ilke ilke: i don't understand how this place is still in business .because i have been calling for the last two day during business hours to inquire about a few parts and only one phone number 9748 7400 , can never get through because line is busy or when i do get through they dont answer, i think it would benefit you to invest in a receptionist or two to answer calls

Hills Motorcycle Wreckers: what do users think?
Frank Fartface: Had exactly what I needed at a good price. Happy as Larry
Gav Holz: Polite on the phone but didn't have what I was looking for.
Brian Godsell: When you search for scooter parts this sites turns up on top. Went there to ask if they sell any scooter parts. They said no and what a waist of time. They should not advertise what they don't sell. It just tells me the caliber. Would be afraid to ask for motorbike parts as never know what they say or provide. They did tell me no one in Sydney does scooters. They are wrong as their competition does. That is why they did not mention it. Customer service poor at best.
Mauro Bassani: Friendly and knowledgeable team. Always go here for motorcycle second hand parts. Will recommend going here.
Andrew 'Bully' Shaw: Great service and fast delivery.Would recommend to anybody looking for bike spares.
Tom Kerr: Friendly and helpful staff ...
P P: Quick service, friendly

Claude Nuvoli: These guys are awesome .found the part for me and post it in record time.keep up the great work . Great communication
Hello: Good blokes, very knowledgeable. Have a huge range of parts from all makes.
Josh Roberts: Contacted this company after seeing a listing for a motorcycle they were wrecking.Enquired about the seat and the muffler.I was sent photos and told the seat was $200 and the exhaust was $300 (could do the paid for $450).The photos showed the exhaust was previously scratched and has started to rust...not a problem this is what happens when you enquire with wreckers.Informed them I was no longer interested in the muffler due to the damage but would offer $50 for the seat. Was then told they had checked the price and the retail was $1100...When I pushed this as I could find the seat new online for $395, it turns out the $1100 for the exhaust and not the seat at all.I sent them a screen shot of a new seat and upped my offer to $75 with someone who could pick it up.Was then informed prices were non-negotiable and they ceased to reply to text...Important to note they instigated texting, email was preferred option of contact. When I emailed the original person back regarding the matter, stating I had been given the price of one item but was interested in the other, that message went unanswered.
Ron Ladmore: They need to update there systems bought Ducati chain tensioners sent me the parts they were wrong told me my bike has been modified had to get the parts itialy
Troy Tempest: Five star all the way! Thanks very much for the great sale & service - Troy from The Needle and Jet
Dave Law: Great service quality parts at a good price parts well packed and arrived in a couple of days.Cheers.
Cris Bell: I am from NZ and recently contacted this company in australia asking about a part for my motorbike and the same day I had a reply asking me for my address in Nz and by the next day I had confirmation that the part was available and the cost del to my door. They even told me how to go about with the payment and once it went thru I got an email from them confirming it had been sent to me. Within a week it was delivered. I would use them again and will be recommending them in NZ to anyone looking for bike parts. I dealt with Ben who was so friendly and easy to deal with and had really great communication which is paramount when buying parts and things.
Bruce Freeman: Great service did everything possible to get the parts I needed

