Pasticceria Tamborrino: what do users think?
ally: the products themselves were okay tasting, however the service wasnt awesome. I had ordered a birthday cake a day before - and when we arrived it turned out the cake hadn’t been made fresh or even written down, and was taken out of the fridge literally last minute. other than that was pretty okay
Roberto Gentile: I ordered cake for birthday. Good service and delicious cake.Amazing 👏Thanks again
Mary: Only because a pasticcera that closes on Sunday's can't be right..Update: thanks for updating the opening and closing hours
freddy ferreira: Amazing !!! Great pastries. Puff creams to die for!!!!
Kevin Sweeney: Beautiful assortment of cakes snd other delicious items
Giovanna Locoratolo: Made from the heart, thank you for making birthday celebrations memorable, love love love your pastries and cakes! One of a kind♥️
Antonello Nistoro: Sweets are at the top of the game and do not make me miss Italy!Need to improve on coffees, they often have a burnt aftertaste.
Rasha Ismail: The best jam donuts in Sydney…and maybe the world. Always delicious, always fresh. Thank you 🙏🏾
Romi Ale: Amazing product, always consistent x
Shaelene Hooper: Delicious Italian sweets and great coffee
David Jepsen: Always friendly service and cakes are out of this world and a good price point. Never disappoints
Ethan: This year's Christmas cake is @pasticceria_tamborrino ‘s chocolate profiterole tower.🎄✨ #2022 #RPEY🇮🇹🇹🇼 #MerryChristmas #Xmas 💫 #Croquembouche ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜 #loveislove🌈 ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 instagram @yijen717
Marc - Marco - Tribbia: Delicious Delicious Delicious!!!!Best Pasticceria in Australia...bar none!
Cristina Theodossiou: Best in Sydney
Andria: We had three birthday boys to celebrate and everyone loved the cakes from Tamborrino. Thank you team, your cakes were perfection.
Alama: Amazing variety of delicious sweets - love the Crème Brûlée and macarons!
A Kar: I used to come here a lot, as the pastries are quite tasty. But similar to comments from others, I was really put off by the service. You just feel like they would rather not deal with customers sometimes. I don't think it's all staff. It might also be because I don't speak Italian? The last visit I had was to buy a birthday cake, I had a very arrogant/rude lady serve me. It's like she felt it was an absolute chore to explain the different cakes available. But I noticed she was much, MUCH friendlier with an earlier customer who was speaking to her in Italian. I'll just take my business to your competitors, thanks.
Emanuele Sindoni: The Best coffee in Sydney!!!!Excellent service!!!
Carlos del Cerro: The best Pasticceria in town!!! Second to none!!! Taste, class and service!!Every time we go to the shop is like travelling to out of this world in flavour and taste!!¡ Flawless!!!
Tom Booth: Made the best gluten free cake I’ve ever tasted for my partner who is celiac. Just beautiful cakes and pastries.
Joanna: Wow the profiterole cake exceeded my expectations!! The cream filling they use almost felt like vanilla icecream, it's different to the cream they use to decorate the outside. It's covered in sticky chocolate ganache and filled in with even MORE cream! Good price too. Also tried the lobster tail, it was crunchy and had a delicious Nutella filling. I think I'll stop going to Papa's now!!

Pioik Bakery: what do users think?
Dino Sugirun: Tried once and love their product. I was a bit confused about bakery short opening hour, 7-11 am only. And the fact they do not sell coffee to company their beautiful pastry. The price is definitely not cheap but still reasonable. We bought plain croissant and chocolate croissant for 16 dollar.
President Oxford: $ 15.50 Sourdough loaf lacked the interest & complexity of Iggy's.Too dear , underwhelming.
Bojan Kovacevic: Wow, just wow. Get there early and be hungry. You’ll thank yourself and you’ll keep coming back for more and more goodies.
