Dr B.: Coming back from a dinner to hotel my children were hungry again. We ordered something from kids menu and some drinks for us. A young waiter who was also a manager in this restaurant (name starts with J) was extremely impolite. He was showing us all the time that we were not welcomed as we didn’t order food for us but only for children. He embarrassed me on several occasions with sneaky tricks and comments. This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour for such a restaurant in such a Hotel. I will never come back here again. The Marriott Hotel management should be aware of this waiter/manager. Very bad reputation.
Sanak Ahmed: very nice place.i was skeptical due to the mixed reviews initially but was pleasantly surprisednice 3 courses. nice ambience. great service, very professional.really good steak - must try and the fish was amazing too and i dont normally order fish.shout out to the chefs for providing some nice small on the house items!
Christo Hattingh: Just amazing, Best buffet breakfast ever! Great variety and and staff very well trained
Jack D: Honestly wasn’t great. Nothing memorable or stood out and service and ambience was poorWe had the Valentine’s Day menu. Entree scallop with bacon seemed like it was missing something, like a garnish.I actually liked the the confit salmon trout the most. The main which was a slither of steak was missing the crème fraiche, didn’t realise until after so couldn’t ask for it. Maybe it was in there but we didn’t notice?Dessert felt lacking as well, felt like something I could pull together at home (some meringues, sorbet and berries chucked on a plate)Service was not great. Took them about 25 mins to bring out a plate with 4 pre-made chocolate things on it (petite four). I had to ask when it was coming for them to bring it out. Not only that, was never offered any ground pepper at the table but I did note some other tables did.Ambience wise they only realised the fluorescent lighting was impacting the ambience and decided to change it..at like 8pm. Felt much nicer but was too late. Not too mention that the restaurant is in the middle of a hotel lobby so people were chucking or dropping their stuff from high up and hitting the restaurant (someone’s pill/drug fell from a higher level and nearly landed on our table).Probably won’t be back, sorry.
Mohammad Rajib Uddin: Loved the place. Food was good. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was excellent. We loved the steak the jambo prawns,Macha tart, the duck and the fish. They also gave us all halal options. Most of their produces are halal. And the stuff also helped me to make sure the sauces were halal also for example they did not use alchohol. Thanks guys for making our day special. The prawn and the matcha tart is a must try. The duck and the fish were very good also, and the steak was awesome. However wasn't a big fan of the housemade cheese with baby beets and the mushroom tartar was alright. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
KK: Food was good, lovely comfy seats, good atmosphere. Made a lot of mess eating the bread- no side plates for bread, just a share plate that the bread came on, between two ppl.
Betty: I experienced outright discrimination towards my disabled aunt booking this restaurant in which they would not accommodate her.I made a booking for Silvester's for 3 people for the 3-course menu, and they called me to confirm. My disabled aunt is deaf, has no teeth and also has a health condition where if she overeats, she vomits. She can only eat soft foods and cannot bite or chew down hard foods. I asked for an option where if, on the night, she could not have the three course set menu to have a la carte option of smaller portions. I did not outright rule out that she could not participate in a three course meal, but we would have liked some flexibility depending on how she was feeling. If she were ok with a three course meal we would have gladly ordered that, but if, due to her disability and health condition could not stomach that much food, we would have appreciated the flexibility in offering her say, just a main course. This was rejected by the host and the manager, and they told me she must participate in a set menu, no exceptions. The excuse given was that they were recovering from covid and needed to make as much money as possible. If it were a case of meeting a minimum spend, I would have gladly made that shortfall through the purchase of beverages; however, they outright said no.My aunt's requirements are not dietary preferences. They are health and disability concerns. And my aunt wouldn't be the only one to have such issues.I do wonder, when parents bring their kids along, do they force the kids to order a 3-course adult menu knowing they can't finish it? Or an elderly couple who don't eat as much as they used to, are they too force to either have the set menu or not go at all?
R. Michael Meyers Jr.: I enjoyed myself so much I forgot to take pictures! The food was serendipitous. The wait staff was professional, courteous, and more than helpful. The Head Chef deserves to be venerated! If this is how he treats food on any regular night, he indeed deserves praise!!! I've never tasted anything so amazingly balanced. Every bite of every new course told a story, and I was on the edge of my seat until the very last morsel. Bravo, Chef!
