Danny Tanoto: At first the experience was ok. The staff wasn't the friendliest but dr Nicky provided superb service with excellent communication. Then my wife was referred to the dhm lab down the street for a blood test, did it on the same day. There was no news for almost a week. I called and was shocked that the result was pending because incomplete information. Neither the radiology nor the lab contacted us for this issue. I had to call both lab and radiology myself. Got ping-pong between the lab and radiology with vague info. Promised to be solved that day but the same thing happened again the following week. It was finally sorted out only after i made another call. So unprofessional

However waiting area is very sterile, chairs are uncomfortable (especially for those with an injury or medical condition) and is not conducive for small children.Medical staff were all very friendly and helpful. Miss 3 year old and I appreciate all the effort the staff went through to keeping her calm and comfortable during her Ultrasound, and complete the process safely. They were professional and caring and had great bedside manner. The Technician explained everything clearly so we understood what was going to happen.

Peter: I had an MRI scan with Harbour Radiology recently. I was apprehensive prior, due to a history of claustrophobia. The wide bore open MRI device was state of the art. With a bore of 70cm width and 125cm length this machine was a game changer for me. Additionally, a reflective mirror was positioned to direct my view out to the open room. The MRI technician was fantastic. He communicated with me throughout the entire procedure. His professionalism and kindness made the whole experience very manageable. I can highly recommend Harbour Radiology North Sydney.

The medical imaging technician was incredibly professional, kind and patient, he took the time to carefully explain every single step of the prep and the scan as well as exactly what I would be hearing while in the machine. He guided me all the way and really made me always feel relaxed despite a couple of interruptions from my side during the long scan.The results were then sent promptly and directly to my specialistDefinitely recommended if in need of imaging services done in a fast and professional way
Eliza Chen: I did a mammogram and ultrasound here.For the mammogram, not sure if it is because of the machine or the radiologist, it took like 3 times of normal time to get my imaging done...taking images time after time and changing positions time after time because the radiologist couldn't get the images she needed. I had done mammograms in a few other places in the past few years, and had never experienced anything like this. Extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant, apart from the pain along the process. Worst experience ever...I totally lost my patience in the end and I didn't think I could take it any more if she didn't stop.For the sonographer, she opened the door to leave while I was getting changed after the ultrasound, and I was like half naked. Don't feel she was sensitive or considerate at all.I would never come back to this clinic again, or recommend anyone to come.
Nicolai Clausen: Less expensive MRI than some other place but the machine is smaller and more claustrophobic than for example Mater Imaging. Also, their MRI machine is not registered with Medicare so if your treatment is eligible for Medicare coverage check out other places with registered machines. My MRI exam wasn’t covered by Medicare so this was the most cost effective place for me.

Daniela Scarlat: My previous appointment at Royal North Shore Private went very well. The lady who served me at the front desk was a wonderfully kind soul. She was so helpful and made sure I had all the answers to my questions. She also worked very professionally and I felt that all the correct information was taken down. My latest appointment was awful. I went to make an appointment for a scan. The lady who served me looked like she was training the person next to her which is fine with me. However this lady was rude from the beginning, and it just got worse. I was furious that she looked at me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about and as if my time didn’t matter. She took my ref and badmouthed the doctors writing ( we all know doctors writing isn’t great) but I found it unprofessional that she went off with the other lady without even letting me know where she was going and to wait a moment. They went off at the back and giggled and I felt as if my time wasn’t seen as important. I ignored this and made conversation while they were trying to do whatever it was on the computer. After finally getting an appointment confirmed I requested if they could fax over a previous report to the doctor. The lady was atrocious and told me to get another ref and get the scan done again even though I clearly mentioned I had already had it done. I was happy to go home and check my accounts and see if I made a mistake and maybe got the scan done elsewhere, but she was rude and looked at me like I was a complete idiot. I’m pretty annoyed about the whole encounter and she needs to act more professional and courteous to patients. Disgusting behaviour.

The reception staff at the Private Hospital clinic were friendly and helpful in booking and confirming the appointment, and answered all my questions about preparing for the scan and finding the clinic.On the day of the appointment (which ran perfectly on time) I felt nervous for my son but the friendly team put him so at ease he opted to have the MRI without me in the room, and after it was over even declared it was "fun"! The images and report were available quickly. I have nothing but praise for the team at North Shore Radiology, not only for their clinical expertise but for their kind and sensitive manner with patients and their families.

