Jordan Km: My partner and I visited O-bar yesterday evening for a belated birthday dinner for him. I was extremely excited to go here and my family kindly helped us pay to have some snacks and drinks here as a present for him. Straight out of the elevator the first thing we were met with was quite a strong smell of sewage. At first I thought maybe we were right next to the bathrooms but we weren’t, and even then it was really unpleasant and not how I expected my first impression to be. Then for the bar snacks we ordered sweet potato fries (which were lovely) and the feta and chilli hummus dips (each dip was $14 which I thought was very expensive). When I ordered I asked what the feta and hummus came with and the waitress said bread which I was pleased with. When the food arrived however we received a single half a piece of sourdough each and that was it. I was really surprised about this as I assumed surely each dip would have at least come with half a piece of bread on their own let alone me having ordered two, if that was the way they chose to serve the food. There were two of us, two dips and half a piece of bread each. I wasn’t sure if we were just supposed to eat the rest with a spoon and honestly for the price both were really average. Later on when we both had our drinks I decided to ask if there was anything else small on the menu we could order as I was still hungry and the waitress said there was in fact extra bread for $3. I was more than happy to order and pay for that (which I did) however I wish that this would have at least been offered alongside the dips, or better they just give you more accompaniments in the first place. During our experience there the smell of sewage didn’t really go away either and none of the wait staff addressed it. Finally when I went to pay I was asked if I would like to add a tip and I said no. I then noticed on my receipt that an almost $11 gratuity tip had been added? I wasn’t sure if this was just standard and the tip was meant to be extra or if this was the tip and the lady didn’t press no on the machine but I was really unhappy about it. Normally I would have just left it. But this was meant to be a one off amazing experience and it wasn’t. The place smelled terrible, and we spent nearly $42 on bar snacks and received half a piece of bread and that was it, on top of spending $142 overall including the drinks. I do want to be transparent and say the staff were lovely and refunded me the gratuity amount which I did feel really awful about. They were all pleasant no issues there. It was more the lack of value for money, the poor smelling environment, overpriced and very average tasting food.
Rock Godz: Had a wonderful 69th birthday at O-Bar. Everything was just perfect 👍Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Noreen Mae Orquinaza: The service was impeccable. They have really good serving portions and the food are flavourful. The team made our wedding anniversary dinner extra special with an on the house dessert and a thoughtful card. Will definitely go back! A really good experience/treat for yourself or for friends/family for special occasions.Special mention to Antoine, who was superb! Very accommodating and sensitive to our needs.
Mila Gmitrovic: We are family of four who dinned in obar to mark special occassion, 18th birthday. Everything was perfect! Unique atmosphere and attentive staff. Thank you Obar for creating lifelong memories.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Sigrid Buela: The waiter on our side was unprofessional in answering our questions. One instance was when my husband asked him about what to order for a 3-course meal, it was our first time dining at your restaurant so we are not familiar and just making sure, that waiter responded in a rude tone with "I already told you this" before answering him. He was also sarcastic and seemed annoyed. This made our mood a bit sour as I saw a difference on how he assisted us and with the other dining customers. However, I still gave him the benefit of the doubt.Second, I saw that the customers across our table, who were celebrating a birthday as well, were given a birthday card/voucher/gift, I'm not sure what it was but the women thanked the waiter for the gift and a "Happy Birthday" was written on the card. I am not sure why my husband wasn't treated the same as I have mentioned in my booking that we are also celebrating his birthday.
Avalon Davy: Amazing! Food was exceptional, service on point, atmosphere lovely and alll round experience was very memorable!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Jules Niko: A beautiful environment with the perfect view. Unfortunately for the price we paid, we’ve had way better degustation food. The beef was very rubbery, the chicken pretty standard. The oysters were sooo tasty and so was the dessert. We weren’t really impressed when they secretly add the gratituities to the final bill which I believe to be rude as it’s up to me whether the service was deserving of a tip or not. Overall, a nice evening but I rather go to other restaurants that give the degustation experience as well such as Aria,Rockpool and Altitude.
Paul Diss: We had reservations for dinner and were seated by the window. The view and atmosphere were both incredible! The service and food tasting menu were also both outstanding and would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice evening out!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Graham: My son and I visited last year for a special ocation, the food was excellent, i dont mind tipping if the service is excellen to be levied with a tip after: 1st knocking a wine glass over, 2nd knocking our bottle of wine over..have not visited since.
Daroy Cortwright: I recently went on a date at O Bar and Dining, this awesome contemporary restaurant and cocktail bar situated on the 47th floor of the Australia Square Tower in Sydney CBD. Let me tell you, the view from up there was absolutely mind-blowing! We snagged a table right by the window, and the panoramic 360-degree views of the city skyline and the sparkling Harbour during Vivid were simply breathtaking. And guess what? They even had this cool light display cocktail and share plate that perfectly matched the vibe. Now, onto the food. We decided to go all out and indulge in the five-course set menu, along with an extra course. I gotta say, those dishes were like pieces of art! Seriously, check out the photos I've attached. The attention to detail in every meal was incredible, from the presentation to the explosion of flavors. It was a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds. When it came to drinks, we had a mix of both drinkers and non-drinkers in our group. Luckily, O Bar and Dining had a great selection of cocktails and mocktails to please everyone. Although, I should mention that the mocktails tended to be on the sweeter side. But hey, if you have a sweet tooth, you'll absolutely love them! The atmosphere at O Bar and Dining was vibrant and lively. The music was just right—not too loud, not too soft. We could enjoy our conversations without straining our vocal cords. However, if someone has difficulty hearing, they might find it a bit challenging due to the ambient noise. The service we received was top-notch. From the hostess to the wait and bar staff, everyone was on their A-game. We showed up a bit early for our reservation, but they quickly seated us without any hassle. The staff explained the whole five-course dining experience to us, and we even splurged on some caviar with one of the courses. The wait staff seemed genuinely excited to engage with us, although at times, we had multiple people describing the same dish, which was a bit amusing. One minor thing to note: one of the waiters hastily stacked all the plates on his arm, which seemed a bit out of place in such a fancy dining spot. Now, let's talk about the price. Look, it's not the cheapest place in town, but trust me, it's worth every penny if you're after a memorable experience. This is the kind of night you won't forget. The jaw-dropping views, the meticulously crafted food, the attentive service, and the vibrant atmosphere—they all come together to create an unforgettable dining adventure. I wouldn't hesitate to go back for another round of fantastic moments.Parking: This is in the CBD of Sydney, you're better off driving and catching a train or tram.Wheelchair accessibility: This venue is wheelchair accessible.
lumsing: The views were stunning, the food was delicious and the service was great! The views made more stunning with Sydney lighting up during vivid. They even had light up cocktails during vivid. I could have easily stayed up there a few more hours! Nice vibe, tables were spaced apart well enough that you can actually hear your friends talking and not everything else around you. Fab experience!

