So I pay extra 15$.Next day I go back to exchange the 35$ dress. And I want to replace it with 60$ worth of dress.I paid 45$ extra but I know it’s wrong but we couldn’t agree and I thought I am wrong she is right. I didn’t wanna keep her busy as well. I am so confused can someone do the math again please? (I didn’t get any money back I just replaced them each time)How much was I supposed to pay extra?

Jack: Not a bad store but I bought some things and went to return a few and they refused to refund the money. It had been two hours, I had the receipt and the products were sealed but their store policy contradicts Australian law. Make sure you only buy what you need or just go elsewhere.

No please no just letting you know! I work in retail and we close the doors maximum 5 minutes before closing time and i have never dared myself to speak like that to a customer!! Disappointing customer experience every time i go in there!Also the custom i purchased was a 3 piece set and 1 piece is missing but i will not be going through that horrible customer service again just copping it!!

But even so, the staff should not have the right to mock me about it. When I was at the counter he was asking the Date of birth registered for the membership. I answered 5 seconds later and he asked me “you dont remember ur bday?” And smiled in a weird way.After that experience, I really do not want to return to Sephora no matter how good the promotion is.

TRILUWNA A: Do not go there. You will end up fuming by the staff. I was scolded from the SENIOR staff for trying to get understanding about how my point works at the counter. How can you be Senior staff when you has no customer service skills at all. Very rude. They seems like i was there begging for coins. I have spent heaps and always loyal to this company. Please change your staff or proper train them in professional way. I dont need to be pleased but please you guys be nice as how I treated you nice and I deserve to be treated fairly. Most of the staff there acting cold. Doesn’t seem like they really want to be there. Plus im not the only person was scolded there. Dear Management, do not ignore of all the bad reviews. Something need to be done.

Dream101 Dream101: A very great range of products, knowledgeable staff and good membership offers. However, there is only one downside. Every time that I walked in, they seemed to be short staffed. Everytime I have to wait for a good 10 minutes or constantly chasing customer service staff for help until I finally receive some attention. Time to employ more staff Sephora!Update: This place has gotten much worse! The service that I get from supermarkets is much better than Sephora @Pitt st! Everytime I go there, I see staff talking to one another or singing to the tunes of the song on speaker, while the store is full of customers wondering around and hoping to be helped. I see many staff at cash register and no staff on the floor to assist. I see staff busy with doing makeovers for one or two customers, with no staff to assist other customers. Going to this Sephora is an overwhelming and frustrating experience.
