Barbara babepi.: I've been following the IWL plan since the beginning of the year and I cannot recommend it enough. Its evidence-based, empathetic and practical approach has helped me achieve long-term lifestyle changes in 4 months that I'd been struggling with for at least 10 years. This is a universally suitable program. I'm Italian, based in Italy, and yet everything about the tools and knowledge base provided has felt perfectly natural to me. By far the best investment I ever made for my health.

Aliesha Treasure: Interval Weight Loss is the best evidenced-based approach to weight loss and health that I have found. The six Principles that underpin the program become your way of life. I really like that no food groups are excluded and that you choose to do exercise you enjoy. It is a completely sustainable way of losing weight and becoming healthy. Then the plan went online, with an app!This plan is about learning how to eat regular nutritious foods, about moving and exercise, about replacing unhelpful habits with good habits that support and improve health.... there is no diet! It is not a quick fix, so being prepared for slow and steady progress over time is essential so as to not feel discouraged...I reached my 1st weight loss goal in October 2020, and I'm now working toward my 2nd and final weight goal.. so 11kg down now, 11cm off my waist measurement. I feel really good, I enjoy hiking more now that hills are easier! I look forward to reaching my 2nd goal in the near future and I feel optimistic about moving to maintenance mode... just a healthy way of life, and I have learned this along the way.

Alanna Grant: Fantastic program. Simple to follow and tasty food. Following the food group recommendations of the CSIRO TWD is so much easier than counting calories. I feel so much healthier and more energetic now I’ve learned how to eat properly.
Darilyn McMullen: I found the food not so different to what I normally eat.The recipes and meal suggestions were mostly delicious and the amount of food was more than enough.Tracking - keeping note of what you eat every day was very helpful and it didn't take long for me to work out a plan that suited me. Tracking made me more aware of the daily balance of food units consumed and of the energy expenditure each day.I lost 8 kilos in 12 weeks. That makes me feel so different.I'm more active now, less lethargic, I have less joint and muscle pain, I can exercise more and my moods are more balanced.
David Tierney: Can highly recommend the CSIRO Total well Being Diet. Its not a diet but a lifestyle change. Have dropped 11kg in the first 12 weeks with little change to exercise habits. Have signed up for P2 and with increasing exercise and eating right with the help of the program know that I will continue to work towards a healthier me.

Maria Costanzo: I joined CSIRO TWD Fast Start Shakes Program in January. I was worried how I was going to cope on these shakes after previous experience (pharmacy brand) suffering severe migraines. I had no problems. In fact I was pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed taking the morning shake and to the lunch shake adding a fruit turning it into a smoothie. I was never hungry during this time and quite enjoyed them. The meal plans are helpful to get started on this journey. After a few weeks I was able to free-style to suit me, importantly, still tracking everything I had. I've lost weight very slowly this time round. This could be due to medical reasons as my doctor confirmed, though on the plus side my cholesterol levels have improved. I'm hoping to continue till I reach my goal weight, so a few more kilos to go, which is always the hardest

Robyn Duckworth: After a health scare late last year, I decided I seriously needed to do something to make sure I improved my physical wellbeing and drop the weight that had been steadily increasing, leading me in a pre-diabetes direction. I chose CSIRO total wellbeing program due to it's reputation and previously using one of their recipe books. I am thrilled with it and for the first time can imagine I can embed this way of eating long-term. The recipes are engaging and tasty, the online tracker easy to use, the food groups make perfect sense and the exercise videos which admittedly I am still to really engage with are clear and professionally presented. My diet type was identified as "Foodie" which surprised me, but was useful information, as I really do like different types of food. I realised while I was eating mostly healthy things, I was overeating. On this program I don't get hungry and it hasn't been hard to stick to it, despite being on holidays for 4 weeks in January. I am halfway to the weight loss goal the program identified, having lost 8 kgs in just over 3 months. I am feeling much better with loads more energy. I've received my refund and commenced on the 2nd 3-month program.

Kathryn Kit: I was very nervous about starting this program, however, took the plunge on the 30th June 2021 (Wednesday) and purchased the program. I commenced the program on Monday 5th July 2021, as I wanted the weekend to stock the fridge/ freezer/pantry and figure out the program. The program has interchangeable menus thankfully as I do not tolerate sea food. I wanted to try SO many of the recipes but perhaps I took on too much. So decided on choosing the one item from the menu for breakfast, a couple of things for lunch and dinner. That way I could try a few recipes and decide what I like most. I found my new breakfast (Uncle Tobies Swiss Muesli 45g, Chia seeds 7g, Ground cinnamon 2g with Chobani yoghurt 170g - to me this is the BEST BREAKFAST EVER and occasionally will have it as a desert at night! bonus!) Chobani yoghurt is very yummy!I have found so many different recipes to try however have my favourite few.Some days, I just find there to be too much food to consume. For my 12 week program I lost just over 11kg. I was happy to be going DOWN on the scales and not UP as I had been going!. The editorials were good. The downloadable PDF's very helpful. Once you get used to it is easy and I love the daily food/water/step tracker. I had been using another one before this however, feel the accountability with CSIRO to be worthwhile for me personally.
Faye: Highly recommend TWD diets. It's worth the full price to develop healthy eating patterns and achieve a better weight. The hope of getting a full refund was also a great motivator (and I got there!! - make sure you read the guidelines carefully at the start). I lost 6.6kg over 12 weeks despite trips away, eating out and substitutions for dietary intolerances. My husband and I both enjoyed the meals and rarely felt hungry. There are a number of different options to suit different goals and food preferences and good help too.
Amy Mapunda: Lost 11kg on the 12 week plan and couldn't be happy.Not like a fad diet where you loose weight but then gain it back just as quick ...the CSIRO TWD teaches you how to have a balanced diet.You can still treat yourself too, which i believe is important.The negitive things wasThat I did find the recipes used a lot of the same ingredients in the same week. Which I'm sure people might prefer when they do their shopping so less waste.And the recipes didn't always match the picture.But apart from those small things, the diet is great and would totally recommend it.So good that you get your money back too. I like cooking, but don't necessarily like spending hours on food prep after work, so the fact that most of the recipes were ready in around 30 minutes was ideal for me. I lost exactly the amount that the plan predicted, and even earned a refund!If you are looking for a new, healthier way of eating, then this is the diet for you.