Ray Wan: Extremely helpful staff with a tailored selection of quality motorcycle gear. Definitely a place to check out if you need anything.
Grant: What a great guy to deal with! Went out of his way to post to me and received it next day, great helmet and advice, will certainly shop here again and recommend to anyone, cheers.
William Xu: Absolutely amazing place!!! As a new rider, I really didn’t know too much when going in to buy my gear. The staff were so friendly and pointed me towards several options, helping me understand the pros and cons of each thing I tried on. My go to bike gear shop now.
Max Fairbank: Great helpful service with buying my first motorbike helmet with a great range. Would recommend!
Michael Bayron: Good range of products and great customer service
Ashwin Majhi: it was a great experience shopping from here. Very friendly and helpful and helped me get exactly what I wanted. Will definitely shop here again.
Japneet Gulati: The team at motorcycle stuff sydney were knowledgeable and supported me to purchase my first riding gear today! The whole experience was fantastic and couldn’t have asked for anything better. They let me try on all the gear (Jacket with protectors, Boots, armored leggings with protectors, gloves etc) until I was absolutely sure that it was the right fit, comfortable and most of all safe for when I head on to the road. Thank you once again for make the experience enjoyable and passing on your insights/experiences whilst out riding :)
Rod Chapman: AwesomenessDiv is really helpful and a very nice guy. Prices are as good or better than anywhere, I saved over $400 on a carbon helmet compared to Fraser's.Good range in store and he gets stuff in quickly if needed.Simple, good quality, friendly service.
Jon Bi: Got myself new helmet and riding jacket with Dave from motorcycle stuff. Dave is a top bloke, super helpful and understanding. The store oozes cool retro vibe. My Missus is definitely coming back for her jack after getting her licence.
Maria Bernal: They are LEGEND! Since you walked in staff are very welcoming and willing to help. It was my first helmet and I have received many tips and recommendations that helped me to take the decision based on the great knowledge that they provide. I never felt that they were pushing me to buy anything that I don’t need it, but only give me a lot of options to try. I ended getting a great shark helmet with a pretty cool deal. They give me a little extra gift because the guy who was helping me saw me suffering putting and taking the helmets on and off, and I did not expected that! I was awesome experience. Thank you guys!
David Taggart: I went to Motorcycle Stuff after a recommendation from a friend. As a new rider I needed some decent gear. As I walked in I spoke with John who was working that day. He thoroughly explained each and every item and the pros and cons of everything. It really helped. He gave top quality service and I have walked away very happy. With a new helmet and a new shirt. Would 100% recommend to a friend and I will be doing so.
Bobbie Spell: The guys were super friendly and helpful! Would definitely come back.
NGUYEN DINH Quoc-Huy: Best experience I’ve ever had in a motorcycle shop. I travelled all the way from Gosford to visit the shop because I wanted a lighter helmet for myself and for my 11 y/o son. I wanted to try Shoei Ex-Zero in a shop to make sure it fits my head shape and their price was the best even compared to online shops. Love the way all helmets are not in a box but hanging on a wall sorted by size, one wall for smalls, one wall for mediums and one wall for larges. If you know your size, just go to the matching wall and all you need to do is choose your design and try it on, easy. The staff was also so helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me and my son thru helmets we like and helping us with the fitting. We picked our two helmets that were already at good price but we got an extra discount on top of it! My son was also excited to have finally found a glove that suits his small hands and I was happy with my new winter gloves that were on sales.Awesome customer service & amazing prices, what can you ask for more?
Matthew Giakoumi: Old Mate very help good
Veysel YILDIRIM: Of course its not a fake review. I came to your store for check helmets, specially Agv, and when we are speaking i asked jacket to you and you took the helmet from my hand and you said that 'maybe you should go to another store ' . So you tell me is it fake ???
matthew Tapiador: Div and John were very helpful and informative on their products, very cool leather jackets that i could not find at any other moto shop and at great prices
Sean Wilson: Great service and quality selection of gear. Div was extremely helpful and friendly, definitely recommend this store
Charles Prawirawidjaja: Recently purchased Pando Moto UH03 skin, fast delivery and minor issue was resolved within minutes. Highly recommended.
Warren M: Super helpful staff and an overall great shopping experience, I’ll be back again for sure.

MCAS Sydney: what do users think?
Kerri Weaver: Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Encouraged trying helmets on to ensure the right fit! Looked after our son too with charging his battery. Bought the helmet and got the surprise of a special price. 👍
Антоха Австралийский: Purchased helmet online, after endless calls and week of waiting was told that they don’t have it in stock. Stay away from them and spend your money elsewhere.
Marie Johnston: Awesome service, very patient and knowledgeable . Went above and beyond in helpfulness to enable me to get the helmet of my choice and colour. Highly recommend. Didn’t make me feel like I was being difficult. I’m one very happy customer . Thankyou !
Nick Mather: Got a good deal on a jacket, staff were friendly and helpful
Christian “Chico” Kerouac: Excellent shop for gear. I got my helmet, jacket and wet weather gear from here and all are top quality for reasonable prices 👍👍👍
Elliot Cummins: Had a flat tyre and Glen was very helpful with getting me back on the road. Great customer service and a friendly team. 10/10 would recommend! Thanks again gang!
Jason Carter: MCAS in Sydney has a helpfull and friendly staff even to the extent I saw these fellas assisting a customer this am by placing a part he just purchased from them on his motorcycle out front. Great service guys. Keep up the fantastic customer service.
Tom David: Nice store in middle of city. Was surprised at its decent size for the area. Had help from Lucas which helped me buy a new summer jacket for my daily ride. Great guy with patience and knowledge of the stuff they sell. Highly recommended. Good prices.
Mat McLaughlin: Great service, great range of stock
Frankie Beale: The team at MCAS are amazing! They are so knowledgeable, helpful and the shop has a huge range as well.
Agho Atle: I bought a jacket, helmet and more. Great shop, the girl who help me was very nice and provided all the info that I needed (btw anti-fog spray works perfectly) 100% recommend
Julian Rizzoli: Great shop and great staff. I went there today to buy some stuff, they helped me to find everything what I needed and they didn't hesitate to give me a hand with a problem that I had with a helmet that I bought in other shop. I will definitly come back. Thanks guys!
Johan Linde: Best motorbike shop in inner Sydney. Always have what I need for my GSXR-1000!
Andrew M: Great selection of motorcycle gear.....and probably the only one in the city of Sydney, other ones you have to drive to suburbs
Rod B: Fantastic range and great service
Paul Beau: Awesome experience, fully stocked and the guy who took care of us what genuinely great. Cheers
Mike Seach: Smaller store, so not the widest range of accessories, but a decent selection to cover most users.Only 3 stars as the going theme for this shop is a lack of customer service. Nothing wrong with letting customers walk around the shop a bit, but should go and offer assistance at some point. I tried on 6 jackets and found nothing that suited and the first greeting I got was after I browsed the rest of the shop and was walking out.
William Murphy: Super helpful guys and really walked me through what I was looking for. Place looks a bit messy but u will find what you need though.
Loïc DEMARQUET: Nice shop, easy access in Sydney
Pai Ying Customer: In stark contrast to MCA in Brisbane these guys were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful - good range and easy to shop - overall a good shopping experience.
bruce pascoe: No communication. Very slow repair. If under warranty best buy another bike because not in hurry to hand back .Every phone call you get the run around .

