Sydney Pelvic Clinic: what do users think?
Jesse Klueckmann: After a debilitating hip & back injury had completely ruined my life I visited Physiotherapist Karly Coltman.Sydney Pelvic Clinic provided a full assessment of underlying causes and correctly diagnosed and treated my injury.I had spent $2000 on 2 other physios over 4 months with no results and misdiagnosis. After being provided with some powerful breathing & mobility exercises and addressing psychological issues which had damaged my nervous system and a few lifestyle changes, after only 3 sessions with Karly i was empowered to progress out of pain and back to full health in 3 months as promised. Prior to attending I never thought I would ever recover.I also had 3 massage sessions with Julia Escobar which were exceptional and part of the holistic approach provided. It was a life changing experience and I highly recommend Sydney Pelvic Clinic. The facilities at Bondi and are also very fresh and clean. The reception staff were understanding, attentive and friendly.
Peter Matheos: I was quite distressed and in pain for about 6 months.I was worried about my chronic pelvic pain .I had to quit my job and I was depressed and very down.SO I made a booking consultation at SPC in July this year. They were very helpful and caring.I did all my forms and details and story of my condition.I met Sarah and she was very understanding on my first visit.I told her exactly my feelings and the pain I was getting. She was excellent and really calmed me down and made me feel welcome and gave me alot of hope.Sarah gave me a list of exercises to do for days and weeks. For the next 4 weeks I tried these pelvic muscle exercises at home following the website/app.I came back to Bondi Junction in JUly for about 3 more visits. It was quite a long way for me but I had to stay strong and feel better physically and mentally.Sarah was excellent and I want to Thank her so much for getting me better. The reception girls were great too.Thank you Sydney Pelvic Clinic.
Sophie: I have been a long standing client of Sydney Pelvic Clinic and have always had a fantastic experience. I have seen a number of practitioners including physios and massage therapists and have been impressed with their professionalism, expertise and support. I felt particularly supported through pregnancy and post child birth, accessing online classes, in person physio and webinars. I couldn't recommend more highly!
Anthony Merheb: Alison is a legend.
Rebecca Seidman: A very special place. Truly exceptional patient care & support. All of the physiotherapists are knowledgeable and caring. Very grateful to have found this clinic. Thank you!
Robert West: I went to the Sydney Pelvic clinic on a recommendation from my mother’s physio. She is over 90 yrs old and had been having problems with constant irritation of her vaginal area for months. Prior to this we had been to several specialists with some success for an initial issue but one other issue remained undiagnosed. At the clinic our physio was Jess and she sat us down in her office and went through all her medications thoroughly and patiently. This initiated a conversation with her Dr to reduce one of the daily tablets which has been implemented. Then an examination of the irritated area took place, some in house tests were taken and a likely underlying issue was diagnosed. She was then advised to take specific pro-biotics.Well within a few days the irritation completely stopped and it’s a result that's been a game changer for my mother, as we had almost given up hope. Many times we were advised to take antibiotics or apply more steroid cream which probably exacerbated the issue further.Jess was thorough, knowledgeable and took a more holistic approach to the matter while not dismissing general medicine.Thank you Jess, you’ve been fantasticRobert West
Sam Marshall: Karly was exception in diagnosing and treating me for Pudendal Neuralgia after over a year of 'suffering'. Previously I was seeking help from Neurologists, Urologists, and GPs, with each practitioners clearing me though MRI's, ultrasounds and medications, which were all unsuccessful in any relief or answers. I was at a loss until I was recommended SPC by a physio friend.Karly's holistic approach as well as providing me with exercises and strategies to self administer was the key for me to be able to manage symptoms and eventually overcome it.I cant thank or recommend Karly enough!
Kaitlyn Torpey: Sydney Pelvic Clinic was my first ever experience with a Pelvic floor physio and before the first session I was so nervous. As a young athlete, I had no idea what to expect but the second I walked through those doors I felt comfortable, and even more comfortable when I met Sarah Dinneen. Not only did she allow me to be my complete self around her and literally becoming friends, she was an excellent physio. She knew every single thing that could be fixed and knew exactly how to do it and if she didn't, she would go above and beyond to find the answer. I didn't work with any other physio for my time at SPC but everyone there was very welcoming. I highly highly recommend SPC for anyone and everyone of all ages and definitely will have my standards high for my next Pelvic Physio experience. Thank you Sarah & SPC.