belinda kim hoang (bel): Absolutely a divine experience.Highly impressed with the vegetarian chefs menu. It looked identical to the main chefs menu despite 1 dish (wagyu) I had the beetroot one that looked like steak though. We shared the gantry experience matching wine and that was one of the highlight quality picked wines we've tasted.Very innovative flavours and beautiful, both menus were outstanding you don't feel like you're missing out if you're not vegetarian.Smoked tonburi is a Japanese ground caviar in the zucchini dish (video attached). That was one of the most unique and rare flavours I've never tasted before as a vegetarian.Definitely will return and recommend to family and friends.Vegetarian options: One of the best vegetarian chefs menu in Sydney. Highly thoughtful, innovative that looked identical to the main menu.

charlotte summers: Absolutely amazing restaurant. Food was fab, service was excellent, perfectly catered to allergies and definitely worth a visit. Wonderful owner and staff sorted everything so efficiently for our group of 18. Highly recommend!
Phil: Food OK to good but waiting more than 1 hour for oysters and some fruit is simply not acceptable. On top of that I had to get the menu myself as even after 15 minutes no one bothered to come outside and serve.
R C: So nice to be here. Beautiful place. I didn’t find the menu very appealing honestly and they were out of the good old hamburger option somehow. Great for a glass and a snack before hitting the next stop in your evening.

