Rock Lily: what do users think?
Joseph Mines: Used to go here all the time for the music Suite az , went the other week and my god what happened? This place is dead with no vibe.. owners should consider new management or get the RnB bands back! Until then, give the place a miss for now .
T: You must be a girl otherwise you will not get in. Outrageous
Mario Villaescusa: Good musicToo close of the poker machine
James Grant: If your a young and male don't bother. Please please please management take a look at this. Your bonucers need re-educating desperately. Tried to go in on a Friday night about 11 and bouncers told us it was closed. Two girls walked straight in front of us (both about 18 if that) no ID checked at all. We were well mannered and sober, so no reason not to let us in. Avoid at all costs.
A Toloui: Excellent choice for age 20 to 40, good music,
Kevin HJ Park: had company Xmas party but finger food was bad, customers are complaining. Live band was fantastic.
Leah Khoury: Always a great vibe here!
Debbie Mcdougall: Great food ,terrific atmosphere and staff with brilliant entertainment definitely be back
Jon S: It was that good that I don't remember...
Pedro Finch: Good food and atmosphere. The drinks were nice as well.
Unicorn Prince: Great Bar! Great cocktails and friendly staff! Great music
Edgar Badawy: Good vibe, expensive drinks.
Naomi Sampol: Had a blast thank you!
Jason Elia: Wow food is amazingDefinitely returning there this week
Wilson Tacuri: Beautifully place to visit
Michael Michael: I guess if you're looking to lighten up your evening with a few tunes and drinks heading over to rock Lily would be a nicer change than the dull vibe that gamblers give off as the machines take away their money. Not the greatest place but it'll do for star City casino
Treason Plot: A cavernous space with little in the way of atmosphere.
Joanna Netto: It's a great vibe but the wait to get in is ridiculous and the drinks are over priced.
Wesley: cosy small club with good vibes. the art on the walls is amazing. they had stand up comedy which was one of my favourite times to visit. they do R&B nights and DJ so you can hit the dance floor. the bar has decent employees behind it and all in all I recommend a visit. I don't know what's with the ID verification in the middle of the casino during the wait in the line
Gary Djemil: Good choice of alcohol decent pricesExcellent music and bands
Allem Allem: Music selection is 🔥