Nella Luan: Absolutely impressed by the taste and presentation of the food at a reasonable price! I really admire the creativity of the chef and how he create this perfectly balanced French and Asian fusion cuisine. We will be back in a month time!
Eddy Wong: we went there in a groupon, and we took 4 course menu at $102. Services were excellent and the food was excellent. Very nice environment and it was an excellent dinning experience
Dr. Erdal OZKAYA: Good service and food
LA Lakers: Nice
Pmela Meilak: The food was amazing- the octopus and beef cheeks were so tender - the bread was superb. Staff were very attentive and were able to answer all of our difficult food related queries
Bruce Turner: Great food 😋 when it got here alot of staff doing nothing
Anthony: The duck and the beef cheek are out of control. Legit next level.
Buppett: Amazing food! Impeccable service! Can't thank you enough for the personal touches from the gorgeous wait staff. A special thanks to the Head Chef, we really appreciated the extra effort you went to for us. Hugh, you really touched our hearts and made our special celebration that much more precious, something we will always treasure. Thank you all so much.
Laura Allen: Beautiful meal & excellent service. We did the 7 course chefs selections with the wine pairing & it was just perfect.
Geoff Richards: Unbelievable! We were amazed with the food and the service was top shelf, it is definitely on our list of placescto go back to. Thank you Chef for the complimentary starter of carrott and sorbet, it blew our minds

vivien wang (澳洲种草酱): 沙拉超好吃 实惠又大份!泰式炒饭也不错
Ian Parker: VERY expensive. Over $15.00 for noodle soup. Watch it as they add extra charges to make up the total amount. Slow and disorganised service.
Thane Patrol (Thane Patrol): Excellent coffee and wraps. Portion sizes are large and the food is well priced
Richo Richo: FOUR times today i tried to order a salad. Simple order, no capers, no olives please. FOUR times the staff member got it wrong. By the 4th time it was no olives no onions, and i cancelled the whole thing. ABHORRENT customer service.
Misspiggyexplores: Love the coffee!
Chao Sui: Fantastic coffee and food with good price
John Rotenstein (Fermax): That was a really yummy lunch! I had a chicken Pad Thai, which was really hot and fresh. Lovely flavour. The menu is interesting — it’s a combination of salads, Thai food and a coffee bar. Some meals are a combination, such as a Thai Salad. It was good for my group of workmates, since we could satisfy various tastes.Today’s special was Chicken Laksa + 2 Spring Rolls for $13.90.
Elham Najafzadeh: I'm a big fan of their vegeterian chefs salad, that's the best salad I've ever had in CBD. It used to be so crowded which shows they're doing great, but nowadays it won't take too long to get a salad.
Calvin Frith: Big fan. Delicious Thai food.
Hamish McCarthy: Tasty Thai food
Ashwitha Jain: Nice cafe opposite to the Wynyard station on clearance Street. Usually packed in the morning, the wait is too long for a coffee but the coffee is good. If you're looking to have a good breakfast go for it. The wait is worth as their breakfast menu is short but good. I highly recommend this place.
Burak Altin: The best coffee
Brad Fraser: Great salads and friendly staff
Darren Lynch: Smoked salmon salad was excellent.
Richard Cantlon: Great Coffee

Lucile Beaurain: We went there for dinner with a friend, the view could be nice but you see the highway. The waitress was talking a lot and being quite pushy, we didn't like the experience. Which is sad because the food was really good especially the fish !
Maria Cignarella: We came here for dinner a couple of months ago & were very impressed not only by the exceptional food but the exceptional service by waitress Elena so we decided to come back as a family to celebrate my 50th Birthday. Once again the food was exceptional & we were served by Elena who remembered us, who made me feel so special & gave us fantastic service throughout the night! Great food, great service & incredible value for money! We will definitely keep coming back! Thank you Elena & Sailmaker team for making my 50th Birthday so special!