Gemma Hilton: After a traumatic injury, the team at the Sydney Pelvic Clinic were the first to make me feel reassured and safe during my recovery. Their holistic approach including pelvic yoga as well as a personalised recovery plan created with you to make sure you are feeling heard and having an active role in your recovery.I trust the entire team at this clinic and if you are looking for a safe place where your pain is real, your concerns are valid and you are treated with the upmost respect and kindness. On a personal note, I have never attended a physio clinic or any other health professional, who takes the time to check in on you, whether it be after a scary surgery or a birthday during lockdown. They are literally there for both the good times and bad.If you have anything Pelvic related, regardless of your gender, I recommend you try this clinic before anywhere else. They are the best.
karli ballas: I've been attending yoga with Louise since starting my Sydney Pelvic Clinic journey. I was amazed and so thankful for the team taking on my feedback to include a dedicated Pelvic Yoga class, these have become a staple in my week.Taught by Louise, every class is thoughtfully planned, flexible when needed (depending on my pain levels) and really helped to bring back the brain and body connection I was missing.During lockdown, the number of classes I'm able to attend over zoom are fantastic! Louise has such knowledge, passion and care in the way she works with everyone and teaches her practice!
Beth Pandoulis: So thankful to have found SPC. I can’t thank Karly and the team enough for the compassion they have shown. Karly is an extraordinary physio with amazing knowledge and care.
Olli: All the physios and practitioners are so knowledgeable and genuinely care about you getting better. Furthermore, the receptionists are so nice and friendly and you’ll always feel welcome.
Julia Tremonti: I attended the physio restore for pregnancy workshop at Sydney Pelvic Clinic. It was just magic! A beautiful way to connect to mind, body and baby. While this is my second pregnancy, I found the workshop a great refresher to prepare my body for labour, the birth and the fourth trimester. It was also a lovely opportunity to take some time out for myself. I would highly recommend it!
Catherine Wright: Karly has been absolutely exceptional and I cannot speak highly enough of her. She resolved not only my son's chronic coccyx pain issue after a year of doing the rounds with other physios and a neurosurgeon who failed to make any difference to his pain levels or quality of life, but also my own longstanding pubic symphysis dysfunction. I have battled with this for 18 month intervals at various times over the last 16 years. Karly has maintained a relationship with us for over a year now with ongoing health issues with my son .Karly is unfailingly positive/upbeat, pro-active, incredibly informed and last year within a month of us talking with her and understanding the truly wholistic nature of our ailments, both my son' s pain and my own completely disappeared along with our fear about our injury. It felt like a miracle which came from understanding the complex emotional/psychological/anatomical etc basis of our issues and applying a range of solutions and tools to address them. I never thought we could achieve this outcome, let alone exclusively by telehealth, which for us living in rural NSW is such a blessing.Karly has consistently gone the extra mile to ensure she supports us and has continued to show great care and compassion (as well as humour and prodigious knowledge) in the ongoing management of our family's health issues. She continues to make time to read the detailed updates re our son, and initiates contact with us in the middle of her frantic schedule just to see how he is going. I can't think of another health practitioner who does this. During very challenging times, Karly's ongoing support of our family has been incredible. And my son wants to add that Karly is "very helpful and very happy"! THANK YOU KARLY!!! Catherine W. Armidale NSW
erin corbett: After doing the rounds with multiple pelvic floor physio’s, pain specialists and gynaecologists i was continually told that my pelvic pain was too complex and was not the result of any physical issue. So out of desperation I sought an opinion from Angela James after having found Sydney Pelvic Clinic through google.Within 15 minutes of meeting Angela she had found the cause of my pain and commenced treatment. In the few months of seeing Angela I have gone from being in severe and debilitating pain to being pain free and my quality of life has returned.Angela is a highly skilled and knowledgeable pelvic floor physiotherapist , after each session with Angela I walk away with an increased understanding of pelvic pain and the tools I need to manage the condition. As part of my recovery I also saw physio Jess for exercise rehab. Once again, Jess is very knowledgeable and experienced in managing pelvic pain conditions and has assisted me in correcting bad habits which contributed to my pelvic pain.Sydney Pelvic Clinic is the reason I am now pain free, they have all the resources anyone could need in managing and overcoming pelvic related issues. Thank you Angela, Jess and Sydney Pelvic Clinic for your exceptional service!
