Flow Lab Yoga & Wellness Sydney: what do users think?
Kylie Gildea: Liz at flow lab is the perfect fit for our business! She always finds the best balance of professionalism, technique and humour. We use flow lab in a corporate environment so this is the perfect combination for us :-)
Ruth Levy: Great online class. Easy to follow guided instructions. Very interactive. Convenient timing and reasonable priced. Instructor provides alternative stretches for skill levels. Great vibe and dynamic class.
Ella Edwards: Teachers are great and the space is lovely and in a convenient location.
Chris Clarke: Nice space with great instructors!
Sophia Choo: Positive:ProfessionalismClean airy studio, great teachers and extremely convenient location - highly recommend!
Farida Scandrett: Positive:ProfessionalismTHE best studio in Sydney after discovering a few via class pass. The teachers are inclusive of everyone in the class at every level. Going to flow lab classes is a highlight of my week.
Emma Malherbe: Flowlab is a great yoga shala with excellent teachers in a central location and sessions throughout the day and the week..Attending regularly via a combination of in-class and online sessions I can attest to the quality of the classes and the benefits gained from regular practice. Each of the teachers bring their own unique insights and approach to the vinyasa flow yoga practice with adjustments to poses to allow for various levels of experience.Try a class for yourself, I don't think you will be disappointed.
Jeffrey Patra: Recently did a three class trial. Not many pure yoga studios in the CBD. The studio has a good vibe. Instructors are great! Would like to see a few less mats though as it can get a bit squishy.
Shasta Marcelo: Nice little spot for lunch time yoga. Classes can get pretty crammed as the space is small. Also, different teachers have completely different styles, even if you are doing the same class. Chill Flow with one teacher is WAY more tough than Chill Flow with another. Same with L.S.D (Long, Slow,Deep). Aside from that inconsistency, I'm happy to still pop in once or twice a week.
Shirley Lau: Great teachers and feels peaceful once you get into the class. There is good variety of class types and great timetable for those who need some me time at lunch. Rooms are quite small and can be a bit squishy at times.
Brayden Kenny: As a beginner, the Flow Lab has been great in teaching me yoga in a welcoming atmosphere.
Deepika Chetan: I have tried flow and 101 yoga classes. yoga 101 was very good to start with .Instructor was taking it slow and helping to get the postures right and giving demo before trying . Flow was an amazing workout and really challenging.Place is good but it is right at the signal ,which is bit noisy.
Daniel Fischer: Flow classes are well taught and teachers really help you try to advance your practice. I'm reasonably experienced and find myself challenged often with proper guidance on how to progress. I've had nothing but good instructors so far.It is a cramped space, but this is par for the course in Sydney - Power Living and Be One are the same so no issue there.Would love some proper facilities to shower and change. It's pretty awkward changing with the 'curtains' which don't even close properly, and having to bring your clothing into the studio so you don't intrude on someone elses changing space. The studio is so warm that you end up super sweaty but having to change back into work clothes to head to the office makes this a no go for lunchtime sessions. Would be up for paying extra for facilities so I could go at lunch. The space is also very noisy - in summer windows are left open to get more air in rather than the use of AC, resulting in even more noise in evening sessions from all the commuters below. It can be quite distracting and does interfere with my practice. Building looks to be double brick, so some investment in newer windows and AC could solve this issue. It has a lot of potential to be really great and the location is fantastic. It is a step above the usual cookie cutter chains such as Yoga Bar & The Space.
Maggie Jones: Friendly, experienced and committed teachers bring a wealth of knowledge and catering for beginners to the advanced. Workshops provide opportunities to focus and advance your practice. Classes are punctual and run before, during or after work so I always get to weekly classes. Highly recommended for anyone looking for yoga in the CBD.
Francesca Moccia: Been to a few of Norma’s classes and she is brilliant. No two of the classes are the same and it feels like you get a good workout in a short space of time!!
Julie Z: Just because you can cram 17 people into a room - doesn't mean you should! The rooms are well ventilated but the sessions are hit and miss, depending on the experience and delivery of the teacher. Some teachers both instruct and practice the movements, whilst others walk around giving vague descriptions of poses they want you to adopt.Limiting the class numbers would allow students to fully stretch out and position themselves correctly.
Yvette Dixon: Great teachers in a chilled yoga space in the cbd.
sophie mcgregor: Such a lovely little studio in a super convenient location! Would definitely recommend!
E Melville: The instructors at this studio are brilliant- very welcoming and encouraging. I've been attending classes all year and find I'm continually challenged (in a good way!). A great studio.
Pauline Mccann: Excellent classes and instructors. I went from someone who didn't enjoy yoga to having to go for my sanity! Can't recommend Flow Lab enough.
Rebecca Dengate: Great teachers, all with heir own unique flair to their class. Classes are designed for everyone, modifications to difficult poses given etc. I always leave flow lab on time, and feeling amazing! Thanks 🙏 ✨

Sydney Yoga Collective: what do users think?
Emily Ferdinands: I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a studio that represents the true essence of yoga. I love the atmosphere of acceptance as it allowed me to feel comfortable to focus on the practice of yoga in mind body and soul.
