N S: Worst management, they either tax your expenses claims which is illegal to do or pay you short and claim they made a typo error. Ypu always need to chase them for payments as they will not pay your expenses on time. It's exhausting to deal with!

Rugby League History: Out of all the agencies I have dealt with since being unemployed Drake have probably been the best when it comes to communication and talking about work. I spoke with Steven Belletty who was easy to get a hold of and responsive with communication. I liked the fact that he didn't promise me the world either. A lot of other agencies will say "Come in immediately, we have a job just for you, all you have to do is register and you have the job", only to find the job doesn't exist or you have to do all these tests just to be considered for the role.Steven just said "Come in and register, we will put you on the system, there are 1-2 roles going, but first we just want to see what you are like and we will go from there". I liked the fact that I wasn't promised great things or lead to believe there may be a job, he was just honest about it.
Darren McKenzie: This company is a disgrace. I was charged for placements i didn't get through them 18 months later. They simply forward fake debt to D&B and wash there hands of it. Katie Moses and the team, you are morally bankrupt. WARNING!!

Ian Golamco: I was very disappointed as the contact was a strong referral from a friend. It took two follow up emails to secure a schedule, and the meeting link wasn't sent until the actual meeting day. Tight turnaround, but was able to coordinate including taking time off work to accommodate in the end. We ended up waiting 20mins to a no-show with no advice whatsoever. I understand that sometimes back to back meetings can go a bit over, but surely 20mins would have been enough to give proper notice. Very very disappointed.

The LordLuxe: I attended a job interview booked for 10am. Upon arrival noticed the office was very understaffed. The woman who interviewed me seemed unmotivated and spiteful, and was very rude to me.1. I had to sit in a que of other interviewees and was eventually interviewed at 11, an hour later.2. There were signs all over the office asking people to turn their phones off during an interview, however they answered the phone 3 times while interviewing me...3. During my interview I eventually found out they couldn't promise me more than two days of work a week, and I was told I need to "understand it from their perspective". Despite working at other agencies that have offered me 5 days a week in the past.4. The interviewer was so persistently rude and short with me I eventually got up and left, telling them to withdrawl my application.I would recommend this company to someone who doesn't need the money and is happy to work random hours a week, whilst being talked to like an idiot by a low pay grade administrator.For anyone else, I would suggest to look elsewhere.