Melainie Black: The food and ambience are lovely. The set menu offers exceptional value for money too. Everything was fresh and tasty. The service is AMAZING. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient. The best service I've had for a long time. The absolute stand out was Sichu. She went above and beyond and showed genuine warmth and kindness. We will be back. Thank you team Sailmaker!
daiwei song: This place market them self as buffet, but they really not, don’t waste your time. I waited 1 hours for it’s opening hours. Then i got disappointed, only desert is all you can eat. 6:30-7:00 only one group of 8 customer was there in one table. This place miss leading people, therefore non body go there, and you shouldn’t
Ramon Sá: Great seafood but the service is appalling. Several people serving our table yet forgetting orders (we had to ask for a lemonade 3 times), removing plates and glasses when still had a wine bottle and were eating. Not a good dinner experience.
설이: Superb food and excellent serviceI will absoutely be visiting again !😊
Eric Encarnacion: Recommended dishes Dessert PlatterMore
Jennie Matthews: We had a delicious seafood dinner which kicked off our Sydney getaway perfectly. Our server and wine expert Sichu was amazing, in fact all of the staff were attentive and professional. If you’re in Sydney try it you won’t be disappointed 😁
Ash Flash: Edit: thanks for the response but even standard set restaurant menus these days will offer catering for vegetarians. The salad and side options were meagre and for the price paid it was underwhelmingChristmas lunch for three almost $900 non refundable a lot of seafood but almost nothing on offer for vegans or vegetarian diners. Definitely not worth the price a rip off
Katie Jones: thanks guys for a memorable new years eve dinner, great service and we really enjoyed the food.
Joanne Morris: Excellent set seafood menu which included tapas. Highly recommend the kingfish and the Murray Cod. Very good valueFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Angie Hummingbird: Love love love this restaurant before the pandemic we were here literally every month for the awesome service and the all you can eat seafood buffet!!! I really miss this place and drooling of their deliciousness in my sleep…
C Mac: Had the breakfast buffet after a stay. Nice selection but my only complaint was it was incredibly hard to get a second coffee as the staff were so busy. I gave up in the end and settled for a juice. Hot breakfast food, a toast station, a fruit bar, yoghurt and juices. So many choices!
Elise: Good food, friendly service. We went for the buffet breakfast, good range. Decor is a bit dated but it was still enjoyable.
guy domett: This use to be one of the best breakfast places. Coffee is now very average and the buffet again is very average. No dried fruit and no specialty fruit juices. Excellent service though.
Ruslana Rafalska: Breakfast is $42, absolutely not worth it
Lauren J: Seafood buffet is amazing. Fresh and a wide variety.
Mica Crestana: Amazing food, amazing service. Had Christmas lunch 2021, I am definitely going back for 2022. I can’t recommend enough.
Adam Hambling: Had a special night here for the seafood platter and couldn’t be mor disappointed.service was really slow it took an hour between each Circe maybe longer and expected us to share husband and wife’s food with friends using fingers absolutely disgusted steer clear of this place
Min K: Every dish was amazing and staffs were very friendly. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

Nicky Woo: The star Harvest buffet is a good buffet however, lack of menu and a variety of food. They have a seafood section with bountiful fresh, ready cooked seafood, including king prawns, spanner crabs, mussels, clams, fresh oysters. Other sections of the buffet are a bit disappointing. The Asian corner was very quiet with offers of menu you can find in any regular Asian takeaway restaurants, including fried rice and stir fried noodles. But there is a great variety of Desserts that would please all ages of a crowd.

Yongmoon Kwon: Went there for lunch. Paid about 90. Just had oysters (not super fresh) no raw fish sushi and sashimi. Steak wasnt good. Not many varieties.Just go to Epicurean (crown hotel buffet) with similar price. much better food and atmosphere.I think it's over priced here. Happy to pay about 60-70 for lunch just for oysters.
Elvin Tan: Approximately AU$90 per person, you get 10% if you are a member of the star casino.Cold prawns was extremely salty, unimpressed with Chinese food range as well , char Siew was too sweet, duck meat was too tough, DIY station make your own noodle ; the Tom yum soup was too diluted.Pizza was too salty as wellDessert range was wide but as usual tasted below parOh ya, the coffee was good.Overall, a place if you are going after quantity vs quality.

