Sydney Park Cyclery: what do users think?
John Kenyon: Excellent shop. Really helpful and passionate about bikes.
Chris Allen: Very happy with my visit and bike. Also I learned a lot in a few minutes of chatting about local bike lanes and places to see, which was very much appreciated. Good price for the bike too.
Bradley Heffernan: Amazing service always happy to help out. Had all the parts i needed to finish off my project bike and was happy to explain and provide ideas on how to fix my issues. VERY MUCH RECOMMENDED AMAZING BIKE SHOP
Skiff (Skiff): Ben gave a fair, thorough quote and detailed explanation of how he was going to fix up a cheap bike I picked up off FB marketplace. He got it going great and explained some very minor additional issues that suggested a bit of an eagle eye. He also sold me a solid fixed up 2nd hand mountain bike in very good nick at a cheaper price point than the questionable store brands from places like 99bikes. The wait time at 99bikes was 3 weeks, Ben handled my bike that afternoon and I had some excellent chats with him as well. He gave a far better explanation of what he would do than they did (the guys there were pretty vague...). Probably the best bike mechanic I've ever met, and I've been biking as a way to get around since high school (15+ years). Honest, efficient and transparent. A great example of why independent, local shops deserve your attention.Highly recommend his business!
Jade Gilbert: Great reliable bike shop. Highly recommend.
David w: Great service and reasonable price.
Tallulah Jardine: This is a brilliant wee place.I went in looking for something fairly simple and not too expensive.Ben was incredibly helpful, found exactly what I was looking for and also gave me some solid advice about getting around and keeping my bike safe, as I'm new to the city and was a bit nervous. My new bike is absolutely fantastic, very light, really nice to ride, plus it comes with 6 months warranty and I know where I can get it fixed if I need to!
Edwin Tung: Highly recommended. The owner Ben is passionate and super knowledgeable. We should support more of these local businesses!
pieter van erp: Ben rebuilt my Sachs gear assembly on my Amsterdam stepthrough bike. and it is running now better than ever. Other bike shops had plenty of excuses to not do the job, or just refused. On ya Ben. Piet Van
Diana Vassilenko: I bought a bicycle here over a year ago. Been using it almost daily since. After a month of using it, my chain snapped while I was on my way to work for whatever reason, so I called the shop and the owner cycled over to me in 10 minutes, replaced the chain and fixed the problem on the spot for free, yay! Today I came in with an issue with switching gears, the owner fixed my bike in a matter of minutes and once again didn't charge me anything, double yay! Amazing fast and efficient service, and I love my bike. ☺️ Highly recommend this place if you need a bike or any repairs, also they sell very cute ringing bells 🌸
julie siemsen: We should support this guy! We’re lucky to have him :) I’ve been in to this shop for differing reasons over the years, but today I decided a review was in order. I popped in to get a couple of things fixed on my e-bike and after fixing them immediately I was told “no charge”. I thought this was a lovely gesture, especially for a small local business in times like these. Anyway, that was unexpected, and much appreciated. My previous visit involved a flat so I took it in to get fixed. After watching the repairs for a bit I asked “actually, how do you do it? In case I ever need to do it myself” and without hesitating he started from scratch explaining how and why everything is done. I really appreciated the passing on of knowledge, being new to bikes myself. Also, I don’t know if I’ve been lucky, but every time my problem has been looked at and fixed immediately-apart from once, when it was fixed within the hour.Great little business, the owner is very knowledgeable and friendly, highly recommend.
Carlos Castelo Suarez: My bike needed a tune up, few things needed replacing (gears, wires, new taping), called them up in the morning and they had it fixed a couple of hours later. Surprising as they seemed busy and by they I mean one bloke who I assumed was the owner. Parts replaced were brand new, better than the originals, didn't replace anything that didn't need to be. Roughly $250 all up. Very happy with my bike now.TLDR Highly recommend.
Katie Corrigan: Called in , enthusiasm and product knowledge is second to none , great guy ,super helpful thanks .
Harry Harrison: Great advice and service
Paolo Garde: Ben was extremely helpful in helping me pick my first “proper” bike. He built me a bike that suited my needs as a beginner who wanted to bike up and down cooks river.Sure the prices are more expensive than buying straight off Gumtree but unless you are a knowledgeable enough bike mechanic, having the peace of mind that someone professional has looked after your bike is worth it to me.
Danny Sullivan: good quick no nonsense shop
Gianfelix Goenawan: I am very impressed by the customer service Ben provided. I originally came to get new tube for my front wheel and Ben made some additional tweaking on my bicycle which makes my riding experience afterwards better. I think the price is fair for the service provided. Definitely recommend for bike service and will definitely come back for future bike service!
Melanie Eden: Ben went out of his way to help me - I had bought a surfboard mount online and he installed it for me. Thankful for his generosity and care.
Amy Edwards: I recently purchased a bike from Sydney Park Cyclery and I was so impressed with the service. My bike was ready the very next day for pick up.They offer a no fuss and honest service that I would highly recommend. I will be taking all of my family's bikes there for a service!
Inmark Tower Building Management: Very impressed with Ben, he repaired my bike gearing on the spot no waiting time overnight. Highly recommended.
Carla Stacey: A really helpful bunch. Actually saved me money by advising me I had no need for a new bike, just an upgrade of gears and handlebars. Since then I have had my whole family's bikes serviced - quick, friendly. I love that they love all types of riders - even me the getting from A to B type. They are both a Cyclery and a Re-Cyclery! Plus the coffee in the morning is great.

Giant Sydney: what do users think?
Sam Southern: Outstanding service provided by the Giant team! They were attentive and always happy to answer questions and provide advice to a novice rider. I highly recommend them.
Martin Collyer: Staff are very helpful and great on follow up too. Consequently, this is where I bought my new bike. Found Giant bikes to be well spec'd and reasonably priced vs other brands.
