Meriton Suites Campbell Street, Sydney: what do users think?
Kenneth Leung: Great location and services as you would expected for a 5 star serviced apartment!
Phillip Campbell: My first time staying at a Meriton suites hotel and the experience was amazing. I arrived quite late to which the hotel was very accommodating considering I had notified them prior, the lady at the front was very helpful in guiding me to the correct set of lifts. The room was amazing, nice and spacious. Everything was nice and neat and clean. Only downside is when running the air-conditioners in the room their appeared to be a bad smell coming from them. Perhaps a better cleaning of the filters or something like that better be done in the future. other then that the 3 night stay I had was great!Walkability: Close to public transport hubs.Food & drinks: Close to plenty of restaurants.Noteworthy details: Spacious Room, Modern Appliances.
Warren Gray: Large quiet room. Friendly helpful staff. Great location to many restaurants and bars.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
R N: We had bad experience on our last day ,they charge us 40 dollar,,for nothing..room not clean ,room service only 2 days a week, under bed full of dust...Rooms: 5/1|Service: 5/1|Location: 5/1 …More
Calcapone: Loved the king size bed was so comfortable.Location is great for the light rail and for Asian Restaurants. The staff were great, can’t wait to stay their again.
Sally-Anne Whittington: As soon as you walk in to the Meriton Suites, Campbell Street, the stresses fall away. A very tranquil setting with cheerful and attentive staff. The hotel is very quiet and we'll maintained. Our room was spacious and, having the ability to open the windows, made it airy too. The kitchenette was well equipped. Close by to Chinatown, Paddy's Markets, Darling Harbour etc, so perfect for touring around. The light rail on George Street was only metres away too. Outside noises were minimal so, all in all, a lovely stay.Walkability: Within walking distance of QVB, Darling Harbour, Sydney Opera House, Train stations, Light Rail, etc. Close to so many attractions.
tango tango: Really nice place to stay
M: Unfortunately I had one of the most unpleasant experience here. The service from Sherlyna was not only unhelpful and she was rather unacceptably hostile. This is more than a one time occurrence that the service delivered were deliberately not helpful at all. However when I approached the other staff Devina and Yoshie, both have been really great and helpful. The experience I had with the bad service is making the stay here really frustrating.Noteworthy details: Unhelpful front desk staff Sherlyna
Facchetti A: 就在輕鐵站附近、地點適中附近商店及食店林立!亦在Chinatown 中範圍內!中式食堂不少!酒店房間雖大!但分佈及配合不當!未算星級標準!
Bene: Great hotel.Room was clean and well stocked.Staff were attentive.Heaps of great restaurants nearby.Tram stop very close.
Christina M Giuffre: Good cheap hotel in a prime location near Chinatown and Surry Hills.Rooms: 5/4|Service: 5/4|Location: 5/4 …More
Brad Coulter: I have stayed here many times. Always good friendly service. Excellent value for money.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great value, High-tech …More
Nomadic Nick: Hotel is strict on check in and out time. Rooms are well equipped with microwave, refrigerator, washing machine and dryer. Toilet is slightly small but the rest of the room is really spacious with a couch and dining table and an open kitchen.Housekeeping is not thorough. I stayed for over a week and cleaning was once every 2-3 days or on request.Elevators can get busy in the mornings and evenings. If you’re staying on higher floors, the wait could sometimes take up to 10 mins and getting down would take significant amount of time if the elevator is stopping at almost every floor.Location is conveniently located in Thai town with many restaurants and convenience stall open past midnight. What I’ve liked about the room (studio) is the spaciousness and that I was able to save money on laundry since that can be done in the room. Recommended for those who needs to stay for longer period.

