James Evans: Been meaning to review for a while, gorgeous little centre, staff are super helpful and professional and there’s always something on sale.

He also gave me an estimated time and said he would confirm in the morning. I received the cheapest delivery fee. LOVELY OLD FASHION SERVICE. LOVE IT!
Mirry L: Very friendly service 💚
Ligita Mikutaite: Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of choices.Keep up the good work guys! Thank you
Sandy Jenkins: I have been buying from this little nursery for over 20 years and they've always been good. I popped in again today and received 5 star service, really impressive. The staff member went out of his way to help me and give me the best advice regarding the tree I purchased. He even potted it up for me in his recommended container and then carried it to my car for me. Highly recommended.

Em Or: Great service and an excellent selection of plants. The staff are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I love my little trips here!

Growing Friend's Plant Sales: what do users think?
David Baxter: Within the perfect setting of the Botanic Gardens Sydney is a place to buy, from very friendly and knowledgeable people - volunteers - a wide range of native and exotic plants, many not so readily available elsewhere. At present lovers of Begonia and Salvia will find some uncommonly available plants to purchase. Today I purchased a Begonia listada, noted on web-sites as one of the rarer varieties. The growth, environment needs and care information provided for the plants on sale is very helpful, and I have had great success with healthy growing of the plants at home; and to the expected size, shape, foliage and flowering. All the plants here are extremely well cared for and at modest (actually surprisingly low) prices. Nothing not to love about this place; except maybe the limited opening hours - which can sometimes be longer than advertised during special events at the Gardens. One of the special little places of Sydney, and one within a very special big place. It is only a short walk from the entrance to the Botanic Gardens closest to the NSW Art Gallery. It is adjacent to both the Maiden Theatre - the old National Herbarium building from 1899 - and the Succulent Garden. Even if without the time to enjoy a long visit to the Gardens, after an Art Gallery visit it is definitely worth briefly dropping in here, with a view to taking some new plants home. Very likely you will - very likely more than you anticipated. (Please also visit the Succulent Garden; it is a discrete area, out of the way, never crowded - usually I am alone here - and pretty amazing).I have been told that from the 29th April 2023, Plant Sales will be open on Sundays even without a special event in the Gardens. At this stage, 10am to 2pm is the anticipated Sunday opening times.
Adrian Wright: Great to hear (5 years?) that we can shop weekends. Well done all you volunteers.
Belinda: Not allowed entry unless you have your papers.
Gail Hamilton: Interesting healthy plants and friendly people :)
DIY Vacation: Small plants (10-20cm only) and not too much variety. I think this place is staffed by volunteers because no one could help me, know what plants I was referring to or would palm me off to someone else.
Landen Simpson: I love Growing Friend's Nursery! They generally have smaller plants, but what they do have is quality and well priced. I almost always pick out something new that I've never seen before each time I visit.
Jen: I love coming here at least once a month to see what is growing!!!
Alexandria Gardiner: A lovely place to discover, enjoy and purchase many species of plants (both native and exotic) at great prices. The staff are friendly and the quality of the stock they grow is fantastic!
Eugene Ganke: Lovely, knowledgeable and helpful people there to help you - great selection of plants too
Nikolai: Great variety of exotic plants that can be hard to find. Staff/volunteers are super friendly. The prices are very reasonable too.
Andrew Loren: Really chill vibe, staffs are extremely friendly. Unique selections of native plants. Feels just like back at home.
Alex Siegers: Excellent range of plants, particularly Australian natives, all very affordable. The volunteers here are also very helpful and friendly, able to help you find the best plant for your pot, office or garden.
Graham Simmons: Best nursery in Sydney
Paul O'Farrell: Friendly advice from knowledgeable volunteers, interesting native and exotic plants, and great value.
peter richwell: Excellent plants at a good price.