Janina Stamell: I feel so fortunate to have worked with Karly, both when I was pregnant and after I gave birth. I found the sessions so informative and empowering and I don't doubt that it helped enormously during labour and in the recovery period after delivery. The preparation work that I did with Karly before birth helped me feel confident in how to properly do pelvic floor work and the right direction to push in when the time came to give birth. This was a big factor in avoiding a C-section. It came down to the pushing at the end in a big way. The obstetrician was even openly surprised at how well I was able to push. And post-birth, the sessions I had were amazing in feeling empowered in how to help my body to heal; and to feel calm in knowing I was taking the right approach in a slow transition back to certain exercise.I can't recommend Karly and the Sydney Pelvic Clinic enough. I encourage all pregnant women to book in for a session before your due date!
Belinda James: Sarah Dinneen is my running-niggle saviour! It's the second time I have sought advice and treatment from her, and she is thorough and empowering. Great assessment, treatment and strengthening plan. I followed my physio appointment with a massage later that day, and Sarah had already handed over my treatment needs to the massage therapist. Such value in the collaborative care I received, and I can't recommend Sarah highly enough as a competent, caring and thorough physiotherapist.
Belinda Isbister: Huge thank you to Angela James and the team at the Sydney Pelvic Clinic for their help with my difficult postpartum recovery. As a rural client in WA I was able to participate in the specialist online ‘Mums & Bubs’ Physiotherapy classes. These classes carefully assist women to safely return to exercise and in my case horse riding. I can’t believe the progress I have made in such a short time. My strength & balance has improved dramatically. I’m very grateful for the help I have received. Highly recommend!
Yakov Moses: I was in the most excruciating pain and couldn't move for 5 days, which i must admit was rather stupid of me to wait that long , however after 45 minutes with Karly and a follow up treatment I am a new person.Thank you Thank you Thank you
Jake Marcin: I cannot speak highly enough of Alison Hui.After more then 6 months of pain, several urologist and doctors visits which resulted in dead ends and the ‘you’ll just have to live with it’ spiel I’m so glad I came to pay her a visit. As I came to learn, pelvic pain can effect more then 1 in 12 men but it’s so poorly understood. But Alison really shinned a light on what was going on and helped create a treatment plan which included making me aware of my triggers and stopping the cycle that was leading to the pain.Very grateful to have my life back and cannot recommend Alison and team highly enough!

Sydney Women's Physiotherapy: what do users think?
Tracey Hale: Love doing my reformer work with Marissa, totally catering to my injuries and weaknesses, best part of my day
Melinda W: Highly recommend Sydney Women's Physiotherapy. I have found out some of the causes of my issues after 3 sessions, after years of seeing doctors and specialists with no solution or fixes. Extremely happy that I can finally help my issue and want to thank Marissa for her help. She is a kind, caring women's physio who actually listens to you and takes a holistic approach to therapy. If only I had visited much sooner! 5 stars from me.
Quentin Satchwell: I have received so much help from Trisha Ching. Her exceptional skills and attention to my needs has made a significant difference to my well being.I highly recommend this practice to any person that needs to improve their health.
Casey Crook: Sydney Women's Physio has changed my life for the better! I had tears of happiness after my last session as I can now do things I never thought I would be able to again. I cannot thank Trisha and her team enough!Long Story Short, I was told by a previous physio 6 months post pardon I would never jump or run with the kids again, and surgery was my only option. I was referred to Trisha and her team by a friend. It took Trisha 6 months and she now has me running jumping and no longer fearing to move. She has worked miracles. Highly recommend!!
Jemimah JV: Always enjoy my equipment physio with Marissa on Monday nights.. She pushes my limits while encouraging me to do more. I know my physical capacity has increased over the past two years working with team of fantastic physiotherapist starting with Trisha who has supported me since my fractured sacram Ala four years ago.Since starting with Trisha I have been able to go back to full time work while slowly increasing my physical capacity to walk, sit and stand more with reduced pain and increased mobility. I am thankful to Trisha, Kiera and Marissa for their support over the past three years.Thank you guys!Jemimah
Julia Jaworska: Highly recommend Vee and the whole Clinic. During appointments she put a lot of effort into answering all my questions and explaining every part of the process. In time, I'm pleased and grateful for the results of therapy.