Frank Z Wang: My bike has got a missing bolt on the frame, it’s been rattling since. I came up to Giant city shop. Matt has been patiently searching for a while until it’s been found the same one. After it’s been installed, the rattling has gone. I really appreciate his skill and professionalism. I would definitely recommend and will pay my visit soon.
Gary Irwig: What a fantastic experience, and excellent workmanship! The Giant Sydney team are a pleasure to deal with. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Andrew Mitchell: Expert and practical knowledge and great customer service
Markus Wagner: Super friendly service this morning as I had a slight mechanical in the area. One of the service team members, Matt, got me going again in no time.
Good Evins: All staff are amazing. Knowledgeable and helpful tailoring to my needs without any sales agenda. Good deals too!
Hannah Gray: The team at Giant Sydney are awesome. Always so helpful. Smooth process when dropping the bike off and collecting from service. Very thorough and willing to help with all cycling needs and questions!
MMCS Partners: Just want to say a big shout out to Grant & Simon, they have been amazing from Start to Finish.
Julie Driscoll: The team at Giant Sydney are friendly and professional for both sales and service. They are great communicators and and go above and beyond to help their customers. Highly recommend.
Corrina Mckinnel: Very helpful especially for someone buying their first bike.Easy and stress free process.
Rod Rocket: Sensational, go here first.Forget the rest Giant Sydney is the best.Service is top shelf authentic.
Shop Spendthrift: 1 star rating for the mechanic/servicing. Used them because of their convenient location. But even though I gave them three goes each time the repair was shockingly substandard. Save time you'll spend revisiting them to get them to fix what they got wrong the first time around by going to one of the LBSs in the inner west. Chain replacement didn't warrant a ride to check gear changes 'because it was raining'Edit to respond to owner who won't own their fail: Did I say when it happened? The three chances have been over 3-4 months.Too bad zero stars aren't a thing.
Shawn Tracey: Amazing service, that at no stage felt pushy, the team was extremely authentic in directing me to the right products/bike for my needs as a beginner rider. Thank you Matt and team and I will definitely be back!
Matt H: Picked up my new TCR Advanced yesterday, such amazing service from Grant, Simon and the team, communication was top notch, fitting was spot on to what I need and I got so many tips as well, Not to mention the bike is a weapon. Thanks Giant I cannot recommend you enough!
Alex: Helpful team, will go out of their way to solve what you need. 👌
Jason Chin: Walked into the shop with a view to look and enquire about a new road bike (I am transitioning from MTB to road) was greeted immediately by Matt and I explained my situation and was looking at the TCR, in 10 seconds Matt goes here you go in a medium we have it. Matt was great on his advise and knowledge.Simon - great advice, he did a saddle size fitting straight away for me, showed and explained the shifting mechanics and how to hop on and off (never used clipless shoes or pedals) they even found some cheap pedals and put them on so I could cycle till I train in clips.Excellent experience, great customer service. Highly recommend Giant Sydney and fantastic team there
Cae Tolman: I dropped in with a minor mechanical emergency.Matt was awesome: diagnosed repaired and out of there really quickly!Top service
george besarati: I had a great pleasure of meeting Grant K at Giant Sydney. He did took his time and explained everything to me, answered all my questions and gave me a great deal, what else can I ask for as a customer. Good on you Grant, keep up with the good work, looking forward to come back to you for service, accessories and shake your hand again.
Hudson Worsley: Terrific advice from real cyclists, not sales people! Matt and Simon took the time to set up my son’s bike and gave home plenty of tips and encouragement plus suggested tracks on which to build his skills. Thanks guys!!
Lee Reinhardt: I’ve been having my bike serviced with Giant Sydney for years. Always five star service. My six year old bike always comes back to me promptly and feeling mint. Thanks Boys!

André Eusébio: Great place to get an affordable second hand bikes and parts as well learning how to fix your bike.

J D: At the moment opening hours:Sat 11:30AM - 5PMSuch a nice place. I bought a good second hand bike and got help with lots of other things.
Liesbeth De Vreese: Currently only open on Saturdays from 12 to 5pm!I went for some help readjusting my brakes and ended up pretty much getting a full service of my bicycle. The person who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They explained everything to the smallest detail (tools as well as how parts of a bicycle work together) and showed me how to fix everything myself. You only pay for any parts you need, but they also accept gold coin donations and old bikes.
Bur Undi: top place bikes and parts
Parbodh Chander Bali: This amazing place is such wonderful that it is beyond the limits of words. A huge covered working shed and a fully equipped repair workshop, all spares, preowned like new cycles for free. The gentleman, Mounir, a young chap, cheerful and most helping. He gave me tools and asked me to learn how to Repair. Really I was most happy to learn fixing and even trueing the rims myself. I fixed my cycle to 100% precision, worked there for more than hour, used all tools and machines. Moreover Mounir gave me one brand new tube and tyre to replace on safe side. That too without a penny but just a thanks and they all were most happy. What more you can expect
Elaheh Ghodousi: There were two guys. The main one was not friendly and helpful. The options were also limitted. Hiwever, the best point is that you can ask them to make the bike that you want, based on your budget and need.
Frank “Mcleody2019” McLeod: Best place to get your bike fixed for Free
Dennam Williams: Great place to pick up a bike. The people here are really helpful and doing good work! Thanks guys
Charlie Amos: Great place here you can get parts for your bike here for a donation or you can buy a fixed up used bike. All guys and gals here are friendly its only open saturdays fyi 5 stars
Sandeep Johal: I donated my bike here without hassle. The staff almost immediately were able to repurpose my old bike. And they were able to take my helmet too. Great initiative.
David Bamford: Friendly blokes that do a great service
Stan Domeshok: Great bunch of people, have purchased 2 bikes from them so far, and the process and prices are always extremely reasonable! Bikes are always very "as-is" but definitely tested to be sound and safe.