Sarah Alali: There is nothing better than the smell of hot baked goods early in the morning. 😋 but seeing this, amazing window display of @pioikbakery is like a work of art.i woke up at 7:30 on a Saturday morning to get to Pyrmont, so I can get my hands on these beauties, and they did not disappoint. 😁I like to try few things also love to share my pastries. So, I got the savoury danish (Halloumi, Labneh, Za'atar, topped with Honey, Sea Salt) this was fantastic. It had all the ingredient that most Syrians grew up eating in the morning. It was nostalgic and delicious, so soft and light.Charcoal @sift_produce yellow nectarine 🍑pistachio and raspberry sweet danish was super light and refreshing. The pastry layers in their viennoiserie are so sharp and well-defined and so crisp, so buttery and full of butter flavour without feeling weighed down by butter. And of course the classic plain croissant 🥐you may say it’s the basic option, but that’s not true. If You want to know how good the bakery is you gotta try their plain croissant. After having so many pastries and trying almost all the top rated bakeries in Sydney. I can tell and confirm @pioikbakery have the best croissant’s in Sydney.I’ve bought this croissant at nine in the morning, and I had it at 5 pm, and it was crunchy, flaky and buttery as if it was still fresh out of the oven and that is so impressive. The crispy outer with a light fluffy inside. So good you can eat them without anything added. Most places I visit the pastries taste good when fresh, but then taste dry and old couple of hours later through the day, but @pioikbakery was still super crunchy, and I enjoyed it so much. 10/10I am so excited to go back as they change up their offerings all the time.
N Huynh: Great food. Not great service. Visited twice and service on both occasions felt self entitled by the thin, black hair and short lady. Baked goods are good though so if you disregard the service, its fine to come back. I had lime croissant$12.5, chocolate almond croissant $9.5 and custard tart (this one was good!) $7.5
Raymond Feng: Great bakery, if you like bread and you are in the area then you got to try it out. Slightly pricy but it’s pyrmont.
Sunnie: Best almond croissant in Sydney
白成哲: Their panettone is quite pricey but definitely a lot better than the ones you get from a supermarket. I will buy again.
Lilian N L: Love the pastries and focaccia here! Will be back for the sourdough for sure.
Michael Mikic: Got some pastries here Saturday and Saturday magnificent. Best in Sydney. Will be back next time in town.
THE MAN WITH THE HELMET: Why only 7-11am?
Houda Harb: I had to jump on and drop a note of thanks and appreciation to Rose & the lovely team at this exquisite little bakery in Pyrmont. I arrived yesterday after the bakery had closed. Very graciously, Rose opened the door to assist me, indicating they close at 11am. Not being from the area, and being a first time visitor to this bakery I’d heard and read so much about, the excitement that I’d found them must have been visible. Rose was all smiles & so incredibly welcoming, even stopping me as I was walking away, to hand me a loaf of their beautiful sour dough bread to take & try. When you put so much love into your work & you take that much pride in it, you want nothing more than for everyone to experience abit of it like Rose clearly wanted me to. The bread was the best I have ever had. I look forward to going back again and again. This is a wonderful family running a great business and you can’t but admire them & respect them. My sincere thanks & I wish you all the very best. Please visit them, try their products & meet these lovely owners.
Lou Shackleton: Long time favourite... has been a while. Still got it!!
Stephen Kim: Since covid this place has never quite recovered. Take away only, no espresso coffee, quite rude service, limited opening hours. Its essentially just a bakery now... Bread is good though. Hopefully they can bounce back to what they used to be.
Mark Shepherd: This used to be one of my favourite pastry places in Sydney however I feel that the quality over re ent visits has dropped significantly. My latest experience being a chocolate almond croissant that was so tough I stopped trying to eat it after the first bite. Unfortunately won’t be in any hurry to go back.
JI J: Best almond croissants 👍👍👍
Rejane F: Bread is amazing as they bake it in house however $17 for a loaf is very overpriced. I also tried the toast and they charged an extra $3 for butter.... Not worth it
Mia Coding_Girl: Almond croissant: all the croissant I had in the past are fake. Frangipane fill me up easily.Focaccia: (without topping or filling) I had it the second day, toasted. Nice but not as special as people said. Would give it another go after Xmas.
