They were kind enough to let us run over a few mins when we were close to completing at the end - thank you!The only downside was a few of the device triggers took a bit of fiddling to activate, but I notified them and hope they fix for the next customers.

It was really cool to go to one with a very unique theme, and you didn’t need to know too much about the film or book.We had a load of fun, the staff were very friendly and chatty, we chatted to one of the staff after for ages about all the other rooms and the success rates, and how they’re designed.Overall just a really good time.

Mustafa Aden: Amazing escape room and host. We did the bank heist. It was a great set up and very fun to do. A lot of creative ideas in the puzzles. There was also an optional mission. Unfortunately, we did run out of time and werent able to complete that one. While we did get a run through of it, you can tell the amount of work put into it and the pure ingenuity. Mark was an amazing host and did well to keep the good vibes!
Chelsea Petrus: Absolutely an incredible place and escape room. Have played over 100 rooms and the Bank Heist was definitely one of the better ones as puzzles are great and layout and flow is amazing. The staff there are fanatastic and actually care about the customers and their experience. Huge shout out to Mark for being our game master and making the experience even better!

null: The experience here was amazing. The staff were super friendly and the room was very fun to do. Although I wouldn't recommend this place for people who are new to escape rooms, but i'd definitely recommend coming here once you have a few under your belt.

Lots of multilinear puzzles with different skills required.We did not quite make it in time (alas), but the lovely game master have us some narrative-based extra time & we did solve it not long later. Everyone enjoyed themselves & everyone was able to get involved.

Jamie Simonsen: Great rooms and helpful staff
Dannielle Boileau: Tonight myself and 3 friends attempted to complete your Poseidon Room. The four of us are seasoned escape room players and I have to say I am absolutely disgusted in the rooms we were presented with. To set the scene, the room is completely disjointed. Barely any clue lead anywhere, it was basically just like we were thrown in a random room with a few locks and told to work it out. For example, where is it explained to hold the steering wheel type function in its place until we heard a click, which lead to us wasting twenty minutes until the attendee came in and struggled his way through it for 6 minutes. The rooms aren’t ceiling height and it sounded like 32 people were in the room next to us screaming so we could barely hear each other read out the clues. Then let me take you to the second area, because it’s such a joke I wouldn’t even call it a room, and can you please tell me how exactly anyone who it shorter than 6 foot tall supposed to blow out the candles in the “north direction”. Your attendee was absolutely no help, it took us 3 times questioning the wheel before he came in and attempted to solve it. And whenever we had serious questions, his response was “just use the rainbow picture”, which is ridiculous being that you shouldn’t need to know the primary colors to compete an escape room. All in all I would barely consider this room anything more than a waste of my time and set up for failure.
kevin mouton: The different rooms were not "sound proof" so sometimes we didn't know if some "sounds" were directly related to us. Also we found the immersion in the story not great. The decorations were minimalistic compared to other escape rooms I've been to
Mikael Besse: Good/alright overall, we did the wonderland room. It was a nice experience with different rooms but had done some with better value or a bit less basic puzzles/design. Something pretty hard to ignore is the isolation from the reception that is none and we could hear the reception answering calls or speaking. Luckily it happened a couple of times only so wasn't much disturbing but there wasn't anyone doing another escape room at the same time. Staff is nice and helpful otherwise.
O taku: It was fun, nice experience we all enjoyed so much!we tried poseidon but it was really difficult and we had to keep asking for hints all the time so i wont recommend this level straight away unless you are very good at solving, other rooms looks just as fun. The guy running the place was really nice and helpful. gimmicks are very high tech with sensors and lights and stuff.i would highly recommend this place

Jonas Delanote: Not a particularly good or fun escape room. We made it out of the Island Crash room but left very unsatisfied. No roof so you could hear the people in the other rooms which was distracting. Although some puzzles were interesting, the decor was pretty shabby and didn't have a genuine feel to it. Only do this one if you've completed every other escape room in Sydney.