Peta Rogers: I couldn't be happier with the treatment and friendly team at Sydney Women's Physiotherapy. I was recommended by my surgeon to see a Pelvic Physio and the benefits to my health have been well worth the cost.Marissa is great and the facilities and atmosphere make it a good experience. Highly recommend!
Karina May: Would highly recommend. I saw Trisha and she was extremely knowledgable, personable and able to help with my problem. The clinic is very modern and the staff very friendly too. Thanks!
Silvia Cats: I highly recommend Kimia. After been diagnosed with interstitial cystitis I thought my only options for pain relief were surgeries or medication that would come with loads of side effects and long term problems. I only tried physiotherapy as a last ditch effort that I didn't really think would help. However it has been life changing. I went from struggling to sleep at night because of the pain, waking in the morning in tears wondering how I could face the day to now, where I have weeks between flare ups and days without pain!! And I never had to go on the medications my gp had suggested. Kimia is kind, patient, incredibly knowledgeable and worth every dollar.
Kerrie D: Friendly and helpful staff! Have greatly helped me with my issues. Highly recommend to anyone who experience issues with pelvic floor or incontinence.
Melanie Rossiter: I've been coming regularly for 6 months now since facing an injury during labour with my first child and have recently started in one of their group classes. Not only have the staff been happy, professional and helpful but they always go the extra mile to help you with scheduling and rescheduling your appointments around what suits you.On occasions where I need to bring my newborn with me, the ladies do their best to make you comfortable and have even at times the ladies in reception have taken care of my son when he is a bit fussy in my appointment. They are very family oriented!!The group classes are fun and inclusive no matter what your limits are there is no judgement and they will tailor the exercise to suit you as an individual.I wouldn't be going anywhere else and I couldn't recommend their services enough!
Beon Group Australia: I had an appointment booked with Sydney Women's Physiotherapy, and unfortunately due to working commitments (unexpected extended meetings), i had to cancel and requested the opportunity to reschedule. I responded to the SMS sent to me with as much notice as i was able to provide & was promptly advised to pay a 100% cancellation fee. This appointment was recommended NOT prescribed by my registered medical professional & referring obstetrician to me by a practitioner within the business as i am currently 34 weeks pregnant, NOT something i would have thought to go and do myself.Sydney Women's Physiotherapy have charged me a 100% cancellation fee due to late cancellation, sent to me personally by invoice at the total value of $183.00. The amount that i would have paid had i of attended would not have come close to this given that the service is covered under my health care, so having to fork out a full $183.00 truly has me puzzled. The last appointment i had with this business was 30 minutes long, cost $163.00 & gave me no solution for the condition i am suffering with after 30 weeks of pregnancy PSD.This to me seemed extremely ridiculous, given that it was a recommendation for me to attend by a practitioner AT Sydney Women's Physiotherapy, not something i personally researched and booked in willingly the appointment was made for me.Would not recommend this business to anyone.
J. Brinsden: I highly recommend Tara. Within 4 sessions she had me moving again without pain. She was extremely knowledgeable about my individual needs as a pregnant woman and didn't suggest extra sessions if I didn't need them. If you are in pain and pregnant, these are your physios to see.

Sydney Advanced Physiotherapy: what do users think?
Mariana Ruiz: Always on time. Very professional and polite staff.
Georgie Barnum: I have attended Pilates classes with the highly personable Physio’s at this practice for several years. The individualised Pilates programs make a significant impact to ongoing strength, balance, minimising/ preventing injuries and overall wellbeing. Shout outs to Drew & Amy for Pilates plus the odd tune up session when needed! Satoko for best therapeutic massages…. Very capable caring, patient and lovely team across the board especially when you’re injured and recovering/ rehabilitating 10/10
Angela S: I thoroughly recommend Drew Howlett and Bonnie Moray from Sydney Advanced Physio. Drew and Bonnie take the time to properly diagnose and treat you. Treatment and follow up is exceptional. Drew and Bonnie’s work and dedication is much appreciated!
Camilo Perez: Amazing!
