Robin Braithwaite: So sorry to hear that this store is closing. I've always found the staff professional, helpful and friendly and always willing to help with recommendations. Their service during lockdowns was excellent. Sad I'm going to have to trek to Chatswood for that kind of service and advice.
Vik: I went in at around 10am on 25 Oct 2022 to buy a third coffee machine (as a gift) and a number of pods for our own two machines. I also wanted to close one of our subscriptions, on which the minimum term had just concluded.The two staff members on the floor (one making coffee and one at the register) were both polite and helpful. The third (I believe more senior) staff member was rude, condescending, spoke over me and quite frankly, made me not want to come back! I wish I had taken note of her name. She insisted that our subscription term had not yet expired, and that I would have to pay a cancellation fee.I’ve since contacted Nespresso via phone. They confirmed that the minimum term on our subscription had indeed been met, and therefore concluded the subscription. They also apologised profusely for my in-store experience.Judging by the recent negative reviews below, management should really act on this.
