Perrin Trease: If you are looking for a 3G/4G Mobile Broadband sim with a STATIC IP and a good amount of data at a low cost, look no further. (Great for remote site CCTV, alarms, etc). FYI, Zetta runs on the OPTUS network. The setup and sign-up with Zetta was extremely fast and easy, and my service has worked perfectly from day one. Highly recommended.

Adam Perriman: I signed up with Occom on the 25th of May and we sill don't have a connection. I have spoken with their support more than ten times over this period, and still no joy. Basically, they shift the blame onto Opticomm, who is a wholesaler and can't be contacted by the customer (even though I was asked to contact Opticomm at one stage???) There have been multiple time when they have offered to call back, and haven't. The positive is that they do answer the phone. The negative is that the support team seem do not seem to have the training to deal with what should be a simple problem. I went with Occom because they had quite good reviews. I wouldn't recommend using this company.

Etienne Cousson: All great until you actually need them. If you require assistance or have any request, you can forget about it. Would clearly recommend to get your internet somewhere else.
Ryan Hughes: They deserve less than 1 star but that’s the minimum. This is the worst internet provider in Australia by far.1. They are severely incompetent. They told me on 3 seperate occasion they were sending my modem but just straight up didn’t until the 3rd time. The third guy said the other two agents weren’t qualified. Then I got my modem and it was not configured properly2. They have no phone support. You call and they tell you to raise a service request online then immediately hang up. The trouble is it doesn’t work from mobile and I don’t own a computer. You literally can’t reach them unless you luck out and happen to be on the site on the rare occasion the chat window is there3. Finally got connected after 2 weeks of non stop chasing And internet goes down on the weekend. And I can’t contact them at all.Absolute horrid company
Suraj Kc: Very bad service ordered new simcard which not delivered for two weeks after fallow up they said they post next one express delivery 1to 2 days but again not delivered, second fallow up said sorry and promised I received this time because this is also the express delivery but again not delivered already passed the day they given me and they automatically active their not delivered sim and I lost connection with my current provider very disappointed never recommend dodo to others

I called up as i was extremely attracted by the 1 month and 3 month nbn promotion deals.However the customer service on phone was by far the worst ive ever experience. They pushed so hard and dont care about you. They would try to sign you up without you even getting a word out your mouth and keep calling you back without care for the hours. I thought to not judge base on one experience, so i call again at different time and day for a different agent and even that person from Dodo was pushing so hard to sell and terrible service skills. I feel like i was getting scammer calls. This is the first time ive ever ultimately turn down a service due to customer service alone. Thats how bad it is. Please stay away and please be wary of giving out any sort of information to them.

I remained Dodo’s customer for 2 years only to use my phones data and use hotspot. The net never worked, discussing this with customer service helped to get internet connection for a day and it was back to not having internet service. Had someone told me warned about how bad dodo is, I would have not suffered.

17 Freedom Productions: Appalling Service.The promised time for a connection (also stated in the webpage) is between 3-10 business days. But after two weeks - 1 appointment cancellation and 1 technician not showing up on their proposed date and time (received no apologies) - the line is still NOT connected.I called the hotline three times only to be transferred and put on hold for an hour each call, without any answer from them. The worst is they do not refund the cost of the modem even if I decided not to continue with their service because of what I have experienced. Clearly, they have no regards about their customers but only focuses on generating money.I am lucky to have experienced Dodo's unprofessionalism in the very early stage otherwise I would have experienced a more horrifying service.Spare yourself some trouble and apply to a different service provider.DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!UPDATE: I finally received a call from them (because I was already cancelling the service), the operator right away started with an attitude before even hearing my side of story. Still NO refund from the modem. Terrible service all throughout.

I thought to myself surely it'll be okay?A full week into trying to connect my internet I have a lot of regrets, my service request would not allow me to upload a document they were said I needed, so I called and because it says I has a request waiting the call automatically hangs up. So I have to wait on hold pretending to be a new customer, they then have to transfer me to another person which takes forever and once I'm there they say they cant access my service requests and I need to do it online. So I have cancelled and have signed up for a new service with a differnet

I've been on the phone with the technical support for more than 20 hours, but still nothing happened yet. If there is a 0 star, I definitely won't score them 1!!!

They deducted 109$ from my account on top that they created new account which charged me 55$ extra and when I called the customer service they are not even willing to help or give you proper explanation. If you guys pay your internet bill late they will end up charging you. 44$ extra. Internet is always slow most of time. They are always giving too much headache to customer . When I claimed to refund the amount they said they will only refund 20$.Can you give more explanation please how and why only 20 bucks?