Hilton Sydney: what do users think?
Peter Arcidiacono: Once a grand hotel, now just a high rise Travel Lodge - but worse.A hotel that has lost its way in all aspects. Room quality was terrible, food even worse. Speak to anyone of authority, and zero response. Like a big supermarket, just churn people through. Very sad.Rooms: 5/2|Service: 5/1|Location: 5/5 …More

Sonia: Breakfast at Glass was amazing. We've been lucky, both times we've visited, we haven't had any issues with certain stations running low/out of food or hot food no longer being hot. We went for brekky at 8am. Got there 7.45am and there was a long line of people waiting to be seated. We were shown to our seats around 8.10am.
Sidh Chailleann: A great experience throughout our brief stay. We stayed in one of the smaller suites. The room was spacious, clean, well appointed and comfortable. I have slept in many hotel rooms over the years in multiple countries; the bed at the Hilton was the most comfortable I have ever slept in bar my own. The staff are all very lovely and eager to assist. I have a serious back injury and at times have to use a wheelchair when I am in too much pain to walk. The doorman was always very helpful when I was getting on or out of Ubers; I looked for him on my last day to say thank you and tip him but he wasn't around. The access to the Executive Lounge is a nice added extra; the breakfast is good and there's enough choice so as not to get bored. We never used the lunchtime snacks or afternoon tea as we were out but the drinks and canapes in the early evening are a good touch as eating late in the city is the usual practice. I would really recommend this hotel to anyone and we will most certainly return. I thought the suite was very well priced.
Matthew Hodgson: My fav home away from home. Perfect place to stay in the middle of Sydney.
Ben Kurtz: Good conference facilities.

Thank you for the teams of staff that made our stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Hope to say hello again in the not too distant future.

Danny B: Excellent upscale hotel, with nice pool facilities and comfortable rooms. Breakfast downstairs was great, with fresh fruit and perfectly cooked eggs.
Rejimon Punchayil: Needs renovation of the facilities esp the Spa. Feels old. My experience with The Langham brand, in Sydney and else where, prompted me to stay here. House keeping leaves a lot to be desired. Over all a very ordinary experience for a brand that claims to be extra ordinary. Will not come back here!Rooms: 5/3|Service: 5/3|Location: 5/5 …More
Sam Fair: purchased a gift card to the spa online (for a work colleague) and went to pick it up two days later only to have them make me wait for 40 minutes in the lobby while they served every other person. I could understand them serving a handful of guests checking in, but plenty of their staff were just standing around seemingly aimlessly while I waited, and there’s no conceivable reason why they couldn’t print the card when I bought it 2 days ago and have it ready for collection? just lazy, second rate kind of garbage you’d expect from a hotel charging under $300/night. certainly not this place.

steven lee: Way below expectations on a recent 2 night stay. Have stayed at many 5 star hotels both here and abroad. Staff mostly were as if they are straight out of a hospitality course. On surface the staff are well dressed etc but scratch the surface and the incompetence becomes evident. Clunky communication, inconsistent cocktails (same cocktail taste completely different the next day), room service coffee taking more than one hour when a 15 min time was quoted. My guess is management allowed competent staff to leave and they are desperately filling with new staff. Seen this in my own industry. Would not return. Door staff were pretty good. The pool is lovely.
hammansam: Great rooms, actually decent sized when you pay more unlike some other hotels in sydney. Views not so great by decor and service makes up for itRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
Bree & Buzz: We had a wonderful stay here and didn’t want to leave! Our room was beautiful, luxurious and spotless. The service we received from every staff member was extremely professional and helpful, and made us feel very special. We loved all the small touches, from the pillow menu to the way housekeeping tidied our things with such care.We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for making our stay such a memorable experience.
Xinyu Zhang: Yo! Check it out!!!The pillow is dirty🤮🤮🤮 And the tap water is unclean!! Only has yellow water in my room😡I told the staff, they only show arrogance to me. They let me use the yellow water to shower. Didn't provide any compensation.Strongly not recommended 👎👎👎

M T: I had complained the oysters to staff that they all got quite a lot small pieces of shells in them but was asked to try some more. No difference. Found a dead mosquito in my husband’s glass of wine. Lipstick mark on the cup of my earl grey tea. There were mainly one to two young male staff serving many tables in our side that they did not spot them before they serve the drinks on our table. They seemed exhausted and could not be attentive timely. My birthday desert plate was delivered when our table was still filled with dirty plates and glasses. The floor manager also lack knowledge about the operation. She did not know about the buffet vouchers and blamed on lack of communication within their team and accused me of misunderstanding the terms and conditions of the vouchers. At the beginning she refused to listen to my explanation and demanded that I showed her the original of the gift vouchers in my digital device although it is their restaurant and hotel policies that we have to bring in the printed vouchers to confirm and verify. Believe me her attitude was not kind. When I was able to find the digital version, she did not look at it but apologised that she had not read the printed vouchers’ terms thoroughly.Food & drinks: Food was overall good except for the oyster. They had too many small pieces of shell in them. Not good in hygiene practices as my husband was served a glass of wine with a dead mosquito in it. Lipstick mark on cup of tea was also served to me.

