Also, not just the Grazianis but even both their other staff I spoke to there were just really nice people to chat to.Buying: They had a car I wanted in the shop. They drove me around the block in it, were fair in the negotiations for both the seller and myself and made sure it was spotless for me when I picked it up. They swapped plates over for me and handled the paperwork and transfer easily. Tony also spoiled me with chocolate but I put it in my pocket and it melted so my advice is to eat it on the spot. :)Selling: I got a ridiculous quote for trade in somewhere else so I wasn't keen on doing that. After buying my new car with SG, I left my car with them to sell on consignment. I felt their terms for selling was very fair. They had detailed it and had professional pictures up within a day from when I handed it over. It took exactly two weeks to sell my car and was not too far off the expectation - as a supercar, I was pretty impressed by this. tony strong: It took three wasted phone calls to other dealers before I got on to Scuderia Graziani and my desire to obtain a sports car was finally getting somewhere. Rahal Kulatunge: Made the effort to travel 20km to visit this dealership to have a look at 2 cars they posted online. On arrival a sales person asked me if they could assist. I wanted test drive the cars and compare as they were the same model with different engine specs. The response was “don’t mean to be rude but to test drive these cars you need to prequalify for purchase prior, we don’t want people wasting our time and not purchasing after”. I was shocked and felt humiliated. Thinking this was highly unprofessional I proceeded to leave the dealership. Since when do you need to show your bank account to test drive a car.

When we arrived back the same salesmen was not out the front, gave the keys back to another salesmen and decided to think about it as it’s a big price decision.Was about to leave when we received a call, asking about the damage done to the back.Starting accusing us of damage.He was not aware we were still on the lot, when we walked back in he was in obvious shock we caught him driving the car away down the road.Had a conversation, said we were happy to settle it and call the police to see options, we had nothing to hide as we did NOT do the damage that was already there before we got in the car.He then got mad and arguing and then jumped in the car and sped off down the street.

Harry Hart: I paid a deposit and signed a binding contract on a car. When they put it through the workshop (they'd told me they had already done this as a sale on the car had fallen through?), they discovered there were things that needed fixing and weren't prepared to honour our contract. They reneged to decide to sell it wholesale in NSW rather than it having to pass a roadworthy certificate in VIC. A very unprofessional bunch of clowns... and pity the wholesaler who ends up with the car I was going to buy. Sadly a typical lying car dealer. Stay away... you've been warned!-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------As I can't respond to Rob's response, I'll edit my original review... there were no 'major' issues, rather a number of costly minor issues. I was happy to receive the vehicle, as per the contract, with these issues fixed. You decided this was going to cost you too much, something you admitted on the phone, and reneged on the contract. I had no choice in the matter. I was told the vehicle had previously been sold but the deal fell over due to finance and that it had been 'checked out' prior to this sale, so either you're lying or you're inept... seemingly both!I bought an $800 pan-am grill for the vehicle... what am I meant to do with this now? You broke the contract because it was financially better for you to do this, with no regard for my preference. Any way you look at it, it's simply unprofessional.

Yianni Nakis: When purchasing my audi, before the money was on the table, they were super helpful, once the deposit was payed, everything felt rushed and things werent mentioned like a dint that i later discovered. in the photos the car looked amazing, when photos were taken a few weeks later at their repair shop, it was clear the audi was being driven around and was dirty inside and out.once i purchased the car, thankfully it had the 3 months warranty as so many things were going wrong, oil leaks and coolant leaks.these issues were finally fixed but was a lot of effort to get done, this even involved removing the engine and drive train, when asked for pictures of the progress, i was ignored then finally when received the car back, there was a coolant leak, they said they fixed it but didnt and i fixed it myself, also they left the x brace loose and many other bolts.I returned back to have the injector seals replaced as they were leaking; they charged and turned out it was the rocket cover leaking oil, they did not diagnose the problem and still charged. not happy. this is why i do not like buying from dealers.