Sydney Motorcycle Wreckers And Workshop: what do users think?
Dave: Very friendly and professional, excellent job with fitting my bike in on short notice.
Ali Penfold: Service:Oil change
Guy Christopher Smith: I'm a bit late posting a review but better late than never. I had the 1st service done on my new Kawasaki Z900RS last September by Nathan and his team at SMW. Five ⭐ service by a Five ⭐ team. I can't recommend them highly enough. Nathan and his team are very customer focussed and make you feel comfortable and valued. I had my previous motorcycle serviced there so I had no hesitation in taking my new ride there. I'll be booking my 6,000 kms service in the next week or so. I've just recommended Nathan to a member of the Z900RS owners group and he'll be booking his 1st service with Nathan.
David Moss: Always a pleasure dealing with SMW. Thanks 👍
peby meisy: I have a very bad experience using his service. I cannot seem to understand how the guy in charge can possibly keep his shop open. First he said he was gonna try to fix the bike and it might be ready for pick up in the afternoon or the next day at the latest. Everyday I have been checking the progress, NONE at all! worst! not only he failed to fix the bike even after he kept it for almost a month! he also made me paid over $800 and returned my bike with broken rear light instead! refused to give me refund but at least I don't have to deal with them anymore! The next day I got my bike towed to the dealer, the dealer only spent 2hr on the bike and got it all fixed and running!!!! I ABSOLUTELY REGRETTING MY DECISION BRINGING THE BIKE TO THAT SHOP. good luck.Service:General repairs
Peter Witt: Nathan and Team are very friendly and have always serviced my scooter professionally and without overcharging. Just got a walk-in rego check done too.
Gary Drake: Nathan was helpful and his mechanics knew their stuff
Matt Oxley: Managed to embed a piece of hardware into my rear tyre on the way to work. Nathan was on his break, greeted me, talked me through options, massaged his schedule so he could repair it on the spot to get me going. Advised me of another critical repair and fitted me in the next day.Professional and courteous, good sense of humour and customer focused service. I'm actually looking forward to coming back for the service tomorrow.Highly recommend Nathan and his team.Services:Tires,General repairs
John Withers: best customer service. fixed things for free when the dealer wouldnt even look at them. they have found a lifetime customer. 10 out of 10.
Thomas Transfield: Excellent Service. Cost was reasonable. Will go again.
Cecily Conlon: Late on Friday afternoon, I had an odd noise emanating from the front wheel of my bike. Rang SMW with my concerns and a rough description. Headed straight over to Hornsby and got there right on closing time. A warm welcome and the issue was diagnosed quickly.Bike ready for me on Monday morning (new bearings) so I could enjoy the planned spin on my day off.Fantastic service, as always.Cheers to Nathan, Ben, JonoService:General repairs
Michael Wickham: Pritty good
Tim: Pleased. These guys take the time to explain stuff to you. I had electrical problems and they kept the broken parts and showed them to me. Charged me less hours than spent on my bike. It hurt wallet but cant complain
Scott Powderly: Wonderful team to chat with, ill be pack if i need something
carson webb: Dropped in for parts, didn’t have them but ordered for me and arrived by lunch time same day, then changed two tires for me. Excellent service, helpful, knowledgeable, funny and honest! I’ll be back.Service:Tires

bigt boofa: Very disorganized shop,no display racks and stuff all over floor, saying that the owner is very knowledgeable in the area of older motorcycles
ian murray: cheers guys ordered a bracket for my oil tank tuesday it arrived today (thursday) talk about hubba hubba sevice look forward to doing business with you guys again
Chris Naylor: absolute joke of a company. The baffle on my exhaust shot out(the bolt holding it was clean snapped) I’ve been waiting 3 months for a bagel to be sent all old mate says is that it’s coming from the US. The exhaust was only 6 months old at the time. Asked him to take a baffle out of one that he’s got in stock and he can replace once he gets stock and he won’t. With out the baffle the exhaust sounds like it’s got a milo tin as the exhaust. Does not even slightly care about the customer.