Duncan WILKIE: Predominantly run by to exceptionally competent COMMUNITY Volunteers, enabling those local community members who have a love of riding.A great initiative nearby residents can have their bikes fixed as well as purchase second hand good condition bicycles.a group of like-minded people that can share their experience of the love of riding. JP Dehollain: This is an awesome initiative that sadly is currently halted by COVID. I really hope it comes back when they're ready!
Aidan Burgess: So helpful
wally crocker: Helped me out with a problem I had with a wheel. They came up with a couple of different solutions, and had heaps of tools around for self help.

Omafiets: what do users think?
Richie Harris: Great service from Chris and the team. I installed a dynamo and lights on my Kevin of steel and was a terrific job. Will be back!!
William Haskovec: Great, personal service of my e-cargo bike and Chris is extremely responsive and helpful regarding my enquiries. Recommended for great, honest reliable servicing, products and advice!
Angus Sullivan: Great service
Lisa: I got my old bike freshened up. Great service super friendly!
Peter: Hi all.I got frustrated finding the right saddle. Before my eighth attempt I researched a lot more and the Gilles Berthoud Aspin kept coming up. I rang Chris at Omafiets and ordered the Aspin in black colour to match the running gear on my Merida Silex 600 gravel bike. This saddle is a game changer straight out of the box on my first 25klm ride it was firm but very comfortable much better than my previous experiences.. It is more expensive than the Brooks but the quality and finish is superb and the leather is significantly thicker than the Brooks (good for durability). It truly is a work of art and unlike the Brooks you can replace parts the special star drive screw rivets and removable front and rear composite saddle blocks allow for that. It looks great on the bike somewhere between racy and tour. Any saddle tension adjustment in future is simple via a 5mm hex bolt at the front.I can highly recommend this saddle the only question now is do I leave it on the bike or put it on my wall to admire as a work of art. It truly is a thing of beauty.Regards Peter Melbourne Vic
Brooke Walford: The mechanics at Omafiets did a great job on my ebike. This was my second annual service because the first one was also brilliant! Just about every moving part was closely measured and replaced where necessary. On picking the bike up which was ready at the allotted time a mechanic took the trouble to show me the worn teeth of a crucial cog and also consulted me about about a further minor adjustment. The labour costs were very reasonable. The manner of all the staff is upbeat, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Omafiets for all of your cycling needs.
Alex Hinds: Really happy with the most recent service I had at Omafiets. Team was great from book-in to following up on key issues and resolving everything promptly and with a high standard of quality and care. I've had our Tern for a few years now and the team has always been really good with their focus on quality (even when they've missed the mark they're willing to follow up and fix or tune things). Always feel very welcome there too.
Zach Schattekirk: This it the go-to shop for customer service in the city, super friendly staff that are extremely knowledgeable about all things bikepacking and adventure by bike. If I lived in the area, they would be my go-to shop without question. 12/10
Cynthia Lu: shoutout 2 the guy in the workshop (Zac?!) good with bikes and v kind thanku ◉‿◉
Justin Buck: Friendly, happy shop and very helpful. Great place to buy whatever ur after.
Li Ditlef-Nielsen: A big shout out & gratitude to Gus, Ollie, Chris & the awesome team @Omafiets for going the extra mile just before closing to ensure that I could keep my eCargo bike rolling. As we always say support your LBS and they will reciprocate. I can’t say the same of online retail #supportlocalbikeshops 🚲👏🙏
Geoff ASHLEY: Omafiets in Alexandria Sydney did a very professional job in servicing and repairing my bike as well as managing and communicating with me regarding my booking. I highly recommend them.
Graham Byrne: Always a great shop to buy bike bits at, helpful staff and friendly.
Peter Sayers: I don´t think it would be possible to rate this business too highly, unless you were very hard to please. Living more than 600 km from the Sydney metro area, I now class Omafiets as ´my´ bike shop and have always been able to rely on the crew there for the best advice and assistance. A quick phone call or email usually sorts out any issue. My relationship with Omafiets started with a Vivente Gibb and has progressed to a custom built Curve GMX and I have only just recently visited the shop in person. Looking forward to a long association now and hopefully many good kilometres under the wheels!
Simon Hallgath-Jolly: A great store with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. They have a broad range of bikes and parts to suit all bikes. A particularly good place to go if you're a commuter, you're looking to keep an old bike on the road, or you're piecing a bitsa build together.
Dominic Roberts: Fantastic customer service. I broke a spoke on the way home last night. Brought the wheel in at 0800 and rode to work at 0900 as planned - happy customer
Brendon: Built my dream bike here. I just finished my first 2 week tour on it and it performed perfectly. Exactly what I wanted. The people at Omafiets gave me loads of advice and answered all of my questions. I cannot fault a single thing about this place, they're top of their game
Brett M: Had my internal gear hub (Shimano Nexus) serviced. Excellent service and advice (told how best to adjust gears). Highly recommend.
Simon T: My bike arrived this afternoon...I live in Adelaide and purchased a Brompton online via emails from Omafiets. They were very helpful and responsive to my emails and questionsBrilliant experience-very friendly and professional service. Gus and Team were extremely helpful and nothing was too much even dealing with my many questions. There was no hesitation through the whole process that I had chosen the right store to purchase my Brompton.I'm very happy with the process from beginning to end - communication was second to none.I highly recommend Omafiets. A huge thank you to Gus, Theo and team for their assistance, I will definitely purchase from them again.
Brad W: Excellent service and prompt delivery of the bike to Melbourne. Communication was on point. Very happy.
Tony Geange: Had my Salsa serviced. Very very impressed with quality of work. Great communication throughout the day. Most enjoyable ride home. Thanks.