Bronwyn Armytage: I've been to medscan Barangaroo twice for MRIs. I have found the service is great, was very quick getting an appointment and cheaper than other places I called. Would definitely recommend and go again.
Max Whiteman: Lovely staff, makes whatever process you need very simple and easy. Will come back for anything else I need.
Antony Caliendo: I booked a X-Ray and Ultra Sound and was told later that day the machines were getting fixed therefore i had to book for a few days later, scan were done a few days later at which time i was told to expect the result after 12pm the next day. I went to the doctors in the evening the next day as I expected the scan to be there and they weren't.A few weeks past due to work commitments and I go to the doctors again and still no scan results. After speaking to Medscan they said they made a mistake about sending a FAX (in this day and age faxes are still used apparently to inform doctors of scan results).I do not recommend this place for X-Rays or Ultra Sounds as it does not live up to the price you pay for the service you get.
Felicity Thomson: Excellent service, from phone call booking, to arriving welcome. The MRI went smoothly bc of the amazingly lovely skills and calm manner of the doctor incharge. My Adult son was having a difficult time in wanting to go to MRI, so it was truly a miracle that he calmly went along. It all went smoothly ofcourse. Very happy with results and the cost was completely reasonable. Highly recommended and my son is happy it was a good experience for him Apart from these essentials the place had a beautiful aspect and beautiful chairs to wait in. Well worth the visit. And happily go there again.

Julianne Ngu: Receptionist kept giving me wrong information for my 18-20wk scan I was trying to book - told to drink 1L water (it’s actually 600ml), quoted incorrect price, had to rearrange my appt after I scheduled as she booked me in for 30mins but later realized I needed 1 hr. In the end I was going to run 10min late for my appt and they wouldn’t accept that and said I need to reschedule because I would have the full 1 hr only. Despite being told before by another receptionist the appt could be 1-1.5hrs. Ended up going elsewhere! (And for a better price) I had a great experience at medscan CBD so if you must, go to that one instead!
SB: Went for a MRI Enterography yesterday, the receptionists were pleasant enough, the medical centre itself was modern and clean, but that's where it ends.I was given a drink in preparation for the scan, the technician didn't explain what the drink was but because I had a CT scan a week earlier at another imaging place I assumed they were the same with some contract agent to make my bowel more clearly visible during the scan, the technician got inpatient with me when I didn't quite understand the interval for the 2 litres of drink to be consumed, I was taken aback by his attitude.Once in the MRI room I was feeling really cold, as he was trying to put a cannula in my arm I asked for a blanket, he said "can I do one thing at a time?'.I was shivering under the blankets so I asked if it was the drink that gave me some reaction, he said it's got some laxatives, I was thinking why did I have to drink laxatives now that it will only work many hours after I'll have already left the clinic, but I was scared to ask more questions fearing that if he gets annoyed he won't do a thorough job.My body was shaking from the cold or the drink so I couldn't keep still, I said "I'm really sorry that I'm holding you up", he didn't show any compassion, didn't say oh that's ok take your time, instead he said " Lets get it done and over with, I will be as fast as I can."I pleaded with him "please don't rush with the scan", he didn't reply and just pushed me into the MRI machine.After I got back home I had terrible diarrhoea from around midday through to the evening, I was feeling so unwell.I suffer from a few health problems, I've had so many CTs X-rays and MRIs over the years at many different imaging places, I've always felt safe, looked after, explained to and respected until this experience at Medscan Barangaroo, I went to Medscan because they had the earliest appointment as it was an urgent request by my specialist, it was my first and last visit there.
Neil Hristov: Refused to do a doctor ordered ultrasound on a 1 year old because they did not have a negative covid test. It is just disgraceful. So we have to go to the children's hospital, putting more strain on our medical system.