Julian Doherty: My girlfriend and I completed Wonderland requiring one hint, and here's what we thoughtTHE GOOD- Good story;- Some nice looking areas;- Professional staff;- Cool building;- An exciting section.THE BAD- No noise insulation from the reception area whatsoever which really broke the immersion. At one point I was reading a note out loud and the game master was talking over the top of me to explain a game to another group;- Over reliance on riddles and combination locks;- Multiple elements didn't work;- Some trial and error required.Overall an enjoyable escape room, but the same money will get you far better value at other venues.
sam scott: PSA - looks really dodgy when you first enter with heaps of graffiti nearby but it’s all legit and is a great and unique experience.
Paul Amaral: We did the Wonderland adventure. The concept was cool and the puzzles were probably more on the basic side. The rooms were a bit dated and probably need to be refreshed. The building the escape rooms are in was really quite unique with the graffiti everywhere. All in all, it was a good experience but definitely had room for improvement. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout.
Saxifrage Cucvara: This was truly a terrible escape room experience - the instructions we were given were not clear and contradictory to what was supposed to happen. The puzzle experience was just opening a handful of combination locks with half-arsed clues, none of which encouraged any sort of teamwork or collaboration. The decor was cheap and unconvincing - in the end the host had to come in to try to open the last puzzle and she was unable to do it (it was busted). She then proceeded to explain to us whole plot, none of which was evident in the game we played. That said, the graffiti in the building was pretty cool and we still had a fun night!

Sophia Casper: BEST ESCAPE ROOM I VE EVER DONE!I ve done a few escape room before but this one is nothing like the other. The moment you enter the building its like you are in the game already as in the movie "Escape Room".Me, my bf and a few friends participated the Wonderland and the rooms in wonderland are spacious, one room with massive mirrors, and another room large enough to held a picnic.Before we escape the wonderland, some of us were too confuse and they ended up taking a nap in the nap room (wht?! there is a nap room in the game???). The game master reminded us that we only have 5 minutes left and so we have to continue...The ending we choosed screw up the real world but we survived. I don't think this is the end game and we will definitely come back for the other theme - Island.This place is not a movie set so don't expect too much but the plot is awesome and the puzzles flow!

Crazy Duck Thing: Did the room with the reactor, which was challenging enough to be fun. We had 4 people and finished with 2 mins to spare out of 90 mins. Definitely more of a linear room with each puzzle leading onto the next, and the puzzles were generally based on using codes which was really satisfying to solve.I would’ve enjoyed some more puzzles that required use of the white board or manuals, as the puzzles with more moving parts were generally the most fun as it felt like everyone was involved. Had Nikki as the operator, who was a ton of fun outside of the room and played her role really well in the room. Will probably come back again to do a different room soon.

sofia Guerin: Such a fun experience, and the staff were amazing! I went here for my birthday with some friends, and we did the senses room. It was challenging yet doable, and I loved how it had different rooms to explore. Our game master Helen was the best! She was friendly and helpful, giving us hints when we got stuck. Ultimately we had a blast, and we can't wait to return and do the other rooms!

We are not expert escape room players so the timely clues when asked & a bit extra time given helped us to just make it out. Overall great service and highly recommended!

Jake W: Played the Sens3s room. Quite enjoyed it. Was fairly difficult for 2 people with a good amount of experience. We did get stuck a few times and required clues as we didn’t have a sense of direction. Generally I am not a fan of red herrings in the games and I think a few things we wasted a lot of time on. One tip would be maybe giving a clue at the very start as to what the first sense you should focus on would be. Overall a good game and was happy with the game master too.
Samantha Woods: My 10 year old son and I completed the jumanji themed room recently. It was my sons first escape room and he was amazed by all the elements of the room. Our host Ben was fantastic with the clues helping us along the way when we got a little stuck.
Clarence Feng: Played the Senses escape room and had Dustin as our gamemaster. The puzzles were good and layered on each other, and was very atmospheric. Some mechanically standout points to the room, we had a great time!
Sammy R: I did the supercell room with a few of my friends and I was severely disappointed with the room. The puzzles were extremely linear and it felt as if one room was often stuck waiting for the other to find the next key. Some items necessary for progression looked as though they shouldn't be touched as we were told to not try moving any furniture. There were some issues with cleanliness in the room too, most of the room was dusty when I went. Their method for delivering hints in this room is subpar as they are not personalised to what a group is struggling with unlike rooms where an actual person gives you hints. Overall I wouldn't recommend this room; maybe their other ones are better.
Allira Lynd Williams: If I could I'd leave way more then 5 stars.We had Kash as our game master, my sister and I were visiting from Tasmania and this was our first ever escape room. It was the best experience, Kash and the game itself have made both my sister and I fall in love with escape rooms!!!We participated in the senses room which was an incredible set up, all of the puzzles and clues etc were so well put tigether and laid out. I'll admit we did ask for quite a few hints due to the difficulty level but personally I enjoyed being able to ask our game master for help and involve our her in our escape! The difficulty didn't take away from the enjoyment of the game either!Thank you Kash for such an amazing experience!!!