Jot Bikes - Electric Bike Rentals/Sales/Service (Prev. Spark Bikes): what do users think?
Anurag Deep Silwal: Great service!!
Jean Carlos: Excelente bike service
V N: Not helpful at all
Emilio De La Peña Chacón: I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY UBER RIDER TO CHOOSE JOTBIKESIn my experience, JotBikes is a terrible bike rental service for delivery riders working with Uber Eats.Firstly, there is no emergency contact available in case of accidents, which happened to me. This lack of support left me stranded and unsure of what to do in case my bike stopped working while I was far from home.Secondly, I found their FAQ questions to be obsolete, and their website link was broken. They claimed to provide a pump, but I never received one. As other problems with their website, as I cannot download my receipts from it (At least the support send them to me by email, but is a waste of time, we are in 2023).Furthermore, JotBikes did not provide a substitute bike while mine was being repaired, and I was told I would be charged extra for common repairs such as a flat tire, even when I am paying for an "accident" insurance that may only cover you if the bike is destroyed (I thing you'll have bigger problems relate to your health in that situation...). In the end, they haven't charged me. As a result, I was unable to earn money as an Uber driver without a bike, and the additional repair costs made it unaffordable to continue working. When it comes to the insurance: there's no info on their website. They offer the lowest price and they you pay more for the insurance that seems to be inexistent as a service on their website. Good marketing strategy, though.Although the mechanic and email support were friendly and responsive, it wasn't enough to make up for the significant issues with the service. Additionally, the lease terms were too long for flexible work, and I would not recommend JotBikes to any delivery rider. Instead, I suggest looking for other bike rental services that offer better support, safety, and flexibility.
Sangwoo Nam: I don't really understand why Uber has had a partnership with this ridiculous business. I booked to rent an ebike and come visit at the appointment time. And they said there is no any bike and you should book again on the website. And even though I book again, they don't even guarantee whether there is a bike or not. They said it is a gamble. Is this a joke? I told them they could tell customers at least before coming to the place so that people don't waste their time and money. The staff says they can't even send us an email because they have no email address with the name of Jot-bike. And the mechanic's reaction was so funny. The mechanic said there's nothing to change for the few customers, and the boss also is not gonna change anything for this. It is actually for all future customers. They just dump their problems on to customers and their head office. I can't believe their arrogant mindset for customers. This business has to close down or change.
Pame Pugliese: The worst place to rent a bike
Conor Plunkett: Website says open until 6pm on Thursdays , got there at 5.30 and was closed. I came from Campbelltown to collect bag.
Lah K dex: Been waiting for my order for more than 16 days and haven’t received it yet. Send my order as soon as possible. Australia delivery normally takes 7 - 8 days. Email them but no update. The order still stuck in the warehouse? What is going on?
Selvin Joy: I came to pickup the bike as per email and sms. But the shop is shut and the customer care number doesnt work.
Maxime “OTSmacks” A.: Cancel appointment without notice and don’t seem we worrier or sorry about that …
Severo Robles: Excellent service!I had a misunderstanding with the subscription and I solved the problem in person. One of the service guys speaks Spanish and was very helpful in solving my problem.Rent a 2-battery bike for 5 weeks, with a cart and the truth is that it makes a difference since you don't have to carry your backpack and you never run out of battery.
Iron Z: Perfect service
Andres Felipe Gomez: Awful service. They are never able to do the services
Sabri “SOAsabri” Zaoui: Really good. Service is great. Great people working at the shop. No issues what so ever
mohammed khursheed uddin: Good service
Sudarmadi Sidik: nice rental bikes
Kristian Zhang: Really bad service and bad attitude to customers, I yesterday went here and want to check my bikes but the person here just really unkind
Alen Walker: I got the confirmation to pick up from email but No bike available to rent.
Cangyuan Zhang: its easy to ride with electric boost.
Zero Three: I got the confirmation pick up from email and came to pick it up just to turned out its out of stock at store and the staff just being rude when I'm just asking why it's out of stock.

Trek Bicycle Sydney: what do users think?
Bert Van der Velde: Great service and guidance by knowledgeable staff..
Randal Court: Great work servicing my bike - thanks 😃
Sarah Moss: Quick and cheap mending of my flat tyre.
Brendan Irwin: Wide range of bikes and accessories. Friendly and knowledgable staff.
MJ Burkill: Excellent friendly service. Did not feel like I was being sold or ripped off. Excellent solution for my needs at a good price. 10/10
Catherine Klaffer: I needed to return a bike to a neighbouring bike shop, which wasn’t open on the day I needed to return it. Trek kindly offered to take the bike for me. When I brought the bike in, they also let me use the pro bike cleaning facilities (not for customers) but I really wanted to return the bike in good condition. Helpful, friendly team
James Burns: Great shop! Always very helpful and generous with their time. Have gone in a number of times just to ask questions, pick up parts here and there and it's always been an approachable and quality experience
Daniel Muldoon: Good selection of bikes and accessories and staff were helpful in finding me the right product for my needs.
darren rayment: Trek makes things easy. Nothing is a problem and their bikes and staff are fantastic. So good I bought two bikes ! This is my second Marlin for my boys. Well made, fun to ride, look great and a great entry in MTB
Marios Elles: Always a great experience at Trek Sydney. Many thanks to Mike and the team!
Riley Chant: Came here to buy a new bike for my son and the staff were very helpful. You can tell they’re very experiences and great at what they do. Will definitely be revisiting again if I need to buy another one. Highly recommended
Rainer Schmid: Good amount of stock, staff were very helpful.
Didier Moutia: Friendly, efficient service with great quality products. The staff took time to understand my requirements and match me to an appropriate bike. Also took time to ensure I got the right fit.
Reynolds Tang-Smith: Mike from Trek was an absolute legend who went above and beyond. A true community and passion for cycling was present with professional yet easygoing staff. Fixed my tyre up efficiently and really do appreciate the service!