Dr B.: Coming back from a dinner to hotel my children were hungry again. We ordered something from kids menu and some drinks for us. A young waiter who was also a manager in this restaurant (name starts with J) was extremely impolite. He was showing us all the time that we were not welcomed as we didn’t order food for us but only for children. He embarrassed me on several occasions with sneaky tricks and comments. This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour for such a restaurant in such a Hotel. I will never come back here again. The Marriott Hotel management should be aware of this waiter/manager. Very bad reputation.
Sanak Ahmed: very nice place.i was skeptical due to the mixed reviews initially but was pleasantly surprisednice 3 courses. nice ambience. great service, very professional.really good steak - must try and the fish was amazing too and i dont normally order fish.shout out to the chefs for providing some nice small on the house items!
Christo Hattingh: Just amazing, Best buffet breakfast ever! Great variety and and staff very well trained
Jack D: Honestly wasn’t great. Nothing memorable or stood out and service and ambience was poorWe had the Valentine’s Day menu. Entree scallop with bacon seemed like it was missing something, like a garnish.I actually liked the the confit salmon trout the most. The main which was a slither of steak was missing the crème fraiche, didn’t realise until after so couldn’t ask for it. Maybe it was in there but we didn’t notice?Dessert felt lacking as well, felt like something I could pull together at home (some meringues, sorbet and berries chucked on a plate)Service was not great. Took them about 25 mins to bring out a plate with 4 pre-made chocolate things on it (petite four). I had to ask when it was coming for them to bring it out. Not only that, was never offered any ground pepper at the table but I did note some other tables did.Ambience wise they only realised the fluorescent lighting was impacting the ambience and decided to change it..at like 8pm. Felt much nicer but was too late. Not too mention that the restaurant is in the middle of a hotel lobby so people were chucking or dropping their stuff from high up and hitting the restaurant (someone’s pill/drug fell from a higher level and nearly landed on our table).Probably won’t be back, sorry.
Mohammad Rajib Uddin: Loved the place. Food was good. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was excellent. We loved the steak the jambo prawns,Macha tart, the duck and the fish. They also gave us all halal options. Most of their produces are halal. And the stuff also helped me to make sure the sauces were halal also for example they did not use alchohol. Thanks guys for making our day special. The prawn and the matcha tart is a must try. The duck and the fish were very good also, and the steak was awesome. However wasn't a big fan of the housemade cheese with baby beets and the mushroom tartar was alright. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
KK: Food was good, lovely comfy seats, good atmosphere. Made a lot of mess eating the bread- no side plates for bread, just a share plate that the bread came on, between two ppl.
Betty: I experienced outright discrimination towards my disabled aunt booking this restaurant in which they would not accommodate her.I made a booking for Silvester's for 3 people for the 3-course menu, and they called me to confirm. My disabled aunt is deaf, has no teeth and also has a health condition where if she overeats, she vomits. She can only eat soft foods and cannot bite or chew down hard foods. I asked for an option where if, on the night, she could not have the three course set menu to have a la carte option of smaller portions. I did not outright rule out that she could not participate in a three course meal, but we would have liked some flexibility depending on how she was feeling. If she were ok with a three course meal we would have gladly ordered that, but if, due to her disability and health condition could not stomach that much food, we would have appreciated the flexibility in offering her say, just a main course. This was rejected by the host and the manager, and they told me she must participate in a set menu, no exceptions. The excuse given was that they were recovering from covid and needed to make as much money as possible. If it were a case of meeting a minimum spend, I would have gladly made that shortfall through the purchase of beverages; however, they outright said no.My aunt's requirements are not dietary preferences. They are health and disability concerns. And my aunt wouldn't be the only one to have such issues.I do wonder, when parents bring their kids along, do they force the kids to order a 3-course adult menu knowing they can't finish it? Or an elderly couple who don't eat as much as they used to, are they too force to either have the set menu or not go at all?
R. Michael Meyers Jr.: I enjoyed myself so much I forgot to take pictures! The food was serendipitous. The wait staff was professional, courteous, and more than helpful. The Head Chef deserves to be venerated! If this is how he treats food on any regular night, he indeed deserves praise!!! I've never tasted anything so amazingly balanced. Every bite of every new course told a story, and I was on the edge of my seat until the very last morsel. Bravo, Chef!
Nella Luan: Absolutely impressed by the taste and presentation of the food at a reasonable price! I really admire the creativity of the chef and how he create this perfectly balanced French and Asian fusion cuisine. We will be back in a month time!
Eddy Wong: we went there in a groupon, and we took 4 course menu at $102. Services were excellent and the food was excellent. Very nice environment and it was an excellent dinning experience
Dr. Erdal OZKAYA: Good service and food
LA Lakers: Nice
Pmela Meilak: The food was amazing- the octopus and beef cheeks were so tender - the bread was superb. Staff were very attentive and were able to answer all of our difficult food related queries
Bruce Turner: Great food 😋 when it got here alot of staff doing nothing
Anthony: The duck and the beef cheek are out of control. Legit next level.
Buppett: Amazing food! Impeccable service! Can't thank you enough for the personal touches from the gorgeous wait staff. A special thanks to the Head Chef, we really appreciated the extra effort you went to for us. Hugh, you really touched our hearts and made our special celebration that much more precious, something we will always treasure. Thank you all so much.
Laura Allen: Beautiful meal & excellent service. We did the 7 course chefs selections with the wine pairing & it was just perfect.
Geoff Richards: Unbelievable! We were amazed with the food and the service was top shelf, it is definitely on our list of placescto go back to. Thank you Chef for the complimentary starter of carrott and sorbet, it blew our minds