David Surtees: Lovely big old decor rooms

Doug: Stayed 2 nights to attend the Mother's Day lunch at Luke's Kitchen in the hotel. Our room was a great size on the top (6th) floor. It overlooked the lightwell, but in such a vertically challenged building, a street view won't show much more. The 1939 building has been well restored. Staff, food, and beverages were top class. An enjoyable stay, and we'll add this hotel to our regular Sydney city roster.
Michael Fung: In comparison to the Primus, IHG have certainly marketed the place better as there's more people using the hotel based on the traffic but the quality of food has deteriorated.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/3|Location: 5/3 …More
Clinton McAdams: This hotel has the most friendly helpful staff I have ever come across. The rooms are new and very comfortable. Food is very good. Next to many public transportation options so it is easy to get anywhere you need to.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Natalia Carlton: Really like this place. We stayed for a week and had very pleasant time there. Location is very convenient- right in the middle of CBD, easy to walk everywhere. Beautiful restaurant, lobby, swimming pool. We had great time in Sydney
Doug Yorke: A little old fashioned on the outside, but not at all shabby. Big rooms and toilet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Has a rooftop pool. We'd go back.Rooms: Big, well fitted out. Nice bedNearby activities: If you don't want to walk 20 mins to Opera House, take the tram in the next street. Rail station and buses very close too. Cinema and shops one street down. Darling Harbour 5 mins walk.Walkability: 5 mins walk from Darling Harbour and 20 from Circular Quay. Train, rail, and buses very close by.
Rripley Lol: Nice place, friendly and helpful staff. Bed was heavenly! A bit taken aback at the $200 deposit required on top of the $600 odd for one night (two rooms). Hardly likely after electing to pay that much for one night that we will take off with the contents of the mini bar or trash the room. Securing just a dollar as per other hotels would achieve the same effect as it proves the card works and can be further debited as would be the terms of staying there. Not much trust these days.
Brooke Amy: Staff and managers are all attitude. Went in for breakfast with a PA client, never again.Rooms: 5/1|Service: 5/1|Location: 5/4 …More
Matteo Pace: Great experience at Kimpton Margot Sydney!! We went there for my wife's birthday and they really made it a special experience for us!! The hotel is stylish and clean. The people are supportive, professional and with very good manners. The location of the hotel is perfect, to be able to go around the city.Big recognition to Kenza Sebti and her customer focus professional approach, it was a pleasure to deal with her. Big recognition also to Sunny at Luke’s Kitchen and the way she coordinates the team there and take care of customers. In general, thanks to all Kimpton Team for an amazing stay!P.S. the 4 out of 5 stars for the room is not for the room itself, which is amazing, but for the lack of view out of the window.
Danielle Jung: This place was honestly great. We truly enjoyed the bottomless and especially the our waiter AB. He was 10/10!!!!! I cannot recommend his professionalism and fun more. Thanks AB!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Vadim Lunkin: Lovely hotel in the city centre of Sydney, authentic art deco building, spacious room, good amenities and great lobby
Sam S: Great to have pet friendly accommodation in the CBD but it’s not the best pet friendly hotel in Sydney. Lovely lobby but rules about allowing your pet there are patchy. When we checked in everyone was nice and there were a few dogs in the lobby, but during our stay when we tried to sit in the lobby to wait out some rain we were told dogs were only allowed by the reception desk. The rooms aren’t very comfortable to stay in during the day when avoiding rain. Couldn’t have breakfast at the hotel restaurant as again no pets allowed in that area. Airconditioning in the room is inconsistent - had to adjust thermostat throughout the night. The pool was icy cold (clearly not heated) and dirty, the seating on the rooftop looks abandoned so not an area you’d go to at all. There was an old meal tray in the bathroom under the sink when we checked in (eww). Would recommend the hotel based on location alone however I wouldn’t stay there again with or without a pet. Not comparable in any way to a five star hotel. Maybe four stars primarily because of the lobby, rooms 2 stars or 3 based on the size only. We had a one week stay.

