During last one year, I had approached several builders in my journey to shortlist and whenever a builder asks the requirements to be completed by them for future installation of the lift, you were very patient in replying to all our mails.We had finally come to a stage now to kick start the construction and seeing a light at the end of tunnel and confident in couple of years will move to our new house. Vanessa White: Very professional company, with fantastic communication skills that are greatly appreciated when a lift breakdown occurs. The prompt service, even when parts needed to be ordered, was second to none!
Mark Ayoub: You should get 0 stars, but unfortunately, Google gives you one.Not recommended to deal with, terrible in customer service, people need Lifts when they can use legs to go up and down if they can why they will use it!They are not reliable.Please avoid dealing with them.

Nin M: Emergency number was answered after 10min wait. Technician showed up 4.5hrs later (after a 2nd call to emergency number). This was after the lift cut out 5 times that morning with someone stuck inside on one occasion. We have problems with our lift but get no help from Electralift. I am receiving negative business reviews because of an unpredictable lift which I am now passing back to the source. Support is not Electralift's strong point.
Ally: My father in law (in his 70s) was caught in an Electra Lift today. The alarm button within the elevator did not work. We called the number listed in the lift and had to wait 5 minutes to speak to an operator. The female operator was extremely rude and had no concern for the fact that an elderly man had been caught in a lift for over 20 minutes in +30 degree heat. She could not give us an ETA for when the electrician would arrive and verbatim stated "you do you" when we said that we would need to call the fire brigade if it were a long wait. A male operator called us 10 minutes later and told us the electrician would be 20-30 minutes. In the interim, we managed to open the lift doors ourselves and pull my father in law out. We then tried calling back the number which rang out before calling again and waiting over 5 minutes to speak to another operator. For someone stuck in the lift, this would feel like a lifetime and could have evolved into a serious medical emergency. Based on the reviews and our own experience, this lift company should not be in operation. It clearly does not follow safety standards and the service is appalling.

Aaron Chin: Now I understand why the company got so many bad reviews, as I have experienced the worst from them. Very unprofessional and unreliable service.Few weeks ago, I accidentally dropped my set of keys into the elevator shaft. Contacted the strata and they advised me to contact Electra Lift Co.Denzelle from the company has scheduled the technician to be on site on the 16/11/2022 7.30am (a week from posted date). This works perfectly because I can then request to work from home and I could make sure the technician able to retrieve my keys.However, this afternoon I received an email from Denzelle telling me the technician was on side. I then rushed home just so that I get the keys from the technician. When I arrived home, the technician has left and so I had to call the company to confirm what happened. So they told me the keys have been left in my mailbox but turned out it was only my gym tag (it was attached with the other chain of keys that dropped into the shaft). Where are the keys?Tried to contact Denzelle many times but the receptionist kept telling me that she was away from her desk. At one point, the receptionist told me Denzelle was going o give me a call right away but I waited and nothing happened.I have written an email to them and hoping they will look into this asap. Lets see what will happen. Wish me luck.

Mike Lin: Got blocked in the lift today and press the alarm button as shown on the screen. No one answered the call! Somehow I was lucky to get out the lift but when I called the emergency number still no one answered the call! Your service is not good and I would give none star if there was an option. And do not tell me that you had many customers stocked in the lift at same time as I did!
Matt Tulk: This company is a complete and utter joke, After paying a significant amount of money on lift upgrades to our building this joke of a company is unable to fix simple lift programming issues that have gone on now for 4 years instead claiming this is how the lifts controllers work. I would NOT recommend this company in a pink fit they are incompetent and not able to resolve simple issues.

We have been out of NO LIFT in our 6 story building for close to 4 weeks now and their responses on call / communication to building customers are so lethargic. But the shopping centre I go to has these escalators, 2 sets, at least one side seems to stop every other week and one side has been broken for something like 3mths. I have been told waiting on parts. How can they not provide parts in all this time.

Pr P: Absolute disgrace. Made an appt at the warehouse with Sarah to meet Lilliane. Brought my elderly parents at agreed time & date. No one there to assist us. Did not even have the manners courtesy or decency to let us know they can’t make the appt. Go elsewhere , this company has no idea about how to treat customers especially the elderly. No one wants to take accountability.
Patricia Volpatti: Con and David worked long and hard to install our chair lift, finishing at 6pm the first day. David returned next day after work around 4pm and worked until 9pm. It should have been a 2 day install. Both were extremely helpful at all times. David took time to explain everything fully even despite late hour. Area was left clean and tidy.
Garry McCarten: CIBES A4000From Melbourne we purchased a Cibes A4000 lift from Direct Lifts’ Brisbane office.We needed a three-story lift to go from a basement garage, to existing ground floor, to a new second floor extension in a weatherboard house.Attractive features of this Cibes lift for our situation were that doors could be located on different sides at each floor; it didn’t need a steel or masonry structural wall; it came with its own external wall so didn’t need space-consuming walls to be built around it and it was very space efficient with the lift well space only marginally bigger than the internal lift space.In the absence of a Direct Lifts showroom or demo unit in Melbourne, we committed to the purchase based on quality sales advice and a zoom walk-through with the sales rep Adrian from Brisbane.Direct Lifts provided regular delivery status updates during the 6-month lead time.Installation was done over a 3-week period with a quality 2-man team.Commissioned last week it meets all our expectations. We are a happy customer.
Gary Smith: We live on the sunshine coast in Qld .In mid 2021, my wife , Vicki, and I initiated a significant redevelopment for our property including the inclusion of an external lift to travel 3 levels from our living area on top level to our bedrooms on the 2nd level and onto a new deck with outdoor kitchen and pool incorporated.From our initial contact with Christian the project has progressed seamlessly . From the delivery of the lift to final handover we had very special treatment from all involved .Our main contacts were Katrina and Kahl who were both onsite.Their diligence and work ethic were 2nd to none. Kahl was here from start to finish and we could not have had a more supportive person. We thank them both for their wonderful attitude and a great product .Can't forget to mention Christian and Fiona for leadership in the project. What a great team. We can now access our whole property into to our latter years and stay in our home for much longer. Thank you .