I don't think I've ever been looked after at the exact time of the appointment in a medical scenario. My radiologist was swift and very knowledgeable to my questions.The stellar service did not stop at the exit door, the tool to have access to my scans after I left the clinic is great too! Easy access and I get to see my scans instantly (I don't know what I'm looking at but hey at least I feel like I got my money worth (as Medicare don't cover the entire cost).Great job to all the staff. I hopefully won't be back but if I ever have too, I'll do more scans here.
Natalie D: Receptionist charged $70 for an x-ray when we presented our medicare (x-rays should be for australian residents/citizens). Told the lady it should be free, but she said you have to pay $70 and you can claim half of it back from medicare. Shana: HORRIBLE experience do not go to Barangaroo mediscan if you want to be treated with respect.The radiographer didn’t even make eye contact, he rushed me so much so that I didn’t even finish completing the pre scan questionnaire. Rushed me in, didn’t explain anything. When I entered the room after getting changed, he told me to leave and wait in the change room. Once in the scan room, didn’t even tell me to NOT MOVE which is essential for an MRI. Didn’t tell me how long it would take. Treated like you are in a cattle factory, in and out - like they’re doing it for FREE.When it was over, again they rushed me out. I was feeling lightheaded after having stayed still for so long but they were rushing me out and rushing the next patient in. I was still in my gown, forgot my basket of clothes in the MRI room and the next patient saw me and was as confused and embarrassed.The receptionists were even worse. Chatting among themselves, ordered me to pay when I was still filling in the rest of my questionnaire. Was she worried I would run away? She was mumbling and when I told her sorry I didn’t hear that, she was like “which part?”. So rude. How are would they behave if they were actually providing this service for free or for cheap?

I was booked in for a scan that the Radiologist thought was inappropriate. She discussed this with me in depth, and unable to get in contact with my referring doctor organised for the team to squeeze me in for a more appropriate scan on the spot! The team treated me with care, compassion and efficiency. 100% will return and refer all my patients to this practice!

Phil Ilmo: Booked an appointment on Monday for this specific centre as I was told by receptionist it was bulk billed.When I arrived on Wednesday having an unpaid day off work was then told it wasn’t covered under Medicare. $400Was told the receptionist who booked me in doesn’t usually work there and sorry they gave you the wrong information but bad luck.Very rude staff who have no compassion.Avoid this Center at all costs.Ashfield at least explained why it wasn’t covered.
Gin Gin: I recently had an MRI at the I-Med Radiology Network in Drummoyne. Since I'd had two stapedectomies prior to requiring the MRI, the staff took extra care to see that I was a suitable candidate for the procedure. They went out of their way to check with another clinic where I'd previously had an MRI. When I got to the centre, the reception staff were very attentive and professional. I felt very looked after by all the staff concerned - the reception staff and also the radiologists. I would definitely recommend this centre.

So disappointing as one person is giving this bad name to the entire business but no one should be made to feel like this when they are trying to sort out something for the health.Will not feel comfortable ever going here again.

Paul: Although having a GP referral containing clinical information, the radiologist wanted to hear my first hand account of my current difficulties and areas of discomfort. Her investigation went beyond what was requested on the referral form and identified pathology that had not been considered by my GP. The radiologist provided service of an extremely high standard, was extremely diligent and had excellent interpersonal skills. Very happy / fortunate to have received such a high quality service.
Janet More: I had a neck and head injury and my GP after a phone consultation sent me a referral by email for CT of head and cervical spine as concerned I may have a brain bleed and/ or neck fracture. I rang immediately Drummoyne but nearly 5pm and closing and the receptionist booked me in for 10.30am New Years Eve. The receptionest was very efficient and helpful and I found her one of the best I have had to deal with as I had a number of previous reports from a serious similar type injury which she sorted and added to my data base. I was also advised I could down app to receive scans. Currently declined but will review decision. Very professional staff doing CT and friendly and informative. Have been here on a number of occasions never any issues always the same great.

tamara lukovic: Had my mri done for 500AUD. But since I am moving overseas I asked for a digital format of my films. I was told that I can buy it for 50 AUD and they will copy the films on my usb. I am speechless. After paying 500 aud I need to give them 50 more for the the copy to usb “service”.
Ceu Entin: Just stop working as a receptionist if you cannot perform your best service towards customer!!! I’ve called several time to arrange booking for the xray and ultrasound, both experiences was awful. Someone from the reception clearly don’t have basic skill to talk friendly at all! I haven’t finished my sentence and she cut off and went straight forward “just come for xray no need to book!!”. Unbelievable! This place need to shut down!

Please do better for patients & do not work in customer service if you have a negative attitude towards patients and other health professionals.

She seemed genuinely disappointed that I had all the paperwork ready so she couldn't unleash her maximum rudeness. And that was just one phone call. Can't wait to see how I'll be treated when I dare to show up for my appointment. If you have the choice, go somewhere else.