Vasco: what do users think?
Melina Douziech: I love this place! The pasta is soooo good (maybe a bit pricey but so worth it) and so are their drinks! Staff is super nice maybe music could be a little louder to make it more fun but such a good time!
Dannielle Carrogu: Pizza was amazing, music and vibes were even better highly recommend checking it outFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
craig downing: More bar than food venue. Staff were nice enough without being great. Cocktails were good. Music old school classics. Pizzas looked ok but the food I had was pretty ordinary. Not bad, but not good either.4 stars for a bar. 3 for the food.
santosh: Good vibe and cocktails
Sowmya Banerjee: I asked the bartender for recommendations from the happy hour menu but when the bill came later on I found that the bartender made a drink for me on the regular 20 dollar menu.I clearly specified I wanted a recommendation from the happy hour menu. The food was great! But disappointed with the service in regards to the drinks. In the end I was charged 40 dollars for the drinks which I thought were on happy hour.I understand that the happy hour menu is displayed - but as it was dimly lit restaurant, it is not visible therefore I asked for the recommendation from the happy hour menu, not the regular one.
Harry Soiland: Good pizza, great vibe.
Jade Hughes: Lovely friendly staff and owner!Great food! Great atmosphere! Would highly recommend!!
Liv Reed: The vodka pasta and salami pizza was so nice!! 10/10
Carlos Triana: Cocktails are soft and small, for about $20-$30. Not many options. The music is great and the environment is nice. Good pizza but the service could be better.
Sam Morrey: Good food. Fantastic service. Great music. 10/10
Liza Morrey: Lovely lively venue great food good music brilliant atmosphere and lovely friendly staff thoroughly enjoyed our evening .
Sajda Batra: Omggg the flavour! The spicy pasta was actually spicy!!I only had the Vodka pasta and I usually never finish my food and have to takeaway but there was nothing left on my plate at the end of the night. Soooo yummy even without the burrata!! (Which is a 10$ extra)I added pork but was a little disheartened because it was 6$ extra and I only got like 5 pieces of pork … still amazing pasta ♥️ but for the price, portions could be better.
Jessica Finney: Excellent place! The whole experience was great, the staff were all very friendly and ensured we had everything we needed, the atmosphere is really good, we had cocktails and pizza both of which were amazing and we cannot wait to visit again, especially to try their bottomless Saturday.
Troy McDonald (Trob): Dont understand how we got a table after mardi gras, this place shouldve been packed, great music, awesome atmosphere, the food is weirdly good...im going to come back here on a regular basis
Catherine Chen: Cool vibes. Went here on a Sunday around 5:30PM. No booking so my friend and I sat at the counter—but my friend sat on a seat completely soaked in beer. The one floor staff was also run completely off their feet, but he was still doing his best to remain friendly and upbeat. As for the food, it was decent but I came here specifically because I saw good things about the gluten free gnocchi, but to my disappointment I received gluten free penne (probably from a pre-made packet).I'm pretty used to being disappointed by gluten free pasta options but I had some hopes for this...not sure if I will be back.
Salesh Chand: Epic bar!! Delicious Italian cuisine with tasty cocktails. Staff were very attentive and super friendly. Very clean and hygienic atmosphere. Highly recommend.
M: Very average restaurant, it was ok but I will not be back as there was nothing stand out. This restaurant is great for a simple meal and for someone not looking to be amazed.
hollie johnston: Social media joke. 9pm on a Friday night and the bar was overtaken by a table with influences having a photoshoot. The flash was intense and lit up 360 degrees around the restaurant. I understand the need for promotion, but can't understand the staff encouraging influencers with no consideration for other people's dining experience. Photoshoots should be done outside of peak dining times. Pizza was delicious but the pasta was hard and undercooked. Staff were apologetic but it didn't make up for a wasted evening and an expensive bill.
Georgia Walsh: Social media lied to you! Super super average food . Super hot no aircon . Lovely waiters hence the two stars
Ellora Virtue: We had high hopes based on reading other reviews but were pretty disappointed overall - slow service, plain and overpriced food. Nice bar for a drink but wouldn’t recommend for food.
Hang Pham: Great tasting cocktails with amazing bar staff! Weekends get really busy and there is a bit of an extra wait time but the quality drinks and food with friendly staff make it worth it! Make sure to book, we will definitely be back 😊😊

Valve Bar & Venue: what do users think?
Behnam Imanian: A very cool place as an underground music venue
Harrison Mccowage: Valve bar
Anthony Thomas: Very unique. It has its own style which I love
Joshua Fey-Sparrow: Bar no longer exists
Pete Fawcett: Good venue, held some alternative shows, not many places do!
andrew no: It's closed.....
Maggs Lani: Was good
Tim Burnell: Good venue
Ideas and Opinions: Prescription, the last Saturday of every month, if you like dancehall this is the place to be.. great music.. nice crowd..
Cheryl Waring: Music venue to listen to live music
Ben Ellis: Great underground venue for serious live music fans. Reasonable beer prices and usually cheap door price. Dark, low ceiling adds to the ambience. Good quality house PA and speakers. Only one exit... slightly concerning.
Keiren Stephenson: Thank you for giving us metal tragics somewhere to congregate 🤘
Alex Dell: Literally the sickest spot in all of sydney
Ariel Zhou: Psytranc party on Saturday night is good.
T T: Any venue still doing live music in sydney should be commended specially if it's for, up and coming metal bands.
Jak Smith: My friends hired the room downstairs out on a Wednesday night a couple of weeks ago, and I was super disappointed with what happened on the night. First of all I found the manager and bouncer on shift very rude and unreasonable as we had all been drinking all evening and one of out friends had had a bit to much to drink so we brought her out and got her a Uber home, on returning from just out the front we went to go back in but we were not allowed as we were too drunk, which was rediculous, yes we had had a couple of drinks but were not that intoxicated. I waited for about 5 mins before trying again and was let in happily by another guy. Once the other 2 saw me again they came headlocked me and draged me out of the bar, with so much force!! The manager then said to me "let's take this round the corner wheres there no cameras" I couldn't believe it!!Secondly we had hired the place until 1 and band on one even though the DJ my friend had asked nicely just to finish the last song the music was switched off exactly at one which just seamed so rude! So overall just not very happy with the way the evening went even though we paid all that money
Talon: Great function room with stage and lounge area. DJ booth available as well as bar.
russel jones: Cool place , nice vibe , friendly staff
Keanu Reviews: Epic events at this venue. Good drinks
Fangr the Bat: Sounds Like Winter