My Plants and Garden Centre: what do users think?
Jasmine Rose: The man who owns this store, George, is such a lovely person and you can see he is very passionate about plants. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about how to take care of them, I learnt a lot. There is a beautiful range of all different sorts of indoor and outdoor plants and very reasonably priced. Definitely go and support someone like this instead of the big chains like Bunnings! 🌱🌿🌾🌵
Deniz Batuk: George is always happy to share his deep knowledge on plants, i like his healthy plants and the company. You get the best service.
Michelle Hall: We bought some lovely orchids from George last year and they are about to flower again. So exciting waiting for them to pop.
Nicholas: Thank you George for helping with my dying pot plant (basil 😂) and sharing your wealth of knowledge!
Carl Lykert: A great variety of plants for inner city dwellers, with excellent customer service 👍All the plants in George's shop are super healthy. And thanks to his wealth of knowledge about what kind of conditions and care each plant needs, all the plants I've bought have continued to thrive after bringing them home. It's always a pleasure to pop in and say hi, and check out all the new arrivals
Lia Sangkuhl: Great experience. The owner was very friendly and personable and helped me with all my questions, suggested a different kind of soil that would suit what I had as well as future projects and all the products were very reasonable prices! Very much worth a visit!!

Michelle Epstein: George is just phenomenal! I purchased a gorgeous Happy Plant and pot last year at the start of COVID to spruce up my living room. George was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about the plant, potting mix and how to best care for it. I named my plant Peter. A year later, Peter has gotten so big, tall and healthy. He’s gotten so big that I realised I should replant him. I called up George to ask how to do this and which potting mix to use. Once again, he was so happy to help and knowledgeable. Thanks for a great experience. I’ll definitely be back to purchase a few more plants after this lockdown!!
Ashleigh Harris: Great range, beautiful healthy plants, and lovely service - will definitely be back again!
Dean Stretton: Super friendly and helpful service, and reasonable prices. Great to see someone who enjoys their job, and does it so well!
Ron: Always a pleasant experience dropping by this store. The owner is extremely kind and helpful. The plants are healthy and reasonably priced.

Honeysuckle Garden Mosman: what do users think?
David Hecht: great selection. helpful staff. seems pricey but what would i know?
Norma Doyle: Whoa, what a vicious response!!! Why didn't you give this poor woman her receipt in the first place which she was entitled to! Also, you have failed to mention what the police said? It's clear, from your response, to see who the agressor was!
Sylvia Watson: Do not go to this nursery expecting a pleasant experience if the owner is there. He was very aggressive, intimidated and bullied me and made out as if I was the culprit! He called me a madwoman, belittled me in front of customers, ordered me out and twice pretended to call the police to scare me! I left there totally distraught and traumatised. All I wanted was a detailed receipt for plants I purchased the previous day. Two of his staff members tried to email this at the time of purchase but their computer was down. The manager told me they send their customers these receipts “all the Time”. I needed this for my Body Corporate but the owner refused to give it to me! I am a regular customer there and I had intended to purchase more plants and an expensive pot on that day. He has now missed out on my patronage. I try to support local businesses but should have gone to Bunnings. Never want to go near there ever again!! The owner treated me appallingly!!!
KENNETH PEREIRA: Excellent service - great range
Lei Xu: 小可爱苗圃看斯随手拈来放着的花草还是蛮养眼球的。

Monisha Avery-Williams: Great range of plants, plant care products, pots and associated paraphernalia. Most importantly, the staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks especially to Jack, Kelsey and Tom- we love our new plants!
Ammy Morgan: Love exploring a new nursery and Honeysuckle is just gorgeous... Will be back soon... can see some really creative ideas here... great inspiration
Heatherita: A simple update to their website with their actual closing hours would have saved myself a twenty minute walk to the nursery, and saved the nursery a customer.
Ardi Melikian: The best quality of plants I have seen, I could spend hours here, so much variety and a very friendly staff.

Green Fingers and Plants: what do users think?
Susampada Sharma: Beautiful place!
Khalid M: Well designed, open green space at the heart of Potts Point, Fitzroy Gardens is a great place to visit. It’s made up of several different areas, including a cool fountain, a lower area with some benches, and an upper area with a small section of turf and more seating. It’s surrounded by a variety of restaurants and just down the road from the train station.Although this isn’t a place I would travel to just to visit, it’s a great spot to read a book, eat lunch, or meet friends if you’re in the neighborhood.
John Broeder: ok
Mark Smith: Oasis
Aryeh Sternberg: Love this place, always fun for the little ones. Bring the swimmers so you can get your feet wet and splash around.
AS Reviews: Cute small park / garden. We went for the Saturday markets which had lots of stalls and good food ! Much like other markets. Would recommend doing that

Melby Chacko: Small green space in Potts point. Great weekend market. Good play area for kids. Many cafes are around this park. Pet friendly. Beautiful fountain. Distance to different cities are displayed and its wonderful. Can expect homeless roaming around the park during evening and night.