I tried a second time, and I was waiting for 12 minutes.If I-med radiology advertise a service, they should hire more staff ready to get business.Last time I was there, you could hear the ring of the phone but the Receptionists were busy with patients.They could have the courtesy of picking up the phone and ask if the client could wait while they finish, but they don't do it..Such a wait our time! Of course, I ended up ringing different company and my call was picked up at the third ring.
Georgia Regan: iMed's serviced are satisfactory, but their service isn't brilliant. My partner and I had a fairly mediocre experience when we attended iMed for a 20 week scan; the sonographer seemed jaded and overlooked the fact that this scan would be an exciting experience for us. Furthermore, the ultrasound rooms don't have screens mounted on the walls, so you can't view the ultrasound in real time. For a couple who wanted to see their baby, this was disappointing. Also, the sonographer told us she'd send us videos of baby moving, however we learnt after the appointment that iMed don't have capacity to provide customers with video clips from their ultrasounds.All-round, the service was satisfactory, but I'd recommend going elsewhere if you're an excited couple who are keen to see their baby.
John Bsatick: Had an MRI on my knee for $300. The woman who performed it was plain rude, but, hey, them the breaks. I then took the scans to my specialist who said they'd done such a poor job he could barely even read the results! Maybe I just went on an off day, but disappointing regardless.
Stephanie Wee: Try to avoid this option if you can. Unhelpful staff. Link doesn’t work. Finally got through to them on a phone but got there in time only to be turned away. Use of space. They are running low on staff on a busy Saturday so clearly cutting costs. Will definitely try to find another service provider.
James Kelliher: There was a huge lack of porters. I said in the room eating to be taken to my ward for over 2 hours. The there did all they could and gave me some food as I had been fasting for 16 - 18 hours prior. It really horriblethat there isn't enough porters to move patients to their wards. Really a shocking experience.
Jaide Moss: Had a plesant experience going for my MRI here. Receptionist was a delight and explained everything thoroughly. The radiographer was especially attentive and the MRI went smoothly. Was in and out within the 1 hour. Told my report would be uploaded in 7 days and would receive a link (which I already have) Would recommend to have an MRI here. I’ve had several before and this was by far the nicest experience!

Alice: Efficient service which is always good. However, found the majority of staff to be insensitive and uncaring. No real sense of privacy, and a condescending and frustrated tone when giving instructions or answering questions. They also asked me a personal question in front of SEVERAL other clients and rolled their eyes and scoffed when I asked to tell them in private. MRI can be uncomfortable and stressful, and people usually get them because they're in pain or something is wrong. Have some basic respect please.

Off to Alfred next door and can apparently use same referral there.Needs some serious support. Online staff reviews suggest only 28% of staff recommend do that says it all. Very disappointing service

Amber Plowman: I cannot believe how rude the staff are when booking appointments via phone. The first time I booked an appointment here, the woman was incredibly rude and actually upset me, the second time was just now, and before ending our call the woman slammed the phone down which I heard before the call cut out. Goodness me, people are speaking with you because they have health concerns and you don't have the decency to maintain a basic level of customer service? Please get some new staff.
Dawei Go: Have to have a MRI done which due to paat experience I am anxious about, I emailed the supplied email asking for if all of my body would go in and how the Dr resommended sedation would work, email ignored , called and got a unpleasant lady telling me they were inundated and could not look at emails...was rude and dismissive, thought they were a medical practice and answering a email that mentioned anxiety was not unreasonable, I then emailed another email address and the reply was to call. Would have taken someone 5 minute to reply to a anxious patient. What a awfull unhelpfull clinic, not interest at all in patient care.all....luckily next clinic I emailed happy to help.
C B: It's aways nice to call and be polite and be talked to like you are a major inconvenience isn't it...Here's a tip for reception: patients can't always navigate the healthcare system with a full understanding of how things work, sometimes they have questions and are genuinely confused. If you're not willing to answer without answering in a snappy annoyed manner maybe reconsider your career choices. Also: call back when you say you will call back.
George O'Neil: Impossible to get hold of by phone.I've tried 6 times to get hold of them. Three with no answer & 3 I've left a message with no response. Now I have a letter saying I'm overdue, I KNOW. If you answered your phone I wouldn't be. While I'm at it, I had several scans, ultrasounds & xrays at my local excellent Harbour Radiology Mosman with NO OUT of pocket. St Vincent's Imaging will thrash your backside off, be AWARE.
Vee Vee: I was nervous about my brain scan, being caustrophobic and having had an unpleasant experience elsewhere in the past added to my anxiety. At this clinic, the MRI equipment and rooms are top class. Sedation is offered at a very reasonable price - it worked a dream. The staff have a very caring bedside manner, very professional and treated me like a queen.Thank you, and also thank you to the guy at reception who was extremely lovely. Don't regret booking here.

