Close Motorcycles: what do users think?
Olivia Williams: Great service and good prices
Robert Persian: Dropped in for my first pink slip inspection.Ryan was efficient, friendly and offered free, thorough advice regarding chain lubrication, including when to apply it and the proper technique. He even threw in a can of chain lube for free with the pink slip!I will be coming back here for my next service.
Japneet Gulati: Thank you Pak and Daryl for making the purchase of my first motorcycle a quick and smooth process. Honestly a super hassle free process! From the very moment walking into the shop, I was welcomed and introduced to the range of bikes available. Both Pak and Daryl have a wealth of riding experiences and are happy to share what has worked best for them.Since getting my Ls and riding the Honda rebel cmx500 out the shop, I’ve been very fortunate to have received such excellent advice and support! The bike itself rides well and will definitely recommend these guys to others looking to purchase a bike and will be coming back to these guys for the next scheduled service :)
Nerida: so helpful, thanks for getting my scooter back on the road so quickly, they were happy to answer questions without being patronising. I felt like I got a fair deal with excellent service.
Chris Hembry: We have just moved to Sydney and I have been procrastinating finding somewhere to take my bike for a service. I finally bit the bullet. I was potentially ready to have to spend a couple of months finding a place to replace where I had been taking my bike back home (which I loved, btw).I was very happy with how things turned out! I'm a pretty picking person. These guys did not disappoint. Very friendly, helpful, knowledgable. The time it took to get my service done was great! The pricing was excellent! I look forward to taking my bike in there again! Thanks so much for making the tedious effort of needing to find a new mechanic such a breeze! Thanks again!
J T: Tried to contact them, no answer.Update from reply.... It was Thursday the 27th and between 1 and 2pm. Attempting to make customers look stupid in your reply is far worse than the lack of service in the first place. Reading the previous reviews about this business, they never seem to take responsibility for the issues that they create or cause and then proceed to blame the customers for the issues. If I could rate you a negative number I would
Geremy Glew: Riding to work today, and fuel started pouring out my bike. I was around the cnr from Close and took it in. Brian made time to look at it straight away, fixed it and wheeled the bike back out.We are all busy and this is what these guys do for a living so I fully expected to pay, Brian said not to worry and would not accept payment.I reckon there is 3 things you want with a mechanic 1. Honest 2. Skilled 3. Ideally good people.Brian is proven in all three, just got a new customer. Really appreciate you helping me out this morning. Thanks again Geremy
Matt Hardy: Dropped in as I needed new helmet and gloves - service was quick and friendly, super knowledgeable, and the prices were pretty competitive. Have just booked my bike in for servicing and expecting a hassle free experience. These guys are great and I will definitely be back.
CF Umana: no interestd at all for the possible costumers. took 1 hour to get there and 10 seconds to be kick off from the store...
Jack Cutler: Bought my first motorbike from here, it’s a great ride.Went back to get it serviced, very professional.Had some mechanical issues which they fixed free of charge even those that weren’t under warranty.Really great service and friendly staff
Re J: Bought a bike there...12 months later took it to get serviced. Everything was a problem. Couldn't get parts, pressure in the casing caused oil to come out onto the floor, I HAD TO PAY FOR THEM TO CLEAN THEIR WORKSHOP FLOOR.Charged a crazy amount. Told me the drive belt needed changing (after 5k), cost $600. I said leave it.....15000klm down the track, new mechanic says there's STILL nothing wrong with the belt.My local guy (15000klm later)...fixed everything they couldn't, no problems...no fee to CLEAN THE WORKSHOP.AVOID THE WORKSHOP. DODGY as.
Cap Lily: ripping offPair of road 5 asking for 800 bucksOmg
Peter: Scratched my bike after a service but they did come around and fix after a bit of a winge. All and all 4 stars is fair 👍
Ken Drones - AERCRAFT: Over the past 10 years I’ve always had great reliable service and friendly staff offering quality advice.
Adriel Pereira: The best in the game. Big thanks to Drew!