Misspiggyexplores: Dined tonight (27.06.2023) Friday night @ 6.30pm. The Seafood was fresh! Great selections to choose from, lovely ambience. However, the service was atrocious, one of the girls in the bar was rude & arrogant, she screamed at us while we were waiting for our friend to arrive, she made the whole experience unpleasant! We were just walking around, looking around but according to her, we weren’t allowed, so she raised her voice at us! At least be nice, but no customer service at all! It doesn’t feel like 5 star at all!She harassed us twice, first time she screamed, second time she again gave us attitude! Our Friday was ruined because of this individual. She did not need to be rude!!But we enjoyed the food and the other staff were super delightful, only one particular girl, who just made us feel uncomfortable.I wanted to have a look at the interior, the atmosphere of the place. so, I could place a review, this left a bitter taste in my mouth.

Adri: Celebrated my birthday at the interactive buffet.Food was sensational, service was exceptional. We had an amazing time. Thank you, special shout out to our server Ashley.

Sen Sen: I'm an honest google review. This is my first and last dining at Kitchen on Kent at Langham. I have no good experience. The host/ waitstaff aren't friendly, not even shown positive gesture, not smile, showing no care with guests. My expectation, though, is that 5 stars dining Langham would be more amazing compared with its competitor Epicurean at Crown. Epicurean at Crown has more varieties of international dishes, modern and the staff are friendly; professional; cares with guests.Once arrived and sit on my table, I need to wait more than 15min for having a glass of water, it's a crucial letting a guest waiting for tap water and hand towel wasn't ready as well until I washed my hand at the toilet. It's unfair for guest, paying a same price on weekdays but special menu only available on Monday (Lobster), Wednesday (Beef Wellington), Friday (Chilli Crab) hence Tuesday and Thursday booking have no special menu meanwhile we paying the same price. Some small items such as straws at drink bobba tea and tea spoon for dessert were empty until I needed to use regular spoon and drink the bobba without straws.I celebrated the anniversary and thought we would receive a complimentary decorations cake (which I saw on social media), but in the end, I received nothing. My partner was a bit upset, honestly.Staff just sent me a bill to pay and said our time has ended.Overall, I just feel an average with this kitchen. I rather prefer Epicurean at Crown, pay a bit more, but worth for great dining experience.
Ben Tong: Nice placeVegetarian options: Buffet styleKid-friendliness: Yes
Steffanie Theola: Disappointed with the experience. Have high expectation with the food variety but turn out the food variety below average. The special food only be made on the specific day while we pay same price. We celebrated anniversary, saw the pastry chefs prepare it but the section waiter not even give it to us and yet we being remind to pay the bill to be kicked out.Water not being poured when we arrive need to wait 15 mins only for water.Staff not attentive enough to look after the guest. Overall bad bad experience for our special occasion for tonight.
Michelle Menjivar: Wonderful experience, great attentive service, scrumptious buffet, the best in Sydney after trying 7 different hotel buffets, highly recommended!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Dessert Station, Sushi and Sashimi, Australian Seafood Display, Carvery …More
Marianne: The service and atmosphere were excellent, creating a delightful dining experience. The seafood and sashimi were of high quality, and the pizzas were delicious as well. I like the idea of the option to request custom-cooked dishes such as noodles, stir-fries, grilled prawns, fish, and skewers (beef, chicken ).However, at a price of $138 per head, the buffet seemed overpriced and didn't offer an extensive selection, especially when it came to hot food options and no lobster at that time. The Asian section lacked spring rolls, fried rice, and only had a limited choice of dumplings and a couple of Asian hot dishes( I think 2 to 3 options only). In the Japanese section, there were only three sushi options and seaweed available. The Western section didn't include beef sirloin or side dishes like vegetables, mashed potatoes, or chips. Soft drinks, coffee, and tea were not included, and there was no soup on offer. I think on cheese section only one bread is available. The dessert was disappointing, with a lack of flavor or taste, although the ice cream stood out as a tasty choice. As for fruits, only strawberry, pineapple and rockmelon were available. The juice lacked taste and resembled water.Comparatively, Harvest Buffet at the Star offers a superior experience and better value for the price.
Mila T: There are so many selections from Chinese, Italian, Japanese, Indian, seafood, BBQ, and make your own Chatime. The desserts section was mouth-watering. All those little cakes are amazing. The staffsParking: Valet from the hotel or otherwise paid parking somewhere closer.
Tristan Kan: There food range was really small the quality of the food was great but the staff was friendly but was very slow at everything and they don’t come and collect any of the plates and the refill of the bubble tea was very slow. But the bubble tea was okey. AND they decided NOT to put up the Mango green tea and put peach jasmine tea and absolutely zero range of Perls will I see others with a wide range of Perl AND with mango green tea.