Anuar Valerdi: Update: I've been to this centre a couple of times after my original appointment and I have to say the service has been exceptional.Average service provided but it's been over a month and my doctor haven't received my results.
Betty T: Running over 45 mins late with no apology or explantation from reception staff when I approached for an update. Upon arrival I specifically asked staff if they are running on time as I had another appointment afterwards and was told I would be fine. After approaching desk to check status, no real helpful response given. After I had confirmed I had to leave I was told inpatients get priority so I suppose you can never tell if your appointment would be honoured. Not ideal especially considering the prices charged.

M Sugiarto: I know that your admin/ receptionists are busy, but do they have to be rude to patients though? I first called and was told that I need to email the copy of the referral and they will call me with appointments. I did not hear from them and when I called they told me they have too many referrals on the day and that’s why they need me to call them back if I did not hear from them. I finally got an appointment for the following week. I left early but was stuck int he harbour tunnel for half hour and was not aware beforehand that there would be traffic jam.GPS told me that I will arrive on time. Once I knew the traffic at stand still, I called the clinic to notify them that I am late because I am stuck in the harbour tunnel.They did not ask nor told me that my appointment is cancelled. I went and parked the car, went through all the covid check outside the clinic and waited at the queue only to be told that my appointment was given to another patient as I was 19 mins late. No questions, No apology, No empathy. Extremely disappointed and I have asked my Specialist if I can go elsewhere. It’s just appalling, they did not even bother to check if this was urgent or not. Thanks I will ask not to be sent there again in the future if I can avoid it.

Tamas Gantner: I've been to this practice a couple of times for MRI. Found the staff very friendly and professional every time. No bad experience regarding queues or wait time.
Joseph P Forgas: This is a huge practice, and you are treated like cattle from the moment you arrive - queues everywhere, no personal attention, basically a sausage machine designed for the convenience of the personnel. I came for a barium swallow procedure scheduled for 11, but had to wait over an hour before even called by a nurse. Next, i stood waiting in the x ray lab for another 20 minutes (no chairs) while the nurse prepared some materials, and then spent 15 minutes on the phone trying to get hold of the doctor. When he arrived, he was flustered, dishevelled, brusque, unfriendly. The test took about 10 minutes, and was not very thorough - the resulting images are barely usable, signed by Dr Grant Brigg-Wither. The cost, several hundred dollars for ten minutes of effective work. Avoid this practice if you can - there are far better and more professional radiologists in the Eastern suburbs, and many of them bulk bill.

Paul V: I have had mixed experiences with trying to reach by phone; however, I do think things have improved lately. It's a very challenging environment managing CoVid safety and often unwell patients. I cannot fault the clinical experience and expertise. They are charging at the very top of the price scale, so patients expectations are high.

Everyone involved was very efficient and professional but also sensitive and reassuring. Greg Larkey: The St Vincent’s Clinic staff were uniformly friendly, helpful and efficient under challenging circumstances with the need for Covid triage.Sadly the same cannot be said for the person who was answering the phone in the Oxford Street site on 21st and 22nd July. On both occasions she was rude, condescending, sarcastic and completely lacking in empathy at a stressful time for me when there was some confusion of mine about the correct address to attend for my scan. I can’t publicly name and shame her but for those people from the Imaging Centre who may read this - her name starts with “S”. Why employ someone in a customer service role who doesn’t like to provide service to customers? She obviously doesn’t enjoy her job. Very disappointing at a stressful time for me made all the more stressful by her shocking attitude.
Craig Dickson: I needed to get historic MRI scans sent to another facility and the receptionist (Karen) was very helpful and sent them straight away.I did not have to wait long on the phone call to be answered either.
Chris Jenkins: Attended the clinic twice in the last month, the reception staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the cute dark lady who missed my birthday party but I would like to ask her out for dinner or a coffee, the CT staff were also very professional friendly and explained the procedures very clearly. I highly recommend ..and not just because of the cutie receptionist..who wouldn’t tell me her name or number most probably policies.. she does have my number ...hint hint.. thank you ladies.