Donna-Louise Wilson: Brilliant location. I mean we could see the Harbour Bridge and opera house from our room. Staff super friendly, house keeping woke us 8:45am Sunday morning because we forgot to put our do not disturb sign on the door, room 348 is above a honeymoon suite with a spa, so the floor and beds were shaking on and off, so we moved rooms then we had the awesome view. Ask for rooms on the East side for views of the bridge.Nearby activities: Walking distance to Circular Quay 5 mins, the Bridge is literally outside the front door, you can see the Opera House from the hotel and it's about a 20 min walk away, you can walk across the bridge free it takes about 20mins and there are lifts to take you up to the road level, walking around the Rocks is full of history markers, cafes and markets, closest train is 15 mins away on foot. Ferry boats at circular quay.Walkability: Central to everything. Very steep stairs in and around the Rocks but you could stick to the roads and foot paths if you had mobility concerns.
Leigh-ann Biggers: Room and location lovely. But no cups in the room for tea or coffee so had to phone to get them, plus coffee machine didn’t work properly. For $500 a night price gouge over long weekend you should at least expect the room to be full functional. Small things like this make a difference.Walkability: Close to everything you want
N M: I stayed here recently with the hubby for our wedding anniversary and the service was amazing, especially from Cheeson. We were given welcome bubbles upon arrival, and were also sent a complimentary bottle of bubbles to our room along with some TimTams to celebrate! The staff at breakfast service the following morning were all wonderful as well. The room itself was nice. I’m not sure if the furnishings and bathroom were worth the $500+ we paid for the one night stay, especially considering there was no balcony or even a window you could see much from, but the service and location were so good that we would definitely come back again. The king bed was super comfortable too.Thank you for a lovely stay!

Lots of great bars and restaurants aroundSafety: Very safe area, we saw no trouble of any kindWalkability: Easy to walk to everywhere. Circular Quay is just around the corner
Hing Kan: Had an event there. The location is perfect to watch Vivid and the location of the restaurant next to the waterfront was fantastic. The waitress were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and can’t say anything bad except around 15 mins walk to Circular Quay station
Martin Morgan: Good spot for a coffee.
Thi Ho: This was my very first time making a reservation for a hotel room to stay just for a night to experience a freedom of single life after I got out from a toxic relationship. I was so touched by how I was welcomed by the wonderful customer service at Pier One Autograph Collection. This was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had. This was also what impressed me most from the staffs here. Thank you so much everyone for making my stay so satisfied. There was no minus point at all during my only one unforgettable stay here. Apart from my great experiences spending my night here, I also had a wonderful meals for dinner and breakfast at the buffet in the morning. It was really lovely. I would only recommend if it’s possible to have more variety of food options for breakfast in the buffet, particularly with some additional Asian cuisine. That would be the greatest treat for me personally and for the larger part of the guests. Once again, thank you for everything.
Bernard Chan: The room is very spacious. Guest services is friendly but the rm is lacking basis necessities like toothbrush and drinking water. The venue is v.nice but extremely inaccessible without a car.Be prepared to walk a distance or take the public transport if you have no car.The gym is sad but you shld go out and run. Super scenic to see the bridge and the opera hse.

rulivy Mahar: This was my worst 5 star hotel experience. I expected the executive suite to offer more comfort and amenities which is very essential for a hotel stay. They didn’t had any bath robes, slippers or other toiletries in the room which was very disappointing and when we asked for them it was never delivered. Even there hotel room service dinning app doesn’t works as it directed us to order through the app for dinning service and after waiting 45 mins when we call at the room service they told the app is still being developed which was very frustrating as we weren’t able to get any food. I heard about a lot of this place but the service was very poor for an expensive experience.