Eduardo Dela Rosa: Family and friends have absolutely had a memorable and fantastic dinner at KOK. The food (from tonnes of choices, flavour, quality, and freshness) were all superb. It was the first time for me, my family and friends to visit this place and I can vouch for its family-friendly atmosphere and ambiance. All staff were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful - and looked after us all - particularly those with small children - throughout the dining experience.Heaps of thanks to all the staff (5:30pm 20-May-2023) who made our dining experience so memorable. Great customer service deserves great compliments from us customers. Will definitely come and visit again.
jack: Went for dinner on mothers day. Incredible service, everyone was so friendly and the food quality is up there. Great selection of seafood and cuisines. Some of the food cooked to order including a grilling station. Dessert section includes a chocolate fountain, unlimited soft drinks and even a bubble tea sections. Definitely worth a visit
Therese L: Great experience. Really fresh seafood. The variety isnt as extensive as a lot of other buffets like the epicurean but what they do have is really amazing. Very beautiful restaurant.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Jonathan Wong: It is my first time to Kitchens on Kent at the Langham Hotel. The buffet dinner was simply excellent, the seafood were fresh and there were a large variety of desserts. I will definitely visit again as the service from the staff and chef were superb. But overall the atmosphere in the buffet was quite relaxing and with music and aromatic fragrance it made my experience more enjoyable.Parking: There are on street parking for 2 hrs which is more than enough time for the buffet.
Maria Lu: Recommended dishes Robata Grill Dinner Only, Cheese Selection, Australian Seafood Display, Lobster, Dessert Station, Carvery, Sushi and Sashimi, Sydney Rock Oysters Dietary restrictions accommodated None of the aboveMore
Tristan Guo: It did not feel like a high end buffet restaurant, the food was just ok, many of the items were cooked to order and we had to remember to get the food ourselves after 10-15 mins as said by the ‘chefs’. With the 2 hour seating time this way of service was terrible, with the food being average the service provided felt like a food court with different cuisines but at the food court the food is still hot and served to you not u having to remember the time and go to pick up your food. The worst part was the seafood, the oysters were not skulked properly and the lobster on the night was dry bland over cooked and simply uneatable. The prawns was ok but submerged with msg. However the sashimi bar was good, but the ‘chefs’ don’t really know how to serve, placing the sashimi on my hot food… what the heck? There was minimal food that was actually prepared at the hot bar and the bubble tea was ok, there was only coke and Diet Coke at the soft drink bar… simply disappointing. The only good was the gelato which was good. To conclude this is not a buffet restaurant. Do not come here for buffet, but the afternoon tea is good.
Teh Say Chun: Extremely disappointing. Do not let the high price ($140 p/p) fool you, the food and overall buffet experience is really bad.Summary: The buffet selection is really small. Food is low quality. Service is subpar.Seafood section:- Oysters are really small, coin sized. What a joke, normal seafood shops don’t even sell oysters this small. They are also not shucked properly so almost everyone of them have shell fragments in the meat.- Bugs are not fresh enough, it’s very dry and smells a little.- Prawns are good.- Crabs are very small, not worth the effort eating.- The sashimi bar is the only section that is decent, but they only have three types of fish.Hot food:- there are less than 10 dishes across all cuisines to choose from. (E.g. 2 dish in Asian section, 2 in Indian section.) Very poor selection.- All the “hot” foot are not hot. They are barely warm!- The meat especially pork and beefy are all chewy and rubbery.Desert:- Cheesecake taste like literal cream cheese.- Stale waffles.- Really dry chocolate cake. Feels like it’s been sitting in the fridge for a long time. There are no hot beverages unless you pay extra to order. No fruits, no fried food if any kind.Service:- they do not clean your plate away while you get seconds.- fresh plates are often dirty with food marks, you have to go through to find clean onesThis place is truely shocking consider how much they charge u.

Salad World: what do users think?
Bianca Martin: Does anyone know if/when they will be opening again? They had the best lentil soup ever!!