Chris Bruce: Good quality products speak for themselves, but the considerations and understanding of two particular staff members went well beyond my expectations and was the catalyst behind my decision to purchase on the day.I dealt with Michael day one, and he made the sale. Wanting to purchase two bikes and being recently retired I was on a strict budget; I was sent to the store by staff from the Penrith store as they had identified the city store had a particular bike in stock that I had been eyeing off. When I spoke to Michael, I was immediately put at ease, we talked for a bit, as the bike I was looking for was still boxed up, he showed me a couple of other bikes as I needed to determine the right size bike for me.As soon as I sat on the bike that I eventually purchased, I knew it was for me, no hard-sell on Michael’s part he just knew the product, seemed to understand my needs, and helped me understand how its capabilities better met them.Knowing I was on a budget and wanted to purchase a bike for myself and my wife, we negotiated a mutually acceptable price, and I happily purchased two bikes from the store.Having to wait for the payment to be transferred from my bank I decided to take my son with me to pick-up the two bikes together and ride them part the way home. I dealt with Tobias at pick-up and we both found him to be very approachable and knowledgeable about the mechanics of the bike and his ability to put this into terms that I readily understood. All in all, I had a very enlightened and enjoyable experience dealing with both staff members from the city store, I would recommend the store to anyone considering making a future pushbike purchase. It can’t be understated that they were both were thorough in dealing with my concerns and needs, they conducted themselves in a layback but very professional manner, and ultimately Michael’s initial approach and product knowledge was the main considerations to my final decision, but Tobias reenforced my awareness of making the right decision with his professional handling of and during the pick-up process.I applaud them both and have considered that you need to be recognize their diligence, commitment to work ethics and customer service skills. Great job, thank you guys.
Si Hooley: Great service!
Simon van Gestel: Jack helped me with picking up a new Domane and was awesome; right through the process of placing the initial order to when the bike was ready to pick up! I knew that being a Project One order, I'd be in for a bit of a wait for delivery, but the bike actually ended up arriving earlier than expected! They set me up with everything I needed with lights, tools, bottle cages - I was really happy with the service! I've owned Treks in the past, so know I am getting a good quality product. It rides so smoothly compared to my Specialized Roubaix (although the Roubaix is quite old now, so I knew there'd be no comparison).
Mark Atta: Very helpful staff who are passionate and knowledgeable about their product.
Sam Saad: I have attended and purchased multiple bicycles from Trek Sydney. Every visit was great. On this occasion, Jack was very helpful and very patient in helping me select a new pair of MTB shoes and pedals. He explained the differences between products allowing me to consider my options. I ended up making multiple purchases and was very happy with the experience. Thanks again. 🙏🏻😊🚵🏼‍♂️
Loris: I was outside the store at 5:32pm as my Trek bicycle tyre was flat and I just needed a quick pump up to cycle home, staff member were jumping up and down the stairs with a bike inside the store, I asked for help and I show my flat tyre and didn’t want to help at all. I do understand that the store close at 5:30pm but I was hoping for a little help.No good customer service at all.
Mark Queitzsch: Broke a spoke, took the bike in for that, its first service, and brake pad replacement. Bike was ready two hours later!

Lekker Bikes Sydney Brand Store: what do users think?
Chyn Chiek Goh: New shop. Clean and not pack like other bike shop.
Asif Khan: Really good customer service from the manager Craig. I encountered a minor hiccup, and Craig went the extra mile to resolve quickly and without hassle. That's what customer service is all about. No business can claim to be perfect, but all you can ask for is to be solutions-based and take care of your customers.
Carmel's Closet: I’m loving my new Jordaan +. The Lekker Sydney crew were amazing; from test ride to order pick up. They busted a gut getting my bike in store and ready to take on hols in a week. Can never go back to analog biking. Game changer.
Sue Diggins: I had recently purchased two e bikes for me and my wife. We put the bikes together and have been enjoying riding them. They are excellent bikes. I needed to purchase a basket for my wife and visited the new store in Alexandria. The staff member I spoke to was great. He went above and beyond when dealing with my inquiries. He took a number of photographs and provided very practical helpful advice to me. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lekker bikes as a high quality product at very reasonable prices. I would also highly recommend the Lekker staff at Alexandria. They are friendly and helpful in their after sale service.
Matt: Amazing quality bikes and fantastic customer service.
Haluk Camcigil: Bought a Lekker bike back in 2018 and have been coming in for regular servicing and ad hoc repairs. I’ve dealt with quite a few different staff over the years and everyone of them has been really friendly and helpful. They’re just a bunch of cool people who like what they do and do it well.
jan janczyk: I had a really pleasant experience with this shop and it's workers. Nice man in glasses was very friendly, as well as informative about the bikes and options available! If you want they also can give you a demo drive of the bike you're interested in. The prices they have are also pretty good I think, Me I got mine at a discount, which I'm happy with! If you're looking for a dutch/city bike then this the place to go to.
Erica Larsen: Amazing store, amazing bikes, amazing people. Love my lekker ebike, use it everyday, it is beautiful to ride. Don’t look anywhere else this bike store offers the best built ebikes and service in Sydney
Keiran Rowell: I've had my Lekker M2 for going on 2 years now, and I love it. The internal hub and lack of gear changing is perfect for city rides or commutes. If you're happy to pay extra for the convenience, use your bike regularly, and aren't fussed about weight, then it gets my recommendation. Worth a test run!The staff are helpful with info, and I've found servicing easy.
Blake Stuart: Everyone at the lekker Sydney store was amazing, I came to test ride the Amsterdam+ bike and the staff told me the advantages and disadvantages of the bike, walked me through alternatives and never tried to up sell or pressure sell any of their bikes. I will be returning again!