Francesco Paratici: I own a Honda Rebel and ever since Hiroshi has been taking care of my lady. I've owned my fair share of 2 wheelers and across years I've never found such prepared mechanic. He is fast and accurate and word of mouth is probably spread cause hell he is busy. Still he manages to deliver in time and with the best service you can get in this city. Own a Honda? Stop looking, you've found your place here.
Neil Galbraith: Always had great, friendly service from these guys and location is SUPER convenient. Also loving reading their carefully constructed responses to most of the unhinged 1-star troll Google reviews they've received...
Sen Sen: I did renew bike rego and service here. Staff are friendly and professional in handling your bike.
Julien Daste: Just bought my first Scooter today, Daryl and the staff are just amazing. They are so professional and cool, they gave me the best advices and I could buy the best scooter for my use.Daryl explained me EVERYTHING about the scooter just before going out with it, and I'll come back in a few days and they will show me the rest like how to check the oil, coolant etc... Even when you buy a brand new car you don't have a service like that.Thank you again to the team.
mattia stoissa: Went to pick up my PCX125 today, they did a great job and very quickly. Some small repairs have been done free of charge, very honest. Thank you.
Cody “Dark Horse”: I went to talk to Pat about the LAMS Bikes his advice was over the moon excellent highly recommended

Bikebiz Yamaha, Suzuki & Aprilia: what do users think?
Shane Foster: Knowledgeable staff, always helpful
Ram K: Find Jimmy. He’s the best
Dale Swadling: Very helpful staff friendly and reliable 💪🏻🤠
Sanjay: Friendly staff, low prices on brand name products
Rachelle-Louise Hammond: Absolute worst
Bijan Dehestani: Nice and friendly service. I had concerns with unusual noise and their experienced expert Rod thoroughly checked and confirmed my observation but assured that the bike is okay.
michaela: Great customer service ! The in store team quickly sorted me out with an online order that I had ordered in the wrong size and arranged for a new order to be express posted to me
scott hall: Friendy staff and good service but can get busy in weekend
Jarred (Kirkey): Friendly staff, asked for a K6 visor and they actually had a few to choose from which is something as it’s hard to get one. Let alone the one you want. Great store.
Jeffrey Tang: Use this place only when other dealers are not a viable option. Some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered, especially amongst the older employees on the sales team.Especially one mature gentlemen who we unfortunately had to deal with, displayed pretentiousness when he was giving a run through with the bike. When fiddling and inspecting the new MT-03, I saw the offended and disgusted face he displayed when we were more focused on the bike than his explanation. I get it, we were super excited for the bike, but his passive-aggressiveness afterwards was absolutely digusting.I really wished that your employees would display some genuine care and customer service than to rather put on some act of professionalism on the surface, because this will greatly undermine your overall reputation. On the contrary, the customer service at the accessories counter is helpful and friendly. Perhaps your older sales team employees should learn a thing or two...
R3proCamel: Being there no very helpful.
motocsh: Awesome help with lodging and seeing through a warranty claim for 3 HJC visor’s.Despite the unavoidable (lack of stock) delays, Rita kept me informed throughout till all 3 were safely delivered to me.Thanks again.
Luchia Ye: Had a good experience here. The guy that helped my partner out (think his name is bob, have a long pony tail)He was very informative, detailed and helped us compared bike parts to make sure that it’s to our liking and suited the bike. He was also not pushy on any sales that we didn’t want.
Lura Navles: Friendly, helpful sales staffs
Luke Walker: Have been going here for years and will continue to. Instore stock levels are good as well with helpful and friendly staff.Special mention to Siobhan, she was great and a wealth of knowledge when it came to sizing of clothing and gear.Parking can be a bit tricky but minor detail. Will definitely return.