Peter van Beek: The salads really are fantastic - plenty of fresh veggies, salad and proteins to pick to. Enough dressings to keep all satisfied and a free bread roll to boot. I’d go here everyday but for the price which is just a little too high for a regular city office worker lunch once you get a bit of chicken and avocado etc added in.
Fabian Friedrich: Very good for a quick, fairly healthy lunch :)
Roux Persia: Not very friendly. Salad was ok. Not sure if they forgot to add dressing or the “light” option was too light!
Marc S: Great, easy, affordable
Guy Harari: Very good salad and we got free bread.
Paul Swinhoe: Wide choice of salad items and dressing
Carol Boulton: buy my lunch here 3 days a week but lately thing have changed, not sure if it's a new policy to scrimp on the toppings or if it's due to lots of new staff but the portion sizes are shrinking. I'm really disappointed and on the lookout for a new salad bar if it doesn't improve.
Roger MacKertich: A good option for choose-your-ingredient salad at this end of the city. Ingredients are fresh, there are a lot of options, and the price is ok. Fast service.
Sophie Louise Hale: Absolutely disgusting place!!! Small salad and it cost $13.90. Awful customer service and awful food. Stay away!!!
Pu Koh: The large salads ARE large. Fills you up good!
Ryan Govi: I understand the need to control portions to maintain profit margins but the salad I paid $10.90 for today was ridiculous! Half a teaspoon of avocado and counted only 4 small cubes of tomato...
John den Haan (JdH): Salads are nice, but really? Cash only? In a business district, in 2015?
Vincent Pingard: Best place for healthy, fresh and delicious take-away. Super fast service too!
Sim R: Could you please get paywave? My friend has so little time for lunch, and its a shame she has to que up for all that time.
TONi Rei: If you just simply need some lunch box in city, it is always a good option to go.They sometime make some promotion with some group buy company. And it become very cheap. If you are really hungry, you might even like to buy two dishes. In summary, it always good to go there.

glass brasserie: what do users think?
Tony Lee: This was my first visit to Glass Brasserie with a few friends for lunch. We were attracted by an offer of lunch special for the main dishes. However, we were a bit disappointed for the limited choices of main. Anyway, the served size and quality were still OK. The desserts and coffees are good.Food: 5/4|Service: 5/4|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Nikki R: Service was ..ok. Food was not great. Such a disappointment to Luke Mangan’s name. Mash had oil dripping, gnocchi was burnt and all the food was cold, all the other diners had their food before us so it seems to say they forgot our food which must have been sitting somewhere.. we came here 5 years ago at that time it was great, but now not so much.
John Sergeant: Quite possibly the classiest brassiest glassiest place to have dinner in the CBD.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Pan-Fried Potato Gnocchi Corn Asparagus Zucchini Peas Parmesan Lemon Thyme …More
Medina Parkers: The food here is expectationally good. The flavors of the food was also sensational that you can't get enough of it.The ingredients used for food are fresh so the food taste really delicious. I would definitely recommend you to try this.Parking: It depends at what time you visit.
William Dachris: One of my favourite fine dining places in Sydney.
Robert Gaggero: Best place to dine for a special occasionVegetarian options: Best vegan menu on offerFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
John Robinson: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/4|Atmosphere: 5/4Recommended dishes KingfishMore
Chris D: The service was very poor, and the table was constantly having to ask for orders/requests several times. On 2 occasions the drinks orders came incorrectly. For a ‘wine bar’ the staff were not able to provide any information on the actual wines available..3 of the main Steak options were not available (despite us being 8pm on a Saturday night) - we only found out that this was the case 15 minutes after we had already ordered the food.General standard of food was pretty poor for the price that was paid.Despite being a nice decor/venue. The menu was overpriced & generally a poor experience. Would not recommend.
L Liu: Glass Brasserie team, I would like to express my disappointment over the service I had Friday 5th of May 2023.The service was extremely inattentive and even the floor manager was oblivious. Our whole table of 5 were left to sit there for ages without even a food menu, and no one came. We had to stand up twice to ask for table service.Extremely extremely disappointed with Hilton as this restaurant sits in a flagship 5 star hotel.I would not be visiting again.
