Eddy S Dharmadji: I bought 3 LEGO minifigurines today. Click and Collect. Victoria was helpful. All three were in a sealed parcel. I didn't check in the shop (why would I assume anything would be wrong). I got back and 1 is sealed and complete/ that's fine. The other two had been opened with a sticky tape put on that the end with open envelope on both ends. One did not have a upper body (I literally only have the stand and the legs). The other one also taped up with sticky tape, clearly opened, it had the legs, the base and 3 tails (must be the dinosaur costume). What am I supposed to do with half figurines and 3 tails !!

Revinda Rahmania: The store doesn’t have the stock for some items that I’m after (and I’ve checked with their availability checker thingy online AND I visit early in the day just in case). It has happened multiple times now and it’s such a let down cz you plan ahead to go somewhere and to get something for a reason. And it’s not like there are multiple of them in cbd. Idk, for a branch that is so centrally located, this one seems to always have a sparse stock for most things like other commenters pointed out. Oh and a rude lady at the door. Super loud, condescending, and sarcastic for no reason at all.

Slick Vic: Went in on a Monday to have paperwork bounded. Great job so went back Thursday to get same job done. Final product was poorly done and was charged extra. The girl serving was rude and that I was wrong and the person who did it previously was wrong. Came to complain to manager, he didn’t know which price I should have been charged. Same girl unfortunately served me again and was obviously p’d off she had to apologise. Bad attitude. Last time I go to o that one. Monday staff were v good.

I had twins and can’t believe how I was treated, first red flag was one of the staff members barging my trolley from under my child whilst putting him in to sit as the conversation she was having with the other member was more important.They put things in the wrong sections under the wrong tickets and tell you well you have to go and look and sort it out. Made it a big fuss that I was wrong and go and fix the problem yourself. With all the staff getting involved like a big mean girl click. Never been more anxious and disappointed in my life.If you don’t like working with customers don’t work in customer service I have respect and honestly walked out almost in tears.Rcompletely rude and unprofessional, get some younger people in who are happy to be there and treat people with respect