Could have charged much more for a quality concert that ran for 4+ hours without breaks. This was the last concert of this tour.People flew up from Melbourne, drove from Toowoomba, choppered in from the Southern Tablelands, bussed in from the Hunter. Many different accents, huge range of ages (well even Marcia Hines is 69 and the group I was with had to look it up).Great intimate venue, staff excellent, lots(!) of very evident security who were nevertheless unfailingly polite.
Tom Horder: Great shows put on here complimented by the surrounding gothic architecture and parklands

Rick Thomas: Fantastic venue. Easy to get to with plenty of parking or buses. Being short, I really appreciate the 3 stepped levels at the Manning. It means I can always find a good spot to look over people's heads.Parking: Plenty of parking around Broadway, both paid and free, which is a short walk away. There was also paid parking on site but it fills up pretty quickly.
Lee Yang: This is an awesome venue for metal concerts. You are close to the stage and the security are kind towards the patrons during the night.
Crofty: Small venue with great atmosphere.
Steve Murray: AtShdney Uni, live music, food and bar.Check website for touring artists.Good Staff Good Security ✌️🎶
Lys Sanders: Cute bar, great for live music, bar staff super friendly. As a single female attending an even, I didn't feel unsafe at all, although I do recommend leaving with everyone else so you have other people around when walking to your car, but campus is well lit and heaps of students still around quite late, even on the weekend, would definitely come back here again
William Ferguson: Went to see Connor Burns here smallest room possibly built but an ideal venue for the awesome Connor who made the most of the space he was given
Skye Clear: Great bands.Excellent sound and visuals.
dean mcdonald: Good small venue ideal for concerts