Nicola Leaney: 29 December 2022 update - returned from an appointment with Drew Howlett for lower back pain which had bothered me for days - affecting my mood. Drew Howlett spent an hour solving the problem and I had a perfect restful night’s sleep- thank you Drew. Drew Howlett PhD - great Physio provides a comprehensive movement assessment and also tailors your Pilates program to help you achieve your goals - highly recommend!
Abby O: janice is amazing. she checks everything and will teach you how to exercise that is modified for your body (for post-pregnancy).
Lynne Sharp: Attended my first remote pilates class last week. It worked really well. Pip was still able to offer personal feedback and specific instructions to individuals. Recommend you to give it try.
Jodie Rowlison: A great and easy to use online physio consultation.I just participated in my first online consultation with Sydney Advanced Physiotherapy and found the consultation to be just as valuable as visiting the actual practice. It was really easy to use (I am terrible with technology, so was very pleased) and felt just as personal and comprehensive.I have recently started working from home and needed guidance in setting up my home office to ensure I manage my back pain correctly. My physio checked that everything was set up correctly for me and we went through exercises that are conducive to my new work environment.Thank you for still being able to assist me during this period - it is a handy new service and I am appreciative that I can still see you!
Cat Mac: I could not recommend this place more highly. I have seen several of the physios here and they are all absolutely top notch, able to perform whole body assessments to work out exactly what is wrong, and give appropriate treatments and home-based exercises to fix the problem. The Pilates classes, and massages with Miki and Satoko are also excellent. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Thanks Pip and team - you are all awesome!
Tom Quinn: After visiting multiple physio's in the past 10 years for multiple different injuries, I've found Sydney advanced physiotherapy to be by far the best. I've seen multiple different physio's there only due to availability when I've injured myself, all of them have been highly knowledgeable and have quickly treated and worked on rehabilitation within a few sessions. The staff are friendly and helpful, I've even sent my elderly parents there as I was more than comfortable recommending pip and her team.
Kate Crowe: This is a great physiotherapy practice where the staff really see you as a person and help you to achieve your goals. Pip's experience and knowledge have allowed me not only to skate, but to compete as a figure skater when so many others said that my body would not be able to.
Sally Simpson: Pip is the best physio I've ever encountered. She is extremely knowledgeable in the Integrated Systems Method and knows how to properly treat a hypermobile body. She's helped me make long term progress that I was never able to make under other physiotherapists.
Isobel Walker, nee Atkinson: I had shocking back pain at week 18 of my third pregnancy - thankfully Pip was able to identify the cause of my problem which oddly turned out to be my foot! Made such a difference in one session and enabled me to continue to look after my first 2 children all the way till the arrival of our third - will forever be grateful for her help!
Katherine D: I have been seeing Jeremy for treatment and would highly recommend booking with him. I've been pain free as a result which has been amazing. I had significant improvements in such a short time and can't believe the results.
Sami C: Have been nearly pain free since starting to go to Sydney advanced Physiotherapy. Pip & Owen are absolutely awesome. Wish I was in Sydney more than every 2 months.
Simone Black: Pip and her team are all fantastic. The pilates and massages by Miki are great too. Would highly recommend to anyone. Have been to dozens of physios and this one is the best!
Kirk Harris: Felt like I was trying to be sold to the whole time. Did not feel like your typical physio appointment. Went there because I had a pain in my chest. Owen was quick to identify that it was my Sternoclavicular joint. He did a treatment and advised that i should use a spikey ball. At the register they assumed that i was buying one - including it in the price. I found this a bit odd as I had no requested so I then informed that I did not need one as my flatmate had one. After they processed my rebate, they then again gave me the price including the spikey ball. Again I let them know that I did not need one. Then they booked me in for 3 more appointments which i found unnecessary as i've never had that before from any of the physio's i've been to. The next appointment being for Friday at 12:30. I get a text message on Thursday at 9:30 advising me of my appointment on Friday at 12:30 and notifying me that there was a 24 hour cancelation policy that applies. This was enough for me to call up and cancel all existing appointments. I then went to an Osteo in Chatswood and explained my issue, she straight away told me that treatment for this joint was not advised as it usually just inflames the area and won't help it. She told me to take anti-inflammatories for the next week.I am really disappointed by this clinic as it had great reviews. But I felt more like a customer trying to be sold to then a patient that they wanted to heal. I would expect this at a car dealership, not a healing centre.