Just an Opinion: Its been 17 months since Julie helped free me from a 30 year addiction to cigarettes. I didn't actually think hypnosis would work, but I felt so desperate to stop I figured I had nothing to lose ( except the $500, which I've since recouped plus the thousands more I've saved not buying a packet of cigarettes every day.) What surprised me the most was how easy it was. I had bought a new packet before my 2nd session with Julie (like I said, I didn't think it would actually work!) but when I got in my car to drive home afterwards I thought 'oh, this is where I usually have a cigarette '....only I didn't have one, I even laughed at the situation. I had that thought often in the first weeks, e.g. Every coffee, glass of wine, phone call etc....but still didn't have one, only laughed out loud at how I was finally free from being a slave to cigarettes. Gradually I thought less and less about cigarettes (maybe coincides with time it takes to detox from nicotine?) and before I knew it 6 months had passed, a year and now it's been 17 months. My only regret was leaving it so long to make an appointment. I wasnt sure which hypnotist to go to...there are so many...I think I chose Julie instinctively...Julie herself is a lovely person. She's genuinely concerned with helping people and very intuitive. I found it very easy to open up to her and trust her. If you're serious about stopping smoking but can't do it alone then I highly recommend Julie Rice. I saw Julie again last week to help me lose weight (not related to stopping smoking btw)...its too early to tell except I've definitely been eating less and not craving my previously obligatory sweet 'treat' in the afternoon...thanks Julie!

Elias Faj: Dr Craig Taylor and the team at the OClinic are really worth every cent! I had bariatric surgery on 15 September 2021 and have since dropped 56kg, the surgery really does work and all you have to do is follow the simple instructions of the surgeon and dietician! I have added years onto my life and eliminated any previous health problems. The follow up from the OClinic is amazing and the team really do care. Anyone that says the surgery doesn’t work must have not put in the effort. Thank you Dr Taylor and team. Really a first class clinic.
troy parnell: I had weight loss surgery done by Craig Taylor about 8 year's ago. Ive always had problems. Craig response was just don't eat as much. and you be right. 2 years ago I went to see craig again. He just wanted more money. Thats all it's about. I walked out feeling like a number. I ended up choosing another surgeon. Had a gastric bypass done. He's response was "who was the butcher that done your sleeve and also any wonder you having so much trouble." My recommendations is to Stay right away from Oclinic
Sam tron: 17 Month Update. 148kg to 78kg. -70kgThis has been an incredibly emotional journey.I haven't handled it the best. There have been ups and downs.The Oclinic has been awesome in supporting me, and frankly putting up with my moods. I'm so sorry they've had to do that. They've been exceptionally compassionate.I had 2 small hiccups, I got emotional, and I was very well supported. Oclinic and Dr. Taylor went WELL ABOVE AND BEYOND to support me. I did not deserve it, and I was still supported, and more, treated with kindness and compassion and extraordinary service excellence.I'm so glad that I cancelled my operation with one doctor and chose the Oclinic instead. I asked a Facebook group for a recommendation, and many people recommended Dr Taylor and the Oclinic... Now, I know why.I have not done everything perfectly...But I have been scared and desperate. After some early mistakes, I started tracking calories, and I was working out in the gym, from 4 weeks post op, religiously.If I could suggest anything to those that follow after me...1. Fix your head. ASAP. Get help. The operation is a band aid otherwise...it's temporary if you don't fix the root cause, in my opinion. I'm working on this, and I won't be stopping. I've got amazing support, including that provided by the Oclinic after care.2. Take Progress photos every 2 weeks at least. Same poses. Front, side and back. Your head will lie to you. People will tell you, "you look amazing". But photos never lie. And YOU WILL STALL. OFTEN. Those photos will blow you away.3. Track your calories. Drinks and food. Make it your new habit. It isn't really suggested by doctors and nutritionists. But for me this was a game changer. It allowed me to know exactly what worked, what didn't, and WHY. I have scales...everywhere. Car, kitchen, bedroom. Might be excessive. But it works.4. Lastly, you really need to change. If you didn't move before, you need to move now. Daily. And track it. Find something fun you always dreamed/wanted to do. And just f@cking do it. If you ate x everyday? Find the healthier substitute. Or just don't eat that anymore. For me it was substituting chocolate with sugar free chocolate. And I don't drink alcohol anymore.This is the most incredible gift I've ever been given. My current goals are:1. Weight Maintenance = 3 more months2. Lean Muscle Gain = 5kg, 3 years, 10% body fat3. Learn Martial Arts = ASAPGod Bless during Covid. Ever grateful to Dr Taylor and the amazing team at the Oclinic. Sandra White: I have had my band for 12 years and lost 30 Kilo's, the support in the early days was great, however, my band was loosened a lot and as a result I have put on ten Kilo's in 3 months, even while on limited calories and regular exercise. While the staff are lovely its so difficult to get an appointment and to have my needs met.