Flat Rock Brew Cafe: what do users think?
Randy Brophy: A true neighbourhood brewery & pub with dedicated and long-term staff. They worked with me to succeed with a sort of group function (actually a few over the years) and while the venue doesn't offer 42 taps nor a huge courtyard, it's likable for being a nice sized friendly place with a good menu & kitchen, and of course, great beer. Indoor (front, back and upstairs) and outdoor seating.
Peter Urbanec: If you like good independent beer and are not willing to drink megaswill, then Flat Rock Brew Cafe is pretty much your best bet in the area. There's always a good selection of beers on tap and the fridge often has some interesting (and expensive) beers too. There are a couple of hand pumps for that authentic pint. The menu has a fairly standard selection of pub dishes, so you won't go hungry. If you are after a few good beers with a standard pub meal to go with them, you'll do fine at Flat Rock. There are no annoying TVs hanging off the walls, which is a very welcome change from most venues. The staff have really good music playlists - I very much enjoy the background music, which is not overwhelming, but very enjoyable.
Mary Bennett: If I could give zero stars, I would. Waited to be served, no one came. Should have known by osmosis to beg the 2 disinterested staff behind the bar for assistance. Also it's a cafe with no coffee.
Jairo A: Great service, good line up of craft beers. Had the English pale pale, the and oak aged belgium one, finishing with the red rye. All on tap!
Nick Ross: Keeps running out of popular Lager-like beer which forces you on to experimental, dark, fizzy, second-rate craft beers. No spirits sold (apparently they get people drunk). Awful implementation of RSA laws (serve you/friends beer and then say they can't drink it). Probably the worst (most overpriced) burger in all Sydney - $26 for pure meh! Did I mention how uncomfortable the 'chairs' were. Beware the staff.
Adrian Grabicki: Best burger I've had in a while. Beer list is great as well
Tiffiny Wood: Great beer, good vibes. Live music on Sunday's.Some excellent craft beers!!
David Goldstein: Great small local brewery, some beers brewed in house. Tasty snacks. And dog friendly.
Paula Drake: Not sure how you get a 4.5 star reviewbased on our dining experience, food and drinks less than average.
Mark Wanklyn: Great food and amazing beers!
Wanderlust W: Jazz on Sunday evenings, a good variety of hand pulled ales, friendly service, sumptuous and delicious bar food...this place has a lot to offer. One little hitch is their not so clean toilets
Bart Stoelen: No screens, no pokies, just great beers and real people having real conversations. My kind of pub.
Alison Williams: Great food and beers brewed on site. Very attentive and helpful service. Perfect outdoors on a sunny day or cozy indoors in the rain. Now we live locally, we’ll be regulars!
Michael Curran: A quiet little Brew Cafe with the welcome option of seating outside, which is delightful on a warm day. The beer selection is decent, and the food options are good. Come here for a quiet night of conversation and beers.Live music on a Sunday afternoon is a nice addition.
Cass Aitken: Great beer & friendly staff!
JOHN LEE: Cool Cafe
Wade Tubman: Great drinks and food, friendly staff and a fun atmosphere
Mark Rees: Great beer, nice food.
Robert Beecroft: Neat place with great IPA’s on tap. Bench seating with a good view out onto the street. Great place to relax over a beerEDIT: pale ale tasted very ordinary, like a Carlton draught or similar beer
Chris Janssens: Good beer, delicious food, nice private area in the back if you require it.
Zlatko S: Wonderful place with nice food and drinks

Alvaro Fuentes: Been coming here for ages. Service is ok but got sold beer nuts that the use by date was back in April 2023. We're in June 2023

Grey Eviltwin: Meeting some friends there for drinks after their paintball game. They were running ten minutes late. The table we had outside had six of us on it, drinking and eating. The bar manager tried to move us on by turning off the table ordering QR code. When our friends arrived he then had 14 people ordering meals and drinks.Perhaps being outwardly queer in public isn't done while visiting this pub.Three stars only for the delicious cold cider and generous cheese plate.

The menu lives up to the reputation of very good pub food. The restaurant staff upstairs are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and super efficient.Four of us were celebrating Mother's Day. As we were about to leave we were gifted with a delightful Mothers Day present. We were absolutely touched by this beautiful thoughtful gesture. Thank you so much Fortunes of War. X 14/5/23Booked four people lunch Sunday. Loved the old heritage quaintness of the hotel. We dined in the bistro upstairs, light bright and airy, and not too crowded although fully booked. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Efficient, attentive and friendly. The guys ordered the beef stew with fresh chunky bread for dipping. They loved the flavours , no complaints there but felt the gravy juices perhaps could have been a tad thicker. The chips were great too.Two of us ordered the goats cheese pumpkin salad with the chicken and rocket. . Lots and lots of rocket. Perhaps the goats cheese and pumpkin could have been a bit more generous. No complaints with the taste, it was everything and more. I’d order the dish again. We had a fabulous afternoon and price wise was very fair. We’ll definitely be back with friends. The charm of this hotel is quite exceptional.I’ve only given 4.5 stars only because as said above a little additional here and there would have gone a long way to full stars. We had a lovely time, thank you.
Mike Rowe: Nice Guinness
Nicolai Stoopin: Horrible experience, refused to serve drinks (water) because we spoke a different language. Refused to serve water because of CLEAR racism from bartender, do not go if you do not speak perfect Australian/English. Clearly a place trying to live before the 1900s. Disappointing to see from such an otherwise great location in Sydney
Toby Tisdell: Great spot
Phil Lovering: Just had a drink in this ol place just because....