Daniel Riley: I highly appreciate deeps service. My side mirror was very loose and I thought I would need a new perch to hold it. Deep just replaced the bolt for me within a few seconds mirror was solid and holding tightly. Highly recommend
Lukeismetoo: Been coming here for years - even bought one of my motorbikes here a while back - and Bikebiz are usually pretty good for bike gear and accessories. Finally introduced my eldest to the place today...I think she's hooked😉
Red Dog: Kitted myself out with lots of RST and Merlin gear from Bikebiz’s Parra and Granville stores. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Unfortunately they didn’t have the jacket I wanted in my size when I needed it, so I purchased from an online vendor. An issue with the jacket meant that a return was required, the other online vendor was useless in assisting and fobbed me off to the importer, fortunately the importer and Bikebiz stepped in to save the day and helped provide a replacement. I can now ride with protection over the holidays which is a big relief. The staff member who advised me in-store three months prior, recognised me when I called for help on the phone and went above and beyond today. The service here is night and day compared to some online/interstate vendors and the prices are as good as anywhere else. Life lesson, it’s well worth waiting a few extra days for items to be in stock and buying from a supportive retailer.
Darren “HIMO” Griffiths: This shop will be having a liquidation sale sometime in the near future because all of the surrounding properties have been sold and excavated so that construction of a massive residential complex/tower with small retail outlets in the ground floor and I believe that this bike shop is in the way of progress so they might sell everything in the store a bit cheaper rather than pay for the cost of transporting the stock.
Wade Lewis: Fantastic, and helpful staff
Ian and Michele Yuen: Efficient and no fuss experience ordering a helmet online

Bikebiz Kawasaki and Triumph: what do users think?
Gary Antony: Was at Bikebiz for warranty, service staff polite and professional, very clean environment. Sales staff I spoke with while waiting, friendly and knowledgeable. Bonus, was given access to complimentary coffee machine. Well done Triumph Bikebiz.
Maria Bernal: I purchased a Suzuki Address on a Saturday and the following Tuesday it was delivered. Thank you Lawrence for your speedy delivery and fantastic service. Very supportive team. 💓
Francis Rodriguez: After sales support is apalling and they clearly have no respect for other people's property and time. Bought my Scrambler 900 in Oct 2022 and sent it in for it's first 1000km service the following month. Their mechanic somehow failed to put back one of the sump guard screws. I reported the incident the following day and was promised a replacement part. 5 phone calls, 1 email and 1 personal visit to the shop over 6 MONTHS and still nothing! Everytime I make contact (I've spoken to Dean or Ashley), they say they will follow up with Parts and will give me a call but no one ever does. This organisation is hopeless and I am never doing business with them again. To prospective customers, be warned and don't get fooled by their 4 star ratings as majority of the reviews are from bike purchases which only reflects the intial sale engagement.
pralhad shetye: The lady here was superb, even though she was busy as the store was closing, she helped me to get perfect shoes and other accessories. She knew her job well and made me comfortable. The process was smooth and fast. They are best store for accessories. I got five gloves and all range of alpine star goretex. Thanks for such a wonderful experience.
Josh Giuliano: My Triumph was in for a major service. While it was there I was contacted about a couple extra things that needed attention which was positive but then radio silence for over two weeks. When I finally got notified that it was ready I came to discover that something I had not asked for, didn't need, nor had I been contacted about had been done. The bike had its perfectly working indicators replaced with some cheap ghastly LED replacements without my permission. The service advisor noted this and apologised, and I wasn't charged for the work but I did leave extremely disappointed that my bike - which I put a lot of pride in - had been modified without my consent. Now I am stuck with terribly ugly lights I don't want and I was not able to get the ones (that I specifically had chosen and put on the bike in the first place) returned back onto it as they had been disposed of.I appreciate that mistakes are made, and some effort was put in to fix things up but ultimately I left quite disheartened that my pride and joy was not returned to me in the same condition as I'd left it with them.
Gordon King: Great bike shop. Knowledgeable and helpful staff.Large selection of bikes to excite and entice. These guys stock all the gear you need to stay safe, be comfortable and look cool.I trust these guys to service my triumph tiger and am very happy with the result every time.
Arthur Aguiar: Scott and Tony at Bikebiz BMW were very helpful. They provided great advice and organized test rides to help me narrow down the options for a new bike.
Sanjay: No one there to assist
Sam Agacayak: Thank you Rueben from Triumph for making my first new bike purchase a breeze. Great service from all of the team here.
Slaze Rushean: Needed a couple parts for my bike popped in got asked a few questions couple minutes later I was walking out with the parts I needed and they fit the bike perfectly
Ryan Smith: Steve Vance was my salesperson and he did a great job. Friendly and communicative throughout the whole process, i was never wanting for information. I found him very understanding and patient to a newbie like me. Great work! My new Ninja 400 is at home and im eager to start riding.
