Puppeteria: what do users think?
Vicky Vitetzakis: I took my two kids to Puppeteria today, they both loved it. Would most definitely attend to have the kids watch another puppet show. Won't be long before we go back again. Thank you!!!!
Christie Wong: Wonderful. Children loved it! Will continue to attend.
Kristy Walker: My 2 and a half year old daughter and I went to see “What’s new at the zoo?”. She was fully engaged and really enjoyed the songs and stories. It was really sweet. We were able to eat snacks (helpful to keep a 2 yr old to sit still!). There was also an Interval for about 8 mins as they prepared for the second half of the act. There was a little shop that you can purchase a variety of finger puppets and larger puppets, and a little kiosk for the little ones with simple snacks (and a toilet close by!). This helped make that time go a little faster! It’s only small fitting about 15 kids (in little chairs) and room for adults to sit too. I was grateful for the enthusiasm demonstrated by the owners. It was a very welcoming and homely feel with cute puppets and storyline to suit! A great morning out to experience something a little different! Highly recommend! ♥️
Mathew Winsor: Puppeteria is an old school puppet show/theatre and shop just perfect for all the family. Took me back 50 years and my Grandchildren really enjoyed themselves. Has a very good atmosphere and your children will enjoy themselves. Really worth the visit for old fashioned fun.
Diana Carolina Vargas isaza: Professional, creative, original. Recommended for children 3 to 5 years old.
Rahul Saini: Went along with my 5yr old for one of their shows - Goldilocks and the three bear's. It was entertaining for the kid's and a good experience overall, had appx 15-20 kid's for this show, would recommend visiting.
Hugo Feek: This place is creepier then ivan mallets basement.
Laura Bielinko: Was keen to support this local puppet show but found the couple operating it to be very rude on arrival. Completely switched demeanour when doing show but left a sour taste in our mouth. Our 3 year old who normally loves every outing didn’t like it either despite her loving bunnies and visiting the bunny themed puppet show. Won’t be going again.
Emmy Lou: Such a perfect outing for preschoolers and a great introduction to theatre. It's very small so the children can see exactly what is going on and not overwhelming like sitting in a big theatre. Good morning excursion.
Susana Catalina Prat: Beautiful simple old school puppet entertainment for the children
Daissy Blanco: Nice little venue, lovely for small children wanting to do something different. Old fashion puppets with a nice touch of creative and fun, highly recommended. Easy parking outside and small playground around the corner.
Nicky Berrick: Wonderful little puppet show!
Lisa Macauley: Great puppet theatre run by a couple of masterful puppeteers. Great show for the kids but adults get a laugh too! Highly recommend!
Finn: never seen this place open but looks good
Ad Ka: It is a favourite outing for my 3 year old. Shows are great and very well done for kids. Highly recommended. The playground next door is also very good for after show and picnic.
Jennifer Ganda: Kids had a great time!
Gary Plumridge: Great selection of puppets, it's unbelievable.
Tatsiana Kats: Hreat place for kids! They offer shows for different age kids, interactive and funny.

Diane Hore: A great venue, always have a great time, the shows are always fantastic, thank you.

shannon goslett: Went to see mama mia musical they said no photos or video i get that however your not allowed to sing to the songs who in their right mind can help but sing to Abba songs and its a musical isn't that what ment to happen and even the stuff you buy to remember its is between $15 to 40 dollars and the only got things are the the tea towel 15 or the top 40 and they dont have plus sizes honestly if u cant sing at musical there they shouldn't have them in the 1st place hope they dont want me not to sing at wicked
Nicholas James: Great place to view Shen Yun. Service was quick considering the amount of people attending. Parking is a breeze as it's at The Star. Staff are helpful in finding your seat. Would recommend this place for any particular events that interests you.