Mo Crow: I went looking for the electric bicycle of my dreams yesterday and came home with a Jordaan+ from Lekker in Alexanndria. The friendly and knowledgeable team had my beautiful bike all fitted out, charged up and ready to ride within an hour. This is the best bicycle I have had in this lifetime!
Brendon: Had some problems with the bike after purchase which wasn't ideal but they took the time to fix them and I'm now very happy with the bike. They stepped up with their customer service which is a great sign for anyone else buying a bike from them. It's good to know that if something goes wrong, they're willing to put the time in to fix the issues.
James: The folks at Lekker bikes Sydney are very helpful and Tim took the time to give us free advice.
DY: LOVE my new Lekker e-bike! Tim and team were incredibly helpful even installing my dog basket. Beautiful upright ride, electric power is quite strong (i keep on 0 and just use pedal assist mostly), battery charge lasts long time. And very good value for money given quality. Thanks!
Lawrence Vaux: Very Happy. Have had the bike for 10 weeks and road for almost 1000km so thought it was a good time to write a review.Firstly service is great, from sales to bike mechanics everyone has been a pleasure to deal with. Edgar, Tim and Martin were all helpful, know their stuff and just seem like really nice and honest people.I bought a Amsterdam+ eBikeThe bike is well made, very study, comfortable, enjoyable to ride (probably the most important) and light for an e-bike. Plus I would say it's the best looking e-bike in Australia and comparitably cheap. Why buy an e-bike?For me at least all the things that are horrible about commuting it makes easy, steep hills at the end of the day, bad weather, bad headwind, the list goes on. Also a lot of the aspects which make it comfortable, such as larger tyres and heavier body, are things you wouldn't have on a non-ebike due to weight/friction.I'll stop there before it becomes an essay. But all in all a great bike and very happy with Lekker
Jimbo -: Fantastic experience with Lekker Australia.Customer service with this company is second to none. From the original setup of an appointment to test ride a bike all the way thought to constant updates regarding delivery date and then a very detailed and interesting walkthrough of all the bikes features upon pickup by a super knowledgeable bloke. I also sent multiple emails with further questions regarding different features of the bike that we purchased (The Outback) all of which were responded to satisfactorily within hours. Awesome.Ghastly Sydney weather has prevented riding for the 2 weeks since picking up (except for a few test trips up and down our street in the brief breaks from the rain) but went for a long ride last night and the bike performed perfectly - comfort, power and style all on show. Thanks Lekker, if the ongoing quality of the ride and the bike itself stand up to your customer service standards we'll be chuffed for a long time.:)
Adrian: Thank you Tim for the awesome service! I love my Lekker, it’s such a great bike, and Tim was a great help, fixing my tyre and giving me some advice, recommending a thicker tyre on my front wheel for increased shock absorption…such a great idea! Riding home was like riding on a cloud! Great service, great conversation, great advice and loving the great bike…thank you!
Pedram Khosronejad: The Best ever Team that i meet during last 15 years. I am British, lived in Edinburgh, St Andrews, Oxford, Paris, Nantes, Osaka, etc. These people are so supportive, caring, and find solutions for you and your Lekker Bike. Their new shop is superb and fancy. Hope you visit them.
Marion Schelling: Awesome place for epic bikes!
László Kőműves: The Melbourne store is extremely helpful and assisted me in getting a replacement charger for my bike. Thank you!
M: Great experience so far! Bought an Amsterdam+ and a Jordaan+.Shipping was delayed significantly for the Jordaan due to their shipments getting held up. Aside from the long wait, the bikes have been great and made riding in the hills area do much better.Staff are very friendly and even lent me a helmet when I forgot to bring one to pick up my bike.

99 Bikes Stanmore: what do users think?
Amanda Thompson: Friendly and fast service, and my bike works now!
Matt Chapman: Top notch.
Nelson Reynolds-Walsh: Awesome staff. Really genuine and helpful sales assistants and mechanics.
Jerome Mellor: Excellent service, communication and product knowledge.
Robert Mitchell: Excellent service
Chris Aone: Took my cargo bike in to get serviced and was told there was no problem and to bring it back on the following tuesday. So i booked it in and when i baught the bike in i was then told that they were unable to work on it.
Carolina Diaz: I visited the store today Monday 10th of April, Staff from upstairs have a great customer service and fixed my bike up perfectly for the second time. Although, the man at the counter (the blond one) was incredibly dismissive and rude, I was asking about the differences of two head lights and his response was dry and unhelpful, after finding out the information on package I decided to purchase it and then I asked if they have a bag which then he reacted with an unpleasant face and said they only had big ones and he handed it to me while rolling his eyes, I am a member of the company and never experienced bad service at the store, hopefully I don’t experience this here again.
Aron Canao: I heard great things about 99 but still as a first time purchasing a road bike it can still be daunting. I can't thank Lina enough, what an amazing experience and service. She helped with my sizing, helped me get a real feel of the bike and worked through different options - definitely recommemding new people to come experience it for themselves.
Allan Tang: Great customer service! Asking inquiries about certain bicycles was helpful into finding the right bicycle to purchase!
Katherine Camilleri: A big thank you to Alan for his professionalism, responsiveness & great workmanship.Excellent turnaround & a friendly, highly competent team.Being able to book repairs or a service for my push bikes online is great too if I don’t get a chance to call during the day.
Graeme Miller: Michael - the store attendant who helped me - was phenomenal. Really considerate of my budget, whilst also incredibly knowledgeable. Someone give him a raise! I’ve been cycling since and I have fallen in love with my new bike already! It’s a pleasure to cycle. Can’t recommend enough
Chloë Leclerc: Thank you so much to Allan for his help and patience. After being knocked off my bike by a car, I took it to 99 bikes to make sure it was still safe to ride but it turned out to be a write off. Allan searched and suggested similar options and I look forward to riding my new bicycle. Very grateful for the advice, thanks again!