Jess Blythe: bought oem replacement parts for my Kawasaki gpx, easy and quick
Haseeb Ansari: Good people courteous staff and Ronny is an amazing guy
Joseph Byrne: I bought my first motorbike here a few weeks ago, a Triumph Trident 660. The staff we're great, the sales consultant Rueben was very knowledgable and helpful, they also have a great range of safety gear and accessories. The delivery guy for the bike, who's name I have sadly forgotten, was also very helpful showing me the basics and helping me get the bike into my apartment buildings garage. I definitely recommend Bikebiz for their good range of bikes and great service. And I'm loving my new bike! Thanks!
Enrique Atienza: Very Poor Handling of Client bookings, I had to rebook my bike for repairs due to work commitment, and no rebooking confirmation sent. I took their word that 2 weeks from then My bike can be rebooked for repairs and that there was an available time slot. Came in on that day abit late, to get my bike finally repaired, and I was told no booking was made, no apologies was given, some staff seemed to not care, unprofessional and no customer service ettiquite.Bike had to be rebooked again in the next 3 weeks, unacceptable mistake no assurance in their words, especially over the phone, otherwise I would have not had to rebook again.Only the staff that rebooked me when I came in and sent me a confirmation text on the spot of the rebooking was of Help.Such a shame because I have taken my bike here before for some work and was happy with the service, but this was just very disappointing service of customer.
Arun Kollura: I bought my 2023 Honda Rebel 500 from BikeBiz a couple weeks ago. Ronnie & Mikey provided excellent customer service. They answered any questions I had and I received the motorcycle with no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend them!
Thao Nguyen: I brought my bike there, great customer service.
Young Henry: Very happy with the overall service. Very friendly staff. Special thanks to Fred for guiding me in buying my new ride Z900. The entire buying process was seamless. After sale service is amazing too.If you’re looking to buy a Kawasaki or Honda motorcycle or just need advice Bikebiz is the place for you.
Lura Navles: Great customer service and reasonable price
Varol Ak: Super helpful
Happylee: I've waited 55 years to get my motorbike license and now two years later finally owned ninja 400 kit edition. Fred at the dealership were patient and helpful dealing with a newbie like me, Even taking test ride with me to ensure that I choose the right bike for my first two wheeler ( I learned to ride on three wheeler yamaha tricity 155). As they say rest is history. Look forward to go riding to with Fred as soon as my skills improve. Thanks to Fred and co (funny guys) for making me feel at home. Top motobike dealership in Sydney. Cheers David

Sydney Motorcycle Warehouse: what do users think?
David Greenox: Traded my old bike in for a new Downtown as a run a round, got a great deal from Nathan and was very helpfull as well.Recommend going to see him.
Paul Barry: Love these guys have helped me out so much
zilla: Thank you to Nathan and the team for fitting me in before Christmas, I can’t thank you enough!
Rodney Mahlberg: very suprised at the additional personal service recieved by Nathan and his team, made spending lots of money very enjoyable 10/10 guys Thanks
Trent Jacobs: I was in Sydney for a couple of days and they helped me out but I was completely taken for a ride with price. I was charged $240 for 1 hour and 20 minutes of work. When I asked what the extra cost was the guy said ‘expertise’. Good work but I don’t appreciate being squeezed when I was in a tight spot.In response to the comment below, I paid for an hour and a half of labour to get the wheel straightened. Then I was charged again for the wheel straightening?? I don’t appreciate being double charged.

Sydney City Motorcycles: what do users think?
Luke Antrim: Rude on the phone and didn’t even want to let me finish speaking before telling me he was closed at 9:50am.
Andrew M: Good selection of motorcycles and great range of gear and parts. Staff very knowledgeable but shame today was their last trading day, this location will close and you'll have to go to their other dealerships.