Juls (Juls): Beautiful theatre 🙏
JT: Great & original venue situated in the heart of the city. Very intimate seating with brilliant views of the stage . I left my phone at the Metro Marlow hotel therefore no internal photos . Returned last year to see the amazing Moulin Rouge and was blown away , particularly by the cost of drinks .
Allyra Robson: Always such a good vibe! Seen a handful of great shows here and the theatre itself is gorgeous!
Lochlan Meres: Brilliant place to see a show
Leo Sternhell: Very bad service, there was a worker who pushed me down the stairs and fat shamed me at Joseph last month. It was really disorienting.
Jellie Ann Morales: Good location. Heaps of restaurants around the theatre. Nice staff and place.
Jess McCloughan: Beautiful venue
John Mayers: One of the grand old ladies for theatre. Staff are great and so is the seating.

Positive Parent-IN with Natalia: Like it.
June Beevers: Great show

ARA Darling Quarter Theatre: what do users think?
eunice Crosbie: Very big centre, good for any big group meeting.. the amenities were good also, it’s like a convention centre for volunteers and other meeting place for a gathering.
ailin yu: Everything was great.HOWEVER, today a few ladies and I were trying new uniforms in the female restroom. A male cleaner suddenly stormed in and began to collect rubbish from the bins. All of us froze at once when he came in. Luckily we were still wearing clothes. We heard him speaking sorry and saw him tidied everything in a hurry. Just a reminder that he should have use a more polite method in dealing with these situations. He cannot just storm into a female restroom without notifying the people inside. Hope that this makes sense. Have a great day.
Adrian Platinum: Was here for the patty mills event, well handled by staff. Great experience
Gayatri Falnikar: Wonderful venue, been here a couple of times for Flamenco shows. The show was absolutely divine and cost was well worth it. Well organised event, however the toilets were out of order last night when we visited and a few patrons were a bit inconvenienced. But overall the size of the venue and location of it is pretty great. It’s nestled in between a very busy strip of the Darling Quarter but feels like an escape when you walk in
Jasmina Zarkovic: Terrible place. They don’t have restrooms -so I had to walk 100 meters from the theatre to a public toilet. Staff was very slow and people were cuing -in front of the venue-without any reason. The worst theatre I have ever visited.
Brook Ayrton: Great intimate venue in a busy and accessible part of the city.
Sammie Russell: So good! We saw Heathers in the theatre and it was amazing. No complaints whatsoever
Laura Guan: I watched heathers here and i liked the show, though there are limitations for musicals it seems - it looks like the band can only be on one side (instead of underneath or behind) so sitting near the band kind of drowns out the actors on stage. Not sure if it's a limitation of the theatre or the planning of the show though. However since it is small, even sitting at the back will give you a good view and it is in a good location near restaurants so there's no need to rely on theatre food. It's also a short walk from town hall station.
David Robison: Excellent theatre
Susan Watts: Air con fiercely cold! Las Flamenkas excellent!!
Katherine Gillian: Terrific show for all ages. Pete the sheep by the Monkey Baa company. Great seating plan.
Mehreen Javed: Great little cosy theatre. Came here to watch a popping dance battle and the venue was perfect. The entrance is a bit tricky to find, it's accessible near the restaurants side.
Noe Romero: Recinto muy bien cuidado pero no cuenta con aire acondicionado. Me estaba rostizando ahí
gabo araya: Good location
Paul and Amanda “Panda” Steele: Theatre great, trying to find it very difficult - signage was poor.
Thomas Tan: Friendly
Alexander Khromtsov: Nice little venue, very friendly and helpful staff
Olga Pitt: Wonderful venue, but very hard to find. You must walk along the path right next to the building and then, half way along, there among the cafes is the foyer. Phew. Better signage would help.
aman: Good place to host live talk shows or corporate general meetings. It has lights, cameras and easy for public to arrive and attend an event.
Ruta Ka: Great cozy space for events, comfortable environment
Yun Hwang: Charming, small performing place. The stage is quite close to the audience and it has a really intimate feel. The entrance is next to Lindt chocolate cafe. There are no bars selling food or drinks. People spill out to the food shops nearby. There is also no permanent box office - there is a desk set up before each performance to buy tickets etc.