Stephen Floyd: This is a great place for a meal before or after a show at the State theatre. Great food, amazing service and some serious wines and cocktails. It's a little tricky to find the first time as you take the lift in Parlour and walk past the hotel lobby, look for a big light in the shape of an exclamation mark and head up the stairs. They have a number of casual seats at the bar and some share plate options if you are after a more casual outing.

Abi H: The cocktails were delicious and the food outstanding; the ricotta gnocchi deserves a special mention. We experienced fabulous service from the glamourous lady who took us to our table and the friendly server, who was already informed from our booking that this was a pre-theatre meal and kept things timely. The only criticism was that conversation could be challenging with the loud music that was playing. Definitely recommended, and we will be back to try the steak that looked amazing at a neighbouring table!
Violet Hoai Vuong: We had a great dinner here with first impression of warm greetings from the host. Sara Sassypants: My partner and I used to frequent this bar often but hadn't been in a while. Finally had some time to come in on Friday night. We found the menu had mostly changed and there didn't seem to be as many options. We ordered half a dozen oysters which used to come with a variety of dressings to try but now only comes with one. My partner had the baked burrata which had a little too much vinegar in it but the cheese itself was beautiful. I had the Scotch fillet steak medium rare but it came out quite rare. Lovely steak but I probably should've sent it back as it affected the enjoyment of my meal. That's my mistake. The truffle mac and cheese is no longer a side either, absolutely devastated at this as it was a favourite of ours. Unfortunately we probably won't come back in a while as we were quite disappointed, which breaks my heart as I honestly used to love this restaurant.

Mitre Fam: Had dinner here last night. Would not suggest the Tasting Platter $245 for very rare pieces of chewy steak, have had better at the local pub. Had to ask for complimentary bread because they forgot our table. Only saving grace was Harry, he advised us after ordering with another waiter that medium rare was not the suggestion for the tasting platter and that medium should have been recommended. Harry did bring an apology Creme Brûlée for the trouble which we can’t fault. Overall disappointing service and food, left the place Hungry.
Mango Tango: One of the best restaurant at the Star. It’s always very busy on the weekend, during weekdays may have chance to walk in. Price also top class, but with it quantity it is worth it. The steak also one of the best in Sydney. It should not be disappoint you.

Noremac Romance: My wife and my mother in law came here for dinner whilst staying at the star hotel and had a great meal. The service was a bit slow and unattentive however it wasn't a massive deal, we had an early booking and understood that they were maybe still settling in for the night. We started with the Tartare and scallops. Both banging dishes. Very good start. For main we shared the 200g rump cap, grilled prawns and lamb cutlets.Corn puree and salad are amazing. The steak had a nice bite to it and great flavour. The prawns peeled beautifully from there shells and the lamb was so succulent. They did forget to put the gremolata on the lamb but they were apologetic. All in all a good meal.

BH Aaryan: Seafood entrées were yum but the steak was pretty average. We ordered ribeye steak and honestly, I’ve tried (much) better ones. & lousy service as compared to the fine dining ambience they have.