Jim Hernandez: I recently purchased a car through Anthony of Hogan's Prestige. From the moment we met I knew this was different (in a good way). He did what he said and was waiting for me with the car ready to view when I arrived. Throughout the process he treated me fairly, with no pressure. What I found to be refreshingly different was (1) The price we agreed was less than what he could have gotten if he had held onto the car for a longer period of time (2) He had the car serviced by Ferrari of Sydney before delivery to ensure all maintenance items and any service recalls were up to date (3) he purchased at no extra cost to me NEW dealer accessories to be included after we had already agreed on the price. He explained to me that his model is to have high turnover and to provide a high level of customer service. That allows him to keep his pricing low and still run a profitable business. I would (and have done so) recommend doing business with Anthony and the Hogan team.As an update, a few months after I had the car, Anthony sent me another factory new accessory that he had ordered from the dealer because he felt the one on the car was a bit marked. This was a total surprise - although not surprising that Anthony would do something like that. The ease of dealing with him and the level of customer service/satisfaction delivered is unlike any motor dealer I've ever experienced!

John Roussis: Hogan Prestige truly lack the art of customer service, namely Anthony - I made contact with this dealership regarding a 1958 Corvette they were selling via their website - to cut a long story short, I made an SMS offer for the car directly with Anthony and he NEVER got back to me, I sent him several SMS's asking him to respond re my offer, my SMS's fell on deaf ears / eyes - NO acknowledgment to my offer whatsoever, nothing !!! This conduct surprised / shocked me, so I decided to delve deeper into this dealership with the help of Google reviews and I was shocked / alarmed to read the dodgy / unprofessional practices / conduct of Hogan Prestige - THANK GOD we have Google reviews to help consumers !!! And YES I sent a final SMS to Anthony retracting my offer and to why I was doing this !!!

Stacey Leonie: Wow! These guys just get better and better with every interaction. It's clear Hogan Prestige is a company that values it's clientele. I bought my BMW from Anthony and Terry in 2021. Anthony in particular made the transaction seamless, and I drove out of the showroom feeling that I'd made a sound purchase. As a consumer, you never quite know what's going on under the bonnet and whether your purchase will turn out to be a good one, but the car has driven so well this last 10 months. When a rear blinker component failed just recently, I went to my nearest mechanic, and quoted $450 just for the part, let alone installation. So I called Hogan Prestige to see whether my BMW was still under warranty, and although it wasn't, Anthony very kindly offered to order the part in and fit it for me. Again, another no-fuss process, and when it was installed, he wouldn't let me pay anything! What a guy, what an organisation. Don't hesitate to buy your dream prestige car from Hogan's - they'll look after you very well. Thanks again to Anthony, Terry and the entire team.

Simon: When they get a bad review the owners of Sydney Prestige Motors deny they know the customers, or the customers are not being honest about who they are (this doesn't make sense and is irrelevant anyway - the review is about them, not the customer. It is just one of many tactics they use when responding to their numerous one or two star ratings), or the reviewer is referring to the wrong car dealer, saying it couldn't possibly be them as they are beyond reproach. Or they ask the reviewer to contact them so they can fix the problem (we did contact them many times to get problems fixed. When we took it back they didn't fix the main problem which was clearly covered under warranty). So just to be clear, I am correctly referring to Sydney Prestige Motors, Stoney Creek Rd Beverley Hills. My advice, there are plenty of used car dealers around, make sure you go to any one of those, just don't go to Sydney Prestige Motors. I could write all the problems we had with them over the last year but we've already wasted enough time on them. We have put in a complaint with NSW Fair Trading (the owners can incorrectly say we haven't, that's fine).

ashish deshpande: I bought a VW Polo (rego CG****) in March 2020 from this shop. This shop was located near Auburn at that time. I have driven this car less than 20k kms so far. Dealer told that car is in pristine condition. He also said that it will run 1000km in one full tank. But it never ran more than 500km in a tank. A week after buying, just curiously I bought report of this car from a NSW website, and the report said odometer of the car could have been tampered with. That was a bit of a shock to me. I did service this car every 6 months and still I had numerous issues with this car in last 3 years. Coolant pipe started leaking for which i spent $900. Ignition switch stopped working for which i spent $600. Last year in December gearbox stopped working on a highway, luckily traffic was slow and i could stop the car on the service road. I spent $4500 on fixing one of the components of gear box. Finally i have decided to buy a new car. I will scrap this car once I get my new car.