Jonathan Hill: Pip Coomes is a brilliant physio who has helped with my strength and conditioning for competitive cricket and has assisted in a successful hamstring rehabilitation after a grade two tear. Her wealth of knowledge and intricate expertise can not only be seen in the array of qualifications that adorn her office wall, it is experienced through the professional manner in which she approaches every facet of her work. I would recommend Pip and her team to anyone.
Peter Gill: Some years ago, after many years of physiotherapists (and others such as chiropractors) being unable or barely able to reduce the ongoing problems of my neck and back, I found Pip Coombes at Sarah Key Physio in the city. One measure of her success was that my tennis game improved vastly as my neck mobility improved. Pip discovered that my TMJ (temperomandibular joint) is highly involved in my problems. Alas Pip went to England for a few years, so I struggled along for a while, but now Pip is back in Sydney, charging reasonable prices so that the person whom I think has the best technical knowledge combined with the best practical skills in this field now works on my neck problem and has improved my quality of life. Visitors to my home ask what the "two tennis balls" - that (as far as I know) she invented and gave me for free - is for ....I show them it in action on my back. Highly recommended.
Julian Wraight: The best Physio I've ever visited. I have a hunched back and after one treatment, my work colleagues (out of the blue) started commenting on how much better my posture looked. Amazing results!
Lauren Sturmer: We found our session on Baby Massage with Pip really enjoyable and so helpful. She gave me specific advice on what to do with my baby and how to make the most of a session together. He just loves his massage time, and so do I.

Samantha Lueling: I had hip surgery and needed to find a physio who actually cared and wanted to invest in my recovery. After searching online I decided on Dr Brad here at Sydney Physio Solutions in Macquarie St and was so happy I did. Right from the start the reception team have been so friendly and helpful. Lloyd M: Truely the best physiotherapist clinic I’ve ever been to! I have had chronic back pain that has extended to my right shoulder and left leg over the past 5 years. I have seen 4 prior physiotherapists at different clinics and just after a few weeks at SSAPC I am so much better their detailed therapy and great support has made such a difference. Barbara Hungerford and Vanessa Barnes are the best in the game true experts and I would highly recommend them and this clinic.
Agnes Bilcliff: The staff at this surgery are the rudest, most horrible I have EVER encountered. If you book an appointment make sure you triple check that the halfwit at the front counter gets it right otherwise they will be after your blood to get a cancellation fee and treat you like a criminal when you try to reschedule the appointment. The worst customer / PATIENT treatment to date - you should be ashamed...I would give 0 stars if i could
Marian Alan: After 13 YEARS of attending this physiotherapy clinic I will no longer be stepping foot inside this place!!I've seen everyone from Petra, Jay, Vanessa and regretfully recommended this clinic to my sister, mother & sister-in-law.I had an appointment on Monday 28 March 2022 at 2pm with Physiotherapist Vanessa. I woke up extremely unwell and unable to lift my head. I took some analgesia and decided to complete a RAT test before I attend the appointment. I had to wait for my husband to come home with the test kit. I called the clinic just before my appointment and the person who answered the phone asked me to "Hold on" and thenI hear a "Hello, this is Karen. What's wrong?!" in a rude tone. I explained the situation and given the fact I woke up unwell so I couldn't give 24 hours notice (they are also closed on weekends). Karen (no joke!) began to chastise me, telling me how I should have called earlier, "we're a busy clinic" and could have tried calling other clients and kept repeating why I didn't call earlier, why I waited until just before the appointment... she was unnecessarily mean and relentless. I could barely get a word in during her rant. If I wasn't in such a vulnerable state I would have responded to her unkind words and rude tone. She finally ended the conversation by telling me she was adding a $50.00 cancellation fee to my file and abruptly hung up the phone.A few weeks later I received an invoice for $80.00 via email. She obviously increased it at her discretion because that's not what the policy states.THIS PHYSIOTHERAPY CENTRE has talented physiotherapist (Jay and Vanessa) that have helped me during a difficult back injury /surgery yet the centre has always been INFLEXIBLE WITH APPOINTMENTS AND HAS A FEW RUDE STAFF MEMBERS.If Karen had taken one minute to look at my file or the computer she would have seen I am a LONG-STANDING (13 years!!), loyal client that has only missed one appointment in this time and paid the cancellation fee. Even if this wasn't the fact NO PERSON deserves to be treated like I was treated by Karen. Send the cancellation fee DON'T SPEND TIME OVER THE PHONE VERBALLY ABUSING AN UNWELL PERSON because you think they should have called earlier. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and the worst treatment I have ever received by a receptionist/ staff member in any industry in my 50 years of existence. This isn't the first time I have encountered rude staff at this centre but this was the worst and I have had enough. You know it's abysmal behaviour when the reviewer signs up to Google to do her first review!!PS I didn't add my real name on this review however, my appointment details are as above and I'll be in to collect my file.