Rohin Shah: Strong, strong croissant. Some of the best I've had in Australia.
Matt.D Ron: Overpriced, unwelcoming and rude customer service
Sandra Szoke: I've been looking to come this place for a long time now, but due to the short opening time I wasn't able to. Today, I finally made it to see a door 1 hour before 11am showing it's CLOSED.There was no sign or update on web/instagram either. Such a disappointment..

San Valentino: what do users think?
greg swanton: Authentic Italian delights at their best
Andrew Marquez: Great place, authentic Italian pastries.
Dao Lam: Cute little patisserie in Haberfield. The set up of the place was a bit confusing. They were really busy so was told to go to another area to order. The tiramisu we got was delicious but the gelato wasn't as flavoursome as I had hoped. I got the coffee flavour and couldn't really taste any coffee.
Asu Yurdasal: Italian Italian I love all about it !!
Maurizio Sp: If you love Italian pastry this is the place to go. Small production with focus on quality over quantity. You can have coffee, gelato, pastry and food at a very competitive price.
Jo-Anne Curry: Better than Papa's, and the coffee is superb.
Will Rojas Fort: The best place for a sweet tooth like me! But my favourite is and will always be the ' Cannoli di Ricotta'
marco polo: Great coffee and cakes
Joe Moda: Great coffee, deserts and service!
Joel Willey: I would avoid this place if you have any food allergies.
Tiffany Voll: This is my favourite patisserie in Sydney! I've only ever had the baked goods here, but I will keep coming back time and time again for these. I love that they have a variety of miniature options, as I can try out different things without having to commit to the large version. Can't wait for my next visit!
Anitema Lauakupouli: Absolutely love San Valentino! It’s like a being in Italy everything is made with love ❤️ 🇮🇹 ciao
Lukjno: Nice pastries, coffee not so great though
Jesse Gonzalez: Great coffee
Peter Medynski: Delicious cannellonis…!!!
Sarah Alali: Came here after visiting Papas and finding papas was super busy and you have to wait in line. Decided to try this place and all that was my biggest mistake. Quality is not their, freshness Not there. The tart was super dry. cannoli also taste old rather wait in line for peppers next time.
Gabriela Camilleri: Our first time here, absolutely delicious. Coffee was perfect. Service friendly and prompt, foccacias were yumm and cakes to die for. The hot cross buns are the best. Highly recommend!!
Davey Baby: Very friendly staff, good food and reasonably priced
Michele Guarneri: Nice pastries,good coffee
Local Ronny: This place has some of the best sweets, including my new favourite, Milliefoglie. The tarts have the perfect shell, nice and short. Great coffee and they also have some nice granita drinks.Perfect for the Sydney heat waves.
Peter: Amazing coffee and cakes!

Dolcettini Patisserie: what do users think?
Karolina Sypniewska-Wida: ABSOLUTELY loving this place. So difficult to find delicious bread in Sydney and being a European it is quite important for me. My Family loves pumpkin and spelt sourdough plus all the pastries. Thank you NELI & BEN for your professionalism and amazing customer service. The team is fantastic and you should definitely try Dolcettini out either in Dural or Castle hill towers. Great team at both locations. Warm regards to Samona for her smile and great coffee.
Sadhana Mishra: Tried the Black Forest cake, it was delicious, very fresh and yummy.I would highly recommend.
Hubert Dao: Delicious pastries. Stopped by in the afternoon just before they closed. I am definitely keen on trying more.
John LR: Great bakery with some amazing cakes and dessert. Staff were friendly, but a little impatient. Coffee was a little disappointing this visit. Has been much better in the past, so putting it down to a bad day. Definitely worth a visit just for the cakes and pastries.
Monica Borg: My experience was so very 😞 disappointing...The cake order that I ordered on Tuesday was lost. The cake was delivered to Castle Hill instead of Dural, and they wanted me to go to Castle Hill, as they did not want to give me the spare cake that they had. Then I asked for writing to be put on the cake and they forget to write the word Birthday...What a joke, will not be ordering any more cakes from them. They need to get their shot together.