Jesse Mullens: Had the flat iron steak. Really tasty. Bit expensive but worth it 👌
Ryan TW: FLAT IRON 非常多汁軟嫩,推薦Angus fillet 很乾柴,偏硬,感覺不值得Dessert 很有特色
Shelby Hancock: Online they continue to advertise that they serve Penfolds Grange by the glass using the Coravin system. We came to this restaurant specifically to try that wine and were told they no longer offer any wine using Coravin. Don’t trust the online wine list—if you want something in particular call ahead, and expect all fine wines to be by the bottle only. As for the food, it was good but not inspiring, and at the price, we hoped for better. The scallop entree was the best thing we ate, but the broccolini tasted greasy and was served in a sauce of what tasted like vinegar, butter, and propane. The steak and prawns were perfectly average.
Adriana Michael: Amazing steak selection. Over priced. Walked out paying $550 for 6 people. Almost passed out.
Amy Lou: Impressive steak menu and sides were very generous great to share a special occasion and dishes together. They ask how many people are sharing and split the steaks if you request. The flat iron steak is a must! Crème brûlée lived up to the hype.Recommended dishes Broccolini Side, Crème Brulee, Mac & Cheese, Sauce for Steak, Chips …More

Ian Joines: Beautiful food and excellent service.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Johnny Kristy: Beautiful restaurant near to the wharf.
Andrea Schmidt: Highly recommended
Steven Ferry: Linda made the meal. We sat outside, had an incredible meal. The food was 4.5 ⭐️ but Linda our server was a 10! 10 ⭐️’s witty, charming, attentive! Thanks for making our experience wonderful!
Ferrik Bus: If you come here ask for Linda. She is the wittiest most amazing waitress I’ve ever had. Made the experience for me and my group. Get ready for an amazing lunch if you get her!
Burak Bulut: Divine food, excellent service, quality wine, and consistent every single time I’ve attended this establishment. I’d say it’s the best choice on the wharf 💜✅
William Murphy: So here is why I rate it a 3 and not a five. The food was amazing and the service was good. What you would expect from a restaurant on the wharf. What I didn’t like was when I asked the waiter , who didn’t maybe have a firm grasp on the menu, If the shared set menu would fill two people and not 5 people he just said yes. And then I get the bill and it was per person that price and not as set price. Maybe I wasn’t clear enough. And that was my fault. But when you think a bull is going to be 220 and turns out to be 450 it can kind of sting a bit.
Aaron Knoll: Linda was a sensational waitress. I cannot believe the customer service she deserves a pay rise if not manager from Jess and Aaron love you Linda you’re my second mum. Don’t quit your day job you’re beautiful happy Mother’s Day darling 10/10 food
Nneka Pilgrim: My husband and I loved the food, but the best part of our night was our waitress Linda. I had never had oyster before and we ordered some, and she took the time to show me how to properly eat it and gave me tips and tricks to make it more enjoyable! The whole night she was amazing, attentive, and funny. I’ve truthfully never had a better experience with a waitress, and though the food was great I would come here again just to see her!
Victoria Leape: My partner took me here for my birthday this past Friday night, it was phenomenal. Highly recommend the banquet. A big shout out to our servers, they were exceptional. Beautiful food, wine and serviceFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