Gary D: The staff employed here are very unprofessional, Lots of young inexperienced with no one guiding them . They are the cheapest for a reason, Pay the extra and go elsewhere.
R: I don’t think they are the most thorough scanning place. Had an internal ultrasound which I’ve had done before and took 15-20 minutes. This only took 5 minutes. Yes for me it was bulk billed which probably explains the lack of care but so were the others.
S: This place is really disorganised. I had an internal ultrasound last week. I was told to book in with a doctor Tuesday/Wednesday for the results. Considering I had the internal ultrasound on Friday, this is ample time. The doctor still has not received the results of the internal ultrasound.
Bonnie Huang: I had a radiology appointment at this clinic, and although there were a few issues, I appreciate the effort put in by the Mandarin-speaking receptionist to confirm my information. Despite a long conversation, nothing was resolved, but the receptionist remained patient throughout.However, I was disappointed to hear that most of the staff were untrained, and the senior receptionist was the only one who could assist me. I had to wait for my appointment, despite arriving early at 8:40 am for my 9:15 am appointment. It was frustrating when I had already asked one of their members if I needed to send the authorization letter again, since they should have already received it earlier yesterday morning, but was only told to sit and wait. She wouldn't even let me provide additional information if needed.I also want to give special thanks to the radiology technicians who were very helpful, and the scanning process went smoothly.Overall, while I appreciate the effort put in by the senior and the Mandarin-speaking receptionist and the radiology technicians, I think it's important for the clinic to train their staff properly to avoid these types of frustrating experiences for their patients.The 5-star rating is for the hardworking senior receptionist who handled this situation well, and I'm grateful for her assistance.
Andrew: Stay away from this clinic - disorganised booking process and poor customer service that had no care that several hours of the day had been wasted getting to and from the appointment only to be told that my information had been lost and the appointment couldnt proceed. Who knows what the standard would have been like considering they couldn't manage the basics of setting the appointment correctly.UPDATE:Further to my earlier review and in response to your reply - I arrived early to my appointment and provided the referral letter several days in advance via the online system. As a case in point of the poor service and processes - if feedback truly was important to QScan, you already have my contact details (from appointment and the paperwork completed upon arrival) and could call me, not expect me to jump though more of your inefficient hoops that simply lead to a disappointing and time wasting experience. One can only guess as to what the actual imaging services would have been like. You should try booking with your competitors to see how simple and easy they make it - which I have now done.
Mayur Vikram: Helpful staff and friendly technicians.Parking can be tricky with Westfield. It's a 5 to 7 minutes walk as you have to park and walk through the crowded shopping centre.Car park around the streets is rare to find. Privileged idiots may be traced taking up double parking spaces on the streets.

Wendy Lo: 4.8 - Had a wonderful experience with the staff here today when I brought my Mother in for ultrasounds. From the moment I booked, they were kind and helpful. They showed genuine care, bringing out warm water for her to drink rather than the freezing cold water at the water cooler. We were also so lucky to have staff who could speak Cantonese conduct the scans so my Mother, living with dementia, could feel at home and easily move/breathe into the positions staff wanted. Amazing work! Thank you to all staff, including the lady who was on the phone with me for the booking the 3rd time and everyone with their patience.

The receptionist was efficient and told me the scans would be sent directly to my doctor - probably the next day.3. The technician performing the scans was also quick and efficient.4. My doctor had the results of the scans the same day. That’s pretty fast service.This is a good example of how a business should be run. Everything was done with minimum fuss and the service was quick. They also bulk billed.If I need future scans I’ll know where to go. Highly recommended if you need any type of scans or X-rays.

AUS Cleaning: i actually had a very bad experience here, came in for a first pregnancy ultrasound, the radiologist was very uncomforting, and didnt explain what was happening. i had a previous miscarriage, and the radiologist was aware of that and after not finding a heart beat at 6 weeks, she was not comforting, told me to refer to my doctor, and didnt even explain anything a she was doing my can. i had a panic attack after my appointment in chatswood westfield and it completely ruined by experience. would not recommend. please train your staff to be compassionate and also to explain while they are doing a scan so that the woman is aware of what is going on!!!

Nathan Westerman: After having an urgent referral from a doctor - we were told 20 minutes - a few hours later we were still waiting to be seen, and then told the priority doctor referral meant nothing and they denied ever saying 20 minutes, this eventually turned into a medical emergency. Daizy N: In & out quickly. The radiologist was very thorough and answered all my questions. Front of house were very friendly both on the phone and at location. I didn't have a bad experience, will be back if I ever need too.

Nicole O'Donnell: Took my 9 yr old son to Alfred Imaging Five Dock with a suspected broken arm. He was very distressed, the staff took us straight in for the x-ray and were very kind and compassionate towards him.