Sydney Theatre Company: what do users think?
Nina Beilby: The subject matter has varied, as does the quality of acting and production, but It's always an interesting night out. It really helps that it is in such a beautiful location.
Juan Simon Linares Oropeza: Great old wharf Turner into a theater
Doug Doyle: The shows are always great. We never read the story before so every one is a surprise!
Sherry LEE: This was a treat I shared with my daughter on a recent visit to Sydney. Wasn't enthralled to see the Australian Theatre company production of Fences but oh my was my mind changed. It was an excellent production. And the theatre was an excellent venue, wide comfy seats. A must see and a must visit.
Jan Spicer: We saw Madama Butterfly there...it was raining, but everyone mostly wore poncho raincoats. It will be great to have a covered venue one day. However, it was a fabulous venue with a difference and spectacular views over Sydney Harbour and Opera House. We got aboard a water taxi, which apparently is cheaper at $15 (2023), just for these shows, to go across the Harbour to Circular Quay. A long line for taxi's, but they coped well under the circumstances these days with staff shortages, etc. The volunteers helping for the Theatre Company did a fantastic job. Thanks.
Serene Tlw: Very nice theatre that is clean, has scenic views and with helpful staff. Floating on the wharf, there's a bunch of other theatres, studios and things to watch.
Daniel Walker: Melbourne has better theatre
Tim Morrison: Cutting edge theatre. HUBRIS & HUMILIATION was an outstanding production..
Stylequeen B: A quck snack at the bar prior to a show was very ho hum. Very dry, unpalatable prepacked sandwiches and minisculue vietnamese rice paper roll. Come on STC the punters deserve better.
Paul JJJJJ: Difficult to get to in one of Sydney’s dead spots. Food is very average. Theatre staff are nice but waitresses clueless. Unfortunately, I was there to see Hubris and Humiliation which was very undergraduate level, tedious fluff. Pretty bad night overall.
Alan T: Saw The Goat in Adelaide then saw HUBRIS & HUMILIATION in Sydney ... such excellent production
Michael Burgun: Fantastic venue and fantastic show
Joseph Yap: Charming place with a spectacular view of the harbour
Stephen Byrnes: Great shows.Excellent location and facilities.
Toby Evans: Very nice facility / Auditorium, The seats were comfortable too.The performance was also great.
Eddie Ozols: Very unique setting
David Mene: Nice venue, comfortable seats, good view from any location
Eugene Young: Fantastic experience
Denning Isles: Just need to say how easy it was to buy a gift voucher! It’s so refreshing when things run so smoothly.Thank you.And a long time fan with consistent quality shows.
Louise Stokes: Kelly from the Education Office is brilliant. Knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly.
Daniel Gush: We go here regularly and I really enjoy the atmosphere before you even enter the theatre. Staff are always incredibly helpful. The box office is quick and the bar at the end of the wharf has probably one of my favourite views of the harbour

richie roberts: Great for live bands and the young guy at the outside bar is a legend 👍😉🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍾

Timothy Yang: Factory theatre is a bit dated but that's part of it's charm! A great comedy venue
gillivette: So good experience at this theatre
Josh Johnston: Great gigs
Mark Elrick: Great venue, various food and drink options.
Rita Angus: Easy to access via public transport, with food and a bar onsite. Excellent announcements and plenty of staff on hand to assist.

The event was absolutely outstanding, the sound was amazing and the event space fantastic!Staff were all very friendly and helpful.Amazing how this venue has evolved and developed over the year. Staff and the whole place is wor fantastic 👏
Grace Micali: Fantastic. Nikki Britton is the best. 👌
David Hackett: Good for comedy shows, food trucks and drinks trucks setup for the festival, when lots of shows on a bit of chaos to move but it works
No way myself: Great atmosphere! Never miss the Sydney Comedy Festivale here every year :)
Strages Powers: Great venue for a drink, or to catch a show, there is always something going on! The outdoor courtyard has a great atmosphere.
Joel Ward: Good space, food, drinks and great staff. No parking though and a 1.3k walk from the train
Mark Milic: A rustic cluster of smaller and larger theatres, a bar/beer garden, and food trucks.
Müller: What a great venue for live music.
J Dinamita: We visited as part of the Sydney comedy festival on a Sunday. Entry was fairly quickly and it didn't take long to get our tickets checked. There's plenty of food options inside and the queues are not very long.Restrooms could be cleaner but it's understandable for a busy day at a peak time. Will definitely be returning to see more events here