Stella Mangan: Would highly recommend this motel very handy to where we needed to be, and the staff are very helpful and accommodating.Walkability: Motel is within walking distance to many places

Ian Kluge: We were very pleased and satisfied with every aspect of our stay. Our bed was very comfortable. Bathroom facilities were excellent. Ryan the manager went the extra mile and the staff were very friendly and provided very good service.Walkability: It was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Broadway Shopping centre was close. Great restaurants in area and close access to venue where the wedding was that we came to Sydney for.
Ayaka Hirano: It was awesome. The staffs were friendly and the room was clean.
Nanna X 3: We recently stayed at Best Western, the staff went far and beyond to help my husband organise parking which is a nightmare, I was in RPA so we chose Best Western for their proximity to the hospital. The staff helped make a stressful situation less stressful. The room was immaculate and the staff were so accommodating. Thanks again guys don’t know what we would have done without your help.I would not hesitate to recommend Best Western Camperdown.
J x: we stayed in the "Apartment with Kitchenette" room for 3 people. it was surprisingly spacious and with 2 bathrooms and a balcony! everything was clean and well looked after.there was a queen(or king?) sized bed and a single bed. honestly the only con i can think of is the traffic noise you can hear from the side with the single bed but everything else was perfect. great value for money
Coleen Alexander: My husband and I stayed at the Best Western Camperdown during my daughter's cancer operation which we were at a very low point and alone but staying at the Best Western it became apparent that we weren't.The management and staff were to be our family for the next month and treated us with great compassion and care, the accomoadation is by far as superior as anywhere I have stayed in the world well done Ihave no hesitation in recommending the Best Western Hotel.👏👏👏👏
losanna cippo: Buona posizione. Camera adeguata. Personale cortese e disponibile.Walkability: Si raggiunge facilmente il centro città
Julia Barbour: Room was comfy, clean and kitchenette had everything one could need. Complimentary washing facilities was fantastic. Vernice goes above and beyond with all her duties, a true treasure. The manager and Ryan, plus cleaning staff are all super terrific. What a wonderful team to look after us. Best Western should be proud of you all upholding their standards (and above). Thanks from the UK

Meriton Suites Sussex Street, Sydney: what do users think?
bryan conroy: Great stay, a work trip. Large self contained options, would be quite suited to family stay. Good central location, relatively easy access (uphill in some cases) to main CBD area, Townhall Trains etc.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/4 …More

Aarti Yadav: Staff is average - location is good . Cleanliness of rooms is not that great , kitchen stuff is average - response of housekeeping is super slow
Richard N.A: Currently staying two nights at the Merriton on Sussex. Cannot fault rooms, service or amenities. PREFOL Rémi: Great place to stay really close to Darling Harbor.Gym, sauna, spa and pool. All equipments you may need in the room : washing machine, drier, dishwasher, oven, big fridge.I'll comeback when I'm in Sydney.Rooms: Large rooms with couch and lots of equipments.Nearby activities: Darling harbor is extremely close to the hotel. You can find a Coles and a Woolworth around. So many shops around.Safety: Access Key needed to use the lifts.Room card gives only access to your floor and the gym/sauna/spa.
Lukman Hakim: Nice room with city view
Steve Hughes: Really good location and extremely well appointed rooms.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Quiet, Great value, High-tech …More
John Helsloot: First room we stayed in was the darling suite , shower leaked all over the floor throughout the bathroom our clothes got wet due to a rubberseal on the doors bottom missing. Staff was fast to respond and we got a upgrade. The next morning while making the bed we noticed blood on duvet that didn't belong to us and coffee stain on the sheet .Another complaint and the bedlinen was changed.Floor was dirty it needed a good mop.I had 1 cold shower as water went cold.Spa was not warm enough.Bed to big for room. The staff was very friendly.Would never stay in a Meriton suite again. For the price we paid I expected better
Brenda Briese: Great comfortable bed. Very very short on cutlery, plates etc!! (Annoying).Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More