krystle kealy: Lynda served us for a lovely lunch. I would highly recommend as she was just Devine and really made our lunch experience.
Sarah Alali: I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and I have to say, it was an amazing experience. The seafood was the freshest and most delicious I've ever tasted. Every bite was bursting with flavor and I couldn't get enough. The service was also fantastic - friendly, attentive, and always willing to offer recommendations. The venue itself is beautiful, with a stunning view that only added to the overall ambiance. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience. We opted for the set menu and were blown away by the Kingfish Ceviche, which came with red chilli, Spanish onion, puffed wild rice, miso crema, and crostini. The Fried S.A Calamari with saffron aioli was also a standout. For the main course, I chose the Tiger Prawn Linguine with confit garlic, parsley, and tomato. The pasta was cooked to perfection and the prawns were succulent and flavorful. My dining companion went for the Port Stephen's Market Filet with summer pea purée and salsa verde, and he couldn't stop raving about how tasty and fresh the fish fillet was.Overall, I had a wonderful dining experience and highly recommend this restaurant. You won't be disappointed
Chloe Allen: Thank you Anais, Linda, Cedric and team for another incredible experience at Manta. We fly from Perth to visit this restaurant, need I say anymore?!
Chris Pisani: Beautiful food and great staff. We had an issue with a 3rd party booking voucher which was confirmed with us but not with the venue. Our waiter, (I think the manager on duty, sorry didn't get his name, he had a french accent, young guy) took the matter into his own hands, assured us not to worry and enjoy our evening and he would follow it up through the week, he could have easily turned us away or not honoured the voucher. Thank you for a great meal and great service and for saving our night
Dylan Harris: The Scampi with bottarga butter sauce is immaculate! I will forever order it when it is on the menu, a great couple of nights guys, thanks.
Cameron Wasilewsky: Manta is a seafood lover's dream. The service was great, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was amazing. It was expensive but worth every penny. Every dish we had was delicious and we wanted more.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Rebecca: Fantastic meal here - we had the Easter tasting menu. It was all delicious. We had the last lunch session at 3.45pm but we were not rushed and sat there for 2 hours enjoying the sun. glass brasserie: what do users think?
Tony Lee: This was my first visit to Glass Brasserie with a few friends for lunch. We were attracted by an offer of lunch special for the main dishes. However, we were a bit disappointed for the limited choices of main. Anyway, the served size and quality were still OK. The desserts and coffees are good.Food: 5/4|Service: 5/4|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Nikki R: Service was ..ok. Food was not great. Such a disappointment to Luke Mangan’s name. Mash had oil dripping, gnocchi was burnt and all the food was cold, all the other diners had their food before us so it seems to say they forgot our food which must have been sitting somewhere.. we came here 5 years ago at that time it was great, but now not so much.
John Sergeant: Quite possibly the classiest brassiest glassiest place to have dinner in the CBD.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Pan-Fried Potato Gnocchi Corn Asparagus Zucchini Peas Parmesan Lemon Thyme …More
Medina Parkers: The food here is expectationally good. The flavors of the food was also sensational that you can't get enough of it.The ingredients used for food are fresh so the food taste really delicious. I would definitely recommend you to try this.Parking: It depends at what time you visit.

John Robinson: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/4|Atmosphere: 5/4Recommended dishes KingfishMore
Chris D: The service was very poor, and the table was constantly having to ask for orders/requests several times. On 2 occasions the drinks orders came incorrectly. For a ‘wine bar’ the staff were not able to provide any information on the actual wines available..3 of the main Steak options were not available (despite us being 8pm on a Saturday night) - we only found out that this was the case 15 minutes after we had already ordered the food.General standard of food was pretty poor for the price that was paid.Despite being a nice decor/venue. The menu was overpriced & generally a poor experience. Would not recommend.
L Liu: Glass Brasserie team, I would like to express my disappointment over the service I had Friday 5th of May 2023.The service was extremely inattentive and even the floor manager was oblivious. Our whole table of 5 were left to sit there for ages without even a food menu, and no one came. We had to stand up twice to ask for table service.Extremely extremely disappointed with Hilton as this restaurant sits in a flagship 5 star hotel.I would not be visiting again.
Lily X: Delicious food, hard to go wrong with a really good selection. There looked like plenty of tables at lunchtime too so a good spot to walk in. Staff weren’t super friendly.Recommended dishes Kingfish, Classic Steak Tartare DF Quail Egg White Anchovy Shallots Dijon Mustard Capers and Cornichons, Organic Egg and Crab Omelette, Lamb Chop, Grilled Tiger Prawns, Wagyu Steak Medium Rare, Truffle French Fries, Yarramundi Lamb Rump …More

Sarah Alali: The venue was truly impressive, with stunning decor and attentive wait staff. Our waiter Karin was so nice and friendly This restaurant ranks among the best I have ever visited. I highly recommend it.I was blown away by the incredible flavors of the food - the wagyu sirloin was cooked to perfection with a beautiful char and caramelized onions, the gnocchi was light and fluffy bursting with flavor, and the creme brulee was just the right amount of sweet and crispy on top. The truffle chips were so crispy and tasted amazingThe wine selection was also impressive with a wide variety to choose from.In addition to the excellent food and drink, the staff were all incredibly friendly and had a great sense of humor. I can't wait to come back and try more dishes. We were also able to enjoy a 50% discount on our meal by booking through First Tables - definitely worth checking out for more great deals on dining experiences.
Anthony Watts: Part of the redevelopment of the Sydney Hilton. They have turned a place that was dark and slightly claustrophobic into a great eating place. Staff were knowledgeable and attentive (without being American cloying) and the food excellent.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
z3173054: Food was outstanding. AJ, who served us, was very friendly and excellent. We enjoyed our dinner here. Very pram friendly too. The restaurant is located inside the hilton. I went up the lift with the pram and was there. They made space for the pram. No complaints! Everything was excellent. I enjoyed the kingfish and prawns for the entrees.
Tassanee Sangwon: Never disappointed with Glass Brasserie. Last time here was around Xmas , now back again and happy to see menu changes a bit. Still delicious, Beautiful presentation and yummy cocktail (ordered Lychee Rose). Great service. I have ordered Kingfish for starter, the winner! Classic Steak Tartar for main...cannot resist this dish!. Finished with Affogato!