Andrew Lade: No fuss, 'can do' attitudes. Thanks.
Thomas Hepburn: Don’t purchase a bike from them. Don’t allow them to service your bike. As soon as they know the warranty is over you will be told that you can just a broken bike.
Gabrielle Fehily: Friendly and fair staff were able to discount a high quality bell for a cheap price when my previous bell broke shortly after buying it.
Aidan Harper: Awesome workshop. The guys there were super helpful with finding a part that wasn't in stock and were able to put it on my bike. It rides like a dream.
David Baker: Friendly, helpful and quick service.
R Hartford: Brought an e-bike privately and got a flat tire plus needed brakes adjusted. This was the third local bike store I asked for help as I know nothing about fixing bikes let alone a $1500 e-bike. All three cycle shops wouldn't help me because I didn't buy the bike from them. In the end I put the bike on the kitchen table and fixed it myself for the cost of a new tube. Wouldn't recommend relying on this or any local store in the inner west for help.
Cat Robinson: Outstanding service and excellent people to deal with. Shout out to Allan for being a champion.
Mug Pushy: We bought a safety helmet for my 3 year old, but nobody looked after us, nobody offered assistance to show us how to adjust the helmet as this is our first time buying the helmet. Not a nice experience and will not go there again, not recommended.
Paul Nunes: Great service. Good advice. The workshop did a great job setting up my new electric bike.

St Ives Cyclery / SIC Bikes: what do users think?
Tzachi Shachar: Terrible customer service. . Not only he missed the problem in the service but tried to throw it on other store who doesn’t know how to build bicycles. You lost me and the 5 bicycles in the family.
Chany0998: Good customer service
J Tysoe: Had a vey good customer experience at St Ives Cyclery today 31/10/22. I went to pick up a Marin bile I bought online that I had in for warranty repairs. Top job, and dirt cheap. This is a business with integrity. I will add that I live a stones throw from Turramurra Cycles but due to a bad experience I drove the bike to St Ives Cyclery even though the company warranting the bike was happy for me to take the bike anywhere. I will be bring my bike here for regular servicing.
Cam D: Worst customer service. Rude.Wanted to buy a bike for my daughter and was told “go to target or some shit”
Sonya Acton: So impressed with our local cycle shop - brilliant customer service every time. Highly recommend for servicing all sorts of bikes.
Jarrod L: Always great service. The team always turns around my bike in 1-2 days. I’ve had service from other places like 99Bikes and they take weeks to get work done.
Clinton Duncan: Poor experience dealing with the teenage employees - terrible attitude, rude and disrespectful. The owner seems nice.
Paul Jenkin: Really fast turnaround on bike repairs and very reasonable prices. I only go to them now. They feel more local and don’t try to gouge you. Not trying to be a big trendy shiny pricey shop!
Penelope Lannen: Friendly, knowledgeable and quick service to my son's bike. Greatly appreciated. Will be back for all future bike purchase and service needs. Thank you.
Ben Perdriau: Really helpful and reliable.
Mike Fuller: Great service - super helpful and really well priced
CJ Kittos - Private: Great business with super personal support
Sean F: Great advice and service, highly recommended!
Tom Bromby: Quickest repair I've had from a bike shop, great service and good walk through on the bike issues at pickup, will use for all my services from now on
Janet Morgen: Very friendly service very helpful and encourages you to do your best best service Craig you the best
De J: Helpful staff and great service!
Christopher Ludlam: My family and I have owned 8 Giant bikes over a number of years, from TCR's all the way through to Anthem MTB's, all have been bullet proof. That is, all but one - a Giant Anthem, which displayed some faults. So when a problem arises, you normally have that feeling of 'OK, here we go'. With St Ives and Giant, I can happily report that this has not been the case - the support and service has been fantastic. So when push comes to shove, we all want a retailer and a manufacturer that stands behind its products and looks after the best interests of the consumer. And that has been my experience with St Ives and Giant bikes.
Buster Keaton: Very good shop. Top notch customer service , 1 day turnaround on repairs , great value pricing .Craig and Andrew know what they are doing , it's a relief having a good shop for your pride and joy. 100% confidence.
George Abraham: Kudos to Andrew! Brilliant service on the bike.Thank you.
Johan Nordenson: Great service and very accommodating staff. Good to have a reliable local bike shop!
John C: Fantastic service helping me out with a warranty issue with my giant e trance. Thanks Guys

Reid Cycles - Sydney: what do users think?
Nijil Ramakrishnan: Very good shop with great customer service. It is sad to hear the shop is going to close soon.
Jonathon: Steer clear. Ordered a bike online. Roughly three weeks just to dispatch from Melbourne (way passed the time they quote for delivery). Wheelie slow with customer feedback via their website and emails. After weeks of waiting, I received a text saying the bike was ready for pick up.Arriving to the store hours later, the bike was not yet built. After waiting in the store for an hour, the bike was handed to me with the brakes not working. After the staff member tried the whole 'that's the way it's supposed to be' line, he went back and forth four times until he admitted that was the best he could do and not much else. The bike was a gift and wasnt handing it over with a safety issue.I went straight from there to 99bikes where, after having a laugh, they fixed the brakes perfectly. I did have to pay them a small fee though, but I didn't like to risk safety with this gift. The bike stand and rear rim were scratched before I had walked out of the store, but i just counted my losses and left. The guys in there a nice and polite, but it was not a great experience overall, I left there grinding my gears.
Clare Sheffle: My rather aged Reid Urban Bike kept getting punctures - i took it in to the Stanmore store and the boys were really really helpful. They provided a great service and identified/ repaired some other issues for me too - all very cost effective and a pleasure to deal with. Thankyou!