Luca Febbraio: Great service , on time
Eric .*: Guy was super helpful and patient while I was looking for my first helmet and jacket.Great products and prices aren’t that diferente than online stores but most importantly great customer service!Highly recommend
victor vizuete: Súper nice people
Karl Monaghan: Terrible experience with this company, they play games between departments, each being elusive, they use outside brokers for finance and load the finance with unwanted insurance and excessive fees, amounting to thousands of $$$, and after they have been found out they deny all responsibility, saying the broker doesn't work for them. They use leverage to force you into a sale, "we have other people wanting to buy the bike" and when you say no, they keep your deposit and refuse to repay it. That was my experience anyway for what it is worth. Dodgy as!!
Benjamin Smee: Solid dealership. Easy to test ride and decent selection
Rod Cuffe: Been my shop of choice for bije accessories for over 20 years.
J L: Had my new Ninja 650 serviced for its first 1000kms... Excellent, same day service - clear cut communication and quoting over the phone and will definitely take in my other bike for a major service with this trusted dealer who show a lot of attention to detail. Thanks, SCM Lane Cove!Just wanna add an update: recently went there again and wanna thank Tony in servicing for just being an absolute legend!
John La Greca: Great range. Helpful staff.
Zac Bennett: I contacted Sydney City Motorcycles to get a quote for a new motorbike.2 online inquiries and 5 phone calls over a 1 week period, all they'd do is ignore my online inquiry or take my details on the phone and promise a call back. Never got a call back... I was calling the Lane Cove store, got annoyed and tried their Caringbah store, again I was promised a call back which I never received. 2 out of 3 locations seemingly not wanting to serve customers.I went to BikeBiz instead, 48 hours later my new Kawasaki Vulcan S Full Power is ordered and due to arrive in 3-4 weeks.
Andrew Lukins: Excellent service and knowledgeable staff.
As Df: I took my motorcycle in for new tyres and a chain. The service interaction was very professional and good. However, when the motorcycle was returned, there was chain lubrication and grease splattered all over the bike and my alloy was scratched.
josué moura: I don't know what happened to this place it used to be really nice and also a good price to fix bikes, but the last time I left my bike there for general repair I had a lot of problems, they also forgot to do my green, and many more things since the last time I never went back there.
Nate D: Great buying experience, baught my 821 monster from interstate, originally organised delivery but was impatient with the wait time so decided to organise my own with a motorcycle transport company. Shane was very upfront about the motorcycle and the buying process was easy and straightforward.
Mary Bean: Fantastic service and good parts selection
Ben Davies: Woeful service. Never answers the phone. Refuses to do a simple inspection after one of the other staff suggested they could, and any other motorcycle place will do it. Don’t bother!
Ben Behnia: Top notch customer service! Shout out to Bat for doing an amazing job
Don: I went in to get help with a top box mount. The staff were very helpful. I ended up ordering from their online store because delivery was easier.I found the staff member I felt with very knowledgeable and helpful.Based on the above I chose to have my log book service here. Really happy. My 2021 VSTROM XT is now running as it should be.
Brent Art: Great team. Super helpful. Highly recommend.
Porus Bharucha: Friendly staff and excellent service

Sydney City Motorcycles - Caringbah: what do users think?
Wayne Bunting: Very disappointing dealing with Sydney City Motorcycle, the salesperson said fully refundable holding deposit but when it comes to doing a refund the owner James Mutton says he will and of course doesn't. I don't know how Suzuki and Yamaha could find him "reputable". I wish I would have read some of the other reviews before I looked at them. BUYER BEWARE!!!
Kenneth Lynch: Oscar the salesperson was helpful without being pushy. We talked about the bikes I was interested in and test rode 2 of them.
Chris Marshall: I have yet to receive my refund or any response to my refund request from Sydney City Motorcycles Caringbah from the owner Mark Mutton. I have been waiting for a refund of $6,090 since late April, and even after visiting their location in person, I have not received a response to any of my emails. Can someone please provide me with an update on when I can expect to receive my refund? Thanks.
Patricia M do Nascimento: Just bought my first bike from them, a 2022 Kawasaki Z400. Everyone there was amazing, but it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Alanah. She was so helpful and fast tracked everything, so I could get my bike earlier than expected! Highly recommend. Thanks Alanah.