Dado Moharic: Room, service, and location is amazing. Unfortunately, the sauna was out of order.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Jesse Medrano: I would not classify this as a real hotel. No daily housekeeping service and only full room cleaning after 7 days during your stay. None of this is explained on the website before booking a non-refundable reservation. Hotel was also out of hot water for almost a full day due to scheduled maintenance which was done during the day without clear notification. I don’t plan on staying at the hotel brand in the future and can’t recommend it to anyone else due to my personal experience.
Jan Bonney: My room was modern and very clean! I had a microwave that didn't work, was swapped out for a new one super fast! A little away from multiple food choices but much less noise then staying closer in towards the city centre.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/4|Location: 5/3Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More

Zheen111: Great atmosphere. I love it
Maggie Lum: Great leisure pools with wave pool and water slide perfect for a kids' party with supervision and guidance from attentive hosts. Not sure if this is the case everyday but the Olympic pool was cordoned off for Waterpolo so lap swimming is 25m.Visited on Weekend Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Not sure …More
Trailokya Mohan: Staff members are allowed to walk in front of minor children with swim suit it seems. Apparently staff need to use Changing rooms along with minor children.Visited on Weekend Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Not sure …More
Lani McDonald: This review is based on the showers mainly. The pools looked good and the staff were friendly.Women’s: showers were fine mostly, nice hot water but no bench to sit your things on, only a hook on the door.Men’s: open showers? I was told that they were cubicle showers in the men’s but there were no doors or even curtains on them, for privacy. Seems a bit inappropriate to have no privacy with children and adults showering in the same area.

V Krish: Good sports complex. Parking can be difficult when there are events scheduled
Andre Park: The swimming pool was large and good for swimming practice, but the absence of free lockers were disappointing. Staff were very friendly. If it's a place for your kids, this is the place you've been looking for.
Erin Aye: Hygiene practices are questionable. While waiting for one of my son’s lessons, I witnessed a child vomit during his private lesson. The teacher cleared the pool and all other students and teachers had to move to a different pool to continue their lesson, yet the vomiting child was allowed to continue his lesson in the new pool everyone had just moved to. On another occasion, my son was sick and was advised by his doctor to not attend school or swimming for a short time. I provided a medical certificate, yet they refuse to credit this lesson to to next term (which had been done previously), it’s no wonder so many parents continue to take their sick kids to swimming lessons if it means they won’t miss out on a lesson they paid for, despite having a medical certificate! Disappointing.
andrew young: Very nice facilities
George Wehbe: Clean, heated pools. Facilities like changing rooms need some work.
Devashi Wesumperuma: Great swimming pool. Kids. Leisure. Competition. Sliding tube. Wave rider. Parking is a nightmare during peak times of Sat/Sun mornings.
Freya A: Good vibe and well maintained, been coming here the past few months, staff are also super friendly
Callan von Sanden: Awesome place to take the kids with a heated pool and lots of space for kids that aren't confident swimmers. Also the slippery dip is an added bonus and clean facilities. Highly recommend!!
Samantha L: Great facilities and suitable for family!
Jack Lee: 這是做運動嘅好地方,但旺季時,泊車位不足夠。It's a good place to do sports, but not enough parking spaces during peak hours / seasons.
Carolyn Dagger: Great place but shouldn’t be charged for being a spectator.
mehdi akbari: Great

Leigh Kambanaros: Belgravia Management should start training the Staff and Life Savers to have Minimum Client Manners. What does Ian Thorpe think about this beautiful venue where Impolite and Not Trained People work every day ? Admin does not know basic stuff, you cannot ask them anything because they will not answer you. CLEANERS: why change rooms are always dirty? Why cannot this Aquatic Centre be maintained at Decent Levels of Hygiene? We think Belgravia Management does not offer enough and quality training for all staff employed. It is a shame having in view the infrastructure of this centre and the people’s money that contributes everyday to running it. Hoping for a better change and Sooner than Later. Please believe me, you don’t want me to post pictures with examples of mouldy showers and lack of basic hygiene in the changing rooms.