Joanna: Fresh and crispy pastry, creme filling wasn’t too sweet. Will try tarts, sourdough bread and cake next time
Roshan Perera: Great coffee and pastries
The crusty old hag next door: Coffee is exceptional! The music they were playing was a bit too loud, however I will return.
BL: Some pastries are very dry
Kath: A thoroughly beautiful cake, inside and out! Thanks so much.
Margaret-Anne Hayes: What an absolutely fabulously wonderful cafe/bakery/Patisserie Such bliss!!!! I only learnt of Dolcetini about five or six weeks ago as we live at Turramurra, way out of your range. Since finding the Patisserie I have taken five different lots of friends, my son, my husband, have recommended it on my fb page, and have visited about twelve times in that short period of time. The staff are just lovely, the coffee is BLISSFUL, and as for the sausage rolls, we have all agreed they are the best any of us have ever tasted. One of these days I am going to come into the shop and buy each and every cake and pastry so I can taste them all. Meanwhile love the pan chocolat, the muffins, the almond croissant , the ricotta roll, the cornet-shaped round thingie (can't pronounce it), my husband now goes straight for the donut type deliciousness, I've tried about three others of the cakes and they are all just so scrumptious. Congratulations to the whole team, staff, bakers, chefs, admin., you have created a beautiful space, with exquisite bouquets of flowers, it is a joy to visit. Only wish you lived nearer. Set off to visit you last Sunday, hit an accident and couldn't get there after waiting in traffic for over an hour, aughhh. Just about to heat up the sausage rolls for dinner after having a delicious coffee around lunchtime. P.S forgot the bread and the pizza like flat loaf, to die for, just so nice. In fact it is a very long time since I have been anywhere where every single item we have bought has been of the highest quality. Thank heavens our friend Marion recommended you to us.
Rara Levis: Pork and fennel roll - Yum!Coffee is a bit of a let down
Food Adventurist: Recommend the sultanas riccota scroll and almond croissant. Very delicious.
leslie ford: Worst sausage rolls out so fatty and undercooked and the customer service was appalling the young girl was rude and unwelcoming only compliment was for the barista
Melissa Adams: Third time I’ve come to this place and there’s no rolls. All before 12pm. I ordered a bacon and egg roll and was literally turned away… I said I was even happy with just bread and was told no. For a bakery it’s pretty bad not to have bread all the time.
Amit Bhatnagar: 5 stars not enough for Dolcettini. Excellent customer service. Love all the products. Keep this quality and service forever.
Sean Yu: Pistachio Croissant was great! The actual product is identical to the photo in their website!
Amelia Hawke: The quality is amazing. Always happy with my purchases.
Amina Sajadi: Amazing quality
Frank Abate: Probably the best Italian cake shop in Sydney - worth the trip to Dural
Maria Yalan: Delicious

Raffael's Bakery: what do users think?
Jesse J: This place is awesome, seriously good. Best old time favourites- cream buns, cherry turnovers etc Then there is the most incredible sultana & walnut loaf ( I usually hate sultanas) the absolute bomb is the eggplant rustica- it’s like a hearty home made family size pizza loaded with toppings.i feel like I’m in NapoliGrazie Mille !!!! Keep up the great work ladies
Wippa Snippa: The shop is decorated with decorative bread. Many choices of bread 🥖Arracini, ranges of pizza buns, tiramisu are good here. Not over priced and staffs are friendly.
Elliot Oxley: Lovely staff, delicious bread and deserts. Not an enormous selection of Pastries and not cheap, but delicious. Can’t quite understand the long weekend queues but a good, local bakery.
Marina Jay: This place is insanely good!! They have a variety of Italian cakes, tarts and biscottis and a whole wall of different breads. I took home a few cakes and donuts and a potato focaccia and couldn’t believe how delicious they were. They are very reasonably priced and take cash and card. The lady who served me was so lovely and I would happily recommend this place to anyone :)
L C: The tiramisu is a winner!
Alice Z: The ricotta donuts are so yummy! As are the focaccias and pizzas. Service is friendly. Can’t wait to go back.
