via a booking system but need to try their always BUSY LANDLINE to book an appointment!
Steve Nijjar: Zero stars, ordered a printer they signed off themselves and indicated delivery. 4 months later still indicate i had the printer and never provided a refund or replacement. What a scam, thankful in 5 years your organisation will be bought out or bankrupt.

I had taken my laptop problems to my local shop and everytime was told I needed a new computer. Sick of hearing I needed a new computer so on recommendation went to LFO to but a new computer along with my laptop to transfer data but was told my laptop only needed a new screen and fixed it no problem. Won't go anywhere else now they have fixed other issues I've had without any fuss and reasonably priced.

Not just sales persons, but real knowledgeable staff. Don't buy from the big retailers. Buy local instead.

Rafael: I bought an refurbished HP laptop here. The condition was mint, both the surface and the spec. The price was competitive as well. Their sale service was awesome. I quickly dropped by 20 minutes before their closing, but they were still awesomely nice, let us walked around in the shop and tried out all those options. The guy who was at the store was pretty efficient and professional. After my exploration, he promptly delivered the laptop from the warehouse in 10 min with a nice check to make sure everything worked perfectly. The laptop came with Win10 and all the common programs which were so handy! I don't need to download all of them by myself! They already optimised the computer for the common household users like me! Thanks again for your excellent help! This shop will never fault you! I will definitely recommend this place to all of my friends whoever need a excellent service with competitive product and price! I used the cheapest delivery option via Aus Post and didn't expect it to arrive so soon nor to my door, usually posties drop parcels at our local PO claiming we're not home. Was a bit wary as this is my first order with Skycomp, but they are the real deal, will shop with them in future.

Miles Rogge: Don't often give poor reviews but sadly havnt had a good experience this instance. My first dealing with sky comp and sadly I'm not impressed. Purchased a GPU as an "open box model". Add claimed it had been opened to use in a customs build that was canceled. Great should be basically band new. Add claimed 99% brand new. Received it quickly which was good, but upon inspection the card looks heavily used, found a dead moth in the radiator, hair, dust and debris lodged in the radiator (liquid cooled model) and a scratch on the back of the card along with bent radiator fins. The serial number was also removed from the box (Not the card though) And while it seems trivial the small aorus eagle figurine was also missing from the box. Seems alot less then 99% brand new. Not happy don't believe they're website. I'm attempting to deal with them but no reply yet possibly change my review depending on the customer service answer.

So Nic: Ordered a router on 8th did not arrive till 27th. Sent email no proper response. Called the store Peter picked the call and the telephone conversation started with no apology or empathy for delay just very stern rude voice I dont know where the package is, okay so refund my money reply I get is I dont have access, okay pass the call to someone else reply : there is no one around, can I speak to your manager he never works has no mobile and is never available in store. 😡Peter was extremely rude and racist. The website said there was one left in stock.A few hours later, I received an apologetic email and a phone call saying that the item was sold out.I was offered the option to cancel or continue with the order with a new time frame.I appreciated the personal touch of a phone call. Though the new date was a few weeks away, they reassured me that stock was coming in and would arrive by the new date three weeks later.Due to the lockdown in Sydney, every store online had sold out, and most did not give such precise time frames when they would replenish their Ergotron stock.I also ordered a Brateck Steel Laptop Holder Fits10'-15.6' For Most Desk Mounts With Standard 75x75/100x100 Vesa Plate. The laptop holder was delivered the next day.The Ergotron monitor stand came on the day promised. I warned them that I was possibly moving house and checked a few days before to ensure the package was sent to the correct address.In addition to having excellent customer service, the item arrived a day early. Furthermore, I could not find the White Ergotron 45-476-216 Hx Desk Dual Monitor Arm cheaper anywhere else in Australia.Thanks, Skycomp, loving the monitor arm!

When I opened the yellow the powder had spilled out of the cartridge and had to be thrown out. The businesses reponse to my enquiry re this was that I should have sent a photo when I received the cartridge. I have just opened the blue one and this has spilt into the bag. Open your bags as soon as they arrive so you can check and complain and get some sort of compensation.