Michael Boesenberg: I recently had to contact Direct Lifts out of hours on a Saturday night due to a problem with my chair lift (non mechanical). I could not use the lift and I am reliant on it for my quality of life. Emma took the call and amazed me in assigning the call out for Monday at 7.00am. Martin arrived at 6.59am and solved the problem within 20mins. Martin stayed and tested and retested the chair. I'm 69 and have never experienced such caring support. My hat goes off to Emma and Martin

One of the adults is older than 60 and recently had surgery to remove a brain tumor 2 years ago and still physically affected by it.Time trapped: 90mins- At 6pm we entered the lift to go to a pre-booked dinner for my birthday and immediately became trapped.- we called the emergency help button and tried the two options provided which were to hold open the ground floor button and open door button for 10seconds- then they said they will call a technician and call us back with an ETA and before hanging up I informed her of the people involved (a toddler & elderly lady) to raise the importance of it- they called back and said the technician will be 45mins away- I said “that’s not acceptable, please call the fire brigade as we have no reception and can’t do it ourselves as there is a 4 year old in her and need to be out immediately” and her comments we “I can’t call them”- I re-iterated that if you can’t be out within 20mins you need to notify the fire brigade (as per the majority of lift contracts)- understandably we were furious with this and left utterly helpless with my mum, my partners parents and nephew trapped in a lift at a property we live in and pay a lot of money to maintain and provide a safe environment for everyone who visits- we called back straight after the call was timed out and we were told that she will “try” and contact security to log a call with the brigade. We said “don’t try, just do it”!- this lady was incredibly rude and showed zero empathy to the fact we had an infant and an elderly person trapped in a lift and zero attempt was made to help us- this is after 30mins and we were told the technician is on his way, but would not give an ETA which was again not adequate- after 45mins we called back again “she said she spoke with security and the brigade has been called”- 60mins in and still no sign of brigade or technician we called back and asked what is happening and told “the technician is still another 20-30mins away” and then we lost it!- I had to engineer up a way to get one of our phones jammed in the door and use the metal from the door as an antenna which worked and got service to call 000- they were 100 times more polite and understanding of the situation unlike the lift company employee- the brigade did say that no called was logged for that lift despite what were were told which literally put our lives in danger due to her lying to us- within 15mins of that call the brigade was on site and had us free- if that call was made right when we requested it then we would not be here having a discussion about a person putting my family in a serious life and death situationOnce freed, a Neighbour came out to see if we were ok and say that the same thing happened to his family twice now and was in there for 30mins on one occasion and 45mins on anotherImportant notes:- zero empathy was shown to us for the incredibly serious situation we were in- we were lied too twice, first was that she said she had contacted security(15min mark), only for the other girl to say that she only just spoke with them (at the 45min mark) AND that the brigade was called to find out that this was also a lie when I managed to get reception- once we finally called the brigade the lift team called back and said “oh so you could of called them this whole time?” What kind of service is that?? If I didn’t engineer up a solution we could of been in there for 2 hoursAfter the incident, I have email proof that they didn't call the fire brigade because they didn't want to damage the lift.....Should never manage any lift ever again

I was assured certain things about my chairlift ,it was a second hand one, and it was all lies and it has cost me many hundreds of dollars in repairs. Also one charge was close to four hundred dollars for a call out fee before repairs were done. A very unhappy customer.

John Hancock: As a wheelchair user I was trapped in one of their lifts in the Inner West for a horribly long time this morning and afternoon. Manual drop didn't work well and wasn't marked to stop at each floor, manual pump in top floor cabinet was barely operable by the (competent)female staff in the building due to style, phone in the lift was set to internal use so I had to guess at the number to call them on. Door locks needed keys they were. Previous issues with the lift were ascribed to user imagination and the lift was 'reset' instead of properly investigated.Spoke to Kevin who obviously didn't give a stuff, didn't agree when he would send someone out and didn't sound like he cared what the issue was.0/10 would not recommend.Further to previous review now stuck on first floor of same premises with new lift failure. Lift has to be pumped by hand so we're talking a good 20 minutes to reset to first floor after it gave out, went into maintenance and then dropped itself to the ground floor while kids were being offloaded.

Brendon Mackenzie: We have just had our new lift installed. Easy living have been excellent to deal with from the initial introduction and sales by Austin Macnally to the installation by Scott and Jessie. The installers were punctual, efficient and hard working. We did encounter a couple of issues (not Easy Livings fault) but Scott and Jessie solved the issues without any fuss and were only too willing to do whatever was required for us to obtain a good outcome. All facets from ordering the lift to final installation were carried out on schedule, which is no easy feat considering the logistics involved.
