The Bid Coordinator: I came to Carbon8 circa 2019 after an expensive nightmare at another printer.Today I just got more cards printed at Carbon8 and super happy again.I have been going to Carbon8 for 3+ years now and they have never let me down. In addition to fabulous customer service (Colin you are a living legend) they have a lot of equipment and machinery onsite - this means, more control and faster turn around.Would have to be some of the best printers in Sydney - especially if you need worry free delivery.EDIT: yet again Carbon8 saves the day with a 2 day turn around project with the wonderful Jacky Chan. Not only does Jacky have an awesome name, but he was super patient with us as we rushed around trying to slap together a last minute design. Thanks again Carbon8

Geoff Lovell: I can't rate the team at Emerald Press more highly. I needed an order of service booklet done within a couple of days. I sent it across in the morning after talking to Tom. Within two hours it had been printed. The quality was outstanding and everyone commented on how well they had come out. They have become a keepsake instead of something that is normally discarded. Tom even took the time to realign everything for me inside those two hours to make sure it was perfect. As for the price, it was too cheap and I told them that. Their response, "We're just glad that you're happy." They never got rich from my small print job but they enriched the lives of everyone that attended through their high standards. Can't recommend them enough.

James Anderson: Extremely disappointing experience. Ordered 5 letters with a dash in the middle printed on sticky vinyl. Provided pictures with a tape measure up against the letters (previously printed by a different shop that is less convenient to drive to). In addition to the pictures I also provided the height and width requirements.I was a provided a proof which I signed off. It has the font requested and looked appropriate.Upon picking it up it and about to apply found it was 3cm too short.Upon calling I was advised that despite the fact that I provided both the pictures with tape measure in the image and also written size requirements it was indeed my fault. I was expected to use the measure feature (wasn’t aware there was one in adobe acrobat) which would have shown that they had made the font too short.To have this issue fixed I was provided a discounted rate to fix their mistake.As a retail customer to be expected to know there is a measure feature in adobe and to be expected to check that when multiple very clear instructions were given in my opinion is horrendous.It certainly appears that given they know I need this they’re expecting the customer to fund their mistake. That doesn’t gel well with me.