Nicky Butt: Critical:Professionalism
Michael Camilleri: I attended two classes on Monday night and both were led by a wonderful cover, Ashleigh, who was the guardian angel over the energy of the room. I have been practicing yoga for 12 + years and the bhava that she set/held for myself and the rest of the students practicing was incredible. Her flow and then yin class, were enjoyable and she infused her own ideas and teachings so seamlessly.Already looking forward to taking more of her classes if she continues to be on the schedule.I have given 4 stars simply because of the size of the space. I hope more people attend SYC so that the business can grow!Shanti 🙏🏻
Celia Huppe: I had a wonderful time and felt peaceful after that. I highly recommend this yoga session.
Jules: Anastasia’s class is brilliant - my cup runneth over always after. Forever grateful for her ability to just know what the group needs.
Mura Martins: The studio is great!!! I love the yoga classes offered there..
Chloe Temple: The teachers are experts, the classes so authentic and different from the generic offering that’s so common. I just wish it was closer to where I lived and I’d be there all the time. This place is special and I highly recommend.
Amanda Lacey: Great teachers and an excellent vibe - SYC is the best yoga experience I have had in Sydney. My children also attend the kids classes which are engaging and fun, they love going and I see them using the skills they are developing through practicing yoga to navigate their emotions.
Justine Crowley: An amazing place to do yoga, and all of the instructors are so amazing. You're challenged in every yoga session, no matter how long you've practised yoga for. I loved the 108 sun salutations event just before Christmas, and my yoga practise has grown since I took up an opportunity to use a 10 class pass. Yin yoga with Casey has been the most transformative, working on the hips, digestive system, and the vagus nerve. I've never felt so relaxed and zen after a yin yoga session until I've come here. Cherry is amazing when vinyasa is your jam. Thank you so much ladies, Namaste. xxx
Sarah Marks: This studio is amazing. The natural light is perfect and the water view makes holding some of the stronger poses that much better. Teachers are down to earth and the overall vibe is great. Good energy studio

Power Living Australia Yoga - Manly: what do users think?
Chrissy Knight: If like me you're always a little intimidated by heated vinyasa, fear not, Power Living is brill. Everyone was super attentive, helpful and kind. Great classes set to short bursts of music with attention to form always. Would recommend, especially if you practice by the window and watch the trees blow in the wind as you move - magic.
Jim Cantor: I’ve been practising and learning with Power Living for the past 18 years! I love the community they have built. The teachers are second to none, always providing encouragement to take care of myself, which sometimes means working a little stronger, sometimes taking more rest. The physical yoga practice is just a part of why I go to this studio; the teachers find ways to inspire me to better myself on (and off) my mat.
Justin Varjavandi: Powerliving yoga is great. I started off a few years ago looking to stretch and avoid injuries but as I continued practicing, surprisingly found myself becoming more focused and centred that has helped me in all aspects of life.
Leon B: Great get-away location for Yoga practitioners. Lucy was awesome!
Dan Fuller: Brilliant class, well led with a good aura throughout. Orderly structured with the freedom to freestyle.
J M: Good, not great. Watch out when you suspend or cancel your account. I decided do not attend anymore and got charged in one more payment.
Sarah A: Have been to a few Power Living studios and love them all… they are strengthening yet not draining, as well as calming ! I feel great after them especially after I found Bikram too much for me personally.
Kristina Curtis: I love, love, love this yoga studio!
Meredith Epp: Beautiful yoga studio with some talented teachers. Always a great work out. Troy’s class is always fun and challenging, love that he doesn’t take it all too seriously. It gets busy on weekends so get in early to get a good spot
Viviane Dorp: This Yoga studio is amazing - I fact the best I have ever been to. Amazing atmosphere, challenging classes and lovely teachers.I love how they wrap every class in a deep message giving sie wisdom for the day. Wish I could take this studio back to Germany.
Elizabeth: Practising here for 2 months - so fantastic plus very welcoming! Being an older yogi, maybe I will never be up to the heated yoga classes - but the non heated vinyasa and the yin classes are really worth it. Highly recommended
taz williams: Friendly, welcoming and well run. Every class is different and challenging which maintains interest levels and keeps everyone coming back for more. I love coming here.
Irina Munoz: Best studio in town, absolutely love the teachers, beautiful facilities and great atmosphere! They offer both heated and non heated classes which are amazing. I love practicing at Power Living Manly.
Kaylee Savage-Wright: Mostly great experiences here. I really love the teachers like Marty, Troy, Tasmin, and Poune-- they're constructive, challenging, and don't just tell you to get into a pose but also explain why you're doing this, what it does for your body, etc. However, the heated vinyasa 2 classes can get so packed you're literally a few inches from the people next to you. I'm all about being friendly with your neighbor but this often makes the classes feel restricted and limiting with the poses. I kind of wish they would just cap off an amount of people allowed in the classes, to allow for more postures and room.
Jemma Dickman: Love the zen atmosphere at this studio. All the teachers are lovely and add their own flair to each class.
Embla Bishop: The best yoga around! Incredible classes and wonderful teachers. Been going for ages and always love my time spent here. Highly recommend :)
Deirdre Conlan: A great yoga experience for all levels. A friendly atmosphere and team.
Chris Bellis: Excellent teachers and lots of class offerings. Definitely one of the best yoga studios I’ve been to!
matt murace: Best yoga studio i've been to! Friendly staff and good vibes all round.
Anna Booth: Great teachers, timetable suits a busy schedule, and atmosphere is positive. The intro offer got me hooked.