Lily X: Delicious food, hard to go wrong with a really good selection. There looked like plenty of tables at lunchtime too so a good spot to walk in. Staff weren’t super friendly.Recommended dishes Grilled Tiger Prawns, Wagyu Steak Medium Rare, Kingfish, Yarramundi Lamb Rump, Truffle French Fries, Classic Steak Tartare DF Quail Egg White Anchovy Shallots Dijon Mustard Capers and Cornichons, Organic Egg and Crab Omelette, Lamb Chop …More

Sarah Alali: The venue was truly impressive, with stunning decor and attentive wait staff. Our waiter Karin was so nice and friendly This restaurant ranks among the best I have ever visited. I highly recommend it.I was blown away by the incredible flavors of the food - the wagyu sirloin was cooked to perfection with a beautiful char and caramelized onions, the gnocchi was light and fluffy bursting with flavor, and the creme brulee was just the right amount of sweet and crispy on top. The truffle chips were so crispy and tasted amazingThe wine selection was also impressive with a wide variety to choose from.In addition to the excellent food and drink, the staff were all incredibly friendly and had a great sense of humor. I can't wait to come back and try more dishes. We were also able to enjoy a 50% discount on our meal by booking through First Tables - definitely worth checking out for more great deals on dining experiences.
Anthony Watts: Part of the redevelopment of the Sydney Hilton. They have turned a place that was dark and slightly claustrophobic into a great eating place. Staff were knowledgeable and attentive (without being American cloying) and the food excellent.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
z3173054: Food was outstanding. AJ, who served us, was very friendly and excellent. We enjoyed our dinner here. Very pram friendly too. The restaurant is located inside the hilton. I went up the lift with the pram and was there. They made space for the pram. No complaints! Everything was excellent. I enjoyed the kingfish and prawns for the entrees.
Tassanee Sangwon: Never disappointed with Glass Brasserie. Last time here was around Xmas , now back again and happy to see menu changes a bit. Still delicious, Beautiful presentation and yummy cocktail (ordered Lychee Rose). Great service. I have ordered Kingfish for starter, the winner! Classic Steak Tartar for main...cannot resist this dish!. Finished with Affogato!
Jan King: Can't fault this placeFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Vanilla Creme Brulee, Kingfish, Oysters on the Half Shell, Chocolate Fondant Praline Cream Dulce De Leche Chocolate Soil Recommendation for vegetarians Highly recommend Vegetarian offerings Vegetarian menu or section …More
Lena Ang: A nice place for having lunch. The venue was huge but was quiet when we went. It’s nicely decorated with high ceiling and wine bars. We had few entrees to share. Started with oysters and kingfish ceviche. We also had steak tartare and grilled prawns. I’d recommend the oysters, very nice. Prawns wasn’t bad either. For main I had wagyu steak medium rare. It was nice but the sauce lack of punch. Also there was part of my steak that chewy, couldn’t cut it off perhaps tendon? Please order the truffle French fries. It was lovely. Unlike most of chips with sprinkle of truffles on top, the chips tasted like they’ve been infused with truffles. Very delicious and enjoyable. I’d give that 5 stars. The wine selection was a lot and our cab sav was nice companion. Our lady server was friendly, efficient and warmth with lovely smile. She made the dining experience pleasant and relaxing.
D G: Excellent service and I had the perfect beef tartar and beautiful truffle parmesan chipsWheelchair accessibility: Easy lift goes directly into the restaurant

SaladWorks: what do users think?
Brigid Evans: This salad bar is great. Lots of options.
Eddie Ozols: Great salads
Emy Lou: My favorite salad bar in Sydney! Lots of variety and so easy to eat healthy but delicious food here!Gluten free and vegan friendly! Customer service is also great here every time.
Lindsay: DELICIOUS make your own. Love how you can choose how heavy you want your dressing to be
CURIous Wombats: Yo! Another review here. Saw my mate masterfully create a piece of art from nothing more than shades of green, purple and orange. Pretty decent looking salad.Wondering tho, What is tasty cheese? I know Parmesan and Feta but I can't sleep thinking what I'm missing. How tasty is this cheese? How confident can they be to call it that? Man, the world has so many mysteries...
Hemachandran Panicker (Hem): Got Chef's vegetarian from here. It was a generous portion and the salad was fresh. I used an app to order the food and it was ready when I got there. No hassles. Easy Peasy.
T L: Fresh, fast and good value. The ability to order online for later pick-up would be good.
Toshio K: For quick breakfast.