Paz Rahn: Been buying bikes from Sydney City Motorcycles for years & always had them serviced. 5 Stars well earned. James Thanks for hooking me up on the Mighty DRZ I love this bike.
Jake Johnson: Thankyou so much for fixing my Suzuki Boulevard 2008 cruiser. I got mucked around so much from the last mechanics I used and turns out it was a failed injector. Great communication from the team, extremely professional and you guys will definitely be my future go to. Thanks again !!
michael mckenna: I just purchased a 2022 Suzuki GSX-S 1000 from them, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Alanah and the team. I will definitely go and see them first whenever I'm after another bike. Highly recommend. Thanks Alanah.
Jamie Sandilands: I have had multiple dealing with these guys and the staff, facilitates and products are outstanding.
David Newton: Great to deal with very happy with there service
Van: Very helpful and friendly staff!
B G: Any spare parts you need for a Japanese bike John K is the man to see at the spare parts department. John’s knowledge about spare parts and bikes is outstanding, combined with great customer service. Thank you for always being patient and getting the correct parts consistently John you are a legend 👍
Damien Challenor: Thanks so much to the team at Caringbah bought a bike for my daughter it was great experienceJames and his team were great I have use them for spare parts for a few years every part of this business in a dream to work withThanks guys
Ryan Murray: Went in to enquire about purchasing an MT10SP. Spoke to the sales guys, and then the new manager James.James made it too easy for me to make the purchase and I put a deposit down that day. Smooth transaction ensued and I promptly received my awesome new bike.James is a gentleman. He's got the hunger to make a sale and is just the man this business needed.I was that impressed by the service I received, I returned a fee weeks later to purchase a new bike for my wife too. Ordered on Thursday, picked it up Saturday!Well done to James and the team!
Christian Mans: Best group of people, always willing to help, really went the above and beyond for me! Very happy R7 owner now. Not in my area but happy to make the travel for the awesome service 😍
Peter Middleton: Spare parts department extremely helpful. Restoring a 1980s Yamaha....John K & others go above & beyond to find parts even at other dealers or from Japan. Frequently I have found their prices cheaper than I can find online, &/or they find parts that I couldn't find online. Best of all the service is cheerful & there is no sign of impatience even during lengthy searches for a long list of parts...seem only too happy to help. That has made my restoration a lot more enjoyable. I consider them friends and a very big asset for me.
James Hansen: Do not go here. The mechanic is a liar, accused me of damaging my own bike deliberately to get a warranty claim. Then told me the bike was fine. Yeah no thanks, don’t want these guys working on my brakesWouldn’t trust him to run a lemonade stand
Leon: Great experience, staff were professional and welcoming. Great value with an amazing showroom to find your perfect motorcycle.
Roger Rieger: Went in to see a new Suzuki touring bike and a Kawazaki tourer - both 1000cc. Didn't have either bike... In fact they had not much at all and the two people in the offices weren't bothered asking if they could help me. That's ok. I'll take my $20,000 elsewhere.
Jordan Wisby: Just bought my first bike and everyone there was amazing! so helpful and great service. Especially James who fast tracked everything and got me riding in no time!
sainaa zolboo: One of the best Yamaha service center out there, got a major service done on my mt09sp and they were really friendly and efficent, service manager really knew his stuff and was on top of it. Price wise they were really competitive, overall great experience with them and will definitely go to them for my upcoming services.

Deon Flanagan: The staff and technicians are awesome I highly recommend.Racecourse Motors .
Jackson Getthedogg: Nothing but good words for Racecourse motors. Been visiting them for the past 8-9 years and had work from engine rebuilds to tyre changes. Always very open, honest and fair. It’s nice to actually have a mechanic you can trust which is rare these days. As long as they’re open I’ll keep returning.
Jeffrey Tang: They get the job done, but you could have done it much cheaper than what they scammed you. Didn't realise this until I went to another mechanic telling me the installation of LED lights onto a R3 doesn't take a few hours, nor does it cost ever over $300. Alan is very accommodating and hospitable, but for this reason that's precisely why he has to be.So next time you come here just be aware, if the hospitable words didn't fool you, take your receipt to another mechanic and ask him whether it would be a fair price that he would charge.I wasn't here to pay extra for good customer service, that is expected and what isn't expected is over charging for something that takes definitely less than an hour.Absolutely deplorable.