Lena Ang: A nice place for having lunch. The venue was huge but was quiet when we went. It’s nicely decorated with high ceiling and wine bars. We had few entrees to share. Started with oysters and kingfish ceviche. We also had steak tartare and grilled prawns. I’d recommend the oysters, very nice. Prawns wasn’t bad either. For main I had wagyu steak medium rare. It was nice but the sauce lack of punch. Also there was part of my steak that chewy, couldn’t cut it off perhaps tendon? Please order the truffle French fries. It was lovely. Unlike most of chips with sprinkle of truffles on top, the chips tasted like they’ve been infused with truffles. Very delicious and enjoyable. I’d give that 5 stars. The wine selection was a lot and our cab sav was nice companion. Our lady server was friendly, efficient and warmth with lovely smile. She made the dining experience pleasant and relaxing.
D G: Excellent service and I had the perfect beef tartar and beautiful truffle parmesan chipsWheelchair accessibility: Easy lift goes directly into the restaurant

Q Dining: what do users think?
Michael Stronach: Once we were seated and order taken the service was atrocious. Ordered a bottle of wine which they kept behind the bar. Had to ask 2 waiters before they would refill the empty glass. Calamari entree was cold, rubbery and chewy. Mains was good. Had high hopes but left a lot to be desired. I recommend going elsewhere.Food: 5/3|Service: 5/1|Atmosphere: 5/2 …More
Online Mom: Had a wonderful evening watching Vivid and having dinner here. We had the tasting menu and were very impressed - good sized portions, great value for money, well presented and delicious. Staff were fantastic and even though it was a busy dinner service, we were very well attended to and looked after by Savey and Sidney. Vino the Manager was excellent and personally checked on every table from what I could see. So impressed we have already booked to return!
Lewis Arizapa: Not sure what there go was this morning. Breakfast service was in shambles, our server forgot half our order after being placed, after being sorted we never received drinks and one food item, constantly reminding the staff with no resolve. The food was quite nice but I’ve never experienced worst hospitality at any restaurant before. Waiting time of over an hour, drinks received after breakfast is already, along with many other small issues that built up.
Melissa Ang: Always good to come here every single time. Food are delicious. Healthy menu for the kids as well. He got grilled salmon and rice which he enjoyed. All selection of dishes were really good. Staff were friendly and nice. Would definitely come back again. We are stuffed as we ordered too much 😂
Luke Buzzard: Paid $14 for the bakery mixed plate, which consisted of: 2 x toast, 1 x croissant, 1 x pan chocolate, and 1 x raisin pastry. It was completely underwhelming for the price. Croissant tasted like it was store bought, not fresh baked. Our plate was missing the pan chocolate.Ordered an iced latte with one sugar. The sugar wasn't even dissolved into the coffee. For such a well presented establishment, the fundamentals were lacking.
tiffany hastings: Ambiance of the restaurant was great. Food cold and very ordinary- I wouldn’t go back
Will Chau: Food is of average quality but would be overpriced if was not discounted 50% by a membership card.Grilled barramundi is too wet.The view is not too fascinating.
FPV: Had my birthday dinner here and the service was superb! We were greatly welcomed by a man who seemed to be the manager and were served by the best attendant! She was so polite, friendly, kind and welcoming, and I regretted not asking for her name so I could send my regards to her. Just knew she was half Spanish half Filipino. The food was good/ great, and there were several times we were checked on to see if we were okay, if the food was good etc. I left with a big smile on my face!
pock yeen Wong: Excellent location by Circular Quay. Truly satisfied with the food and ambience. Most of all, ,we were so impressed by Sabey's welcoming smile and impeccable service on 19 April that we invited our friends to join us again on 24 April. We rated Q Dining 5/5.Vegetarian options: Na
Shui-Jean Yap: Awful. It is, at most, a bistro disguised as a higher end restaurant.Food is expensive. We had the crispy zucchini flowers which was more oily and soggy than crispy. The barramundi had too many bones. The duck ($55!!) was of good produce but overcooked to the point it was rubbery and tasteless. The nicest thing on that plate was the fresh fig.Lastly, there was suppose to be a Pre Theatre Menu as per their website. But at the venue we were told that it only starts in June.Pathetic.Will never return, will never promote.
John Carrie: Very disappointed. Ate here last night. Staff were not interested. Scallops were overcooked & bones found in the fish. No one checked if the food was OK or if we wanted any further drinks. Dessert offered before our main course arrived. Poor service and food was nothing to shout home about. Save your money and go elsewhere would be my advice.
eunbyul cho: 상큼한 세비체를 상상했지만 그냥 연어샐러드 느낌이에요. 전반적으로 고수?같은 향이 살짝씩 나네요.
Victor Tang: Relatively small but cozy restaurant inside a hotel, with nice views of Circular Quay, nice modern decor and a quiet, dimmed lighting atmosphere. Service is quick and staff are attentive. 4 course set menu gives quite generous portion sizes for a tasting menu. Pretty good experience overall.Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian set menu and a la carte dishesWheelchair accessibility: Accessible by lift.Dietary restrictions: There is also a pescatarian (fish only) menu. There is a vegetarian menu.
Simon Clark: Great location, fantastic view over Circular Quay, interesting menu consisting tasting menus, smaller share plates and larger meals. Quiet and relaxing. A good place for a first or second date.Food: 5/4|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/4 …More
Shiz N: Been here a fair bit for special occasions! Went with some family who were visiting from overseas. The service was fantastic as always. Leanne Collins: We stayed in the Hotel Intercontinental so we could enjoy Vivid, the Art Gallery and our beautiful city.We chose a room with high elevation for views of the opera house and harbour bridge. It was fantastic. The locality is perfect for the city and harbour, the Botanic Gardens, great restaurants, the NSW Art gallery , all within easy walking distance. We had a marvelous few days and we’re very appreciative of the early check in they allowed us. The interiors and comfort of the room were excellent. Would go again. It is pricey but worth the treat.