Tom Staunton: Don't come here if you want to get better. My symptoms worsened while under their care. I saw 2 different specialists over 6 months and was constantly gaslit by being told I was 'getting much better' when in reality the pain was getting worse. I was made to feel guilty for questioning it. When I finally put my foot down and explained I was not getting better with their treatment plan, I was immediately told it must be another area of my body and the specialist ended the session 15 minutes into a 45 minute session. Not to mention all rehab exercises were written/drawn down on a scrap piece of paper with stick men....The whole experience was awful, a huge waste of my finances and I would never return. They are completely undynamic and unable to adapt with their treatment plans and you are made to feel bad if you question that.
Ben Brown: I spent 5 years doing full time dance training before undertaking a career in musical theatre. I’ve been to 100s of Physios and I take my own health very seriously. Borderline hypochondriac. My session today with Jay Cunningham was absolutely first class. Probably the most knowledgeable and caring Physio I’ve ever been to. Finding her feels like winning the lottery!Highly recommend this place!
Bernard Sheridan: Been seeing Barb and the team for over 15 years. They take time to understand their patients really well.
Jewel John: Unorganised, insensitive and rude.
Nadia Banik: Rude staff. Unorganised, not giving proper notification prior to appointments and then charging a fee due to not being able to make an appointment when notified only an hour prior. If you're going to charge a $125 fee for not being able to make an appointment, proper communication should be made with the patient. Unprofessional and sad. Especially during these hard times of covid and lockdown. Would give 0 zero stars but unfortunately I have to give at least one.
Sophie A: They are only after the money at this place. They don't treat clients with understanding or respect and are just in it for the money
Jada Gordon: Absolutely useless, rude and indifferent. Charging someone who was unable to attend an appointment due to being a close contact and had to isolate, mid pandemic. Shame on you!
Sn Aufe: Useless, been there twice for different reasons, examined by 2 different physiotherapists, both of them were useless. Stretch this, do that, you'll be fine.
mary k: I have seen the team inc Barbara at the very beginning for nearly ten years on and off when they were the only ones to diagnose a serious back pain issue. Always fix me up when something goes wrong and I take my teenager there being an athlete as well when he needs help. Excellent staff. Not all physio are alike and their techniques and approach works.
Salam Peace: Hi Jessica Feiner, was wondering if you could tell me where were you able to find someone to help you, I'm looking for a thoracic and rib physiotherapist? Thanks so much :-)
Jessica Feiner: I went in unable to turn my head and my shoulder was pinching. Nathan spent the whole time gently pressing on my head. He didn’t touch my neck or shoulder, didn’t massage the area that was clearly jammed in my neck/shoulder and then proceeded to tell me he thought something else might be going on and I’d need to come back. I was charged $115 for nothing. The next day when I had no improvement, I went to a different place where the physio straight away told me my first rib was out and once she pushed it back in place and gave me a good massage, I could turn my head instantly. Definitely won’t be wasting my money at this place ever again.
Jessica Valencia: Fantastic!!The work done at this clinic is pain free with log term benefits. My daughter suffers with pain associated with scoliosis. The results have been amazing and long term. After seeing my daughters results,my partner Robert was desperate to try something other than medication and chiropractors. After three sessions and following the program,Robert is almost pain free.He has learned to manage his response to stress and now has control over muscle contraction etc..Liz has changed their lives immensely.
Jennifer Piazza: For 10 years I searched for answers for my pelvis problem and it was not until I found Barbara that i was able to get solutions and answers!!!! Thank you Barbara for changing my life.