Sivaji Vanamala: Nice
Marilynn Olson: First time visiting today. I felt connected to my Italian grandma and great-grandma in every bite. This is a super special place. 10 stars.
Fox and Quail: The mini donuts are the best ever! Freshly made daily, jam and custard are a favourite, ricotta and Nutella too 👍
Joey Crisologo: In my opinion the best Italian bakery in Sydney hands down. Been a loyal patron since their simpler days. Outstanding quality across their breads, cake and pastry, and pizza. Leaving the place without at least one item per category may cause nagging regret. It's that good. My fave are their ricotta donuts. Guaranteed to plaster a smile through a tough day. Pro tip show up early so you don't miss out.
Luca Busin: I get the same vibe I used to have when walking in a bakery in Italy as a child. The aroma, the variety!
Ruth Lewis: Wonderful staff, warm and friendly. A sweet spot indeed.
Anastasia Constantinidis: Everything about this place is amazing & the service is always fast & friendly. The ladies are all lovely
Emma McGirr: We are Raffael regulars for the delicious arancini and chewy pistachio biscuits but yesterday I sampled the homemade Raffael’s panettone (traditional and chocolate) and immediately knew I couldn’t go home without one. I opted for the chocolate flavour and honestly, it puts all other store bought panettones I’ve tried to shame. A perfect festive season gift for others or just for yourself.
Mya: They had so many varieties. Lots of different types of bread, doughnuts, cakes, pizza, biscuits and more.I had a slice of the ricotta cheesecake, it was awesome. It was freshly baked today and delicious. This is the place to go for ricotta cheesecakes. The custard filled donut was also delicious.
Kevin Smith: This is the third time, that I have been overcharged at this place. Watch what you are charged. Service is slow.
Hankyung Sung:
Paul Smith: Be careful as they will intentionally overcharge you.
Anthony Byrne: Best bakery I've tried in Sydney
Gabriela Valentina: Delicious arancini and lovely cherry pies. Great prices and good quality. Excited to try the bread soon.
Alex Burmeister: Shocking!!! Absolutely unbelievable! The tiramisu (large or small) is sooo good, and so cheap, it puts the competition to shame. My whole adult life I have been (or "was") on the look out for the best tiramisu in Australia.... I've given up searching. Nothing beats Raffael's tiramisu. Raffael, if you're listening, please never change.

Pasticceria Papa: what do users think?
Tracey Smith: Had a nice coffee this morning but my experience was spoilt by grumpy sour staff.I won't go back. Please provide some customer service training.
Mugdha Kuber: Absolutely love the baked ricotta cheesecake here 💓
Annino O'Reilly: Food was really nice. The service was fantastic, very attentive and plenty of it. I had the big breakfast and it kept me going beyond lunch!
Sierra: A fabulous establishment. It's funny standing in line there is a bit like being in an informal Italian lesson full of teachers' pets trying to impress as they wrap their tongues around the curly Italian vowels. 😄Delicious stuff!
Enna Smith: Fast and friendly. Ordered a Ricotta cake.
matt t: Great pastries and cakes, restaurant is very good to.
Sunny Bansal: Always a treat to visit Papa, great selection and service every time. Long trading hours is a bonus especially if you are looking for a late night coffee and a sweet treats.
Scott Richardson: Absolutely terrible.
Tom Scott: Some of the best pastries in sydney and the only place to grab a drink at 10pm on a Saturday night in Haberfield
vladymir lauchang: One-stop dining shop, if you are looking for the full Italian dining experience, this is the place.Fine and casual dining available. With great food on offer, friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant, cafe, and bakery in one.
Ca Var: DOES NOT PAY STAFF. UNPAID HOURS. BFFR
M Doats: Pasticceria Papa Haberfield. Absolutely wonderful lunch. Delicious food and generous serves. Delightful staff, really helpful, kind and friendly and so nice to our kids. Indoor and outdoor seating. Gorgeous decor. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. Thanks so much for helping to make our day so special. Much appreciated! We'll definitely be back!