Jennifer T: 1 star for poor customer service. No acknowledgement that we were there. After browsing we queried about some bikes but felt an uninviting vibe off the salesman, no smile, just real dry. We decided to go down the road to 99bikes where we had BEST SERVICE.
Watermelons !: While they might be cheap, I've had my reid bike for two years and it's already needing to be replaced. My chain is always falling off and breaks becoming disconnected. Every time I get my bike serviced, the staff are always finding new problems like cracks in the metal of the wheel, breaks fraying and they complain about the gears being of poor quality. I have tried to take care of this bike, but I have always been disappointed with it's quality. These are good entry level I suppose, but please do your research if you're serious about purchasing a new bike. It's clear these guys are sourcing the cheapest parts to help you get the best price and a quick sale.
Todd T: Times certainly have changed, I was very interested in purchasing a $3500 ebike, its almost like they didnt want to sell it to me. Personally it is a large amount of money to spend on a bike but it must be small change to them, hard to get assistance, I wasnt able to take it for a test run and then they tole me if I want to purchase it I need to do it online. I have spent between $300 - 500 on normal bicycles in the past with other cycle shops and the customer service for those purchases were great. They must not want my business
Kacey M. Martin: The bikes are gorgeous but unfortunately can't even review it properly because a piece of tire got caught in the wheel and consequently got wrapped around it and came off of the wheel after about 6 minutes of riding. The bike is unusable.I contacted customer service - very slow to respond and then told me it was not covered by warranty because tire wear or a tire getting punctured is normal. I tried to explain that I don't think the issue was a puncture and that it appeared to be a fault (which should be covered by just fair consumer laws) in the tire. I then got the exact same message about there being no warranty for punctured tires word for word (which suggests a copy and paste and that they didn't actually read my message). When I asked why they hadn't responded to what I'd actually said, I got no response at all. I've given up trying at this point - it feels like a waste of $400 and I regret my purchase.
El PR: I bought 2 bikes from here and they gave me the wrong size, plus made me buy additional parts to make the bike fit. When I emailed them to see if they could verify the size they didn't rectify the problem, so a bad rating from me!
Wrenn Ferrer: Very good customer service.
mark strydom: What an experience! Olly was incredibly helpful and went the extra mile to assist me with my bike and additional accessories. Super happy with my bike and could not recommend Olly more, to help you get riding. Thank you for such great service, I will definitely be back to buy more add-ons for my bike.
Jeroen Willems: Great value bikes and helpful staff!Purchased my bike a year ago and just brought it in for a complementary service. Manager was knowledgeable and super happy to help. Bike kept up well for the year, but after the service it rode incredibly well again. Super happy to recommend.
R Hartford: Brought an e-bike privately and got a flat tire plus needed brakes adjusted. This was the fourth local bike store I asked for help as I know nothing about fixing bikes let alone a $1500 e-bike. All four cycle shops wouldn't help me because I didn't buy the bike from them. In the end I put the bike on the kitchen table and fixed it myself for the cost of a new tube. Wouldn't recommend relying on this or any local store in the inner west for help.
Joseph: Fantastic service great customer service from the staff and friendly AAA
Mayank K: Please don't order online. Even though they claim to deliver in 5-10 days, It's a trap, they will make you wait for eternity and there is no explanation for the wait. They take so much time in dispatching from Melbourne and Even when it's dispatched, it will still take more than 10 days (as per them) before they receive in the store. It's cheap but so is their customer service.
Christophe F.: I was in the store on December 1 as I wanted to check the Transit Commuter bike. Despite their website listing the sizing as Small, Medium, Large and so on, the bike in the store was a 54cm... Not too much of a problem if you're familiar with overall geometry of bikes and its sizing.I liked the look of the Transit Commuter and despite knowing that the 54cm would most likely be too small I decided to take it for a test ride. The bike felt nice but before committing to a buy I wanted to be sure about the size and asked if they had a 56cm in stock. Unfortunately this is where my experience with the store and staff started to go downhill....After asking the staff if they had a 56cm in stock I was told they had one, but it needed to be built. I replied that I'd think about it and would get in touch the next day. The staff replied he'd put the bike on hold for me for 24hrs and that was that for the visit. The next day I emailed the store and asked if they could build the 56cm bike so I could take it for a test ride. The reply from the store came the next day where it was suggested that if I wanted to take the "XL" bike for a test ride, it'd be best to take "advantage" of the store's "30 day online test ride" because we were getting close to Christmas and they didn't know if they'd be able to get that specific bike in store (?...).I've replied to the store just after an hour after receipt of the message. I explained that I had decided to go ahead and buy the bike, however I wanted to test ride the 56cm (XL) to pick the best fit for me. After that I never heard back from the store.Although I can think of a million scenarios of what happened and why the store never bother to reply, ultimately it's irrelevant as no matter the reasons the lack of communication and ownership simply raises a red flag about their customer service (or lack thereof).A week later I stumbled upon 99 Bikes just a few blocks down Reid Cycles and I'm happy to say that my experience with them was the completely opposite. I got a new bike for the time I'll be visiting Sydney and feel confident that if any issues arise with it, 99 Bikes will take care of it.
Karthik P: Helpful staff and prompt delivery of click and collect orders
Quokka “Quokka88” 88: Mens Vintage bike. Sound bike rides well on smooth road. Attractive.Fastenings (bolts etc) are cheap and break take care.Overall good value for the price.
Manu Phillips: Thanks Declan for getting my bike ready for MS Gong!Absolute legend, would recommend 10/10 and the service was super quick!
John Curzon: Thanks Reid Cycles Stanmore. The staff where great assisting me with an axel nut. Didn't charge me & where just happy to assist.
Cassie Bell: Just bought a bike from the Stanmore store. Tyson could not be more helpful, knowledgeable or friendly. Really great experience!
Anthony R: Incredible customer service today! Friendly staff and amazing products. Will be back again