David Walker: Great rooms! We did all three rooms today and they were all as good as each other. The puzzles were really clever, theming and immersion spot-on, and stories perfect. If I had to pick I'd say cabin was my favourite but they were all great. Amelia ran all of our games and was a great GM.

Evan Ang: 10/10, the BEST escape room I have ever done in my life.I have been to about 30 escape rooms, but this has to be the best - in terms of Production quality, end-to-end service, and the storyline of the escape roo, it could honestly be a set for a movie. Did the cabin, and it made me feel immersed into the story, I had goosebumps at the ending.Loved it.

Cat Lima: We did the Cabin and it is one of our favourite games worldwide. It is decorated fantastically: every inch and also a little bit creepy. The puzzles are unique and well thought out. This is a game you don’t want to miss.
Cory Hanson: We've done over 150 rooms and the Cabin room is our second favorite (behind Cipher's La Rebellion at the St Peters location). It is very well thought out. It's a low-tech room with conventional locks which fits the theme of the room. Highly recommended!

(The Cabin) Instead of having walkie-talkies you can communicate to the staff at any time which felt really personal and we appreciated that feature a lot. None of the puzzles felt too far-fetched and they felt rewarding to solve. You also get a cute souvenir for finishing the room! My friends and I will definitely be back to try the other rooms they have to offer. :)

Kevin La: UPDATE: Just did The Cabin last night, def one of their easier rooms, start with this room if it's your first time.•••If you're new to escape rooms, definitely give Cipher a try, they've got 3 rooms in their Newtown branch and 2 in St Peters.Their staff are super friendly, very informative and helpful. If you're ever stuck with a puzzle give your game master a shout.We did Espionage and The Marlowe Hotel and gotta say these rooms were one of the best we've done and trust me we've done a lot. Marlowe was their hardest but in my opinion Espionage was harder.Very well designed puzzles that go with the storyline of each room, loved both rooms and will come back for the others.And what's even better is that once you've completed the room, you get a little gift to take home for memories. So start booking and collect them all.
Kate Silvester: Loved this! for a 14yos birthday party it was perfect. We did Espionage and it wasn’t too hard or scary for first timers. We’ll be back to try The Cabin next time.
Jamie Wills: Did the espionage room with 4 people. This was my first time doing an escape room and it was a great experience. The staff was lovely and hints are available if you are stuck. Everyone had something to do and was able to contribute with a range of puzzles. You get a commemorative pin for completing the room. I have sensory issues and there were no bright or flashing lights in the room I did. The only loud noise was the noise at the start to let you know to open your eyes and I was given warning of this before hand. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating.

Christian Reeks: We did the trapped room yesterday and had to come back today to try out the unstoppable room. Both are extremely good story driven rooms, where all the puzzles work thematically. Would recommend to anyone who likes puzzles and good stories!
Sami Al-Hilfi: I’ve done every room here and lately I just did their newest room The Intruders. It was such a fun interactive horror experience and super unique. I definitely had never done a horror escape room like that before and it was super immersive and fun. Loved the experience and would recommend this to anyone looking for a horror escape room experience.

Hai Fang: We've now been there a couple of times and both rooms were pretty different styles, which I think is wonderful. It felt like Vampire Castle used more traditional puzzle solving, while The Last Order needed a lot more attention to detail to piece together information to progress. The staff member we had was very kind and prioritised player experience, made sure we had fun and felt we got our moneys worth!

Kristen Millar: We came in without a booking on whim looking for a way to escape the rain. We were greeted by a very friendly staff member who had availability in the role play room called the last order. Different to other escape rooms we had previously done, we became the character in the game it was a thrilling experience lots of suspense, twist and turns had us thinking right til the end. Would highly recommend!