Phil Devine: Need something sweet in your day? Come here! Extensive range of treats are available and they taste as good as they look! Decent coffee too. Enjoy!
safyurek: Nice interior design...Average coffee taste...Nice and traditional cakes...Clean stuff / Polite staffQuick service.
Veronica Sharma: Always a good experience when coming here. Our go-to coffee and dessert stop 🙏🏽
Shawn Tang 179: Great ambience. It’s great to start the day with a crisp yet it has a melt in your tongue sensation pizza!
Roberto Gentile: Authentic Italian cuisine.
Dave O'Donohue: Tuesday after Easter, myself and 3 kids come in at 11:30. Order a coffee, a juice and 2 milkshakes. Plus a couple of macaroons and a mini cake.Food lovely as always. Came out in 5 mins. 20 minutes later the drinks come. I pointed this out and, while the manager did give us a couple of free things, she would not take any responsibility. ‘We only have one staff member etc’. Not true. There are at least 6 staff on. 20 mins for a few basic drinks is not good service.Plus, the barista’s two mates came in well after us and stood at the counter and got served straight away. You need proper processes in place and to take responsibility.
Robyn Lyndon: First time here and the customer service is so professional and friendly - had the bruschetta which was done on a wood fire pizza oven so good but the mushroom risotto made fresh for us to eat and the best risotto I have had in ages and the coffee is one of the best I have had in Sydney - thanks for the great dining experience😁🌻
Bessie Yuan: Ordered a ricotta cheesecake with customisation two days before pickup. When picking up the cake, we were told that there was nothing. After checking 3 times, they finally found the namecard but not the cake. The cake was delicious, but it was unfortunate with the inconvenience of picking it up.
Kimberley Gerdes: Update …Due to inflation the big breakfast is now $25. Still a great breakky option.A big breakfast for under $20, I didn’t think this was still possible in Sydney. We went to Haberfield with the intention of going to another cafe for breakfast but they were busy so we went to Papas and we weren’t disappointed. The big breakfast was big and only $19. It included eggs, bacon, hash brown, tomato, sausage, toast, spinach and mushrooms. The tea was nice and strong and real leaves instead of the usual tea bag that cafes seem to think is acceptable in a pot of tea. Thanks Papas we enjoyed our brekky.

Pasticceria Papa: what do users think?
Ed Ed: Thank you for the great sweets and cakes
Gautam Yadav: Extremely disappointed with the cake.I bought the 'CASSATA SICILIANA CAKE' from their Five dock store for my wife's birthday and it was really bad.Firstly it looked nothing like the photo on their website, all vibrant looking fruits were replaced with strawberries and sweetened canned cherries. Also the sticky sugary layer on top of the cake was sickeningly sweet. This meant you couldn't eat more than a small slice as it was really very sweet.Second and most important was that cake was full of pistachio shells which was really annoying as you had to keep removing them while eating. This also made feeding cake to my 2 year old a nightmare as I had to smash the whole cake and look for shells (which there were many small pieces) before feeding.Considering PAPA's being such a big establishment, I hoped they would be more carefully with what they are putting in the cake. That too when I had ordered this 1 day in advance.Would never recommend this to anyone unless you want your guests to loose teeth trying to chew on pistachio shells.
Ray Cassar: Papas is the best. Always friendly service. Highly recommended 👌
Ca Var: UNPAID HOURS. EMPLOYER REFUSING TO PAY FOR MY WORK
Marc Quez: I think that the ricotta cake is amazing but over the last few years I have encountered the same issue every time I buy it. That is the base is raw. I can understand that it’s hard to tell if it has been cooked enough but surely cutting these cakes in papa stores would tell the business there is a problem. There is very little other than this cake worth tasting in the store.
Les Hart: Best ricotta cheese cakes on the planet!!!
Alf Gulisano: Ricotta cake was a throw away, they didn't care at all.