To try and explain that I only get circa 600 pages from a cartridge, to be told ‘...let me finish..’ ‘....so what do you want me to do....’ type attitude! MISLEADING statement up to 1,000 copies means if you get 500-600 ‘what do you want me to do’ in your face attitude.DO NOT BUY A GENERIC CARTRIDGE FROM CARTRIDGE WORLD - they don’t last!A typical response from a very defensive and uninterested individual who dissed me off before we could take the conversation further. Confrontation doesn’t deserve any support or entertain any further conversation in the matter. End game, I choose not to waste my time with people or businesses that don’t show you any respect when you ask for service.
David Kohn: Having run out of cartridge ink (backup had unknowingly dried out), I drove to 2 Officeworks outlets to find they had run out of stock of the cartridge I needed. They offered to order it in, however, that could be expected to take 2 or 3 business days, so, could, with the weekend, go into next week. I couldn't "afford" to wait that long. Btw, the cartridge, although unavailable, at Officeworks, is $76.00. Back in my office, unsure of where I could get a new cartridge quickly, I phoned another Officeworks store and they didn't have any stock either, however, when I asked for suggestions, the fellow suggested Cartridge World. I called Cartridge World at Neutral Bay and although, not in stock, the service I received from Mark Cullen was fabulous, such service very rare to receive these days. Although not in stock, Mark promised to have the cartridge delivered to me the following day (ie today) by the afternoon, with the cost being $65.00 each, so I ordered 2 (note:- price and delivery timeframe difference with Officeworks, also less expensive than on-line). This was already great in its service and price, then to have the cartridges actually arrive on my doorstep around 1.00 pm today was even better. I can't thank and commend Mark Cullen enough for his excellent service, price and, generally, his assistance. I certainly expect to be going straight to Mark, at his Cartridge World store, for my ink cartridges in future. Thanks again Mark. Best wishes. David.

Accidentally I made a mistake on the choosing the return reason, when I try to change the reason, I close the return case. Because the ebay system can’t reopen the case, the seller give me an instruction to return the item. To meet the required time frame, I choose the express but the seller refuses to pay that postage. Final resolution: ebay issue the full refund of item to me; I paid $20 express fee without purchase anything; the sell have no negative feedback on ebay as it was cancelled by ebay and the seller didn’t admit any mistake at all without any apology, just keep mentioning they we’re following policy and description was copied from Dell. Shame on the “ responsible “ and 100 positive feedback eBay seller!Update:The seller’s story of “copy from Dell” is not the excuse for giving a misleading or wrong information in their description. Why seller did not check the description before post it? So the root reason is seller’s lack of responsibility.The seller requires buyer to return the item within short time frame otherwise the refund will not be processed, before Christmas holiday, express is the only method. And not any notice was given by seller that the express will be excluded.After the item was posted, the buyer noticed the seller immediately but no reply. Then two days later the seller refused to pay the post expense saying the buyer didn’t not communicate with seller prior to using express.Buyer propose that seller could pay half of the express fee and this will be a happy ending for both buyer and seller, but the seller still refused that and reply buyer should contact with eBay for post fee reimbursement.When the return was delivered, sell closed the order, and I received the fund I paid for the item, which’s is not correctly described, so I cannot give any comment on eBay that’s why you can see feedback from Google here.Today, the seller came out to reply this post as more people reviewed this, but I need let you know the truth.Advice: don’t be stupid to cancel any open return case by yourself at any circumstances and keep all evidence in hand.MOST IMPORTANTLY, AVOID SELLER LIKE WHO DID NOT CHECK THE ITEM DESCRIPTION BEFORE POSTING

Michael Walkden: Overall, good product range. Have purchased a number of items from this store. Biggest negative is they have no option for merchant fee free transactions unless you're local and pay with cash. Even the Paypal feature they charge a merchant fee. In this day/age most companies absorb some of these costs.
