Maja Divjak: Amacyn make beautiful, all natural perfumes and my favourite is I am Passion. I bought this as a birthday present for my sister and unfortunately, it was lost by Australia Post. Amacyn went above and beyond to ensure I was reimbursed, even though Australia Post did their level best to wriggle out of it, despite my purchase being insured. So, in addition to their beautiful products, I have to say Amacyn also offer incredible customer service. Highly recommended!

Aditi Verma: Where do I start?The worst customer experience I have ever encountered in my life.I really loved the smell of the perfume I purchased from a pop up market and was planning to use it for my wedding. The perfume was faulty and leaked so much that oils were all over the box, and the liquid level was heavily reduced. I contacted Amacyn via Instagram and Email and was received with such abruptness, rudeness and ignorance. They never acknowledged that my product was faulty and kept referring me to their Terms and Conditions which weren't in line with consumer law. Dealing with Amacyn gave me such bad anxiety - they threatened legal action and apparently reported me to the police for bullying and harrassment, when all I wanted was a product in a good condition. I eventually went to Fair Trading who tried to resolve our dispute. We did come close, when Amacyn asked me to ship the perfume back, but I didn't want to have to pay more for a product I should have originally been given in good condition. Fair Trading tried to get Amacyn to let me return to store but got no response from them - even Fair Trading struggled with Amacyn's customer service.And just to be clear, I only sprayed the perfume once to show my family what it smelt like. The images are all the natural leakage that has occurred since then.I did enjoy the scent, until it started to be associated with stress/anxiety and I would recommend anyone purchasing from Amacyn check their product before going home with it.Below they claim I broke the perfume spray - I never said the spray was faulty, I said the bottle leaked. You can see the plastic has warped and bubbled from the oils leaking from the bottle over the last few months. Amacyn did not show my partner and I the bottles, they simply got it from under the table and handed it to us in a bag. You can also compare my case to the other recent reviews which seem to reference my case by contradicting everything I say.

It definitely does not leak!!!! The customer service of Amacyn is also the best customer service I and my cousin experienced not only do they show the product to you before you pay for it in the market. You dont have to ask for it. Its a part of their trading service. The customer service is very honest and professional. Very nice people. I have been asking about product care and customer service is the best by far I have experienced in my life. So sad when some customers abuse their kindness.

zaicke gosetsuke: I have received my 12th purchase from Amacyn Natural Perfume. I am happy with this brand and product. The quality of the perfume always exceeds my expectation and is consistent. The packaging is amazing it is very strong and never leaks. The spray pump does not break, unlike other brands. Of course, it will only break and leak if you damaged it while using it. This happened to me one time. I have also bought this online from overseas and it withstands the higher pressure above air transport. I always inspect the product I buy before paying. One thing that makes this brand name different is that they actually let you inspect the quality of the product when you buy it from them in the markets. I bought twice overseas from them at The Rocks Market. What I see on their website is what I receive online too. I have been sharing this brand with my family and friends for a while now and all of them are buying now as they like the brand too. I bought I Am Light and I Am Gentle today.

Megumi Goto: I am never going to buy from Myer online and have it delivered again. They delivered via a courier called CouriersPlease. They said they took the package with them because no one was at home, but 2 people were at home. Their website said I need to enter a number in the slip to arrange redelivery, but when I contacted them, they said they no longer provide slips and I need to contact Myer for redelivery. How do we know if they ever attempted to deliver and not just ask everyone to come pick up to save labour fee?Also, their pick up point is way too far, in fact further than Myers from my home. The pick up point is in Beaconsfield which is hard to get by public transportation. Please change to Australian post, that way at least the pick up point will be at a local post office. I did not expect to have to pick it up so far from my home and so far from the city. Click and collect would have been a lot closer.Very very disappointed.

House Valois: I purchased a very expensive SleepMaker Cocoon ensemble bed. Myer use an extremely rude, hostile, unprofessional delivery business – CAPITAL TRANSPORT. I contacted a Myer Store Manager who showed little to no interest in my feedback regarding Myer’s chosen delivery business. My neighbour can attest to the utter rudeness of the drivers.I have never encountered delivery men so hostile and confused about a delivery address or item they were delivering. The 2 men brought up the wrong mattress which agitated one of them more so than another, beyond belief. Rude from start to finish.Myer, I will not be doing business with you anymore since you choose to use such an unprofessional business, nor clearly believe in customer feedback or take any kind of action. No idea about Customer Service. This expensive bed is not even worth the cost, but I guess this is what sales are all about - selling something you think you need. This bed is marketed as the best bed ever, well in the Sealy top range bed v's SleepMaker range. It is not. It is not "The Most Beautiful Sleep".

For a while I did not understand the sarcasms, but found out this perfumes were fake. The scent lasted less than an hour in the skin. I do not anyone to purchase any of this products, first impressions are important, and my gut feeling told me differently, but I chose to believe the Big Indian sales woman, and even the owner come out and assured that they are real. You guys lied and made me not only embarrassed me in front of people that I respect, the economizing has costed much more. You guys are not legit! And I can’t believe no one has complaint. Disgusting ETIQUETE of commerce, and operating in one of most beautiful and trustful cities of the world.