Diane Smith: I used to love Pasticceria Papa. Their service now is lacking. I went to buy some cakes for a function. While I was waiting, I noticed the following:1. Female employee behind the counter having a rather long conversation with a male employee who was leaving the store having finished his shift. Neither seemed concerned about the customers waiting to be served. When he left, she went 'out the back' and disappeared, leaving customers standing, unserved.2. Phone was constantly ringing being ignored.3. Music was too loud.4. No clear place to stand for service. I know the sign says to queue at the register for service, but first you need to look in the cabinet, and then some people get served at the cabinet, and some don't.5. Prices not visible on any of the cakes. Tell me I'm wrong, but I think you are obliged to display the prices (?) Even if not, we have to ask and that holds up the proceedings somewhat.6. A rather nice lady came from 'out the back' and served me. At first she assumed I was being served, so I had to let her know that I wasn't. She was efficient, helpful and friendly. Alas, not enough to have me return as a customer.I'll find another patisserie in the area for my next function. Papa's has lost its customer focus.
Peter P: Great cakes..always.. the best in Sydney for me
Sig Stalmachowski: great bakery
Joe Carbone: Great service and takeaway sweets are always fresh. Dine in service is great, and coffee is fantastic
Roberto Carcagni: Little to get excited with
Alessandro Iunius: Family owned business, beautiful cakes and variety of freshly made italian sweets.
Lindy Ng: Their Croquembouche Tower was awful! The profiterole cases were not firm nor crisp and the toffee was so thick and hard we couldn’t break them free. They were all broken by the time we plated them, most of it ended up in the bin because the toffee was so hard! I returned the cake but the staff insisted there was nothing wrong with it!
Catarina Costaki: Lovely service from the ladies here,. i dropped my cake last Saturday when I got home and called the store to see if they could help me. They told me to bring it back, they fixed it in no time. Thank you to the girls who helped me I’m so appreciative.
KUMAARAN AU: Tasty, competitive price, good service on time
anuj walia: Brought Baked Ricotta cheese cake last week. Dough was not baked properly. Overall cheese cake was average. Hope they will improve the quality in future.
Peter Troiano: Great location with attentive friendly staff who are always helpful with selection and menu items.
Andrea Campili: I bought a Millefoglie cake from Pasticceria Papa in Five Dock for my 21st. It was absolutely beautiful and one of the best cakes I have eaten. Strongly recommend.
Maggie C C: The best tasting cakes ever
Luke Phua: Quality has dropped. Disappointed with the cake today. Cake felt old as the base had become dense and doughy. Just be mindful to ask for a fresh one or they’ll give you an old one.

Flour and Stone: what do users think?
dontwaitdate: Probably better to have the many, many pastries as a takeaway instead of eating in because a) you can be as greedy as possible (be very greedy. get the pies and the pastries. you’re welcome); b) there is a sitting area but that has limited selection. Been there a few times and too many options to choose from. Luckily, can’t really go wrong with anything.
Guy van Bergen: Best croissants in Sydney I've tried so far, and I'm veeery picky. Friendly staff as well!
G Okeef: Lovely staff, excellent baked goods and sandwiches. Will definitely revisit
Andy Wang: What an amazing place to grab pastries. You can choose to sit down and have some at the Pantry, or go two doors down for takeaway at the Annexe. There are some of the most friendly folks there to help. And of course everything is good.
Percy Andrews: It’s the spot for celebration cakes. Must order the black forest, almond rocher or family chocolate.
Veena Chandar: My favourite bakery in Sydney. Everything hits 10/10. What a treat every time.
Michelle Wells: Amazing … the pistachio and streusel bun … the sausages rolls …. So so so good
Eleanore Wells: Beautiful and tasty lamingtons and Anzac cookies.
irene fernandez: Overpriced and overvalued, what can go wrong?$8.60 a croissant is an aberrant price for any croissant, but specially for one so average as the one I have had today in Flour & stone.
Alexandra Vargas: Really cute little coffee. As a French I really think they make good pastries, I was craving for that quality.
Catherine Porquier: Delicious pastries, cakes and gingerbread biscuits.
Bianca Joy Polloso: Came here 2x just to try the Lamington cake (Monday morning they didn’t have it) but it was just okay. We loved the coffee and cinnamon roll though, they were delicious!