Hardik Rao: Very refreshing, healthy and tasty salads
Joni Freeman: One of my favourite salad lunch spots! A bit pricy for just salads though, expect to spend $10.

Sprout Salad Bar: what do users think?
Kaleena B: Such an amazing place loved coming here weekly, will you be opening again?
Katie Mccullar: I have eaten here many times and have been very happy with the food! You get good value for what you pay and it's tasty, fast and healthy. What has been nice when going back is the friendly owner who always remembers me and has a great big smile every day. The smoothies could be a bit thicker for my liking but I don't have any criticism of the food.
Carolina Tabares: Lovely staff, food was perfect. Excellent for a fast breakfast!!
Carma: Superb food! and superb service! what a joy finding such greatness in the middle of the city. made my breakfast, made my day. Thanks guys
Jay Fawf: Delicious salad and extra friendly service. What a warm, kind and friendly place that exists so close to the hospital and surrounding eastern suburbs.
Cainara J. B. Burton: Delicious food! Great service! Had banana bread, juices and wraps. Went back for the brownie. Well worth it!
Shay Porykali: Delicious food but can the staff please wear gloves when preparing foods. It makes me uncomfortable eating there seeing the workers handling food with bare hands.
Nathan Good (nAstynAte): Great food
Stephanie: I had bought a banana bread from the cafe recently and was extremely disappointed by it. The banana bread was stale, tasted awful and had I observed mould growing on it. Please make sure you regularly check the shelf life of the food products you sell. I will not be buying from this cafe again.
Catriona Muir: I really like it here. Fresh, tasty food and at a very reasonable price: I had a lovely runny egg in my tasty breakfast roll. The members of staff are really lovely too.
Anne Gallagher: Casual well lit environment, all salad aredaily fresh, after waiting at the table, I was taken - a-back by the huge size of my salad bowl they are very generous with thier servings, it was a beautiful fresh salad so many things in it I couldn't eat it all I was full!. the chef is such a nice person and so friendly thier are a variety of other things on the menu from hot soups to desserts ect, and good coffee.
Jay Ho: Sprout Salad Bar ranks as one of my top 3 places to go to in Randwick along with the Ritz Cinema (choc tops and theatre popcorn) and the Spot Patisserie (well designed, friendly staff and delicious pastries). The service at Sprout is excellent, portions are big, ingredients are fresh. I like that the atmosphere is pretty laid back and that there are a lot of options to choose from. I'd recommend the Halloumi Salad for the healthy eaters. I tend to eat the bacon and egg wraps with the free coffee as it's the best bang for your buck.
Filip Bogacki: Very disappointing meal. Steak salad with egg, Parmesan and chilli mayo sounds yummy - it wasn't. Steak was paper thin, tasteless and overcooked to bloody oblivion, very little egg to be found, literally a homeopathic serving of Parmesan and the chilli mayo dressing that was soup like runny and didn't taste like neither mayo nor chilli. Everything was chopped into tiny chunks and quite a few lettuce leaves were blackish and definitely not fresh. On the upside the serving was overall very generous, but most certainly not worth the price.
Mathew Wilkinson: Great little cafe, staff are very friendly and the price is great. $11 for a brekkie wrap (and very generously sized too) and a large coffee, unheard of in Sydney. Good work guys.
Ali Elcheikh: Just had the Harrissa chicken wrap and I’m obsessed ,Don’t know what sauce they use but its to die for 😋And they do not cut corners on the amount of chicken they used it was Very generousWell done team 👌👏My new favourite cafe
William Jiang: 他们店里的各种食品都很好吃,特别是“凯撒色拉”特好吃。
Simon Gorges: Great place to pop in and get some healthy food options. I got a couple of spinach wraps and they were just delicious. Amazing flavours and fresh ingredients. Very fast service and best breakfast option in Randwick.
Jackson Bursill: The staff are very friendly and attentive. The food is delicious, nutritious and fresh.
george choutis: Amazing Food and Friendly Staff! Highly recommend
Jaime Criel: Amaaaazing, healthy food and the staff is super nice. A second visit we went at 3:26pm (they close at 4:00) and they had packed everything up and weren’t selling food anymore so that was a bummer.
Ballet Without Borders: $4.30 for water. Asked for eggs to be cooked well done in a wrap. They were runny