Even though I didn't use it, the rooms have the largest, most comprehensive mini-bar I have ever seen including a set of four teacups and saucers, along with an extensive selection of teas and coffee. Louie H: My favourite restaurant I could never stop going back, service is amazing food is delicious dessert is mouth watering
Jeong Hur: The bar Team are an absolute unit. Experts at their craft. 10 /10
ultimobile: Typical overpriced ‘luxury hotel’ food - looks impressive - tastes bland. As elsewhere in a similar place, the first offering of warm sourdough bread - in this case with creamy ?whipped butter mixed with salt crystals - made the most positive first impression. We tried all the entrées to share which at least gave us an interesting variety of things to try but nothing jumped out to the taste buds, As with many such, a great place to burn $400 or your casino winnings to try to impress your companion/s.
Maddie Brown: Aman was lovely. Great services and high quality food. Will come again!
stringless: We visited the Sydney Lyrical Theatre to watch a program and were pressed for time, with only 30 minutes to spare and we were hungry.Fortunately, a bearded gentleman recommended some quick mains, which arrived promptly and matched his description perfectly. We were thoroughly impressed and grateful for his efficient service. Although we couldn't try everything on the menu, we'll definitely return for more culinary delights. Overall, we give high praise for the restaurant's flexibility, speed, and delicious cuisine with a 5-star rating.
Ashrit Kaur: Beautifully prepared dishes and professional service, even that my salmon had a few bones in it, the staff were on it immediately and kindly removed it from the bill in the end

Vanessa Hadaway: Was one of the worst restaurant experiences in a long time! I dined with my partner for my birthday. The flavours are weird and not thought out well! I could barely eat the barramundi main with cabbage my partner ordered a steak to be medium rare and it came well done.Wine list is abysmal and no Prosecco or even a decent alternative!Sides of broccolini with lemon myrtle cream with macadamia crunch tasted like dishwashing liquid and ruined the entire meal. I survived on chips! It use to be a good restaurant though staff didn’t care and it was a really unpleasant experience!Parking: When they scan your parking ticket you still have to pay at least $25!