Michele: Best almond cornetto since I moved to Australia 12 years ago!
Stephen Mitchell: Never any food available
Guy Preston: Very nice panacotta Lamington, albeit expensive. The service is slow so there are always long queues. Recommend preordering
Lilian N L: Enjoyed the 🍅 tomato galette, pear/quince brown butter tart. Looking forward to try my birthday cake (hazelnut torte) today!
Abigail Gray: Had a lovely pie here for a late lunch - a beef rendang pie and I added the tomato chutney too for $1 extra. Staff were lovely and the place had a decent amount of seating for it being so small. Slightly pricey for what it is but still nice!
Luke McCann: Negligible attempt to accommodate celiac customers on the menu, we were also told (rather abrubtly) that it was not possible to make even the slightest of adjustments to their fixed menu (e.g. adding avocado to boiled eggs on toast).I guess we'll just go to the 500 or so other Sydney cafes that make an effort to accommodate everyone.
freddy ferreira: Loved their cakes….. I will go back again. I want to buy the traveling cake for my birthday !
Isabel Gomez: Incredible pastries
J P: The best butter croissant I've had in Sydney — perhaps the best I've had in all of Australia. But $8.50? That's a bit hard to stomach. Anything north of $6 feels like an insult, to be honest.

St.Honore Bakery North Sydney: what do users think?
Terry Davis: Nice coffee and cakes.
Stuart Wallace: Took a punt on this place this morning. Had walked past it a few times and knew they had pies... i was extra hungry and glad i decided to get one... Best Butter Chicken pie hands down! Filling tasted like what you would get from an indian restaurant... amazing. At $7.80, not a cheap pie but well worth it for the quality.Lovely coffee also and friendly service. Will look to try some of there other pies and items in the future.
tastysydney: This local gem have been serving North Sydney workers and residents for many years with delicious croissants, sourdough, pies, cakes & coffee. The cookies are yum & cutely packaged 😘. I’ve tried their cakes in the past visits & they’re so good 😍. Really reasonably priced & friendly service. There are also some seatings (perhaps can seat up to 10 patrons) and they open 7 days too.
Shelby Smith: Nice coffee and great range of pastries
Satomi: The latte is perfect in the strength of the espresso and the temperature😊 Delicious!
Mitchell Jeanjaquet: Home to the best ham and cheese croissant!!!
Chris John: The worker was very rude, very expensive and the coffee tasted like warm milk. Although coffee is normally okay.
Diana Dasey: I’ve been buying from this store from almost the day it opened, about 24 years ago. Only sad thing about it is pastries and cakes from other places just don’t compare with this one’s.
Lance Kwok: Great range nice cakes friendly service
Christopher Clift: Bought a mushroom pie and sausage roll.Mushroom pie was more pepper, couldn't taste the mushroom, texture was beautiful though, quality was great. Flavour wasnt what i ordered. Dont over use the pie seasoning(pepper)Sausage roll was perfect, no faults. Retired chef.
Andrzej Plag: Today I bought sausage roll with spinach. Sheldon would say: Mmm, tasteless. How do you do it?
Evangelin Valdaris: The flourless cake is a solid 9/10
Dan Negus: My favourite sourdough bakery. Also, I always have room for a sausage roll when picking up a loaf for the weekend.
Latoya Ocampo: Best ham and cheese croissant!
Georgia Ramsamy (GG): 4.5 ⭐️I tried the croissant and orange cake, both great! The coffee is also nice. Service is fast and friendly. The space inside is also nice and cosy. Thanks! 😊
Gordon McCrone: Lovely variety
Liam Stritt: Nice coffee!
Karen Porter: OMG heaven on a stick!! I had a mini quiche Lorraine and a mini cheesecake!! Seriously, I was in heaven! My husband is gluten free and yes!!!!! They have quinoa bread which is awesome!! Love this place !!
Gabriel Raheb: My favourite Cafe in Sydney!
Ferdi Cruz: Best cakes and pies in North Sydney.
Andrew K: Always fresh