Patrick “Patyoh” Dee: hasnt changed in 30 yrs
Pavani M: Nice place for adults to sit and nice park for kids

Bonsai South Nursery: what do users think?
Maxime Rayer: Save your money and time. Avoid at all costs. Overheard, the male owner speak disgustingly to a young girl simply asking about her sick bonsai. Consider not spending your hard earned money here!
Julia Mami: I was trying to support a small local business instead of going to bunnings and instead I get screamed at for coming back after my plant was sick. He was yelling at me and then took a photo of my number plate. I walked away in tears and absolutely no support. I was happy for him to replace the plant that was given to me sick and instead I get treated with complete disrespect.
Oasis Langtree: Excellent range of bonsais at affordable prices. Will be coming back. Love the artistry behind the bonsai designs here too. Very neat and clean and well shaped.
Stephen Sparke: Fabulous range of plants at different stages of maturity . A pleasure to browse
Deyala Alawieh: The store was really nice, great service and beautiful bonsai trees.
Ross Adam: Very professional staff, always helpful...
Johnny Thai: Nice friendly owner - Leo is very knowledgeable. Purchased a number of bonsai's and had all the accessories we needed to purchase. Had a few 100 year old Figs, lovely black pines and junipers which were amazing to look at.
Leon Neil: Rubbishy service, I will never go to this nursery any more . 👎👎👎👎👎
Chris Syrakis: Excellent range of trees, very well priced

Matthew Gerathy: Always great looking at Leong's beautiful figs and pines. Lots of really big stock there the day I visited. One of the best bonsai nurseries in Sydney.
Shoey: By far the best in Sydney. Lots of ever green pine trees.
Adam Villata: Great bonsai nursery. Very knowledgeable about all types of trees and styles. Worth the visit.
Ada Li: The place is great for bonsai lover but the stuff is rude ( old man )
Bill “TTLExpired” Mosses: Amazing collection and service. Recommended.
Finn McGuire: One of the greatest bonsai nurseries ever! This place is like heaven for bonsai collectors, enthusiasts and bonsai creators. Very educated staff who know what they are talking about. Bought a wonderful juniper bonsai about a week ago and is going strong.
Raegan Petzel: Beautiful and amazing nursery.
Nicole Jones: Just like a scene from a movie. Amazing!
Sarah Saunders: Very disappointed. Bought a bonsai for a Christmas present and had it only 3 weeks before it died. I Took it back there to seek some help but the attitude I received from the man behind the counter was basically too bad so sad. I followed all the information that was mentioned in the papers they gave us. Soil was kept wet and was out outside in the sun as per the tag. After 3 weeks it was dead. Cost me a small fortune too. I understand it’s a living thing and sometimes these things can happen however the response I received from this place was cold and dismissive. Guess they already had my money so they couldn’t care less.Such a shame and only made worse by their terrible attitude towards me.
Alberto Sebastianutti: Great store
Jorge Sauceda: I was surprised by the quality and variety of the trees at this Bonsai nursery. The owner is gentle and willing to answer all your questions.

Prue Hodge: My plants are absolutely beautiful, and they arrived safe and very healthy. They have obviously been well taken care of. Also, I added a note about my personal preferences when ordering "succulents" (random if you order online and don't specify) and it's totally clear they read it and chose for me based on what I said - I LOVE the succulents I received. Very very happy, I will be ordering more plants for my indoor garden.Editing to add: My chain of hearts had a flower or two already, and now less than a week after delivery this gorgeous plant is starting to flower like a champion. This plant arrived HAPPY!

Plant Daddy couldn't have been more helpful with recommendations, and help with organising the purchase and delivery. Glad to be able to have a local small business as my Plant store 15871 Km away. Many thanks
Carol Dregmans: Plant Daddy exceeded my expectations. An amazing display of beautiful plants for home or a stunning gift…..or both🙂 Fantastic service from the owner Trent, couldn’t of been more helpful. Would highly recommend.
Shandee Milla: Beautiful Monstera was received in perfect condition. I was very impressed by the super fast delivery considering I only ordered on Sunday night and was expecting to get it around Wednesday.