Joseph McCarthy: Great learn to swim classes
G Z: My daughter has been swimming in this swimming pool for years. Generally good facility and friendly staff, but tonight I had one of my worst experience. Upon exiting the car park, the machine can’t read my parking ticket. So I pressed the help button and hoping they will let me out as the lift is broken and it’s quite a climb also the parking fee is only 3 dollars. But I was told by Jonko I have to go up and pay for the ticket as it’s their procedure they can’t just let me out. So I walked all the way up and paid my 3 dollars. Then just before I’m driving out. The driver in front of me also had problem with the machine, but was immediately let out by the female staff after pressing help. I asked her why this driver was let out, she stammered and told me that driver only had Amex which is clearly a lie. I have no problem walking all the steps and pay 3 dollars as it’s the procedure. And I also understand the staff sometimes let a customer out in some circumstances to make customers’ life easier. But I’m disgusted by how different staffs treat customers so differently!
Sarah YG: Think twice if you wanna sign up Learn to Swim as an adult.1. When I sign up the front desk staff did not inform me that the contract will roll over after the 6 payments, and they only send the contract to my email afterwards. In fact, even the staff are confused about the terms.2. Once a coach told all the members in an intermediate class we cannot swim and need to move to the beginner class after instructing us to swim non-stop on the deeper side of the pool.Plus her attitude is very bad and did not want to communicate properly; all she did was shaming and scolding us.3. The facilities do not look like they are maintained. The shower room doors have black stains (mold?) on them and they never get cleaned.4. The centre even charges for lockers and the free cubes are on the lowest level of the storages and one row only.
Graeme Mills: Good pool, best to get in early, if your an experienced swimmer you’ll need to stick to medium / fast lanes as too many floaters in the slow lane. Kids pool is good, good temp too, seems to attract grandparents though who mysteriously like to hover over the fountain jets.. anyway it’s a very well lit and ventilated space, the design promotes a really nice openness and it is actually quite pleasant. . Change rooms are reasonably clean and maintained. The cafe has been closed for a while now, would be great if they opened it, even if just for coffee and juice.Swimming programs are pretty decent, all the coaches we have had thus far for the kids- learn to swim and squads - have been great and I highly recommend them.On the admin side, not super responsive, I’ve tried calling a few times and just get a voicemail, email responses are not super great. Your best method is administer your account via the portal.
Carmen C: Nice local centre ,lovely staffs !
Tsuyoshi Fujii: Great for diving of the block or practising for the swimming carnival
Eli Sharp: I love swimming here. The pool is fantastic, the facilities are clean, the water is warm and the showers are hot, staff are friendly and welcoming, parking underground if needed and public transportation nearby. They can be a bit behind on maintenance sometimes with the sauna going down often but otherwise 5 stars
Aashish Patel: Good facilities and price.
Lin Ka: Pool facilities are good however, the provider they choose to use for baby swim lessons is horrible to deal with. I cannot recommend it to anyone, better you go to the private baby swim pools in the area. The knowledge of instructors varies greatly, some have clearly never thought babies before. It’s exactly the same activities every week unless a new instructor happens to run the class. Together with most parents from our group I have canceled but do their processes are so inefficient that nobody looks at the cancellation form which you need to submit online. Not worth the hassle, go elsewhere for swimming lessons, especially for babies.
Dan: Sauna, steam room, pools , lockers. Shop. Food. Hot showers. Everything you need for a good swim.
William Wang: Very clean pool with a gym.
Callum Brook: Simply the worst admin I have ever experienced or you could imagine.Zero stars.Expensive, no waiting list for kids lessons, unhelpful and inept.Only two kids can fit on a family membership.Strongly recommend using any other pool in Sydney.
swang fang: Friendly staff, not too crowded (max 4-5 ppl in one lane)
ALAN L: Want to give a thumbs up 👍🏻 to one of the front desk staff called Romina. Had a little incident few days ago. My 360 membership got cancel or deleted for no reason. The card didn’t work when I got there in the morning. But it was crazy busy at that moment. So went back after work to sort the card out.Romina reached out to assist me. She looked into the issue. She was very professional and sorted out my problem smoothly. She noted that I reached age of 55 and offered me the concession. I was to the moon and back.Top notch to Romina. Hope the pool can employ few more staff like that.Cheers, Alan
