They didn't have specific part but staff made sure I had something and they made replacement in store (I didn't buy the kite from them!) They also have a very good fish and chip shop recommendation!

David Baxter: I had purchased a Prism Zenith 5 kite with accessories earlier this year from Kitepower, and all arrived very quickly. The kite was perfect and has flown excellently from the first to now. No problems at all.So I ordered another recently as a Christmas gift. Prompt communication and dispatch; and then Australia Post sent a message that the parcel had gone astray. A phone call to Australia Post indicated that chances were not great of it arriving in time to gift for Christmas.Kitepower had only one Prism Zenith 5 kite left, which I purchased - and they agreed to hold it so that I could collect from their store - when I could. Then Australia Post delivered the "original" kite; just two days after the pessimistic contact with them and still weeks before Christmas.Kitepower could not have been more helpful and understanding in sorting out the problem not of their making. Prompt and clear communication, and quick refund of the purchase of the "replacement" kite (which was offered before I asked). They had shipped the "original" kite promptly and it looks fine.Worth telling that not only did Kitepower sell me a great kite, they provided high quality customer service - even when tested by circumstances not of their doing.

Graeme Hunter: Hi i recently  purchased 2x gts 6  kites in 9 and 12 for my son and 2x xr6 in 9 and 12  for myself from Kitepower Sydney ,very happy with the price and fast delivery to Ballarat . had 3 sessions on the 12 xr6 ,2 sessions in 14 -18  knots  in smooth water at point henry vic , this is the smoothest kite i've ever flown , started kiting 15 years ago ,was able to do some nice 5-6 mt jumps at 18 knots and the glide and landings are ridiculously easy .the 3rd session was at point impossible in 20-24 knots choppy water ,was able to jump 9 mt on the 12  ,this kite has a great top end for me ,im 85 kg. Now for the xr6 9mt ,wow i can't believe how good this kite is ,was at Torquay low tide smooth water between the reefs at point Danger it was 27-30 knots and I have never jumped higher  14 mt jumps ,,the xr6 has such a huge sweet spot it makes jumping so easy . Im very happy with my purchase and now looking to buy the xr6 7 mt for those big wind days mid 30 knots should be awesome ,cheers Graeme Hunter

David O'Brien: This is the way a kiteboarding shop should be. Staff are super friendly. They take the time to understand your requirements, provide advice and never put any pressure on you to buy anything. There's a huge range of stock and I've been able to demo a great range of kites and boards over the years.After sales service is the best. Recently I had an issue with a kite I'd bought there which was well out of warranty and they didn't hesitate to inspect, diagnose and repair the issue for me and get me back on the water.Prices are very competitive but it's all the other stuff (mentioned above) that keeps me coming back. Keep up the great work boys and girls.

Mark Banas: Bought a Prism Bora Single Line Kite. The line was damaged on arrival. After chatting to the team they had agreed to replace the line. Super awesome service. The kite flew so well I decided to buy a dual line prism kite from them.