Stefan Hamburger: Overall, a really easy and pleasant experience getting my bike serviced. Really well priced, feels like an open and honest place. Thank you
Arsalan Sadeghi: Great experienceHelpful and caring

Trooper Lu's Garage: what do users think?
Dudu777: A BIG thank you to the Trooper Lu's Team for the excellent customer service and products provided. From sales to service to the workshop everything was absolutely FANTASTIC!Special thanks to Matt (Service Adviser) and the workshop/service team for getting both of my rides ready (NMax & XSR700) in such a short period of time.Note: I bought both bikes over the phone (deposit) and went to the store to finalise payment, docs, and pick up.Well done!"A happy customer is a loyal customer".Cheers,Ed.
Abhishek P: Good range of bicycles and friendly staff. Marcus was very helpful in answering all my queries and helping me select the right bicycle and relevant accessories. Would highly recommend this store for anyone looking to buy bicycles for kids and adults.
Mister Moo: Got a tyre change, best price for high-quality Pirellis and good workmanship.
Jacqueline Leonard: Fabulous service sourcing the right boots in the right size!
Rox - Phonix Photography: Shout out to the whole TL team! :DSpecial mention to Greg who helped my partner finally find a helmet that’s not only comfortable, but is a tested fit.Anthony and Josh - always a pleasure! And of course the garage team of mechanics who took care of some pesky fork leaks!
COREY CURRY Huang OZ: Absolutely excerptAbsolutely professional
Isaac Kwao: Service and repair motorcycles is great service jobs 👌
Richie H: Didn’t change my oil when I took it in for a first time learners service. Won’t be coming back. it’s only been 2000ks and the bikes oil level is lower than when I took it in after putting 3000ks on it was really bummed considering I heard trooper Lus was reliable.
Mohammad I: I purchased a Dirt bike privately and the engine seized pretty much 1 hour after owning it. I took the dirt bike to this place for a diagnostic which went from a major service to a complete engine rebuild. Initially super helpful and easy to deal with. Then apparently an apprentice started my bike fresh engine rebuild no oil not knowing there wasn’t any oil. Completely destroyed the brand new engine I just paid for. Got a call and got Told im gonna need a new engine and I’m gonna need to pay for it. Idk how that’s fair dinkum that’s not fair dinkium, after some back and forth they offered to give me a discount on the labour for the second engine build but I would still need to front the cost for the new parts. Absolutely a joke.
Lachlan Searson: I had a great experience at Trooper Lu’s while purchasing a motorcycle and other parts. Josh and Greg were a great help and they had the bike ready within the day to ride away.
Edie Lawrence: Made the SALE as pleasurable as the RIDE...
Kev: I had previously written a poor review about something else, but credit where credit's due.Just had my wheels repaired and powder coated - the guys did a great job putting everything back together considering the powder coating had made the holes too small to fit everything back in!
Andy V: Great range, friendly staff and knowledgeable service.
Peta Lucas: So surprised to see that this store also caters / services mountain bikes. Love that this is so close to my local area.
Coupa Sexton: Thanks to Josh and Greg for excellent customer service and great knowledge on the bikes and accessories
Jeremy Lynch: Greg was very helpful and was happy to show me everything I asked about, would highly recommend the store to anyone
Rocco Tomma: Great Service. Very attentive and Knowledgeable Staff. Thanks Josh snd Anthony.
Nick Dob: Bought the Beta x-trainer and from start to finish the service from the team was awesome!
Philip “Spiney” Rosser: Great customer service and experience 👍
Erfan Pezeshki: Amazing experience from negotiating for a new R1M all the way to delivery within a very short time, nothing but an excellence and top quality customer service, these guys are passionate about bikes.Thank you Josh, Anthony and the crew to bring home my dream bike the almighty Yamaha R1M
bianca nicholls: Greg was very helpful and understanding of my situation. I would recommend him to anyone I talk to about bikes as he was really good at his job and knew what he was talking about. Thanks Greg. I’ll be definitely coming back.
