Michael Camilleri: I attended two classes on Monday night and both were led by a wonderful cover, Ashleigh, who was the guardian angel over the energy of the room. I have been practicing yoga for 12 + years and the bhava that she set/held for myself and the rest of the students practicing was incredible. Her flow and then yin class, were enjoyable and she infused her own ideas and teachings so seamlessly.Already looking forward to taking more of her classes if she continues to be on the schedule.I have given 4 stars simply because of the size of the space. Justine Crowley: An amazing place to do yoga, and all of the instructors are so amazing. You're challenged in every yoga session, no matter how long you've practised yoga for. I loved the 108 sun salutations event just before Christmas, and my yoga practise has grown since I took up an opportunity to use a 10 class pass. Yin yoga with Casey has been the most transformative, working on the hips, digestive system, and the vagus nerve. I've never felt so relaxed and zen after a yin yoga session until I've come here. Cherry is amazing when vinyasa is your jam. Thank you so much ladies, Namaste. xxx

Jade Reardon: I've been attending the online guided chakra meditation classes via zoom and I've really benefited from them. Senka leads the meditation with warmth. The meditation itself is really different to any other I've attended. It is like being taken on a journey to another world and then upon returning, you feel a sense of lightness, your mind is rested, anxiety is lifted and you can look forward to a full night's sleep. I have found that in the midst of chaos during the day, I am becoming more resilient and I am noticing others around me getting caught up in the whirlwind of being busy and stressed while I just float through it. My life is just as stressful as it was before meditation however I feel stronger and more balanced. I am more open and empathetic as well.Also, I have been dealing with myalgic encephalomyelitis for three years. While nothing can cure M.E. I recommend Senka's meditations for managing pain, headaches, brain fog and they are especially helpful on those days where you feel your body is giving up on you. The meditations give me a sense of comfort, reminding me there is support out there and the strength I need is within me.

I came back again and we had another session with the earth element, which I could feel already worked for me. Warrior Princess: Each of Senka’s sessions is an amazing experience and definitely one of the best meditation places in Sydney.After my last session I felt as a lot of tension was coming out of me for several days like a river of negative feelings. Those negative feelings were not connected to anyone specifically, and they felt more like a bad energy I stored for so long flowing out of me from deep inside.I had a diagnosed anxiety problem for years and after meditation with Senka I feel more immune to other people’s opinion and I feel more centered within myself. Overall I would highly recommend meditation classes with Senka.

Lou Dub: I feel so grateful for the whole experience. The teachers are second to none. Mastering their subjects . After 20 years of practice and attending other courses, workshops in different Ashrams this is by far the best transformative journey. The “cherry on the cake” is their Ayurvedic clinic and yoga therapy centre where they cured me of a chronic condition. I am not at the flexibility level that I would like to be but I am moving with ease which gives me great satisfaction. Ana, Madhu, and Pavitra are all great. Highly recommended.
Elaine Redford: Practice like a Yogi has been life changing. Being 56 y/o and being able to strengthen and stretch back to headstands and lotus has been inspiring. My general aches and pains as a result of aging are reversing.Madhu is an advanced teacher of asanas and integrates the spiritual in all we do in the higher levels including asan, pranayam and meditation.It's not just physical. If you are looking for spiritual development, you must do this and commit to several months. The rewards are beyond your expectations.
